Gorgeous apartments. Great location. Pretty quiet for the most part - other than my annoying neighbors next door. Landlord has the personality of a brick wall and hardly ever responds to emails but you cant have it all, right?

Dude didn’t let me explain what was going on in why I had my girlfriend staying the night with me because of her going through a lot with her mom and I was going to call him in the morning for an application fee but her mom called the landlord and told him she’s been staying over her for a while and instead of believing the renter he believed someone that doesn’t even living around her

The apartments are very nice but we have trouble with our garage alot and our dishwasher barely washes the right way. we get cheap appliances and they break easily.

Management and Maintenance take forever to get anything done. Often have to send multiple emails and phone calls regarding the same request.
