The man on the phone today was threatening to me multiple times. Because of a delayed flight I was trying to pick up my car at a later time, which according to Hertz’ system was going to double my original rate of $800 to $1600…because I was trying to rent for less time.I was understandably frustrated and instead of helping, the man said and I quote “I don’t think you should come in here for your rental” “You should go to another location” “I would rather not you come in here” which only infers he was guaranteeing some kind of conflict or altercation if I physically showed up.Insane.
Had a cargo van reserved to move my son back to college. After waiting for some time due to there only being two workers who were working both the counter and going in the back to clean out cars being rented out, I was told that there were no vans for me to have. I overheard one of the workers tell another customer that they didnt have his reservation either. Customer service was very slow and while one of the workers seemed quite pleasant, the worker I dealt with did not seem to enjoy his job or want to be there. Thank goodness Penske rentals came through and was able to assist me with a last minute rental on such short notice.
Horrible customer serviceHad a rental pre-paid for $230-ish for a week (included taxes), had to extend my rental which obviously would cost extra at the time of return. When I was charged for the car, they overcharged me, adjusting the original price I already paid... adding on another $70 to it, AND charged taxes again!I swear the guy behind the counter was hustling me too, talking fast and intentionally confusing me about the extra costs...I didnt understand it until I went home and added things up for myself, then called the 1800 number to get a refund from what they overcharged.Ive gone here before in the past, had issues, gave them another chance, was overcharged over $100 when all was said and done, so I would recommend everyone plan on going somewhere else.Their name is accurate as far as what the experience with them will provide.
Probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I understand things happen, but the customer should not be penalized for Hertz issues. I had a pick up at 9am that was not ready until after 11am. The manager made up multiple lies rather than just be honest with meAlso, Their online system didnt differentiate between debit and credit card, and because I booked with a debit card, they had to cancel my reservation and rebook it, charging me $110 more. there was zero compassion or understanding by the staff or individuals on their support line. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pay the extra money and use Enterprise.
Worst experience ever they took $587 from my account but my card declined but they took $587 anyway they couldnt give me my $ for 5 to 10 days so no car and -$587 my bank gives me a print out that at 8:34 the transaction was APPROVED then at 8:36 the transaction was DECLINED he was rude to everybody didnt even try to help he sent another customer to ENTERPRISE rental he said they down the street talk abaut CUSTOMER SERVICE🙄
5 stars for customer service! 2 stars for car options. I called over a week in advance to try to make sure there was a larger vehicle to get into while mine was getting fixed. They ended up only having 2 tiny peanut cars to choose from once I got there even though I was scheduled for a car a week prior. No promises were made so thats why it gets 2 stars, but it seriously sucked to drive a peanut for 3 days. Again though, customer service was A+, car options are extremely limited.
Worst customer service ever! Went to pick up vehicle that I reserved. There was no compassion or anything shown at the fact that they didn’t have any cars available. At one point, after I asked if he could call other stores to check availability, he actually laughed when the person on the other end said no. I was then told that I’d only be able to get a car of someone returned one. Since I was in a bind..I waited. Only to be told once a car was returned that since I wasn’t on the waitlist I could get that car. This was a Monday and they were calling people who had reservations for Saturday. I was told two different things from an employee and manager. This forces us to cancel our plans & in turn costs me hundreds of dollars I’m just about ready to just never rent from them again!!
If there was a choice of zero stars, that would be my score. I had a reservation for noon. I showed up to pick up a prepaid rental at 11:55 AM on a Saturday and waited until 12:20 PM. NO ONE was there. The lights were off and there was no one inside or on the property. We called the 800 number for Hertz and they tried calling, too and no one answered. I had a very important trip I needed to go on and I now had to postpone it for 3 additional days to await another rental agency. I was unaware that they closed at noon- even though I was there just in time. Why would the system allow you to schedule an appointment for closing time? Any person that saw the reservation time could have called and let us know- that would have been common courtesy. When i called back during business hours on Monday to ask why they were closed and why I could not get my car, the employee claimed that he was there until 12:20- I guess he was invisible as we walked all around the building and all of the lights were off inside and the door was locked. I asked if he was calling me a liar, he said- no maam but then hung up on me. Absolutely NO customer service here. Rent elsewhere.
Worst experience ever trying to rent a car at this location! Would not recommend using them. The person at the desk was rude and was not helpful at all! Wish I would have read the reviews before trying to book a rental here. Do yourself a favor and use any other company but them.
Through an insurance claim with statefarm I was given a car with faulty tire, lights on car as I pulled up. I took a video for proof and then called. They told me to get air in my tires. I did three times.When I came in the store manager ended up following me outside spitting at me calling me a homophobic slur than threatened to beat my a** at 6pm when they close.Loved that he told the cops I had weapons and made threats. Loved being frisked and laughing with the police.
I am here from Nevada. Reserved a car on Expedia here cause it was only $48/day. I get there and no car ready then they tell me cause I’m using my debit card that I can’t get a car til 24 hrs later - whatever - got back into a lyft again to go back home 20 min away. Get a call that they would need to run my credit to be sure I had a 650 to rent the car! TF?? Never in my life has a rental place needed to do that!! I tell them no but I can show them my score and he said no so I cancelled that reservation. Idk what’s the new policy w Hertz now but I’m so disappointed that I couldn’t get a deal or a car today. Looking into Enterprise now they never disappoint!!
My BMW was hit and the insurance company arranged a loaner car for me from here. I was deceived into getting some type of insurance they offer that I did not want, as I have my own coverage. When I complained the manager there Larry said he would credit me the $178. It is now 3 weeks later and no credit still! When I inquire about it, he keep telling me the credit is coming. I will NEVER utilize Hertz at any location ever due to their extremely deceptive business practices.
Believe the bad reviews. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. The overstaffed, yet underwhelming customer service will leave your credit card overcharged and no one is ever available to help. The manager never returned my phone calls, non management referred me to the 800 # and the 800 corporate number did not fix the problem and just referred me back to the aloof manager.
Waited 25 minutes for them to pick me up. No show. So I called them. 15 minutes later a Lyft picked me up. I waited for some time when I arrived, no one was at the desks to help me. No one came out to help me until I coughed! Then after all that the car they were giving me still had to be washed so I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes for it.After I returned the car at the body shop where my car was getting fixed (Hertz TOLD me to leave it there), they still have not picked it up. Meanwhile the money they took to rent the car has still not been placed back into my account because theres only one person working at the store, not sure when we will be able to pick up your car. When I call costumer service all they could do was send forward my call to the area manager---who I Had just told me there was nothing he could do. Never ever do this again. Next time, Ill go through enterprise (I watched them pick up three people at my body shop while I waited and waited for someone to pick me up through hertz). Awful experience and I would give it 0 stars if I could.
State Farm repair so needed a rental. Car #1 smelled on vomit but since I didnt pick up or drive the car, I didnt notice until half way to Dayton. In Dayton tried to exchange but couldnt as none of the offices were corporate. Returned to Cleveland in vomit car and the office very nicely had me come in to exchange to a different car. Brought out car #2. I was speechless. Crushed food all over the floor, what appeared to be tupperware for a childs snack on the floor. Seats horribly stained. How could you even bring this car out? Car #3 had just been returned so i waited for it to be cleaned. It was not the best cleaning job but it had to do as I had to leave. My repair was done and I returned the car to the repair shop. I called as instructed and let the Hertz office know the car was ready. I returned to the dealer/shop the next day for some other work and the rental was still there. I called a second time to let them know the car had been returned. When State Farm was finally billed, they were billed for 4 additional days. Though not my money, I reached out to state farm and let them know. Two weeks later and they still havent been paid the refund. I see in reading these reviews, a pattern of business practices that are beyond poor if not scam-worthy. Steer clear and shame on state farm for not heeding all of these experiences.
They were 45 minutes late. Did not have my reservation ready. When I showed displeasure he dragged his feet. Go anywhere else to rent. As was stated above if I could give zero stars I would. The moron that I was dealing with asked what the problem is. And yes, my language was a bit colorful. After 2 hours I went to Enterprise. Ten minutes and out.07/24/18I want to further update this review. I found myself in need of a rental once again. When I made the appointment with R&R auto body I expressly requested Enterprise. An hour before I dropped my car off Enterprise called to confirm. When I went into the office to drop off the keys they were already there. I spent 10 minutes at most there and was on my way.Thats customer service.
Dont ever get a rental from this place. We spent over 2 months disputing unauthorized charges. They refused to pick the rental car up for over 2 week from the body shop and continued to overdraft my account. Called this location and downtown and nobody ever had answers or knew what was going on. Ended up even cancelling my card. Finally we get over a month later another charge for sales tax which we were already charged once already when we first got the rental. I thankfully saved every recent because we knew when we walked in what kind of place this was. I was unfortunate to have an insurance company who only went through them. Now were going yet again through the bank to dispute and when I call today the gentlemen once again had no idea and said it was the insuranxe conpanies problem. Please please please do not come here go anywhere but here!
Saw a lot of negative reviews and made me nervous, but I booked and paid in advance. I received a car with upgraded features for no additional cost. Customer service was fine, and no surprise charges in the end. That was my experience. I would rent from them again. Also the rental was $150 less for the week than the competitor.
Outstanding service. Omar handled our rental as a true professional. They had a variety of vehicles to choose from and the vehicle we chose was brand new and super clean. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle free experience. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but Omar made it look easy. We will absolutely rent from this location in the future. Thanks again and well see you down the road.
I received what I had expected. Other reviewers who were expecting great customer service need to wake up and realize its not the 80s anymore. No company cares about customer service, customers arent as loyal to one brand as they use to be. We online shop for lowest price. We dont CALL the store for DEPOSIT requirement, or cleaning FEE for smoking, we read it online, in large front letters.Point is, I paid what I had already seen online, had the car waiting for me at time that I had reserved it, a deposit was added to the total amount as it did say online, no surprises. Thanks for that.
I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and waited over one hour without any type of acknowledgement from staff. I understand that sometimes employees get overwhelmed, but there wasnt even a hello we will be with you soon. The employee was so rude when I eventually addressed him and I never saw more than one person helping customers even though there were SIXTEEN of us waiting in the tiny entry area at one point! After being spoken to in a condescending tone I left and took my business to Enterprise, where I had a fantastic (and timely) experience. Disappointed to say the least.
Updated...Three weeks and no refund. Filed dispute w/ Credit card company. May have to go to small claims court.As far as the other reviewer below, dont presume to know others and how we reserve the vehicle and what our expectations are from others. Many many other businesses give excellent customer service.*** Rented compact for long drive for better gas mileage. Prepaid for the rental. Specifically called and asked if there would be a deposit. My answer was No. Got there at opening, my compact wasnt available. Wanted to give me a continental. I initially said no because of my fuel budget. I finally relented and said Id take the car. he asked for my credit card for a deposit. I was told no deposit. I only have one credit card and keep only $500 balance for cars , hotels, etc. Of course, not enough credit. I cancelled and went to enterprise.11 days later , Hertz still has my $300 and hasnt refunded to my credit card. Now I have to pay an interest charge for the first time ever since having the card.Ill stick with Enterprise.(See my review of the Brookpark Rd Enterprise)
They ll pick you up! and leave you in the reception area for a long time. reserved a car yesterday, let a nice lady go in front of me who was in same situation with state farm. apparently they gave her my reservation and let me wait over an hour to prepare another car. what the heck?
Worst car rental experience ever. First car had a HUGE bubble in the tire sidewall. Clearly very unsafe for the long trip ahead of us. Second car we were offered smelled bad and the passenger seat was ripped badly with stuffing popping out, not very comfortable for a long trip either. That meant we had to go inside the garage to look at cars that had just come in but hadnt been cleaned yet. With service being very slow here, and 1 hour already lost, we picked a car and took it, hoping for the best. Well, the tires were in poor shape, lets call it a D+ grade. Very loud on highway. Steering wheel pointed at 2 oclock when driving straight ahead, car needed an alignment badly. Worst service AND worst cars Ive experienced in rentals.
This place is horrible. First off, I was involved in a accident. I had no choice but to use Hertz. I spoke with a Hertz rep the day before I picked up my rental. At no point did anyone tell me I had to give Hertz a credit/debit cardFor them to have on file and to hold money right off the rip. The accident was not my fault, and when I questioned this depositI was told it was policy. Well, why should the victim acrue ANY cost when they are being supplied the vehicle via the insurance company? With that being said, the vehicle was/is in wretched condition. The seats were horribly stained when I questioned this, I was told they dont have a steam cleaner on site.Plus the car has a faint wet garbage smell, that someone tried to cover up with horrible air freshener. Not to mention all the flies thatwere/are in the vehicle. Yes flies.This place is a absolute disgrace. Stay away if possible.
I rent with Hertz all over the country as a gold star member. This location is super close to my home and I would love to rent from them more often but they just cant seem to get it together. Long waits, dont always have the car that was pre-rented days prior and the cleanliness has been hit or miss. Also, no after-hour drop off/key drop - was told it is because they had so many cars stolen that way!
I have to be honest, the first time I used Hertz they were great! I was given a really nice car and the whole process was very simple. This time is a whole different story. They were supposed to pick me up about 5 min away from their building, they were atleast 25 minutes late. The car that they gave me was not clean, there was a magazine in the visor and used tissues in the center console. I was not pleased with the car at all. I hope if I have to use Hertz in the future that they will be more like the first time I used them.
They were terrible! We were in town to look at houses and we had an appointment with a realtor at 4:00. Hertz was supposed to meet us at our hotel at 3:00 and take us to the Hertz location. They were late and I called and they said the guy was on his way but that it was a 25 minute drive....it took us 8 minutes to get there so there was really no excuse. He was an hour late to pick us up!!!! Then when we went to use our debit card (like they said we could when we called them previously) they told us they were going to do a credit check! We didnt want to ding our credit so we told them we wouldnt rent a car from them. Then they stranded us in the middle of Parma with no way to get back to our hotel and wouldnt drive us back! And the guy at the desk was very unprofessional and rude. Do not rent from these guys if you need someplace reliable and/or have somewhere to be.
This had to be the dirties, ghettoest, most unprofessional car rental place ever. Car rented had horrible brakes. The dealer rep didnt walk with me around car to check for issues before me taking off. The rental agreement was completely different from what I got online. Im too of that, they put a hold of almost $500 on my credit card. Car was dirty inside. To open trunk of car, you had to open from inside car, because they didnt give me the key with trunk access! Never again!
Scheduled Hertz to pick me up at the body shop I was dropping my car off a week in advance. I called 15 minutes prior to promised pick up time, was told they would be here. After a 1 hour and 30 minute wait (and still no show) I have now switched to Enterprise. When I called after a 30 min wait, they said someone was already on the way. They lied. By far the worst rental experience I have had in my life. Do NOT waste your time with the terrible branch.
Unethical and awful business practices! Nasty, threatening manager! Warning: this offices uses BAIT & SWITCH pricing - they provide one daily rate and deposit rate over the phone for insurance claims, then drive you to their office where you are STUCK and then double the daily rate and triple the deposit. This happened to me this morning with my insurance claim rental. Mitch stated last night daily rate of around $20 and deposit of $50. Bryce from their office picked me up from auto body shop - they insist on driving you to their office to use your credit card. Bryce re-stated rates from last night. When I arrive at their office, magically the daily rate is now $32 with a $200 deposit because our system wont accept insurance rate. I asked for a manager. I heard the conversation with Mitch and his manager. The manager came out smirking telling me that the new rate is what I have to pay. When I told him he must honor the rate quoted last night and this morning, he said that he was trying to be reasonable. I told him if he didnt honor the rate I would begin tweeting about their unethical business. The manager refused to provide his name to me and then threatened to call the police because I was trespassing after he told me to leave when I asked for his name. Rude, unethical and unprofessional manager, bait & switch pricing at this office. Renters beware! Enterprise up the street picked me up and provided a car. They have heard this story multiple times too. The managers name is Larry. This would be ZERO stars - please use another company so you are not screwed over and stuck in their office.
I was supposed to be picked up according to the website I called after they where supposed to pick me up they said they couldnt until hours after they were supposed to. Then after waiting forever after I got there they said they couldnt rent me a car because my card was declined. Yet they already took the money out of my account and week before when I booked it. So I checked my account here a few weeks later they still hadnt returned my money. I called them and they finally did something about it they said I would not get my money back for 10 days. I think 1 star is to many.
This is my second and last attempt to rent a vehicle from the Parma Brook Park Road location. The manager needs training I’m dealing with customers. And the sales people need to know the correct amounts for quoting for rentals. Tried to charge me $800 for a three day rental on the same vehicle I rented last week at the airport for 253 and the rate has nothing to do with it because it was the exact same rate the rate didn’t change second time I’ve walked out totally aggravated and frustrated never again I’ll go to the airport they are professional
Car I rented was filthy it wasnt washed before they gave it to me it was clearly not vacuumed or done poorly I found a Pepsi can with cigarette butts in it under the seats and it was a 2019 Durango but it had transmission problems. Ive rented from Hertz before and never had a problem but this time was horrid.
I have rented exclusively from Hertz for over 2 years,that is over 100 rentals at this location. Months ago I would have (and did) give them 4 stars. Now there is nothing but rude employees (high turnover rate of good employees), dirty and smokey cars and my past 3 rentals were 30$+ over my quoted reservation rate for free upgrades).
Worst rental car experience i have ever had! Car smelt bad( had cheerios and other food under the seats when i picked up), check oil light was on 30 minutes after i left the lot, had less than a quarter tank of gas in it, prepaid everything and was not told that an additional charge for security deposit was coming out, Hertz tried to cancel my reservation because i used a debit card ( supposedly they dont accept, but had no issue taking the money out of my account). Huge upcharge for E Z Pass even though it says you can use it. Called to discuss with customer service and it was my fault i didnt read through the whole pamphlet to see about additional charges. No wonder half the price of other rentals, i will gladly pay double to not have all of the hidden fees and inconveniences
I would give 0 stars if I could. It took me 15 min on hold to just request a car to meet me at suburban collision, I scheduled this two week in advance. If that wasnt bad enough. HERTZ never showed up on the day and time I told them to. After 40 min of waiting for them, the gentleman from Enterprise that already brought 2 cars for their customers, he was nice enough to take me to enterprise where enterprise set me up with a car in 5 min.Just do what you say your going to do, its not a hard concept.Enterprise > Hertz
I have used Hertz for many years whenever I needed to travel long distance because they usually had great deals if you looked early enough. My loyalty, however, meant nothing to this company when it came to needing an adjustment to our rental as a result of a changed international flight, which was attached to the reservation. The car was originally booked for 1 day, but when it was changed to be picked up two days after the original reservation, it was made a 2 day rental. I was told by a representative, which I believed to be a manager since that is with whom I requested to speak, that our new total was $89 and some change.Upon returning the vehicle, that is not the total I was charged. In fact, the grand total for the 2 day rental on an economy car was over $200, with the original reservation only being $30. For reference, the car I rented for a full week just the previous month, over Memorial Day weekend, cost only $160. I was, and still am, in disbelief with their lack of care and customer service regarding this matter. If it werent for the many years of great service provided in all previous experiences with Hertz, they would only be receiving a 2 star rating.
Terrible service from this particular store. They were late picking me up by about an hour, which I dont hold against them because things happen sometimes. Larry is the one who helped me at the store. He was far more interested in everything else except helping me. And when I got upset about not being told until now that i was the one who had to put $50 down for the car -this was being done through someone elses insurance because they hit me- he tried to rush me out the door. Didnt tell me about the insurance choices, didnt help me figure the car out at all or ANY kind of choice for a car - just being offered is polite and expected though I would of said I didnt care. I heard the speech for another customer from a nice worker next to me. The whole experience was a TERRIBLE one. Dont go here, if you HAVE to, ask for anyone but Larry.
Excellent service but vehicle selection and availability can be hit and miss. If booking online always check to see if the vehicle is actually available by calling this location ahead of time because they tend to run out of vehicles and the website doesnt account for this.
Place was empty, waited 15 min before someone popped their head in to see if we had been helped. Then another 10 min later we were met by someone who seemed aggravated to have to do his job. Smug rude guy pretending to be in charge attempted to help and seemed bothered to have to do his job. Reading things so fast you cant even understand and skimming over policies. Place is filthy and disgusting, dirty dead bugs everywhere, rugs havent been vacuumed for weeks.If if werent for insurance we would never come here. What a pit. Id give zero stars if it were possible.
This place is god awful! They were extremely rude to my wife. Lied and said there was cigarette ashes and butts and empty cigarette packs. I dont smoke and this guy told my wife that you need to figure out who hes rolling around with. Then proceeded to charge us $300 just because they wanted more money. Horrible customer service I’m not the one to leave bad reviews but both times in the last 7 days I have horrible customer service from this location it’s terrible as if we aren’t already dealing with thing in life these people will surely make it worst they talk to you as if you are a child or like you owe them something I so can’t wait for the dearlership to finish up my car so I can give hertz their car back I’ll never ever deal with this location I promise if I had to come outta pocket for this rental I would never use this location I wish I can give you guys no stars but that’s to much like right !!!
This place had very nice cars clean filled very nice but they took advantage of me and my business playing with my business money which I didn’t appreciate put me in some bad personal problems made me look like a liar to my fiancée and customers also me spending 5,000 dollars with this company and never even got offered a discount to a free rental but that’s probably why there going out of business !!
Absolutely terrible. They tell us to come pick up the car AFTER six. They close at six so we call the place and as soon as we complained the jackass hung up on us. Now we cant go on our planned vaction. Literally ruined the summer because we cant take our yearly trip to Myrtle Beach
I will NEVER use this company again they took my money weeks in advance went to get the car so we could go see my neice who is in the NICU and wont make it long and they refused to give us the car because we used our bank card and didnt have a a return date by plane. Very rude and because of hurts I probably wont ever get to meet my neice.
I rented a car on 07/08/2020 and they gave me a 2019 black ford fiesta anyway i called back to return it because the car was way to small cause i have a 86 year old mother and the car was way to small for her to get in an out of plus it was 98 degrees when i picked it up and the only car they had availailable i went to return it and no problem but when i got home there was white dog hair all over which i am allergic to so my eyes turn red and swollen and the car was filthy so i took some benadryl and put gloves and mask on and wiped it out with a disinfected wipe plus sweep most of the dog hair out before returning the car and the accident was not my fault anyway i will never rent from hertz again do to this experiance but atleast they let me return it and i rented from a different company
It was a Nightmares They wanted more of my money If it Wasnt for Linda at the customer service I Would have lost over $400 only had the car for 4 hours And tried to charge me for ashes As they smiled about taking all my money I just wanna say thank you to Linda she was a godsend

2022-08-18The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because he representative I spoke on the phone with was amazing and helpful. The WHITE lady at the airport counter was so incredibly rude. This was my first time renting a car and I knew nothing(so I’m taking accountability). But she literally sat there and did nothing to at least try and help me. I called the customer service line to get a refund at the most and she was very patient and ended up helping me still get a car at another location.

2022-02-15James and his team were great at assisted me with my rental car. While I did pre-purchase for a sedan sized (like a Malibu option), none were available at the time. So they offered us a great SUV for the same price! He walked around the car with me and was making notes of previous scratches/dents. While this location is small and not crowded, its a great location for people living in Parma and surrounding areas. We will definitely be renting from them, again!

2022-08-19Would give 0 stars if I could. Made a reservation on the website, paid for ride across town to pick it up, but no vehicle was available. The fix - add you to a waitlist when you arrive to pick it up. Website and corporate customer service are still booking reservations. It’s not that difficult to keep an accurate inventory. It’s also not difficult to give someone a heads up before they get there. Don’t trust a reservation made here.

2022-07-14I have booked with Hertz twice now in a month and been canceled on with less than 24 hours notice… They blame the current inventory of rental cars but there seems to be a bigger issue. They said all of the local hertz are sold out and I can join the waitlist with over 30 people on it… I now have less than 24 hours to find a rental car. 🙄🙄🙄 I had previously only used Hertz but will be going with Avis from now on, they try harder.

2022-06-28I don’t know what they have going on over there. Some kind of fraud. Vehicles show available on multiple sites including Hertz Corp site… make a reservation directly through Hertz, get there and no Vehicle. The manager is trash. They have to do better because someone’s not doing their job or they’re doing some shady stuff.

2022-07-07Possibly the worst rental car company ever. They will allow you to book a car and apply a higher daily rate when you show up to pick up the car. Further extending the vehicle they tried to double the rate. The company also allowed me to book a car that wasnt available forcing me purchase a more expensive vehicle at pickup.

2022-07-13General manager was very supportive. Standard car per reservation was not available, GM contacted multiple branches looking for a replacement, and he managed to provide a higher level car at no additional cost

2019-09-23I made a reservation last week they were supposed to pick me up from the dealership at 4 pm today. They didn’t show up till 4:30pm and I’m still sitting here at hertz. I also told hertz that I have to be at work at 6 pm!!! I work on the opposite side of town. I’m currently still sitting nobody has come out with the rental.
