Heritage Square Antique Mall has a lot to offer. The setup is different from other antique malls I have visited as they have all the locked cases in the same section and all the big booths in a separate section. It was very clean and well kept, really seems like the owner cares about his business. They also had convenient signage so you know where you are/where an object/booth is. The staff was also friendly. I found the prices to be fair on most things, somethings seemed high. I didn’t find any deals or anything I couldn’t live without though. It also was somewhat dim, but generally wasn’t an issue. As others have said bring comfy shoes as you could spend hours looking around! Here’s a couple cool things I saw too.
This was our first time going to this antique mall. There are a ton of amazing things everywhere. Lots of glass cabinets up front for smaller items as well. We walked out with a few items, and we never do that! I highly recommend going there. It took us probably 3 hours to go through the entire place.CCW friendly
Best antique store in Columbus. Huge assortment from individual sellers and reasonable prices. We make regular visits and almost always find a new treasure to bring home. In my experience the employees have always been friendly and helpful. They also have shopping baskets and carts which is very helpful. They offer layaway although I’ve never used it. The facility is in good repair and the restrooms are always clean. They have a small vending area to purchase drinks and snacks from 2 machines. Avoid buying any chocolate items during the summer as they’re likely melted lol. Love this place!
Wasnt expecting much from here based on location alone, but when I walked in, I was proven wrong. Its the perfect size for a good walkthrough, and full of actual goods and vintage items worthy of purchase. I found better things here than I normally do at antique malls and fairs. I love that the booths are all rented out and set up by people who have stuff to sell, and seeing how everyone chooses to present their merchandise is one of the best parts of it all. The cabinets up front are just the start, and could be passed up if youre not interested in small stuff. If you take a minute to look in each booth, youll end up with at least 3 good things and a fun 2 hours!
At the peak of Omicron, they decide to remove their mask mandate. We’ve been regular shoppers, and having this large space to come to as a family, masked, during the pandemic has been great. But this has to be the dumbest, most sociopathic decision you could make, at the worst possible time. Got ten feet in the store today and noticed we were surrounded by 75% unmasked folks, turned around and left. This is why we can’t get ahead of the virus. Disappointed and won’t be back unless policy is changed.
Premier shopping experience!!! If you leave this building empty handed you have missed out. Shopped this store for years. Not only is the store clean, organized and set up for customers it is wheelchair accessible. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Must visit when in Central Ohio.
While I dont get to go here as often as Id like, I can say that each & every experience Ive had here has been one to remember! Everyone here is beyond nice, so that alone is reason enough to pay this place a visit, and if youre into antiques & old things, then this place definitely has more than enough to go around! Stop by if youre in the neighborhood!
I accidentally strolled in. Looking for something in particular. Beautiful store though loaded to gills with merchandise not too crowded. Very country, rustic, hand built inventory. Not my style at all. Still was helped immediately. Went the extra mile. Merchandise was gorgeous and hand crafted. Still not my cup of tea.
It is fine. Nothing real exciting and certainly not high-end antiques. In fact, vintage describes it better than antique. I find their policy of not offering any type of discount until $80 really unusual. Most places will offer 10 percent on anything above $20-$25. This means I will do nothing but buy really low-end items. I like their music and the staff is nice but the mall itself and items are middle of the road.
Buyers beware! The only reason they got one star is because i couldnt give them zero! These people treat regular customers like they are thieves and dihonest people. I was stopped (after making a purchase at that!) and told not to come back into this store and i was banned. When I enquired why they would say this, they accuses me of stealing a pocket watch that went missing a week or more ago! I have never been a thief and am an upstanding citizen of my community. When i asked them to show me proof all they could produce was a profile picture of my face that they took off of their camera system! (If they put my picture on their shoplifting hall of fame i will have a defamation case waiting for them! I have never been treated so poorly in ANY place of business, EVER! Over the years i have spent a lot of money in this establishment albeit not in one transaction...maybe thats where i went wrong. Maybe i am considered a thief because i only buy smalls that dont have a high price tag, so in their minds, I must be a thief! Unless you enjoy being treated like a thief, I would steer clear of this so called Antique Consignment Mall and spend your money where you and your money are appreciated! Sincerely, an honest cunsumer.
Its a very good size antique mall east of Columbus. Theres plenty of things to look at and see. Theres a couple of good boots for tools plenty of glassware and pretty much anything else youd want thats old. If youre into CorningWare Tupperware or some of that other stuff there are a couple of good boots for that as well. Just a suggestion, bring a flashlight because the lighting is a bit poor in some of the spots.
MOTHS!!! Literally flying in the air and on everything. If you are looking for vintage clothing or textiles I highly recommend freezing and treating anything you buy here or pass on anything fabric here.2 stars because the staff are pleasant and helpful.Ridiculously large mall...light on antiques but lots of retro, farm house and vintage stuff.
Easy to get to. This could be a great place to shop if you could see into the shops. It was so dark. Some shops tried to set up their own lighting. Whoever is running the facility is not doing their job. And dont get me started on how hot and stagnant it was in there. I actually thought I was going to pass out at one time. We did try to shop but the conditions made it a very uncomfortable shopping experience. I just know there was good stuff in there that I needed but couldnt see.....
The staff at the Antique Mall are super friendly and will go out of their way to help you with any items whether theyre locked in a display or out of reach or whatever. Im more of a flea market kinda guy than traditional antiques although I must say I think antique malls that arent beginning to stock 70s/80s items are probably missing out. Heritage is most definitely not as they have MANY items from the period Im personally looking for. I predominantly look for vintage action figures like G.I. Joe, Transformers, Kenner SuperPowers Collection and more...I should maybe bite my tongue as I dont want to give up a honeyhole BUT I have to say the staff and selection is so great that it outweighs any feelings of keeping it to myself...if that makes any sense at all! The area is a bit on the sketchy side BUT I know several people only blocks away and Reynoldsburg is also just around the corner...so dont allow that to scare you off!
As with most older shopping centers, this place looks old and needs a face-lift. That it is so does not seem to allow management to attract higher quality merchants. We went to Payless Furniture and glad we didnt let condition of center detract from that choice as we found there what several other stores did not offer.
Was there 2 days in a row and left with some great finds! The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. I lost track of time looking thru all the great finds. I’ll be back very soon! Such an amazing place and the prices are the best Iv ever seen and I’ve been to a lot of antique Malls and shops!! Thank you for the great experience!!
Well laid out with nice displays makes for enjoyable browsing. Good selection of furniture, ornaments, collectables, toys, media, comics, pictures, decorative nik-naks, memorabilia, etc. from lots of small vendors. Good mix of antiques and what Id consider garage sale or flea-market items. Prices seem fair and can be negotiated. Friendly staff. Has restroom facilities.
Agree that the lighting inside is dim. Just ho hum as far as Antique malls go surprisingly Columbus doesn’t have a bigger or better. Do yourself a favor a travel another 45 minutes to Heart of Ohio Antiques in Springfield, much nicer. I’m an antique tool guy just bummed I didn’t find more of what I was looking for so admittedly i’m biased in my review.
What a great place! I love to walk around and look at the great variety of items the vendors have displayed. Some prices might be what I consider higher than what I would pay but continue to look around and its highly possible that you will find it at another vendors booth for a lesser price. I always find great buys when I go here. The employees are more than willing to help and are very nice.
Best antique store in central Ohio! To be fair, it would be almost impossible to know the contents of every vendor since the store has lots and lots of items and the turnover is high due to very reasonable prices!! Loved the help and staff was second to none as I asked about becoming a seller at the store. Excellent all around.
A really nice antique mall. It was clean and well organized. Quite of a variety of antiques where there is something for everyone. The staff was really great and very helpful. Been there a couple of times and it well worth the 1 hour plus drive. Will be making the trek again in the near future.
Whenever i come to Columbus this is one place that I always stop. It is a huge flea market kinda setup with dozens of different sellers have a small section of items. You never know what you will find as it is constantly changing. If you see something you like you should buy it as most likely it will not be there when you come again. The glass cases in the front hold the best treasures usually but due to the changing nature the whole place is a honey hole. Even if you dont need anything stop here and check it out!
Oh my goodness, I could live at this place for days. There are so many wonderful, different items there that took me back at least 40 years to my early twenties. Music, blankets, dresses, dishes, 33 1/2LPS, 45 single disc records, so many collectable items just waiting for someone to come in and take them home, real wood furniture not pressed wood. Too bad I was on vacation and couldnt buy up everything. This place is in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Great place to visit. Prices are reasonable also.
Hi, The pricing is all over the place at the Mall. There are a few decent buys to be found here and there though. Our experience has been that if you have a booth in this Mall then be prepared for the large amount of theft that goes on here. Better to rent a glass display case so that your goods will be more secure, and you wont suffer from the shop lifting that is going on. The Mall does not accept responsibility for any items that are stolen from your display booth there, and the security is not good. Dont be surprised when items walk away. The owners at the Mall do not seem to have a problem with this happening.
I visit Heritage Square a few times a year. There is a huge selection of items to shop. Smaller items are generally in glass display cases at the front of the store while larger items are in booths by various vendors in the rear. There is a good variety of items, youre almost certain to find something youre looking for. Pricing seems fair and some vendors are open to negotiation. There are a handful of items I would consider collectibles or flea market items rather than antiques. Definitely worth a visit if youre in the area.
Great place to browse for antiques. Staff was nice and helpful. Restrooms were clean. One of the best local places for antique variety. It isnt a place to necessarily to deal as the owners have to contact the vendors to discuss prices and will only do that on items of certain value. That being said, I found most prices to be reasonable compared to what I see at auctions and at other antique multi-vender places.
Nice antique mall...4 or 5 rows of glass display cases with smaller items, then an enormous space with tons of booths. Most of the vendors seemed to take the time to display their wares with care and there was a lot to look at. There was a good amount and variety of items and several specialist collectors displays. This is a nice place to spend half a day if you like looking at antique and vintage merchandise.
This is a great little gem. Each booth varies widely in pricing and what they carry. They have more of the true, collectible antiques up front. I dont care much about that part. I just like to find fun or interesting things. The booths in the back are great for that.
We have been here twice since last Sept and found several good buys both times. We had great help from the clerks and the check out clerk got us an even better price on the cherry corner cupboard we got in Dec. by calling the dealer while we were in line to pay for our purchases. Many Thanks to all at Heritage Square. We cant wait to visit again !
A lot of cool stuff to choose from. I think what people need to know that is if you really want something for sale in a booth if you take it to the desk and make an offer if the owner of the stuffs not there they could call them and tell them what the offer is and they either take it or not. This is work for me and I think Ive got a fair price and because of that I bought a lot more than I normally would.
One of my favorite places to shop for home decor and unique gifts. The store is massive with 100s of local antique and vintage vendors one of a kind finds. In the past 10 years I purchased jewelry, furniture, paintings, tools, lawn decor, birthday gifts and so much more. Check it out youre sure to find something youll love!
TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!They have a 100% no return policy and they sell electronics that dont work!!!!! And the ladies at the front counter were totally nasty when I took back an ice maker that didnt work. When I asked how I was supposed to know it didnt work they just said all sale are final. And pointed to their sign.Total ripoff and terrible business!!!!
We live over 2 hours away I called to ask if they had a farmhouse table before she even looked she immediately said I dont recall seeing any and I said wow even though you have 50,000 square feet and she said why you just need to come in and look I dont think if I was a vendor I would put my things there is someone like her is answering the phone it takes like 3 seconds to go check or browse the Flora specially if someone is willing to drive 2 hours and spend their money at your location no thanks
When I first started going to this Antique Mall it was really nice then over the course of a couple of the years its turning out to be really Junkie some of the spaces you cant even look through theres so much junk in them. And you used to be able to find really good Bargains there but not anymore.
Always something new and exciting to hunt down. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Some vendors will take offers on their items, so its important to ask. Bathrooms are insanely clean and fresh! Prices are all over the place. There is plenty of parking, the building is huge so you cant miss it from the room.
Nice antique mall, made some really good buys, and will definitely return, I do believe the place might be haunted, I was standing in the store with my bride and a framed picture just flew off the wall, barely missing my head, and shattered on the floor behind me, check the security tape 2 Feb. Around 330
This is a good mall. I feel that there are people who have booths do ask too much for the itmes but that shouldnt and doesnt reflect on the mall itself or the workers. However... I feel that sometimes the people at the counter could be more nice and helpfull. They seem to be a bit standoffish sometimes when I go and ask questions about things. I once asked if I could make an offer on an item and asked if they could see if the item worked by pluging it in. They just seemed kind of rude at that point and said they could only help me out with that by making only one offer. It seems to me they just want to sit there and not do much of nothing. Theyr attitude is why, at times, I dont go there to shop. But I will say when it comes to needing someone to help you with getting something out of a display case they are good about that. I just wish they had better attitdues is all.
Lots of merchandise, unfortunately, also CASES upon CASES of Nazi paraphernalia, including flags and signatures. Ive never been anywhere with so many swastikas. I would have bought several vintage cameras had it not contributed to the sellers making money from literal genocide.
Heritage Square Antique Mall has an amazing selection of antique and vintage items. The selection can almost be overwhelming! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time if youre going to visit because it takes hours to browse the whole store. The staff are knowledgeable and courteous and you often interact directly with the owner, Karen. Its definitely worth a visit!
This is a nice antique mall. The front has glass booths with good lighting. The rest of the store is hit or miss. Lighting is dim, if the booth owner does not provide lighting, it can be cavernous and dark. For me, it is always sensory overload but it is still a nice place to browse.
I come to the Antique shop all the time I have bought so much of my diecast collection of cars from this shop but even if I dont buy anything as I walk through I find treasures of the past that spark memories of days gone by its always enjoyable to walk in the past but live in the future hope to find more diecast cars for my collection
I frequently come here to shop and browse and today I was with a couple friends and was approached by a woman who said they were refusing our business and asked to leave I proceeded to ask her mam what have we done wrong and that we come here often to shop and she did not care highly unpleased with this visit I have never had a problem coming here until today for what I feel wasnt a good reason

2022-04-27Always friendly staff, ample parking, clean restrooms, a place to hold purchases if you are still shopping, very large consignment shop and the booths are always full! They even have a commercial carpet cleaner for aisles. There are employees who will retrieve larger purchases which is super nice! My only complaint is that a good chunk of the store is dark which can make reading tags difficult. Many booths add their own lighting. I would give this store a 4.5 if I could!

2022-07-05This is a very large antique mall! The outside of the mall does not appear to be that large, but the depth is deceptive. Lots of vendors with everything from architectural salvage to vintage clothing. Definitely worth the stop.

2022-04-24One of my old professors used to say, if you cant make it good, make it big. This ones definitely a quantity over quality kind of shop, split about 50/50 between decent antiques and modern yard sale rejects. Dim lighting requires using your cell phone flash light if you really want to see while youre shopping. That said, there are some neat pieces mixed in if you know what youre looking for and are willing to really spend the time digging. We found a bunch of items from one dealer, multiples of the same thing, a handful of which were missing tags and brought them to the front to see if they could contact that dealer to check if they were the same price as all the others. We were told that without the tag there was no way to tell what dealer they had come from (despite us knowing the dealer number, booth they came from, and price of the matching pieces) and as such there was no way of even checking. Thats a first for us in the country; truly bizarre.

2021-10-16A lot of items here to look at. As soon as you walk in, rows of cases will be to your right. But they are not worth your time for the most part. And youll need the time. As you go forward into the main area, you will be greeted by aisle after aisle of antiques ( many things I would just call mildly old). Its fun to look around, but as you will find out yourself there are not many things that jump out at you. Still worth checking out. As they say, ones mans trash is another mans treasure.
