Loved living here at this place!! The only reason I left was due to unforeseen circumstances that I had no control of pertaining to my health. As soon as I get better back on my feet I will reapply. Staff was awesome, Ella was amazing.Maintenance came when they was supposed too. Very quiet and comfortable to live. Everyone is friendly and mines there business!The only issue I can say is Parking. Very limited and you would have to park further down. Other then that I have NO complaints!!

Initially, I experienced a pretty big hiccup with the unit I was supposed to move into vs the unit I moved into. However, without going into unnecessary detail, the property manager, Mrs. Ella, did not hesitate to make things right to her fullest extent. I am extremely pleased with my unit, the community and with maintenance. Ive been here one week and, with a list of things that needed to be fixed, their whole team showed up at once and took care of it all, TOGETHER!I truly appreciate how they spoke to each other and worked together as a team to get the jobs done. It was refreshing and they didnt make me feel like I asked for too much; they simply handled it. They were very pleasant, kind, and friendly. I couldnt be happier with how things have turned out. Thank you to Jayme, Marcus, Marguerite (Marge), & Gary and another gentlemen whose name I didnt catch who helped with the furnace.The units are beautiful, spacious, and, surprisingly, this is a very close-knit community. I definitely made a great choice moving here. Oh, and this is a genuine post. Moved here straight from Colorado and they helped make it worth every mile driven.

The maintenance service is super fast, I have never had to last more than a day without things being fixed, I dont know how it has been in previous years but I hope this year the administration has definitely done a good job... I havent Had no problem with bugs or anything like that, the only problem has been that sometimes some neighbors dont pick up the poo but... but I love these apartments and I wish I could have stayed longer... worth every penny

They literally had three months to get my apartment ready. Once I got approved I wanted to visit my apartment but they kept pushing it out because they were having renovations done. But come to find out two days before my move in they’re calling me to let me know that there’s a pest problem in my unit. They really put me in a homeless state for a couple of weeks! Literally the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. My whole experience was awful.

I just moved here and so far so good. No bugs or mice. The landscape is beautiful. Tayler has been great from the application to move in. I love my new place.

Just moved in September 2021 and once my one year lease is up I will be moving out. The office never answers unless you. Call as soon as they open. Even then you MIGHT get answered. Someone tried to mess with our door lock so we called to get a new one and the people they sent out stripped the bolt to it and basically told me there’s nothing they could do about it bc it’s their last lock ? Like how. What if someone else stuff broke that day then what ? I’ve been trying to get my toilet fixed for 2 days now 3 if you count the day the are closed, left voice messages and even went through the portal to set up service help and still haven’t heard anything. If you’re planning on moving here just don’t I pay 969 (with pet fee) and it’s not worth it not to mention on the portal you pay from has a convenience fee of almost 30 dollars for whatever reason making our rent 1000. I def will go for the smaller/cheaper/better apartment next. Smh I better not get charged for the pictures I already sent in when we first moved in from the previous owners.One more add I keep seeing baby roaches on our counters and you get charged in rent for them spraying for you but I have yet to see that happen.

Horrible support !!! First, the maintenance crew and support is horrible ! You will go days and weeks without getting your maintenance issues resolved. The leasing office will tell you that they are “working on it” but that’s it. No follow up and you gotta keep calling them before your issues are fixed. Also, a lot of car break ins and none of Hibernia’s cameras work. For all the money they are getting for the upgraded units you would think they would improve on maintenance and security but they won’t. Avoid Hibernia at all costs because leasing and maintenance don’t really care.

Avoid at all costs. TERRIBLE mgmnt unprofessional and rude, Taylor specifically. ZERO parking and they work with a towing company to literally pray on the opportunity to tow your car. We will be moving ASAP!!

Moved in in February, signing the lease and getting the keys we noticed water coming in thru the guest bedroom window and saturating the carpet and drywall we immediately notified the office and showed the guy giving us our keys. Weve left message after message and 5 months later weve still have had no one fix or contact about this. As well as our dishwasher has quit working and now our ac. There is no concern on maintaining or atleast respectfully contacting tenants about work orders.

Hibernia has by far been the best complex that I lived in since relocating to Columbus. The space that you get for your money is phenomenal and unmatched in comparison to other apartment communities. The staff was super friendly and I loved the parties that they threw for the residents. It have you the opportunity to meet your neighbors and get to know new people. There was always free food, alcohol, games and a DJ. Though it may not be the newest community, it certainly was well kept and I feel it had a lot of character. The only reason I moved out was because I lived in a 1 bedroom and then I got married and my husband and I wanted to rent a house, which we did. I never had issues with any of my neighbors or the staff. I truly loved living there!
