Been dealing with the feeling of something stuck in my throat for 3 weeks now. On my first visit I was told to go to the GI Doctor. I made that appointment and it wasnt for another week and a half. The next day I developed a fever and just felt HORRIBLE. I called and left a message with Healthsource on Campus and no one called back. The next day I called again and finally Monica gives me a call back and tells me she wants to run blood work and a couple other tests, to come in Friday at 8:30am. I come in Friday at 8:10am and I am told I dont have an appointment, to wait for the GI Doctor. I say thats wrong and she goes back to speak to the doctor Monica Brown. Even though I spoke to Monica directly, she doesnt remember making the appointment. If a doctor cant even remember making an appointment with you two days prior, do you really want this doctor in charge of your well being? I miss the real doctor, Dr. Kuo. He wouldnt have EVER done this to me......

Last two times, my doctor has been 45 mins late to my scheduled visit and cited a new computer system for technical difficulties as to why she was behind. That makes sense once, but twice in 6 months? Seems like bull. Also, the clocks are never right in their waiting rooms, either not working or wrong entirely. The biggest reason for this 1* review though is due to the fact that after I tested positive for COVID and requested a prescription for Paxlovid, they would not prescribe it. I was told in order to get a prescription they need me to come into the office and retest for COVID and only after I test positive there, will they fill the prescription. This honestly feels like theyre holding my health hostage in exchange for my $25 copay. Please, avoid this place at all cost. I have cancelled my remaining appointments for this year, I will not be spending another minute or another dime in this facility.

It would be nice if I could put -100 stars. Ok I have missed 4 appointments this year. I missed today which is Monday. I have been in the hospital all weekend for wanting to commit suicide. Also they have not gave me a prescription that give you withdrawals. They also will not taper me off of this medication. This is so messed up. Does anyone think I should sue???

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ranck for about a year, now, and have had a variety of health issues in that time. Not only is she always professional, but she’s very open about herself and extremely empathetic about everything that’s come up. She’s also not afraid to make suggestions I haven’t considered, e.g. seeing a nutritionist to help with issues I wouldn’t have thought related to nutrition. To be honest, she’s probably the best primary care physician I’ve seen in my adult life. I wish I could give 4½ stars, since the only problem has been occasional difficulty figuring out how to get the physical referral from the receptionist.

This is the worst Doctors office I have ever seen for starters I wasnt taken serious at all. Then i could hear the Doctor and a medical student talking about me in the hall way laughing concerning my health care and how they would treat me. In return she did nothing to help me and made me feel as if I was a burden on them. I will NEVER go back. I wouldnt even give it one star but you have to pick one.

I had an appointment for 7:00 am and I walked in the door at 7:01am. I was told that I couldnt be seen because I wasnt there 15 minutes early. First of all no one ever told me to be there 15 minutes early! Secondly the glass door clearly stated that they opened at 7:00 NOT 6:45 ( because I was in the parking lot for 5 minutes before I ever got out of my car)!! Lastly I even offered to fill out the paperwork while I was in the back waiting for the Dr./ or afterwards. I feel like I did everything I could to rectify the situation and the resepionist was clearly incompationate to the fact that I needed to be seen today! I will not be coming back to this Drs office. Thanks for the inconvenience!

Services are provided by staff and nurses on time to the new and content patients in the given rooms. Give medicines as well to the needed patient in the hospital.

I didn’t even make an appointment here because the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. I was looking to find a new primary care doctor. I’m defiently calling other places that are more thoughtful and friendly.

Surprise billing problem that resulted in hours of calling around to get settled. Healthsourse was less then helpful in getting it resolved.
