I am an over the road truck driver and have eaten at many Hardees across the US. This one has the distinction of being the worst one I have ever visited. Dirty eating area, loud abnoxious guy taking your order, if he would shut up and listen he wouldnt have to ask you something you just told him. Soda machine still not working have to get drink at loves and no ice. Fries where cold and soggy not fresh at all. Mushroom Swiss burger was nasty, meat was barely warm and stuff just slopped on. Avoid!!
I was there March 3 at 11:10 a.m. The girl running the register, as she was facing us, did a big ol nose wipe, open palmed that went to her forehead. I called her on it when I got up to give my order. She said Oh please just cause I went like that and did it again. Explained to her that even before covid, that was nasty. Wipe it on your sleeve. She just kept laughing at me, stoned? Hardees think you ought to screen a little better or just close. That little nitwit thought nothing of wiping her snot what about when she goes to the bathroom
First time eating at Hardees ... great burgers, fries ... clean restaurant with great service ... at a later good price. Oh, and cool wide diameter ketchup containers.
The staff was not as friendly as expected. They shut down their ice cream machine early keeping me from ordering a milk shake. When my food came it looked like my burger had been sat on, and the fries were limp and or burned. Overall one of the bottom 3 visits I have had to a Hardees location.
Ok I understand that food is extremely limited but thats no excuse for the laziness. I ordered 2 sandwiches and wanted American cheese instead of Swiss. They put Swiss on it anyway. And the chicken tenders looked like they had been refried at least 3 times, the coating was as brown as tree bark and just as hard. I wont be back again and I come through every week.
Food was decent. Bathrooms were tolerable but have seen a lot of wear and tear. Just like the area it is in.
I had my burger combo ( number 4) and got some mixed feelings about the meal.First the burger was great ,fresh and loaded with flavor.Second the fries were old as hell,they were made at least 30-35 before got my meal, they were at room temperature not worm at all,soft.I didn’t get chances to deep them in the ketchup.Please, the management should get this and try to improve this so they won’t get complaints at all.Pic attached

The fries were cold and definitely not fresh. The place needed cleaned. There was a sign on the drink machine saying ice not working, but when we ordered we were told to take our cups to the Loves gas station for our drinks, guess the ice wasnt the only thing not working. The sandwiches were not much better seemed like theyd been in a warmer holding for a while. We were really looking forward to Hardees too, we dont have one near where we live, very disappointed.
I dont get to eat Hardees very often, but on a trip this weekend I stopped both on the way there and on the way back. I would recommend this location to anyone, the staff was super friendly, they all seemed to be in a good mood and in good spirits, which I find uncommon in fast food nowadays. The food was good, I got the new promo hot honey sandwich the first time and a big hardee burger the second. Not overly greasy, and a great taste. Wish I had one closer to me, way better than any other fastfood chain!
I went to Hardees here today order 3 double hamburgers NO CHEESE, I got going down the road to find out I got 3 small single hamburgers with 2 slices of cheese.
The service was fantastic. Not so much for food. All the fast foods have went TERRIBLY down hill. Tasteless.. Soda machine STILL BROKE.
My sandwich was supposed to have bacon on it the only reason i order it. No bacon and didnt even tell me plus fries where luke warm and stale.. smh. This place is not worth the price you pay. Never again ill starve first.

Not recommended. Food had no taste..Onon rings tasked old and one sandwich had to go back because the bun was stale..I will never go there again.

For a fast food place it was good. Two teenagers and two adults. Food was hot and came out quickly. $22 for all of us. I really liked the big hot ham sandwich. Good stop for travelers.

Worst customer service and food! We were there on 10/23/21 at 8:15pm and before ordering was told by what appeared to be the manager that they close at 9:00pm, as if we were a really big inconvenience. Our bill was $50 for 6 of us and the food was terrible. Almost inedible! I was literally appalled by this female employee.. she locked the doors at 8:48pm and got upset when customers unlocked the door to leave. She also put the gate half way down that opened to the Loves station next door. So we either had to do the limbo to leave or unlock the door. We will not be back!

Got to tell you my experience here was pretty awful. There was an abnormally long wait for having only two people ahead of me The order was mixed up between the three of us. I paid for extra cheese on my sandwich and didnt get it. The hash browns were probably the worst Ive ever had. All in all Id skip this one for breakfast.

Employees were efficient whenever you required them.They were not seen whenever customers were not present. Store was clean. Food was fresh and ok. Chicken was bland per my taste. Fries were cold.
My experience with hardees use to be a 4/5, but after last night, my entire group that went ended up getting super sick. The food tasted old when we went at 10p. I understand that they probably have on warmers, but still beed to rotate everything out. Vomiting and bathroom repeats should not have been an extra that came with the food.i will never eat here again, neither will my husband. Thanks but no thanks.
They close whenever they feel like, even though they advertise 24 hours every single time I have been there they are closed by like 9. So just be aware of that if your going a little late, management must be in a rush to go home.
Very unhappy with customer service. Waiting in line women goes be with you as possible which we are ok with. Then turns around and goes people are just gonna have to wait. I thought was very rude. All us people in line were waiting very patient and understanding. So we left thanks to her rude words

Well, the service wasnt great, and the fries were just kind of luke warm. The sandwiches were good, though. Ill have to revisit them some time, but right now, Im not really impressed.
Though they dont start their Angus burgers till 10:30, they had both a steak biscuit & a chicken biscuit, as breakfast offerings....I find fast food as a complement to my diet, because I can get all da salt I need, outta ordering just ONE. The chicken fit da bill!

Had to wait about 10 minutes to get our food at the drive thru but there was someone in front of us and the food was hot and seemed to be cooked fresh so i am ok with waiting whenever that is the case! The order was correct and the staff was quite curtious. Overall i was satisfied as usual.

Stopped for a quick bite before heading to work. Ive never stopped here before but was hoping for good things. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and some fries. I was the only person in line, still waited awhile for my food, which I figured was fine because it would be fresh and done properly. They handed me my bag and I drove off, because at this point Im going to be late. I reach in the bag and the fries are horribly cold and soggy. So I try the burger, which was anything but plain. It was smothered in mustard and ketchup and had a bunch of other toppings on it. Safe to say Ill never be stopping here again

My husband had a western burger- onion rings were hard, burger itself was tough.I had chicken tenders that looked and tasted like they were reused and refried majority were not edible breading was tough and chicken was dry, fries tasted old and stale.

Ive never been to a Hardees before, so this was my first time! I was pleasantly surprised. Both my husbands 1/4lb burger and my chicken sandwich were very well made, and quickly, too. Im impressed with the quality of food at this fast food restaurant. Not what I expected from a travel stop place, to be honest, but Im so glad we gave Hardees a chance. The service was good as well; the person taking our order was polite, patient, and helpful. If youre traveling in the area, I recommend you stop by and give them a chance; you may be pleasantly surprised, too.

Quick service, social distancing tables. 4 stars for lack of sanitization of seating areas.Edit: day 2 of staying at this Loves with this Hardees, and customer service was non existent: threw food (in bag) on the counter, not a thank you in sight. And then there is the food. Big Hardee was dripping in sauce, Big Hot Ham had very stale buns, and the fries were beyond cold. At least my Cherry Coke was ok. Worst way to spend $14.

I went in and the people were very kind good service however I ordered the all-star value meal large in the picture the sandwich comes with multiple toppings and two patties the sandwich I received head lettuce tomato and one patty that was it that was the only thing I was going to have to eat that day I was trying to order a big meal and got short-changed and after a long day I dont have the energy to go back and order more food that sucked
The customer service was great but not friendly if that makes sense. The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered left A LOT to be desired. It was also very dry. My onion rings were beer battered and fresh so they were yummy. And the chocolate chip cookie was very tasty as well. Overall there was nothing critical that I would choose not to come back.
I ordered a Super Star with cheese and a small curl fry. The fries were fine. But the expensive burger had one piece of lettuce, one medium sized tomato slice and two measly pickles. Are you kidding me. I know the burgers never look like their picture, but that is ridiculous.

This place takes the fast out of fast food. In my opinion the manager should rethink their hiring guidelines as well as the staffing levels in the morning for breakfast. The food is ok for the most part. When it is prepared the way it supposed to be. The main reason I stop here is because of the steak and gravy biscuit in the morning. Which that is really good and a nice change of pace from the other fast food joints. Be ready to wait longer than expected for your breakfast if you stop
Burger was tasty but the inside of the meat pattie was 50 shades of gray. Employees could have been a little more interested in their customers when placing an order. Guy behind me had to wait extra long for a normal order. Ive had a lot way better experience from other Hardees.

This place gives you food poisoning do not eat here. I promise if you dont wanna lose your stomach dont try it. They never clean their grease traps. Half the time chicken is raw. Foods normally made before you ordered it. Thats why you get it so fast. Place is never clean. Workers are all lazy.

Well I am a truck driver. Just woke up hungry. Lady in the front was rude. Gosh. And then fries are like burned oil needs to be changed. Tasted nasty as hell including the chicken strips. Never again

They take such a long time to fill an order. Prepare to wait an eternity if they are busy. The burger was quite tasty, but the onion rings were another story - bland, tasteless, probably frozen in a different millenia and only vaguely resembling an actual onion.
Its rare to get your food fresh and correct here. They are closed overnights untill 6 am because the overnight crew is lazy and has zero customer service skills.

Burgers were good. They were hot and fresh and nice and thick compared to other places. Typical airhead service. Ordered a #2 (thick burger combo, not cheese burger) and it came plain but with cheese. When I returned it and asked, the clerk said they all come with cheese when ordered plain. Confused, I then asked, then why have a separate cheeseburger combo if they all come with cheese? not sure when ordering a burger plain ment sure, go ahead and slap a big piece of cheese on it 🤦♂️

I stop by here about once a month on my drive from Columbus to Cleveland and I look forward to it every time.A little slow but the food is always fresh off the grill and fryer, and the staff is always nice. Waiting 5-10 minutes is not a problem at all.The menu is typical to any burger place though the choice of 1/2, 1/3 or 1/4 pound burgers is nice depending how hungry you are. And the choice of curly or cut fries is also nice.Being connected to a Loves Travel Stop is also very convenient.
Food quality was nowhere near what you expect from a Hardees. Nasty old chicken patty, kind of warm fries, I got two small pickles on my hamburger and I asked for extra pickles. There was also no ketchup on the burger. That must have been forgotten entirely.The two orders after me got served first. I ordered a double cheeseburger/spicy chicken sandwich combo box. Somehow it took nearly 8 minutes... Yet two of the three items were beyond when they should have been sold. I eat at Hardees at least twice a week and in comparison to other locations, I would say this one is in the 15th to 20th percentile. Employees attitudes were middle of the road at best. Food quality, as well as order accuracy, have significant room for improvement. Cleanliness did not appear to be an issue, I would give it an 8/10 in that category. Condiments, napkins, straws were well-stocked.
This story isnt about this Hardees, its about our trip to my fathers funeral in Orlando, FL, in 2005 and how a Hardees in SC saved us. We were travelling from DC to Orlando during a 3 foot snow storm. I-95 was closed, meaning the exit ramps werent being plowed. We finally get to an exit in SC that was safe to enter, and there is Hardees. 13 hours with no food, sliding around on an Interstate at 25 mph with no way out has that affect on people. They told us that they were about to close, but we plead our case, and they let us in. 15 minutes later, this Hardees was PACKED full of people who, like us, were tired, weary, and hungry. Maybe it was our desperation, maybe the food truly was that good, but I will always remember that Hardees Mushroom and Swiss Burger with large curly fries. Every time we visit a Hardees, I think of that day, how appreciative we were for what they did for us, and remember that this burger and fries are the best I ever tasted.

For how expensive the food is you would think they would make it fresh, within 2 minutes of me paying for my food they handed it over to me cold burgers, dry stale tasteing fries, etc. I actually went back thru the line and demanded they make me 2 fresh Frisco burgers, all they did was pop the sandwiches I gave back to them in the microwave!!!! They handed the burgers back to me & said sorry about that (them being cold and undercooked) I was so frustrated at the moment I tossed their pitiful excuse for a Friscos out my window .Those sandwiches are about 6/7.00 a piece!!!!
Wow..every table dirty...team member so rude...spent $30 and had to return for a hair in the food. Old grease caused my man to vomit ...manager was nice. She knew what was going on. I know fast food workers are underpaid and overworked. Doesnt warrant nasty food and horrible service. No Hardees in our even distant future. Btw...my first bad review ever...had to be bad.
Came into hardee’s and went to order , and Michelle old lady with hair clip works night shift. Two nights in a row she was very very rude told us that we can’t order had to wait more than 5 minutes then a worker Ariana told this very nice lady Dee and she came and apologized and took our order immediately so shout out to her(Dee) and (Ariana) they deserve to work here 😊😊
Oh, I love hardees, So for fast food this is my Favorite. Also the coffee is good always fresh. But, not like at home. Lol Plus they have truck and RV parking around back

I had never tried Carls jr./ Hardees before. And my first experience wasnt so great. Zero customer service during night hours. The person working at the time seem to be so angry that he had to work. And at that time.. 2 am there was only 1 other person dinning in. Needs improvement.
The girl, Ariana, that waited on us did not smile, was not in the least bit friendly. The food was ok, but not something I would want to eat on a day to day basis. My ham and cheese sandwich was soggy and the fries were stone cold. Subpar fast food.
Ok so first off Ill give some credit where its due, the onion rings were not bad! And the kid working was super sweet! However the real kicker the burgers were nasty! Sweet grisly with hard chunks I couldnt even choke down the first bite! Will never eat at this place again! First time last time. Great stop for travellers...it is attached to a gas station/convenience store, so everyone can use the restrooms, order some hardees, and grab some other things if needed. We stopped for gas and a snack...my order of regular fries were perfect, his burger and (he forgot they existed) curly fries were gone in the blink of an eye! Thanks Hardees. 🌟
I went and purchased 2 milkshakes at this location...Not exactly thrilled about this excusion..but to the 2 younger guys working 3rd shift..I understand that its 1:30am, and I understand you hate the customer before me that ordered the entire menu. I also understand that Im ordering milkshakes at this hour, I get it..its annoying. BUT, its your job that you do get paid to do. Well... I was shocked to order and get my food kind of quick. The only thing that was wrong with the service was they ran outta large cups... I had to get a large cup from the Loves to get my drink, so whomever is ordering supplies get enough cups next time.

Once I got my food it was cold and the burger had a ridiculously small amount of condiments on it. I received 2 top buns and the meat was cold. This store is trash! Never wasting my money again.
Seriously?? This is not anything close to a BLT.... One slice of tomato and the nastiest lettuce I have ever seen? PLUS... it was advertised as a BLT. What BLT includes anything but BACON, LETTUCE AND TOMATO???? FAIL HARDEES!!!!

The service was really awesome. Always a pleasure to deal with nice people, burger wasnt that fresh, but considering I got a cheap meal it doesnt surprise me. Chicken sandwich was awesome though. Will be back.

This Hardees is part of the Loves travel stop off I 71, exit 204 in Burbank, Ohio. Standard menu with shakes added, food was good and service good. I wouldnt go out of my way to come to this restaurant, but if in area and/or stopping at the Loves, then a good choice for fast food.
Says open 24 hrs but closes at 9:30 with a sign saying new hours closes at 10. Im confused where do the truckers eat at night? And why was it closed at 9:30.
There is no cheese on my loaded omelette biscuit and one I ask to exchange my milk for Orange juice it turned into a hassle so i just kept the milk not the best experience their food is usually better

Hadnt been to a Hardees in forever! The microwave at this one apparently works. The bin on my burger was way hotter than the burger itself. But on the other hand it was just $3.00.🤔
Food was undercooked and the staff is poorly trained.Burgers were cold,undercooked,bacon was mostly raw,cheese was cold.Roast beef was cold and onion rings were either over cooked or under cooked,no in between ...avoid this place

Got my order wrong. Chicken tenders had been sitting out at least 3 hrs idk the whole paper bag is on an employee car in the lot. You can clean that up when u doing ur community service.
Extreme unprofessionalism: They were busy inside so they took their headsets off and ignored people waiting in line at the drive thru. No signs or communication to notify us, just left us sitting there knowing they were open and ignoring us.

I try to limit my visits to fast food restaurants but this one is a favorite! But their fantastic burgers with a wide variety of versions & sizes makes this a must-stop place!
My breakfast sandwich was good but the cinnamon raisin rolls werent heated, icing looked like toothpaste lines on top, and they were so dry you could barely eat them.

This review is about Hardees as a whole. Growing up with Carls Jr for my entire life, this place is fantastically unique in the menu and completely different from Carls Jr. and absolutely delicious.

Hardees is legit one of my favorite places on earth. I have to drive 40 miles in any direction to get to one. I picked this exact Hardees not once, not twice , but THREE times with them saying the EXACT SAME THING TO ME. I love Charbroiled chicken club sandwiches. Plain english grilled chicken. Nothing complex. 3 times in a row they say they dont have grilled chicken patties. I waste 80 miles driving. I could possibly understand one time. The second time it happened I told them that they said that previously to me, and they said they could make me a breaded chicken. I said that is not even remotely close to the same, taste wise. The third time was during noon time, they said they were all frozen, I said how can you run a place with half the menu missing? Thats 240 miles I got screwed out of and not even counting the food. Can someone tell me what the hell is going on at that location? IS there a mass shortage of grilled , unbreaded chicken I am unaware of?
Was literally the only customer and my burger for my frisco was burnt, never going here again. The Strasbourg one has these guys blown out of the water.

Went to this location lastnight and it is by far the best service Ive ever had at a burger place. They were so polite and worked very hard and the food reflected that. The food is awesome I recommend this place to everyone I know.
I stop here about 3 days a week between the hours of 4am and 5:30am on my way home and the last 3 times I’ve stopped to order breakfast the biscuits are so hard and burnt that you can’t even eat it.It didn’t use to be this way. Very disappointing !I will no longer be stopping at this Hardee’s.
2/3 lb monster burger and a mushroom swiss are my favs. Easy drive from ashland (when we go here) on 71. located in the loves gas station. Good milk shakes to crown a meal.

Had some coupons so I went up to BurbAnk. Had my mom meet me for breakfast and was nice. She doesnt like eggs so they gave her extra bacon.

2022-03-05This place was supposed to open at 7. We waited for 15 minutes but the staff refused to open because they said they didn’t have enough workers. Manager said she wished the place would burn to the ground. I would recommend going to the McDonalds or Wendy’s on the other side of the highway if you want reliable service.

2022-03-31Ive been here several times and each time was a good experience. The server that attended my table was named Crystal. She was very courteous and attentive to me and surrounding tables. She handled her self well. Shes been my server at a previous time as well. The place seems clean and well taken care of. Thanx Red lobster for another good dining experience!!

I WOULD!I have had the absolute worst experience.I had the mushroom swiss burger combo large.The mushroom swiss burger was cold and dry. There would be more moisture in eating a handful of salt.The fries were cold unsalted and packed in far too tight.I HIGHLY recommend saving your money and spending it elsewhere. I will NEVER spend another penny here EVER.

2022-04-20Scraped the cheese off of my burger because I asked for no cheese instead of making a sandwich when I ordered. #Gross Instead if a refund, I have to call on another day to request a refund from the manager.The yelling of the employees back and forth in an empty restroom. Some people just don’t like to work and think that “fast food” is easy.

2022-02-25We have been there four times. Once, the first time, was pretty decent. The next time the employees were rude but the food was okay. The last two times the employees were incredibly rude and the food was cold and gross. It was so bad the one time that I actually contacted them through the website. They barely gave an apology. (And, no, I am not a Karen. We tend to be extra polite to food workers because mu husband and I have both worked in the food industry at some point in our lives. It takes a lot to upset us.)One time, the employee walked away from a short line of people, sat down at the closed drive-thru window, and started texting. She then got very angry when the customers asked her if she was going to take their order. She tossed the change at us. The final straw was a couple of months ago when my husband--who is polite to a fault--went in after work to pick up a quick dinner for us. Both employees were rude to him. One appeared to be the manager. He asked a question about the honey sauce that goes on the one chicken sandwich. The one who appeared to be a manager audibly huffed in annoyance and rolled her eyes at him. She then ignored his question and walked away from him. He described her behavior as a teenager slamming stuff around after their parents told them they had to clean their room. (No, she was not a teen.) He does not like confrontation, and since we had the previous incidents with rudeness, he asked that we not go back there, or, if we did, only when the drive thru was open. Then we tasted the food and decided not to give them another chance. We ended up eating cereal for dinner.

2022-05-15This was, quite possibly, the worst experience Ive had at a Hardees in a while.Fries were cold and not salted while being packed in far too tightly. Diet Dr. Pepper dispenser is messed up since the soda goes flat almost immediately.Burgers were barely room temperature and dry almost to the point of being inedible. Line cook was clearly angry and throwing product into the hotcase.Mushroom sauce was nearly nonexistant on the burgers.The staff is sullen and not friendly at all.Until something changes about the overall quality, I will not waste a single penny on this place again. I suggest others save their money and spare themselves a similar experience.

2022-06-28I really only went because my fiancé wanted to, and I didnt enjoy the food. I ordered the five nugget meal, but the way they fried it, it came out as one, connected nugget. It was also kind of greasy. They were putting everyones food in to go bags, even if they wanted to eat there, purposely. I have no idea why, since there was hardly anyone there, at the time. I heard the cashier speak to her manager about it after we ordered our food. My fiancé loved his.

2022-04-30Rude workers, they like to say you didnt pay for your order when you clearly have a receipt in hand , and a digital receipt from your banking institution. They like to try and belittle a customer with the phrase,(we are just gonna give you your meal since you dont have the money for your items) very loudly in front of a crowded restaurant in an attempt of embarrassing a paying customer.
