We were hearing noises in our walls and in the ceiling above our bed. We thought it may have been a squirrel but then we started seeing little brown droppings in our kitchen. We tried a few mouse traps that we bought from the store and they didn’t help at all! Called Heights Pest Control after seeing positive reviews concerning mouse treatment and they didn’t disappoint. Two gentlemen showed up and inspected the entire house and found the spot they were coming in and put bait everywhere there were droppings. After a week we stopped hearing the noises and there are no longer any droppings. These guys are great at what they do and I highly recommend
We used Heights Pest Control at our home for a bed bug issue we had in our couch. The couch was only a few months old so I really didnt want to throw the couch out. Al worked with us, came by applied one application. He came by about a week later and applied another application.GOOD BYE BED BUGS!!!!! He saved our couch and our house from getting infested. We are so happy!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
Al was great! He was professional and thorough in looking for pests but just wasn’t able to find anything. Next time we have a problem we will call Heights.
We were seeing droppings in our kitchen and basement that continued to get worse as the temperature got colder. We are hosting Thanksgiving this year and the last thing we wanted was a mouse to run across the floor during dinner. Gave Heights Pest Control a call and they did tremendous work. They came right out and in about an hour had located the entry point on the outside and baited the entire interior with pet/child safe products. They also sealed the entry points!!We couldn’t be happier with their service! Highly recommend
A++ service! I had a live wasp/hornet in my basement & was in a complete panic! I saw Heights Pest Control on Google, read the reviews & decided to call. Al and team were responsive, professional and understanding. They took care of a group of black ants that seem to take up residence around my back door. Have not seen one near the area since their service. They also helped me troubleshoot another issue as well. Definitely recommended to address any pest issues.

I highly recommend Heights Pest Control. Al was out late in the summer to spray for bugs and bait to ensure any mice that got in would be quickly dealt with. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional then, Im not sure why I didnt leave a review at that time.Fast forward to now -- for the past few days Ive been hearing some scratching noises in the ceiling of a part of the house I didnt ask Al to look at and treat the last time he was here. I texted him this morning and within no time at all he responded asking if he could stop by. He showed up and used enough bait to ensure I wouldnt have any more problems.Not only did Al respond quickly and take the necessary steps to remedy the problem, he did so at no charge. I will certainly continue using his services and recommend him to others.
I’m not much of an online reviewer, but the quality of service we received from Heights Pest Control compelled me to share my experience. First, I’ve dealt with other exterminators in the past, and I’ve been generally less than satisfied for issues including misleading pricing, missed appointments, and failure to bring a resolution to the problem at hand. As a result, I dreaded the notion of dealing with another exterminator when faced with a particularly frustrating and embarrassing problem: bed bugs.We are very clean people, so finding bed bugs within weeks of moving into our new home was unbelievably infuriating and literally kept us up at night. We reached out to a couple of local pest control companies and (thank goodness) Al at Heights Pest Control was the first to return our voicemail.Heights Pest Control was able to schedule a visit for the next day. We have a dog, and Al ensured that our treatment plan would be both safe for us and our dog. Al’s treatment plan for our situation included an initial treatment and a follow up visit. It seemed like we were off to a good start, so I assumed that this high level of customer service would come at a cost. I was pleasantly surprised that our quote was very reasonable.Heights Pest Control was able to resolve our problem with just one round of treatment. Still, Heights Pest Control returned for a follow-up visit for good measure. We feel very lucky that we ended up hiring Heights Pest Control, and while we hope that they won’t be back anytime soon, we wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone with a pest or infestation issue.

I was skeptical when I saw that every review is 5 stars, but after dealing with them, I understand why. I called them out after seeing some carpenter ants in my house, and unfortunately there was a bit of a scheduling mistake, which had originally irked me. However, Al immediately remedied the problem and came out ASAP. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and the service was top notch. I will not hesitate to call again in the future.

Al responded the same day of our inquiry, on a Saturday and we scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. We are having mice issues in our home. He provided a quote and stuck to it. Very thorough. He also noticed some house gnats and treated those at no additional cost. The work is guaranteed for 6 months. We wouldnt hesitate to contact Heights Pest Control & Termite again if needed.
Al came out within a couple days of my call to deal with scratching in my walls. He treated entire house including crawl space. He said it could be 8 days before the scratching stopped but the day he came there has been no scratching since. Thank God because that is creepy . He is very thorough, nice and knowledgeable about pests.
We have lived in Cleveland for 2 years and this year it seems we have been invaded by mice, wood bees, and other unwanted pesky guests. We hired Al to come out and help resolve the mice problem and he treated our home like it was his own home. From top to bottom he made efforts to help eradicate the issue we have with mice. Then he treated our home for the other pests at a very reasonable rate. He is our pest control professional for life - and it has only been a couple of days - but the mice are quite and the bugs are gone! HIGHLY RECOMMNED HEIGHTS PEST CONTROL FOR OUR HOME NEEDS.

I scheduled a visit from Heights Pest Control a few days ago because of an ant problem. It turns out the ant problem was related to a plumbing problem that was fixed the day before Al came to my house. So even though there were no more ants, I decided to keep the appointment with Al so he could do an inspection. He found some mouse droppings, and suggested a few interventions I could do on my own - without needing to hire an exterminator. I so appreciate his honesty, and I will definitely call him again should the need arise!
We were seeing evidence of mice in the house and tried to catch them ourselves with no luck. Al came out and within minutes spotted the mouse entry point that we had completely missed and took care of the problem. Al clearly knows what he is doing. He has helped us with pest problems several times in the past and I highly recommend him.

I’ve had a small problem with moths. I called Heights Pest Control and within minutes I received a text from Al the owner. He looked at a single picture and was able to identify the issue and offer a solution. On top of all that, he wouldn’t let me pay him for his consultation. Couldn’t be more satisfied with Heights Pest Control. Sent a text on a Sunday and Al was at the house 2 hours later to take care of the wasp nest for a reasonable price. He followed up the next to day to make sure the wasps were gone.
We had noticed a severe increase of stink bugs in our house and especially around our windows and fireplace. We called heights pest and they came out the next day. He did a thorough sweep of the place and even knocked down old spider webs as an added bonus. He treated the stink bugs with a combination of both chemicals and fine powder he used to get in between cracks and crevices. Couldn’t be happier with the service and results heights pest provided.

2022-04-07Al and his crew were excellent and I cannot recommend them enough. Al was responsive, efficient, and thorough. After my first conversation with him, I was sold. He made me feel at ease about my rodent situation, and even gave me the latest research stats on why controlling mice within the home is important to prevent dangerous occurrences (like house fires). Al is super kind and answered all of my questions while he was working in the home. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Cool, calm, collected! His prices are reasonable, and I appreciate that they offer a warranty on the work. After he left, I knew the job was done well and Ive never hesitated to call him with questions and for future work around the home (inside or outside.) Thanks, Al! Im recommending you to everyone.

2022-01-05We contacted Al to help us control spiders and centipedes when we moved into our home and with their recommended treatments we have not had any issues since. Al has been great to work with - always professional and responsive to our scheduling needs. Recently, we mentioned we had heard some scratching noises in the roof and within minutes he found a tiny entry spot for the mice on the outside and solved the problem for us. Highly recommended.

2021-12-03I would highly recommend Heights Pest Control if you are in need of pest control services. I have found them to be responsive, reassuring, and prompt! They took their time to thoroughly analyze the situation in our home, and responded with the appropriate treatment. They also adjusted the treatment plan as needed. I appreciated that they did not try to sell me on an annual contract, but just treated my home as necessary. I also was happy to support a local small business!
