H&R Block in other cities:
The office staff are polite and friendly. My tax preparer ; Mr. Randy Reed was knowledgeable about tax rules, and he took time to explain the tax requirements to me. This is the second year he has done my taxes and he is very professional.

H&R is quick and seems reliable .. I was able to come in without an appointment and still was seen and helped quickly and well.
I had problems making my appt that day n my tax preparer took that into consideration n let me drop off my taxes n come sign them at a later time. Ty for all the help.

2021-04-12I had decide that I would use Your service if it cost $200 or less so I called to see your charges. The lady said that it could not be determined until they saw my paperwork. So I came in and a different lady went through my paper work and said it would be $139 for fed, then 65 for state. Thats close enough to 200 so I felt OK about it. She did the return and then charged me $299! When I complained she said that she had not seen some of the papers. She had gone through the papers before quoting the price. She also gave me a coupon for $25 as I had not used your service before. The taxes had been sent so I feel your company basically stole $74 from me

2019-01-29H&R Block always gives me the most on my returns, and its so quick and easy. Also, they offer peace of mind and that makes me feel protected and stress free.
