Stood around waiting for some one to help me! Kept say, excuse me can you help me? to staff & then theyd duck away! After about 15 walking around store to get someone e to help me, I stuck my head around corner of warehouse area & loudly asked, can anyone help me? Finally someone did. ( There was a guy with red beard, girl with blue hair, an elderly lady, a short guy, a middle aged woman/cashier, & a few other guys working there! Only about five customers in the whole store!

Empty and the front window was broken out from a break in and not fixed. Had cardboard covering the hole. Just run down looking. Staff was nice but store looks sketchy

I did not know that Harbor Freight had a retail store. Ive seen their ads in various magazines but that was it until yesterday when my son took me to the Reynoldsburg store. Not very big but big enough to carry most of what you might want, and the prices are like in their magazine ads, low compared to others. Customer service was good; our questions were answered completely by friendly and helpful staff. Next time I need to replace or get a new tool, Ill be going back.

I have been looking forward to going to Harbor Freight for a while now but I was highly disappointed after I got there and started shopping. The store was very clean, well stocked, had great prices and they have numerous things to choose from. The problem was with the staff. I was bending down looking at batteries that were up near the register and I overheard one of the employees telling another employee to keep a close eye on me and make sure I wasnt putting anything in my purse. I have no idea why they would think I was stealing something!! Every time I turn around there was an employee watching me and I have never been more uncomfortable in my life. I spent over $200 in there that day but I highly doubt I will ever go back again!!! Maybe next time instead of assuming that someone is stealing from your store you could actually go up and talk to them and ask them if they need help finding something?
Pick up some cleaning supplies for the cars ! Also grab some saw blades ! Great stuff super prices ! Had great sales for memorial day also which cut the price even more! been doing business with them for over 30 years! I ran my factories out of Harbor freight catalogs and then did brick and mortar, Ive continue doing business with them

Hadnt been here before, but needed a couple items for my car. My best guy friend and my nephew both swear by this place for tools, and its clear why! I expected to spend an arm and a leg for jumper cables and a four-way, but that wasnt the case at all. I bought two sets of cables (one for my nephew and one for myself), and the four-way, didnt spend much at all! The cashier was really cool and professional. Will DEFINITELY be back again!

Id give 5 stars except the cashier on 4/8 was rude & obviously just refused to check on a product telling me that all they have in stock was on the floor. Well, when I called 4/9, they actually had it in stock so I had to make a 2nd trip to get the item I actually wanted. Hopefully I dont have him as a cashier again because I probably wont be very nice.
As always, Harbor Freight had everything I went in there looking for, and the prices were all good. I couldnt find a couple of items at first, but the manager, who was out on the sales floor, pointed me right to them. Great experience overall -- I am like a kid in a toy store there.

Cant go wrong with the prices
Most of the products here feel cheap. That being said, I keep coming back. Have never had a hand tool from Harbor Freight brake. If youre needing to get a good set of initial told without spending a fortune, its a great place. Starting a new type of project and need tools possibly just the one time, its great. Need to fill in some blanks in your tool set, theyre great. Have never regretted a purchase here.
Helpful staff. We were from out of town and needed to pack up and clean a family members house. We found everything we needed. Also we had a few unused items to return at the end. No difficulty at all with that.
Great prices and selection but staff has no clue what they have in the store so, dont ask just look its small compared to home Depot anyway.
I love finding all the stuff that is so affordable that I MUST start some new projects. Then after 35 min wandering around with 4 or 5 different DIY adventures buzzing in my head, i never fail to forget my money where I have to abandon my cart full of clamps and air compressors near the back and walk out the front door without so much as the smallest amount of eye contact.
If you are a female, good luck getting any decent service here. Had a man cut in line and the staffing supported them doing it. Not the first time I was treated bad in this store. Other women I know wont shop here either.

Not the place you want for high end tools, but they always have what you need at an affordable price. A great place for a tool you dont need every day, or for a tool youll only need maybe one time. Even every day tools are particularly value priced.
These guys always has tools that I need for my Woodworking at a reasonable price. Dont have to worry about buying name brand and I can get a lot more with my money and the tools work the same as name brand and lasts just as long. I would definitely recommend Harbor Freight to anyone. My friends and family know that I buy from them and some of them buy from Harbor Freight as well. A+
The manager helped me out when I was buying a engine. He was very respectful when the coupon was not valid, but he realized the coupon was from a 3rd party. He helped us find the correct coupon and was very courteous.

I like the location as it is conveniently on the East side, Reynoldsburg. It is clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Harbor Freight offers affordable tools that works and gets the job done without spending way too much. I go to Harbor Freight for tools that I know I will not use much but for the quality it is always a good buy. Plus there is always a 20% coupon!
10/1/18 They have a great variety of tools & the prices are reasonable too.I purchased a drill for my daughter, shell love it!UPDATE:1/20/19Went to use the drill I bought for my daughter. It was brand new, fully charged but not enough power to even drill a hole into a piece of pine.Their power tools are inexpensive but if they dont work when you use them, you are out the money, your frustrated & your project isnt done.Save your money & buy better power tools. This store is great for the little things but not power tools!
Harbor freight tools are hit or miss but you can beat the prices. Helpful and friendly staff. They also constantly have coupons in every paper possible to take advantage of so thats nice!!
When it is crowded it can be hard to find someone who works there if you have questions. But other than that everyone is very nice and yes; They have coupons for just about everything!
We have been there to return the part that was advised and it was a wrong one. The following day we found out that 2 items of $13 cost are missing. Not a big deal they said and told to drive back with the receipt. The customer service was not helpful just as it was not helpful to speak to the manager. I have the receipt on my hands, it’s just the fact that you have to drive and spend looooong time just to pay for the items you want to get, not seeing what they are checking out, to go home and find out the items were never placed in the bag and you paid for it. Price of aggravation is $13, seen people leaving place just because of the long service. I called and tried to ask for a refund over the phone, but was told this thing is only in person deal. Total waste of time, money and disrespect to others’ time as well
Went in to pick up 6 driveway alerts . We couldn’t find them went to ask front desk where they were . The manager started screaming at us we had to leave his store because We were not wearing a mask . He came at us like he was going to grab us ! I told him what ever and left ! I am not ever going back there was only a few people in the store social distancing wasn’t a problem at all . I am not wearing a mask because of health reasons I stay away from people. I have never been so traumatized in my life ! Manager needs fired !
As long as you go in with the expectation that what you are getting is not going to be particularly high quality and will not last particularly long (with frequent use), Harbor-Freight is a fantastic place to get a tool to get whatever project you need done. Yesterday I purchased a set of router slot cutters for $28 after leaving Lowes (who did not even have the item in stock) and not paying $30+ for a single slot cutter. I got 7 for the price of 1 Bosch slot cutter bit. Are they the same quality and will they last as long? Of course not, I had to glue/tape the wooden box they came in back together because it fell apart on the drive home. But the bit was sharp and straight, and it cut the 14 or so grooves I needed. Would I shop harbor freight if I were running a production carpentry shop? No. But as a homeowner doing projects around the house it allows me to buy a lot more tools for the same amount of money I would spend on one really nice tool that I will use a handful of times.

Waste of time their selection was non existent and the employee agreed ! I always have to have a backup plan when I go there which is only a couple times a year. For saw blades and some drill bits is all they really good for. Helper was accommodating and courteous
Great place to buy hand tools,Small tires, an wheels for mowers. Carts , wheelbarrow ,Only thing I dont like, is any of there power tools. Why do you think the price is so cheap?.Very poor quality, they only sell products. Not make them,Air tools I have bought , still work, electric tools. 1 to 3 yrs.Broke or just stopped working. And warranty? If you sell a GOOD product? Why do you need insurance.

Tons of tools at great prices! Plenty of coupons to take advantage of as well. The tools arent of exceptional quality, but it gets the job done. Staff at this location was friendly and helpful in directing me to the right areas for the tools I needed.
Harbor Freight is always an interesting place to visit. I went in to the W. Broad store to get an alligator clip assortment, which they were out of, but got 2 magnetic tool holder bars, a file set, a 4 inch c-clamp and a 10 pack of disposable face masks. I then drove to the East Main street store and got my alligator clip assortment. Both shopping experiences were fine and checkout was easy.

This Harbor Freight, like most others, employs a crude staff. Ive only seen a rougher crowd at junk yards, which makes you wonder about what this place sells. If closing time is 8pm and you check out at 7:55 and THEY have rung you up incorrectly, THEY will not address your issue until the following day. No matter how far away you live and how big of a mistake THEY made. And when you raise this issue to any of the employees, not ONE of them will care. Its how they operate. I give them 2 stars for low prices and most items work. Otherwise Id give them 0. Dont buy any blades, drill bits, knives, impact bits as you will be very disappointed by how bad they are. Motorized tools tend to be ok as are work stations items and car items. Avoid the employees that you are there to buy from and you should be ok.

I have been to several locations in several states. I have always had good and friendly service. The hand tools are good quality i havent had many problems with them but most have lifetime warranties and the few times i have broke them they were replaced no questions asked. I cant speak for the power tools because i have yet to buy any there.

Nice, convenient location. All the helpfulness of a Harbor Freight catalog, except brought to life for your shopping pleasure. Once inside, you may have to do some searching for whatever you require, as the vague overhead aisle signs are of little help, but theyll probably have some version of what youre looking for.

Been here many times! Not only is everyone rude, they dont know about the products they sell. They just say I dont know, and dont even attempt to find the answer. Not to mention, numerous employees working at the same time and dont bother to open another register with 10 people in line waiting! Its like that every single time....pathetic!
Gotta love cheap tools.... Now they are not commercial grade tools but I think the price reflects that..... But need a tool to fix something around the house and dont plan on using it everyday well this is the place to save a buck.... Actually some things I use for work and it works just as well as higher priced tools but as long as you go in knowing these are not top tier tools then you cant go wrong
Harbor Freight is the equivalent of a discount shoe store for women, its a lot of fun to go into and browse and sometimes you can find a great deal. Definitely not the best tools in the world but for their prices and top quality employees and fair returns policies it cant be beat. Plus the 20% coupons are sweet.

This place really needs to hire more intelligent people to work the registers. Of course theres only one register open and I had to stand in line for a good 15 minutes while the cashier tried to figure out how to void a purchase and give the customer in front of me the discount they should have received with their coupon. Some lady, who Im assuming is some sort of manager who Ive dealt with before and is snotty as all hell, had to come out and try to fix the cluster f.
Harbor Freight has good prices, decent tools, and amazing sales. On this trip I just picked up some sand paper. Its a good place to pick up consumables: grinder discs, sand paper, shop towels, shop rags, gloves etc..

This Harbor Freight is well maintained located near 270. The checkout took a little longer than Id hoped, but a cashier came back from break and sped things up. Cheap prices-- perfect for tools that you need but might not use often.
I was pointed to the location of my item but when asked for assistance no one came I had to ask other shoppers for their knowledge. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Clean store. Cheap tools. Join their free frequent shoppers club for store discounts on certain items. The driveway to get in and out of this one is too narrow ... annoys me every time. We bought binoculars today for $16 AND had the 20% off coupon from the Wednesday mail coupon pack. Woot.

I Like that theyre not far from my house. Its always clean, need & fully stock with what I need. However, the wait for customer service sucks. December 23rd the store in Reynoldsburg had 5 people in it. 3 employees at register so they werent busy. I stood for 7 minutes hoping a floor staff person walked by. All while the 3 at register watched. I finally said, Hey do you have someone on the floor that can help me? She say, Give us a moment sweetie. Another 5 mins went buy, she went to another register to help a colleague with a customer. Then she finally spoke out to the other cashier that was paired with her, Tom, can you help her please? That fact that all 3 of them were up there; Tom was just standing & he had to be directed to help me was a little confusing. Hell, he stood doing nothing as long as I was. But his approach was pleasant, he was very informative of the tools I questioned but he didnt offer to help me carry the 80lb floor Jack to my car.
Bought an electric 1700 PSI pressure washer from them and specifically asked what the return policy was if it didnt perform well. The cashier said as long as I returned it within 30 days I would get a full refund. The machine was a joke. It was equivalent to using a garden hose with a jet spray nozzle. When I tried to return it the cashier (different one) said there was a $20 restocking fee. I was planning on purchasing one of their large tool boxes out front and using the pressure washer as store credit. When I asked her if the restocking fee would still apply if I was using it as store credit she said they didnt offer store credit. Really?? I said do you want to double check with a manager and she said that the restocking fee would still apply. Translation - Im too lazy to get the manager. I asked her why I wasnt told about the fee at the time of purchase and said that she probably forgot. Okay?? So now its my problem I guess. I frequent this store and have made several purchases there over the past year. Yes I know its only $20 but its the principle of the whole thing. I wont be returning.

Purchased a metal band saw. Came with instructions and a parts list. The motor mount cracked. Contacted them to order part and not available. Only a few parts available. Why have a parts list if you can not get parts. So I spent over 200 bucks on this saw and have to put in trash just over a year. Cheap but you get what you pay for.
The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and didnt hard sell anything. Left with the perfect tile saw.
I needed a key made but they dont provide that service. I think this store is more for people buying large equipment for businesses.

I was 1 minute past closing time and all 3 of the last of the crew (a lady and 2 boys) was standing outside talking until they saw me headed for the door, then they quickly gathered their stuff, rushed inside, locked the door, and pointed at their hours.I get it because I manage a store as well, and we all like to go home after a long day. But for these 2 lazy and rude gentleman to just lock the door, with a smile, and turn away not saying a word then act like I walked halfway across town not knowing what I want? Acting like I came to make their workday longer? Enjoy your min wage retail pay boys, cuz I dont see you makin it far in the professional world.As far as Im concerned those 2 low lifes were still on the clock representing the company, they showed no customer service skills or hospitality and I would never hire them for my company. Its these scenarios where actions speak louder than words, that will put your sales in jepordy. Long story short, if you need tools, go anywhere but here after 7, cuz from the way they were acting, im assuming they wont help you when its that close to closing time. Plus from what I heard they cant even check you out properly. They must like living in their parents basement.

Great place to shop for tools. Little under staffed and items were mixed across several isles. Went in looking for a tap and die set it no luck and so busy, no help in finding it.

Saved so much money compared to brand name tools. These tools have a lifetime warranty and work better than a lot of brand name tools.
Very long check out line and they would not let me use a 20% off coupon for Predator generator wheel kit. Coupon says cant be used on the generator but doesnt say anything about the wheel kit.

The amount of time it takes to get through the register is laughable. I see other workers walking around aimlessly while lines are halfway down the store... I have a suggestion rather than pay other workers to walk around train them on a register to cut checkout times in half.

If it is something that they carry it is at least one third less than most other stores. If it is on sale or you have their coupons it is even a better deal.

Cheap tools, but with the money. In most cases you can buy three or four of these tools for the price of one set at the regular big box store. And always take a 20% off coupon.

This tool was priced too high for what it was worth extra thin ratchet with a 3/8 in and a 1/4 in a decent tool but not for $30

Would shop here more often if it wasnt for the parking lot. there is only one entrance and rhe traffic is usually heavy on Main st, making it hard to pull out.

2022-06-20I came there to do an exchange for the lock I bought. Mind you, it costs $12. I only want to exchange it for the $5 lock. It wasnt opened at all. I showed them my receipt when I bought my generator and other stuff that costs more than $3,000. Well, it turns out that is not the receipt for that lock. The manager cant do anything about it. For a customer that bought so much, they cant do anything at all? Wow. Wont come back to this location.

2022-04-23They were out of the Hercules hammer drill so I decided Id get the Bauer and then they were out of the Bauer drill kit I wanted so I just left. Your not able to keep stock of your best sellers? Really? They even checked in the back but no dice. Were getting 8 in tomorrow (Sunday?) but thats not much help with my project today. I would have given them a pass if it was just one, but both... Come on. I made a special trip up there just for a drill and I left empty handed.

2022-06-17It was a very nice store, but i drove over 15 miles to get there and i called before i left to confirm that they had what i needed. And when i got there they sold all 3 of the items i wanted. They knew i was coming so they should have held the 2 i wanted.

2022-04-19I have shopped @ Harbor Freight in Zanesville & Reynoldsburg for about 5yrs. Prices are very reasonable especially with one of their memberships & on sale items. Clean store & friendly, helpful personal.

2022-02-01Both employees we dealt with were extremely friendly. The lady at the register was helpful in getting us signed up for the Inside Track program and ensuring our discount applied properly.We were also helped out to our car by an employee with a hydraulic lift to assist with loading our new generator into our car.

2022-02-14Great store. somethings dont make sense but in general its good.What doesnt make sense?I bought a inline air filter for a air compressor for about $70. It wasnt a standard coupler size and store doesnt carry it. Ended up going to home Depot

2021-12-29Nice store. Clean. Lady working at register took time in between customers to show me where the product would be that I was looking for, rather than just pointing in that direction. The reason for the four stars is because they didnt have the item in stock.

2021-12-22Who doesnt love cheap tools? I love the accessibility of all different types of specialty tools. I bought the Pittsburgh 225 piece set, and it is probably one of the best purchases I have ever made tool wise. Ive used it for over a year now and not had it malfunction or break on me and I use it every single day.
