They say they do great work. We wouldt know since they scheduled and then canceled FIVE different times to dig a hole and pour cement for a basketball hoop. After being canceled numerous times we should have been moved up to be rescheduled but were not. While they get 1 star for customer service, I will give them 5 Stars for excuses.
Beware. Using HI TECH SOLUTIONS is setting yourself up for failure. I ensure product is delivered 3 days prior to installation appointment = check. Schedule installation appointment with HI TECH SOLUTIONS two weeks in advance = check. Provide time windows for day of installation = check. Stage product for installers in garage = check. Receive confirmation from HI TECH SOLUTIONS two days in advance = check. Take the day off work = check. Receive confirmation from HI TECH SOLUTIONS at 10:30pm the night prior to installation = check. Send kids away for the day to surprise them with new item = check. HI TECH SOLUTIONS calls less than 30 minutes prior to appointment and cant make it today = X. See other reviews. HI TECH SOLUTIONS makes appointments and cant keep them, they are just messing with customers plans! Way to disappoint customers and kids. You are business, you should plan better and have contingency plans for disruptions. Dont over schedule yourself to the point you cant keep you commitments. HI TECH SOLUTIONS = Scammers and low credibility.
Excellent service. Rick and Marie were prompt, thorough and efficient. They explained how my treadmill operates and how to maintain it, which I really appreciated. I will happily use their services again!

I have to agree with the previous poster, Tyler. We have now had this company cancel on us on three separate occasions for an installation over a ten day period. First, an employee was hurt, then a car broke down. Third, it was reported that there was an issue with amazons work order. I cannot speak to their actual service if they show up because they never actually followed through.

A very professional and positive experience. The new toilet I ordered was missing some of the essentials, but they made the new toilet work just right. Definitely would reccomend.

Hi-Tech Audio Video Solutions they were timely and did a great job at servicing my household projects.
Said they had an emergency morning of appointment and couldnt come. Im questioning that because they seem to have a history of that in the comments. Also, they cant do the work they signed up for (cant put felt on pool table).
Rick was wonder. Showed up on time cleaned up like he was never here very reasonable price.
Prompt. Very professional. Did a great job assembling a treadmill.

2022-04-01Rick and Marie were at our house installing ceiling fans today. It was a difficult task since they were replacing 25-year-old fans with brand new ones. They stayed until the job was done, knowing exactly what to do when they ran across unexpected difficulties. We were so impressed that before they left we hired them for another job to be done in a few weeks. We highly recommend them.

2021-03-16Today we had Rick out to assemble the Power Wheels toy we bought for our grandchildrens birthday. We have used Rick and Marie to assemble several products over the years and they have never disappointed. They keep their appointments, communicate regularly prior to the appointment, and most of all, the work is always completed to perfection at a very reasonable price. Our projects with this company have been small to date, but we hope to complete some larger projects with Rick and Marie in the future!

2020-01-10Easy to work with, friendly, timely and quality work. They had our new trampoline up quickly and gave us some money saving tips on prolonging it’s use too. We will hire them again for other items and for break down and re-assembly whenever we move. Highly recommend!

2019-01-12We really appreciated having Thomas come and assemble our treadmill this evening. He was a really nice guy. He did a great job putting our new toy together and cleaned everything up. He also showed me how to use the features and was happy to answer any questions we had.Thomas and his company do more than just build treadmills. If my wife ever lets me buy more toys, I will definitely consider Thomas and Hi-Tech Audio Video Solutions.

2020-06-10Recently bought an inground BB hoop and used Hi-Tech who came highly recommended by a friend who had one put in a year or two ago. Got lucky with the weather considering all the rain we had. Was a 2 day, 2 step process with getting the base set in concrete, but all went perfect. They really knew what they were doing (glad I didnt attempt on my own). Now the kids are the envy of the neighborhood! Thinking of using them for some other projects!

2019-04-30(Mike responding) like I said previously, they were 5 different rescheduling of this appointment. Three were weather related where the ground was “wet” and we understood the cement would need time to cure. One was a 2 o’clock appointment where we received a phone call at 10 AM stating they had a flat tire (strangely a similar excuse to another one of your one star reviews). They claimed AAA would take 3 hours and then more time to get a new tire. I don’t know of any company that doesn’t carry a spare tire or could call a back up truck to for fill their obligations of appointments. After more disappointing rain delays, today’s response was the owner was sick. Knowing they have others on staff, we asked for a back-up technician to come. They stated they were fully booked, in which we inquired why we were not in the top of their to-do list today considering we had been rescheduled 4 other times. The company simply asked us to find another provider. We are very disappointed and bummed because our kids really wanted this hoop up.

2020-01-12We bought an Elliptical Sole E25 thru Amazon and paid for professional assembly. We were assigned HiTech . When 1technician came my husband had to help him unbox and remove all packaging. The technician said he had experience with Elliptical assembly but not with our particular one. My husband left him to his work . After 35 minutes my husband walked by the room and ask technician how it was going and was told not good. Technician asked my husband to see if he could assist him in some wire placement. After another 35 minutes and not being able to assemble the elliptical technician called his support person and it was determined that the wires were faulty and assembly was not possible. We had to call Amazon and let them know the elliptical was faulty and we needed a replacement/refund. Technician left . I did my own online research and found that the wire assembly was one of the more difficult parts of our particular elliptical assembly but could and should be able to be done by a HiTech technician. So now we have an unassembled elliptical and packaging sitting in our workout room and cant speak to anyone about a pickup and refund till Monday.

2019-07-15These people have no respect for your time. I scheduled AC installation 6 days ago, and they were supposed to come in today to get the job done. I have taken my day off today just for this purpose. They called 2 hour prior to arrival time, and asked for pictures and details. They said that they will need to send someone to inspect everything and make another appointment to get the job done (which was not something we expected at all - I expected that the AC be installed today as we were promised). They then messaged me, saying that they do not have anyone available until the end of the week. Very disappointed.
