Amazing! Beautiful location, so much space for a bunch of girlfriends to get together (bar too!). NexGen manicure nails so shiny and nice. Pedicure was fantastic! Got callouses off and a hot stone massage. Plus a rewards program as well. Will def be back!
So I am your average new person to Dublin. And of course the first thing I find is shopping, hair, and nails. Well I can finally check one box!! H&B is seriously my go to!! My pedicure was perfect!! And my nails, well I honestly dont think I have had a better set of nail in almost 10 years. I will be going back and I think you should join me!

Update.. still love going here, I only scheduled Calvin. I just got my bday nails he has out done himself. I will always suggest going here never had anything but a good experience!!Me and my husband got pedicure, they were AMAZING!!!! The best pedicure Ive ever had! My husband has sensitive feet and Maggie was very understanding!! Were were about 10 mins late to our appointment and they took us right back and got started. When I was getting a full set the lady seemed rushed the whole time but the outcome was amazing!! We will definitely be going back!!
Maggie is the best! I have been to 5 different nail salons around the area but I seem too always come back to HB. I have enjoyed all my experiences but the best tech in my experience is Maggie. She is kind, gentle and gives exceptional pedicures!
I received both the basic pedicure and a manicure (tips with dip nail polish) and it turned out stunning. I feel like they spent a long time with the treatment and perfecting the nails. I would definitely recommend this salon.
Compared to every other run of the mill nail salon this place is pretty great. Here are the reasons it didnt earn 5 stars for me. 1. Drink served in plastic cup. 2. Gel manicure removed with electric file and metal tool (I prefer Emory board and wooden stick, gentler on nails). 4. Used tinfoil to soak nails off, not nail clips resulting in acetone drenching my hands. 5. Tech didnt allow enough time for the gel to soak off and had to scrape my nails twice. 6. Soaking water was cold. 7. Owner took call while working on another client, though apologized for doing so.Things that earned 4 stars: 1. Beautiful decor minus the sea turtle water fixtures. 2. Roomy stations with ring and purse holder. 3. Friendly but not overly conversational tech, Jennifer. 4. Nail color options in a catalog vs. Swatches. 5. Rewards program. 6. $35 Gel manicure. 7. Free sales tax if you pay cash. 8. Sugar scrub and picking lotion scent.Looks like a great place for a group getting their nails done for a wedding or bachelorette party.I will likely return.
This was my first time coming in today and I could not be happier!!! I came in wanting a gel acrylic manicure and everything exceeded my expectations! I had a photo of what design I wanted and my nail technician was very willing to do it and he did not disappoint! (I didn’t get his name I’m sorry, I think it was Nick) he was very helpful and asked questions to make sure it was everything I was looking for. Calvin was also always making sure my service was good and asked if I needed anything and was very welcoming. The store followed all the covid guidelines so I felt safe and comfortable. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I will defiantly be a loyal customer to H&B! Thank you for making my first experience very memorable!
My pedicure was amazing. It was supposed to come with wine. I kept asking for it and no one ever gave it to me. My full set was rushed and looked terrible! They charged for everything little thing. I couldn’t get anything fixed because they closed when I was done. I will never go back there. My experience was not good at all. They only reason I went there was because my original nail salon was closed. I will not be returning.
Went here for the first time today for a dip manicure. Chi did an amazing job and made my nails look EXACTLY like the picture I showed her. Everyone was friendly and the salon was very clean as well.
I was referred to H&B by a friend and it has not disappointed! I have been twice and I will definitely come back again! I had 2 different nail technicians and both did a great job! I had Cindy on my last visit...love my nails! Both technicians were professional, efficient and attentive to my wants. They have gained a customer!
Ive had a phenomenal experience at H&B Nails Spa! It is in a convenient location, is a very clean and pleasant environent, and the service I received from Cindy was possibly the best Ive ever received. The pedicure was thorough yet relaxing. I have ingrown toenails and she really took her time to ensure my comfort. Also, my dip nail service was really excellently done. Thanks to Cindy and the team! I will definitely be back.
Cindy is absolutely amazing! I have followed her to this new salon because I have never Been able to find someone who is so creative, thorough and amazing the way she is. I don’t even pick out my own color or style anymore, she surprises me every time and each time I love it even more. She is a true artist. Not to mention, she is a great listener and a terrific friend. She’s all you could ask for in a nail tech! :) The shop is clean , quiet and has beautiful decor! You also get to drink wine while getting your nails/toes done! That’s always a perk! :)
This is a wonderful nail salon. Very beautifully decorated and always clean. My nails get so many compliments since I’ve been coming here, and it’s the same beautiful result with all the staff. The techs are all so friendly, professional, and talented. Definitely a great value for your time and money.
Excellent experience! We were able to get right in without an appointment. The service was great! We received pedicures and I can not say a bad thing! It was very relaxing. Our pedicures looked great! The massage chairs were fantastic. The owner did a spectacular job building and decorating the salon. Absolutely beautiful! It was an inviting, clean, and warm atmosphere. They even have a bar. This would be a great place to have a girls day or a bridal party due to its large size and atmosphere. I will be back.
Cindy is the absolute best. I had a previous salon I went to before H&B and I never trusted anyone else to do my nails until I met Cindy. With Careful attention to detail, Cindy creates near perfection. I know I can trust her to get it done right. I get so many compliments on my solar nails. She is creative, intuitive and master at her craft. She is very nice to talk to as well. The salon is very well kept, beautiful decorated, and feels quite luxurious. I will not go anywhere else now. I highly recommend it, and I can’t say enough about Cindy and H&B. Great experience. I would give it 10 stars out of five if I could.
I absolutely love this place! I will never go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly, and genuinely want to know you! I can just go in and give a color idea, and let them do their thing and walk out with gorgeous nails! Not to mention my nails have never been healthier! I have had the pleasure of working with Cyndi, Mae, Calvin, and Amy and have never had a bad experience! You will never find a better group of people with the knowledge and expertise they have! I can’t say enough good things about them!
This was my first visit. I just moved to Dublin and was on the quest for my new nail tech. I’m very particular about my nails and once I find someone I like, I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. I read so many glowing reviews about Cindy so I thought she has to be good and I made an appointment. Cindy did a great job but I just didnt like the vibe there. The whole thing felt rushed and I felt like I was being judged. She made no conversation with me. When I was done, I was washing my hands I looked behind me in the mirror and Cindy was with the receptionist ringing me up and saying something and the receptionist laughed and looked back at me.Polish was left on my skin when I walked out. When first walked into the nail place to check in, Cindy was there at the receptionist desk and being my first time i didnt know it was her. She asked me if I needed Cindy to do them or if somebody else could do them even though I made the appointment with Cindy specifically which immediately made me feel like she was trying to get out of doing them. I gave it three stars because even though my nails look good, I didn’t like the stuffy atmosphere and I didn’t feel welcome. Still on the look out for a new tech.
Cindy Le has been doing my nails and brows for many years. I followed her to H&B....because I trust her work to always be the best! I kind of hate to point out how good she is - because I I want her to be available when I need an appointment!!! Haha! But she deserves to be applauded for her skills and her level of professionalism. The spa is spacious and I’ve always had excellent service.
I love this nail salon and they always do a great job with my nails. However, they seem to be very disorganized with their appointments. They always highly suggest that I make an appointment because if you don’t you could end up waiting an hour or two to get your nails done. Every time I get to the salon its like I never scheduled it in the first place. I schedule a specific time with a specific technician but I always end up waiting a while for my technician to be done with another client, or Im put with someone else all together. Why bother making appointments if they wont honor them?
Very bad salon, I went there 3 times, I tough maybe just the one lady who done pedicure wasn’t good, but I tried all of them, very poor quality, I will never go there again.
This is my go to place! I love it here. I always feel so welcomed and they do a great job on my nails. I have had crazy requests time and time again. Each time its PERFECT. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a change from their current salon!
My nails look great! Great customer service! Calvin the owner was extremely nice and friendly so was his staffs, they kept checking on me if I need drink even though some of them wasnt my service technician. They offer free beverages (water, sodas, tea, coffee ...) They also have a sport bar inside which is coming soon though but me and 5 of my girls was offered a bottle of champagne free of charge!!! Oh gosh we love this place its a must have nails spa in Dublin!!!
Im not one to leave reviews, but I highly recommend! I felt this nail salon and spa went above and beyond to help me. I am a relatively new client there and I cracked one of my nails pretty badly, they helped remedy it so I didnt have to lose the nice look of my gel manicure or any length on my nail. I am very grateful and will be a loyal client. The staff seem great and the quality of the manicure is the best Ive had.
I have been here with my mom sense I was in high school. I would highly recommend this place. It’s super clean and neat. Always super friendly and kind. Always ask if you would like a water or something to drink. Overall it’s a great team and great place to get your nails done! They do a wonderful job and are very talented!
We found this place through a friend. They were able to schedule 4 of us only a few days in advance for pedicures and they took us all at the same time. Our nails look great and the whole experience was fantastic. Would definitely go back!
The nail techs were entertaining but the quality of work was poor. I got a gel manicure and the nail tech pushed back my cuticles before he even removed the gel and then trimmed my cuticles so fast that he missed a bunch. It has only been a week and my polish looks like it has been on for 2 weeks. My sister got hers done at the same time and hers chipped within 6 days.
This is the best place I have ever been for my nails! The staff is friendly, professional, and AMAZING at what they do. The place is very clean and inviting. They have an easy online appointment booking system but accept walk- ins as well. They have gotten me in when I broke an acrylic nail right away on my lunch break and basically replaced the acrylic on all my nails AND got me back to work in 1 hour (I do only work 3 minutes away but that is still amazing). Will be the only place I go to get my nails done.
Had a great first experience here. The place has such nice decor and is very clean, and the employees are so sweet. They were very patient with my mom and I as we struggled to decide on colors. The pedi was very relaxing and my nails turned out awesome. I accidently messed up one of my fingers when it was drying and my nail tech stopped her other client and came to fix it for me and was very nice about it. I will be back!
Best experience I have ever had.i cannot give higher than five stars. Prices are very reasonable. Everyone was very nice. I even messed up my nails being impatient and they redid them. Will Definitely come back when in town. Also always get gel.
Used to love this place and go here all the time but the quality of work they do has gone WAAAY down hill. Got a gel manicure on Thursday (yes I know it’s not dip but still you don’t expect gel to do this after 4 days) and by Sunday this is how my nails were looking. Every single one is chipping and the two are completely peeling off. They won’t even let me post pics on this review!!
Called last minute and they were able to get me in within thirty minutes. The owner was actually the one to take care of me, and he did a wonderful job! I got acrylics but they look so natural and gorgeous! He really listened to me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and conversed with me like I had been there a million times. It seemed to be family owned, and the employees were all in genuinely good spirits. The best part is they take care of the tax if you pay with cash!I dont live in Columbus (sadly) but if I did, Id go back again and again. Worth the cost and time if you ask me. Not to mention the beautiful and clean interior.
I love this salon! I used to go regularly over the summer and I havent found another salon that is as nice as this one. The attention to detail is unbelievable, and I always feel like they read my mind. the only reason I havent been back in a minute is that after I stopped working in Dublin, its difficult for me to make the hike up there, (I live in Grove City). I most definitely plan on returning!
I have been getting my nails done for 30 years and I can HONESTLY say that I have found my new forever nail home. Ive seen a few of the staff over the last few months but NO ONE comes close to Cindy Le. Perfection every time. Ill never go to anyone else!!!
Very clean salon with good atmosphere. I followed Cindy from another salon and I am so happy I did---she is the best---very professional in the way she treats her clients. I love the mani/pedi treatment I get from Cindy. She always makes my nails look so good!
Pleasant and great quality. My nails quality cant get any better! The asmostphere is very relaxing their water features make me feel like the last time I got my spa pedicure by the ocean in the Bahamas, very clean, modern looking and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended, this is my new get away spot will definitely come back!
Disposable pedicure bowl! Anyone never heard of it? That is a plus! This place is awesome, I have never seen an contemporary design nails spa like this in Columbus. The owner was friendly and kept checking on us if we need something to drink and did I mention whatever drinks he was offering was all complimentary. We love this place and will be back for my bachelorette party this April when their bar opens.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Have been coming here for almost a year and will never go anywhere else to get my nails done! They have an amazing color selection for Gel and Dip and always give great advice when I am uncertain of which colors to go with!
I am thoroughly impressed. I left my former salon on account of declining quality and scheduling issues. Today is day one of my gel manicure so I can’t speak to how it lasts. But! The salon is beautiful and clean. The young lady doing my manicure opened a new kit (included fingernail clipper, Emory board, buffer, cuticle trimmer and the metal scrap thing that I can’t think of it’s name). I was offered complimentary water, tea, coffee or soda. I learned they sell wine and champagne. They also allow food and beverages to be brought in for parties. I’ll update on the manicure at a later date, but for now - I am thoroughly pleased with my experience.
Young girl at desk was very rude. Overcharged for a fill in for my acrylic gel balance, was charged $10 extra due to length however my nails were not long at all in fact I cant wear them long for my job! Paid $90+ dollar for a basic rushed pedicure and a gel acrylic fill in that within a few days my nails were breaking and polish was chipped. Save yourself the hassel & go somewhere else if I could give this place zero stars I would.
Horrible experience. Made an appointment online. 1 hour pedicure followed by a 1 hour manicure. They did my manicure same time as my pedicure. Felt like I couldn’t relaxed and it was rushed. Techs did a horrible job. Techs talked about drinking and how they met outside of work at a party. I have tried this place a couple different times and this experience was my last. Would not recommend. Will not go back.
Cindy was amazing. I got a full acrylic set, gel polish and coffin shape for less than $60. She was professional, precise, and receptive to what I wanted. I will be coming back and have already recommend to my friends.

I learned about this place through a Dublin Moms group, and Im so glad I gave it a shot. Wow, not only is this place so incredibly aesthetically pleasing, they have some very cool products. I tried dipping powder for the first time, and so far, I really love it. Its very strong like acrylic, but perfect for natural nails. Hopefully it holds up for longer then gel did for me, and hopefully is doesnt cause the damage gel did for me as well. They have so many colors to choose from too, so Im looking forward to making my way through several hundred options 😊 All in all, this place goes out of the way to provide a wonderful spa experience. I cant wait to go back for a pedi too! Word to the wise, make an appointment!
I needed a dip nail repaired the day after it was applied. I tried to be nice and understanding considering things happen. Jim repaired my nail and was visibly annoyed that he had to do so, he sat on his cell phone and complained about how the salon doesnt have fans and rolled his eyes at me the entire time. I reached out to their 24/7 management via email and 10 days later I still have no reaponse from them and 12 days after having my set applied Im going home ans taking them off because 3 cracked and 2 broke while on my vacation for the last week. Absolutely disappointed in the customer service and the application. $45 right out the window!
Cindy did an amazing job with my nails today! I went in wanting a design, but not sure what. I showed her some things I like and she blewe away! Cant wait to see what she comes up with next!
My daughter and I were in yesterday for a mani-pedi as a gift. It was such a bad experience. We were rushed on our manicure, in fact the woman painted my nails why I was getting pedi.. Then to top it off, my daughter got stuck with a highly unprofessional guy doing her nails that discussed politics. I manage a business and if I had an employee like that, he would not be working in my business long. Maybe if he focused on her nails instead of his views her nails might not look so bad. We will never go there again.
I’ve been going to H&B every 3 weeks for almost a year now. The staff (Cindy and May especially) have always made me feel comfortable and valued. They do a wonderful job on my nails too!

Jim is the Best! But only use him to take off dipped nails. The first time he put a new dip on, my natural nails were strong. I had another person remove almost two weeks ago and my nails are thin and hurt.
This is by far the best place and that’s why I stay. My nails last a full month. Also, they have great discounts for teachers, bringing a friend, etc. And did I tell you that they have free wine; yep, they do!!You can have a party here!!!!
They paired me with an inexperienced new employee. I ended up with the wrong nail color for an important event and an over the top service charge. Three different people had to worked on my nails by the time I left. I would not recommend this salon.
The staff was so friendly and I can’t even stress how clean this place is. By far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. They have a ton of color options and the prices are phenomenal. I got a mani/pedi and they did fantastic on both! I would highly recommend them!!!

Made an appointment and upon arrival the salon was really nice. Water features on the walls, open tables for manicures and crystal chandeliers. Really pretty shop. Sat in the pedi chair soaking for more than 30 minutes before my service started. No one offered the free beverages advertised. I actually didn’t see anyone for 25 minutes when someone said sorry, someone will be right with you. (Pedi area is away from rest of salon) My tech did not speak any English. I have zero issue with folks of different cultures and I love everything about new places and people. The unfortunate thing is I couldn’t communicate with her to tell her what I wanted. I had to tell someone else and they tell her. That would be ok if the other person was around the whole time.Service was really great, Stone massage with pedi. Unexpected but a great plus! The tech didn’t put toe separators between my toes and put my flip flops on before painting and she smudged 2 of my nails putting my shoes on afterwards. I tried to show her what happened and she apologized and put more polish over then walked away. I noticed a big glob hanging off and the tech next to me pushed it down on my nail.I sat under the dryer and then figured out after about 20 more minutes that I have to go to the counter up front to pay. No one said what to do.This morning the toe that was the worst smudged has no polish on it. Guess the thickness caused it to peel off.Unfortunate for such a nice salon and added great services like hot stones.My lower rating was for too long of a wait with no one coming, and polish coming off after less than 24 hours.

After a long day we came here after sitting and waiting for over half an hour at Nail Haven on Sawmill Rd. We watched an over crowded noisy place and googled this place and it was wonderful. Chai and Han were perfect. It was quiet offered glasses of wine and so relaxing. We will most definitely be back. Prices are so comparable to everywhere else. They actually tell you about their services and let you smell all the lotions etc. hot rock message on the deluxe. Superb. Thank you HB!

This is a new place, opened Nov. 2016. It was my first time there, very pleasent experience! The place is so beautiful. Staff is helpful and professional. My gel manni looks amazing as well. They also have plans of putting a bar in! This will be my favorite place when that gets going. I can have a pedicure and a cocktail! Excellent idea! The only thing missing is a sign with their name out front. It was hard for me to find since Im not from the area. Im sure they are working on a beautiful sign to match the interior. I definitely recommend this place! I will be going back for sure.

Worst nail job ever, clearly in a rush, looks terrible, zero effort. This is the first time I have ever written a review on anything, but it was that bad. Now after spending a bunch to get my nails done I need to go spend more somewhere else for them to take them off and redo. Horrible
Amazing service, even called to let us know they were running behind so we wouldnt get there and have to wait! My feet were insanly callased because I never wear shoes and they were able to make my heels soft again! Great prices too:)
Website stated they offered wine with service and none was offered, chair was broken and would not massage and my polish came off of one of my toes a few days later

I, and my boyfriend, had a full mani-pedi treatment here. Mine included a powder fill and some really nice nail art. We both enjoyed a nice glass of wine while we were pampered, scrubbed, massaged and groomed during our pedicures. This was my second time here and has officially become my go to for nail care in Columbus. A great date idea too...we both came out feeling great!

2022-07-26I left 1.5 hours in with half of my nails half done (acrylic applied, no gel or design) and half of them bare when I was told I would be left unattended until someone came in to replace the person working on me because she had a client coming in who “hates to wait”. I was thankfully comped but don’t think I’ll be back or would recommend the place. They also seem to use MMA acrylic powders based on how rubbery it gets when soaked off and the burning & tightness on my nail beds I hadn’t experienced with higher end nail salons. Ladies please go to another place; even if they look nice, they’re ruining your natural nail with the cheapest powder

2022-04-19I legit am obsessed with this place!!! I have been to almost every nail salon in the area and could never find a place that’s so clean and amazing at nails!!! Go see Chi she does amazing work and you will never ever leave disappointed. She takes her time and pays attention to detail!!!! Won’t got anywhere else!!!

2021-08-07Calvin knocks it out of the park every single time Im there. Pedicures are awesome and reasonably priced. The entire staff is so nice, and its very pretty inside. I highly recommend coming here.

2022-08-08I was able to get an appointment on the same day for a pedicure. Excellent service and a great pedicure. Shop is very clean and pretty, only issue is that the massage chairs are really odd. They dont so much massage as just press and they keep going off. However, as chairs they are very comfortable.

2022-06-03I’ve been coming to this nail salon for almost a year and always get my nails done by Chi. She’s meticulous and knows her craft. My nails never break, she’s the only nail technician that has been able to do that for me. Highly recommend.

2021-01-23I love the cleanliness of the salon and how inviting, friendly, and collaborative everyone was today. Nick and Han provided excellent service. I love their attention to detail, efficiency, and quality of work. Everyone made my experience great and even went further to help me pick the colors of my fun, colorful and neutral NexGen manicure that Nick did so meticulously and beautifully. The spa pedicure was another favorite experience of the day. Thank you, Han for taking your time on my runners feet! My legs and feet feel renewed, lol. I appreciate everyone for my experience today.

2021-12-24I made an appointment with who reviews said was one of the best techs there and halfway through him doing my nails, he got up and started doing someone else’s nails and i got an older lady who i believe to be the owner. she just absolutely botched my nails. the shape is not at all what i asked for and they are incredibly bumpy and thick. i paid $70 for my nails to look like a six year old did them. i’m sure they would have been better if i got a different tech… but for my first time coming here they didn’t leave a great impression. the only good thing i have to say is they were all very kind and the salon itself is beautiful.

2021-06-16I consistently have great pedicures here. The staff is professional, friendly and kind and they work hard to make sure you are happy with your nails. The Spatacular service is my favorite pedicure and they put hot stones on your feet and massage your legs before they paint your toes. It is one of my favorite “me time” places. So clean and you can make appointments through their website.
