I had the perfect unit, lived here for 3 years it was very quiet and stress free I would go back and I would have stayed, but its In a village which you gotta pay during tax season which I was never informed so I left I was basically getting triple taxed working in KY, living in OH and renting from an apt complex. Other than that I would recommend it.

Really enjoyed living here! Quiet neighborhood, never had any issues at all. When we moved out I had somewhat of an issue with getting a deposit back but they had switched office managers and the new one got things squared away immediately. Highly recommend it here!

I dont know what you are talking about I have lived here for almost 4 years and they do an extensive background check and they do not have section 8 housing.I do not recognize any of these names that have left these reviews and I dont know how someone who hasnt lived here can even leave a one star review. The person who lives in E-12 is a female and just recently moved in. This is a very quiet neighborhood and I have never had any problems with the management, they are always on top of what needs to be done for their tenants. This is an awesome place to live!!!

I have lived here for over 10 yrs and there has never been a problem. All of the 1 star reviews I the past few days on here have been made by people who probably have never even set foot on our property. Hateful people are NOT welcome on our property. Harassing the manager and tenants is not acceptable nor very mature. Harborview is a great place to live. I highly recommend checking us out if you are considering moving to the addyston area.

This apartment apparently only allows cats. So good luck if you have a service dog they will illegally say no to them. My husband called and was told no which any apartment complex is not allowed by law to reject a service animal.

So no Cats allowed now...because I was going to apply for a unit..but I adopted my daughters cat...who is fixed if that makes a difference
