Terrible experience. Booked suite in January. Arrived to learn they are remodeling. No sofa. Only seating was a coffee table. Advertised full kitchen was microwave only. No toaster oven, no coffee maker, no glassware or dishes, not even a corkscrew. Told no hair dryers. Day 3 no coffee or breakfast.
Im pretty easy to please regarding hotels. I choose Hamptons because I can assume the room is clean, breakfast is fine, etc etc.The room was clean, service friendly and professional, and breakfast was only not served due to a boil water advisory in the community, but the rooms setup was . . . interesting. They had a note at check-in that the rooms were missing couches due to renovation, but this was not communicated while I was making the reservation. A missing couch wasnt enough for me to leave a negative review. The loose toilet stool was. The toilet actually shifted when sat on. Kind of dangerous, and I was almost afraid it might come completely free.We did not report it while onsite (checked in at midnight and out at 8 am), and I like to think if we had they would have fixed it or moved us. But Im not sure how you wouldnt notice it while cleaning the rooms.
Staff was extremely friendly but the hotel seemed understaffed. They would only change trash every fourth day, floors in the room were extremely dirty and wet around the fridge, and they didn’t have enough towels to supply replacements. We had dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Although they were nice, I would not recommend staying in this hotel.
Hotel was clean and nice. Unfortunately I give it one star because we had a late (noon) checkout and a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and were woken at 9:30 AM by housekeeping banging on the door. She said she wasnt aware of a late check out but still it was 9:30 and normal check out is 11:00. About an hour later someone tried to enter our room but I had the arm latch swung over and it prevented them. At 12:05 there was another failed attempt to enter. I heard the girl say to someone else theyre still in there. I opened the door and informed her we were leaving in a minute. We were so upset by the time we left we said wed never stay there again. All because of housekeeping.
Purchased two rooms two weeks in advance. on check in i was told no rooms are available. The woman at the counter made no effort to help the situation and just told me Id get my money back and gave me a phone number for a fully booked hotel. A manger was also not able to be contacted. Dont waste your time trying to plan at trip involving a stay at THIS hotel.
Deserves 0 stars. Drove from Michigan and stayed here for cheer competitions. When I arrived staff not very welcoming. Got to our room and there was a huge living room with NO furniture. Only a coffee table and TV. Beds only had a sheet and thin blankets on them. No desk chair in bedroom. Windows leaked when it was raining and there were nats flying around the room. I called down to the front desk and the lady said “I forgot to tell you, your suite is a downgraded one with no furniture due to remodeling” I asked her how I was suppose to get my daughter ready with no chair so she did bring one up from the lobby, probably the only accommodating thing anyone did. Had to go down and ask for more toilet paper, there was maybe a half a roll in the bathroom. Asked for blankets and towels. Front desk said they were low on everything and provided the bare minimum of anything asked. Trash in hallways. Tried to enjoy the pool but there was so much chlorine and chemicals in it that by the time my kids got out their eyes were on fire and cheeks were red. Pool was suppose to have towels but didn’t so we had to go ask for them. Breakfast would of been great if they didn’t run out of food. I was also told in the very beginning that I would be getting a discount due to the inconvenience, when I went to check out Sunday morning I was told there was nothing that could be done since I booked through Expedia and that I should contact the manager. I probably would have had a better experience at a motel 8 paying $40 a night compared to $130 a night for the absolute bare minimum. I will never stay here again if I have to travel and I will be passing the word to friends and family.
Regular breakfast again, pool open and close to attractions. The room did not have any couches or chairs. There was a sign as you walked in saying they were remodeling but nothing about no furniture in the rooms. The next day a sign was placed at reception stating that. Only one roll of toilet paper so had to ask for that. The windows above the air conditioner were leaking from the rain and there were gnats/drain flies. Staff was friendly.
First off, I booked the hotel on hotel.com. When i got to the hotel, the pool was closed and i have 6 kids that wanted to go swimming so I asked the lady at the front desk if i would get charged if i didnt stat she said no. The next morning they charge my card $126 because she forgot to cancel my second room that was under my husbands name. I have been getting the run around since Saturday. The manager was very rude. He expected to wait on the phone for him to look at what was going on. They tell me to contacted the 1800 number. They tell me to contact hotels.com. I will never stay with a Hampton inn again. VERY RUDE AND VERY UNNOLABLE
Front desk( Laurie & Amiko) were really welcoming and very helpful! Thank you so much! Our room was clean & the a/c worked GREAT! I would stay here again! Keep up the good work hampton inn! I understand being understaffed right now & Also thank you for showing up for work. I hope more people would be more understanding & realize how hard it can be to work in a hotel especially right now but people will be IGNORANT!! Hope to see you guys soon!
The same people at the front desk did everything including cleaning the rooms. I know the web site the room would only be cleaned of you asked but they did not even check trash or replace the coffee supplies. The key did not work for the side doors and you always had to come in through the lobby.
We had a great time at this hotel. They have a really nice pool area, coffee, tea and hot cocoa all day, and a great breakfast which is included in your stay. Our room was not huge but the perfect size and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We love to go back!
Really bad customer service as desk clerks really looked and replied as if they didnt care or that you mattered. Dirt clumps on floor in hallway for 3 days showing that cleaning wasnt a priority. Also told clerk that water was on floor at front desk and she never looked up while on her phone and said yea, that was it. No personality, not polite, and didnt care. Wont go back to that location! Stay away!
The staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and warmly inviting. Such a nice lady we had the night of our check in. The rooms were decent, well maintained and they were comfortable even as soon as we opened the door. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a large variety of items to choose from. If in the area it is definitely worth a slight detour for the accommodations.
I left early because of Bed Bugs! Blood on pillows, mattress and wall! I was told that there was a king room available. When I got there, they didnt have any. A horrible experience! The only reason I gave it one star, was because it wouldnt let me post anything without giving it a rating.
Came here to stay over night. First things first. The room was a king size bed with no sheets and a mattress cover as a blanket. No sofa bed because you say your under renovations. Clearly mold is in the ceiling. You state in your agreement that if youre not satisfied you will stay free. You dont even honor that. I will make sure there will be no return visits from me, until you honor your policy and fix all your problems.
Less than six months old at the time of our visit, this motel was quite nice. The front desk staff, esp Steve and Jennifer, were most helpful. We needed a step stool for our mother to get into bed and one was brought to the room straight away. Lovely breakfast. Comfy beds. Quite clean.
After posting my original review, the general manager responded to me here, wrote me a personal note, and reached out via email. I can say that hes done everything he can to correct all noted issues. The quality of the breakfast is good, the staff are friendly, and the hotel is in a great location for what I needed. The check-in process is also very easy, and the cost of the room is fine too.
When my group arrived at the hotel the was a mistake with our rooms. The concierge was very professional and very nice and went to get his manager to take care of the problem. However the manger was not at all nice to us. He was rude and seemed like he wanted to attend to other guest who were checking in after we arrived before helping us. The rooms were nice and clean whe we finally got them. Breakfast was good and the hospitality staff was very friendly.
Awful. Booked for 3 nights to attend a funeral. The room was dated and smelled old. The bed was poorly made and was never made during our visit. Two towels were provided and had to ask for fresh towels and for the garbage to be emptied daily. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Could hear everything fro the room above us. Terrible nights sleep. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns and always been satisfied. This hotel is poor and should not be a Hampton Inn.
We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. They had a large pool where the kids spent most of the time, but there was no hot tub like the description stated they had. The staff were very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help us out. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend this amazing hotel to anyone who is staying in the area.
The room was clean, the staff was nice, the pool area was clean, the breakfast was pretty good and the price is great. I’m local and bring my kids to swim something’s because the pool is heated! One of my favorite hotels in the area especially because they don’t charge a huge deposit just for being local.
Topnotch experience. The place was esthetically pleasing, and the accommodations were great. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. One aspect I did not prefer was the sprinklers shooting water onto the chairs and table that were on the back patio. All in all, though, great stay and kind service.
We came to this hotel, sight unseen, for a Soccer tournament. The hotel is quite lovely and the staff very friendly. BUT they are lacking! NO microwave or fridge in standard rooms, that are priced well over $100 per night! The hallways are freezing, pool is small and no hot tub! Next time Ill make sure of things before reserving a place!
We were unexpectedly stuck in this hotel during a level 3 snow emergency, which extended our vacation by 4 days. The staff here was incredibly friendly and sympathetic! They chatted with us whenever we spent some time in the lobby (for a change of scenery from our room). One of the staff even helped us get answers about our Greyhound tickets (Greyhound customer service is terrible). They went out of their way to help us get back on the road and to make sure we were comfortable and welcome while we stayed there. The breakfasts were very good for cheap hotel free breakfast. The room was clean. I loved that they had a little food shop with bags of chips and microwave meals so that we wouldnt have to venture out for food every meal (their prices were very reasonable too!).I have only two minor complaints: The fitness room was tiny. One treadmill, one elliptical, and some medicine balls. No bicycle and no weights. Also, the heater in our room kept kicking on every 10 minutes. We didnt have it up that high, but it seemed to stay just at the right temperature. Maybe it was because it was so cold out. The room was a good temperature, but the heater ran in 10 minute on/off cycles.LOVE THIS HOTEL! WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE COME THROUGH!
There was a mix up with the room I booked, so I was moved to another room. While my family was enjoying the pool, I over heard a housekeeping employee yelling at the front desk employee, regarding our extended late check out. She was extremely upset talking about the three rooms we booked not checking out until late. When confronted she did not apologize but yelled again and said whatever walking away. Very unprofessional! Manager did not apologize or rectify the problem!
I stay with my husband and we always have great encounters with the staff. The management at this location is great Nichole and Dan I believe are their names they really care about their guest is what they have showed us. The front desk girl Brittney is so sweet and very helpful with questions. We will always choose this place over all the others.
Extraordinarily friendly staff, especially Nicole attending the breakfast bar who brought out some crayons and a coloring page to keep my toddler occupied. Really, all of the staff greeted us with smiles. Rooms were somewhat recently updated, very clean, and comfortably large enough for us to fit a pack-n-play in addition to the two queen beds already in the room. The hotel could use some directional signage for travelers coming from the expressway, but can be seen while driving past.
The location was great and the front guest employees were very helpful and friendly. My first room the heat did not work and there were not any extra rooms available so me and my kids had to sleep in a cold room for the night. They finally gave us a different room the next afternoon which was a bit more spacious.
As I stood in line to check-in, I noticed a few things:1. The rooms were almost all old out.2. There was only one person working the front desk at that time.3. The couple in line in front of me apparently had some difficulties with their reservation. The young woman working the front desk was Leah... and she was one of the most friendly, courteous and professional person I have ever met at the front desk of any hotel Ive stayed at (which is saying alot as I used to travel weekly for many years for work). She treated everyone the same way... no matter what their attitude was.Someone called the front desk inquiring about rooms (this is how I found out they were almost sold out). She politely explained the situation and explained what they did have available... all with a smile on her face (and in her voice). The couple in front of me were obviously unhappy with their situation, and Leah displayed genuine sympathy for them. When it was my turn, she treated me no differently... friendly, courteous and professional. Later on in the evening, I noticed that we only had two pillows in our room, so my wife called down to ask for two more pillows (for our children to use on the sofa bed). She explained that it might take a little while as she wasnt sure where housekeeping kept the extra pillow cases, but she would bring them up as soon as she could. This is when I realized she was the only one working that night. After about 15-20 minutes, there was a knock on our door. It was Leah with two pillows. She also gave us a card for a free item from the lobby store and told us it was for making us wait for the pillows.I hope the hotel management realizes what a great employee they have in her. I am guessing that she is likely just working there for the summer, but they should definitely try to keep her as long as they can because employees like her are hard to come by.The other hotel employees I met later that night and the following morning were all very nice. Our only complaint was that the A/C in the hallway were not working on our floor, so it was very warm and humid.Good customer service can be difficult to find... particularly at budget hotels. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Toledo area, I would definitely recommend it.
Stayed here for a soccer tournament. I booked outside our group and the hotel moved the group with all different reasons but I was not informed nor moved so we ended up isolated. This hotel needs a major refresh. Lots of worn surfaces in the room. Sofa bed was 10 years past done - I felt sorry I let my son sleep on it but had not much other choice. You could feel every bit of the springs. Walls and ceilings are thin and you can here each door close, people walking above, tiolet flushes, etc. The only bright spot was the typical Hampton breakfast.Others in our party tried to book and where quoted ridiculous rates so they went next door and saved almost $100. Last thing - expect to park next door as the parking spot lines are not even and the 3 hotels in the area get alot of work trucks so 1/3 of the spots are not usable/blocked. Oh and the side door by the pool was open 24/7 with random people coming and going from the back parking lot. Told the front staff twice and both times it was like I was bothering them. When you read other reviews online about stolen items Im not surprised based on the their lax security.Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere until this place is completely re-done.
Hampton Inn was very accommodating for our family gathering. We used the banquet hall and booked rooms . The hotel is VERY clean , has an updated modern atmosphere, AMAZING coffee , and wonderful friendly helpful staff . The pool was really nice and clean. We are very pleased with our experience. Thank you !
Good location. Clean, comfortable stay. Asked (twice) about late checkout and was told no problem but cleaning service was knocking on our door right at checkout and then called the room. I went to the front desk and the staff remembered me and the request and apologized. Other than that, no issues at all.
We were not told about surcharge of $50. Our room was not big enough for us. We had five in our party. We were told after arrival, we had to request a cot & pillow. Uncomfortable, I slept with leg cramps all night. Pool wasnt accessible long enough for our stay. Free Breakfast was good. But Unclear drections on how to cook waffle. I got a burnt disk.
Too much chlorine in the pool and not enough towels for our room. Approached the front desk and two employees saw us, but continued talking to each other for another 45 seconds before assisting us. Waffle maker was broken, fruit was spoiled, oatmeal was soup. Overall, for a Hampton, performance was poor.
I’d give zero but finally got a clean room...after two others were not cleaned! Front desk girl was helpful, however after arriving at 9 PM and not having a room to settle in until 10:30, is absolutly absurd!!!!! First room had a unmade bed, keys still in room, towels all over! 2nd room they put us in had made beds, but used soap, eggs and yogurt in fridge and dirty bathroom!!!! If I wasn’t with a group, I would have left!
I am a repeat visitor to this Hampton Inn in Toledo. The staff is friendly and professional, take an interest in the well being of their guests, and are genuinely happy to welcome returning guests. The rooms are clean. Fresh coffee is always ready in the lobby, and bags with a small breakfast to-go are available for guests and business travelers who have to leave before the hot breakfast is served. I will continue visiting this hotel.
Was the worse experience I have ever had staying at a Hampton Inn. We have used this hotel for all of our vacation stays out of town but now going to have to rethink staying here. First, I had to purchase orange juice for their free breakfast, it was out of order. The manager was the one that informed me it was out of order and never offered to reimburse me or anything just blew it off. After breakfast went up to the room to shower and the water went cold on me! The manager stood by while I talked to the front desk lady about the situation with the water and said nothing! And this is why they will lose their Flags soon enough. Never have I had such a bad experience to where it wasnt handled, or a manager that just didnt care!! Never returning again!
This has been one of the worse experiences Ive had in a hotel. The staff is terrible and very unprofessional. The bed seems to small for the frame. The sheets are too small for the mattress. The shower flows straight into the bathroom, so the whole floor is wet. The remote controls terrible for the cable and half the channels on the hotel guide are not enabled on the TV.
We stayed at this facility May 12 & 13, 2017 with other guests attending a wedding in town. We, along with many of our friends experienced significant problems that were systemic to an aging facility in desperate need of an extreme hotel makeover. Some of the problems could have been avoided with a bit of focus on quality control. With the exception of one very inexpirienced, front desk clerk who will require some development, the remain front desk staff were very polite and professional. I would like to acknowledge Austin who gracefully and professionally handled a barage of issues. Id also like to acknowledge Ryan, the hotel manager who also stepped in to help make the best of a very disappointing chain of events during our 2 night stay.Im told the hotel will be undergoing a renovation in the coming months.
I wish I could give them a half of a start Horrible weekend, me and my wife had a Surprise hotel party for our 7 year old. We booked a two Double queen suite but when we got there they gave us a king suite they told use the double room was all messed up bcuz the people b4 us Basically f it up so they Change the rate $10 bucks Cheaper got to the room Stove don’t work, toilet seat to big for toilet it’s like a Swivel , one Remote didn’t work to tv , this hotel is Terrible I found a XXX DVD Above the kitchen cabinet , the walls in bathroom look like it had water Damage from a leak , Very outdated . Needs a lot of Updates I wouldn’t let my dog stay here or recommend anybody to stay, but the Front Desk staff was very nice and the Breakfast was very Horrible
Everyone working here is not friendly. They ALL have an attitude! Our bathroom had mold on the showerhead and walls. They came to knock after I placed the do NOT disturb sign on. She said. Oh, our system shows nobody staying in this room My family will never return here. Unfortunate they are giving Hampton Inn a bad name. We were staying at other Hampton Inn on our vacation that were complete opposite of this.
Usually Im a Hampton Inn fan, but this one is tired and the room had an aroma of smoke. They told me it is paint from upstairs and gave me a can of room deodorizer to mask the smell. If that wasnt enough, the gym was void of any weights or medicine balls and barely had enough equipment to even consider breaking a sweat. everything in the lobby is worn. It is simply a beat down hotel and when the neighboring Marriott Courtyard is new and much more attractive including a bar inside, I know where Ill pick next time Im in the Toledo area.
My family stayed with Hampton Inn & Suites Toledo-North on April 14, 2016 - April 16,2016.We decided this hotel based on a previous stay with the Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-Mesquite, Texas which we loved.Well needless to say the Toledo-North location needs to raise their standards. The breakfast was horrible both days of our stay. Then on April 16,2016, we received an additional invoice in the amount of 133.67 under our door.We explained to the desk clerk that $287.47 has already been held on our bank account. We further stated that we should not have this additional of $133.67.The desk clerk (the one with the tattoos ) stated that the invoice was an error and we will not be charged. We my family and I hit the road back to our home state of Texas. We went to put gas in our truck (we always check the balance on our account before we spend) and we notice that we was charged $287.47 plus an additional $133.67. When we booked our room, our nightly rate was $114.00 per night which comes to $228.00 plus tax of $39.33 for the grand total of what should have been $267.33. We called the HI & S Toledo- North we spoke to the person who checked us out.She kept telling me that we needed to call our bank because there is a bank error.I quickly stated to her that this is not a bank error, I also told her I have screen shot our statement to prove we got charged twice.I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager is off the whole weekend.I then asked to speak with whoever was in charge for the weekend, I was told no one was in charge.I told the desk clerk that I am driving back to Texas, I told her that we had already brought the over charge to her attention when we checked out of the hotel and was told that we will not get charged for the error. I further explained that because she charged us for additional day (which we did not reserve) could we come back and get a room until the manager came in Monday morning. The clerk stated that she would have to call the manager to see if we can.I asked her to see if her manager would give me a call. She told me she will have the manager call me right back. I never received the call back which left me and my family in our car over night. I called again Monday morning, I was able to speak with the who then told me that we would get a 100% refund due to the error. She told me that she would need me to get her the 800 number on the back of my debit card so that she can call our bank to get an immediate release of the refund. I was told I would get a call back once this is done. I never received a call back. So Tuesday roles around I asked my husband to call. The GM told him to do the same thing with the 800 number and that she would give us a call back once everything was done. A few hours passed and I missed a call from the desk clerk. I called her back seconds later. When I spoke with the clerk she ask for that info AGAIN!! By then I was super, the clerk asked if I would like to speak with the GM I said yes. I spoke with the GM and I told her I was told twice (once Saturday, then Monday) that I would get a call back from her staff. I told her I never did. I said I do you expect me to trust you’re going to call me back with you never did twice before. I was told by the GM that I was a lie because she stood next to the clerk when she was calling me back. The only time I received a call was Tuesday after my husband made the first contact that morning. The staff never called me back Saturday like she said she would to see if we could get a comp room until their GM was able to fix the error the hotel made. Then on Monday whenI was told I would get a call back once they spoke with my bank.Mean while my banking account is being charged NSF fees due to their error. I was told by the GM because I use a credit union we are not able to get our refund instantly. When I called our Credit union & spoke to the manager I was told there was never a refund request, they only lifted the hold on our acct. This is so unprofessional.I will never stay here again.
Breakfast was absolutely horrible, probably the worst I have ever had from a hotel. Was there on business for 12 weeks but ended up leaving after 5 days because someone was throwing a party down the hall and I couldn’t sleep. I called the front desk 3 times but nothing was done. I finally checked out at 1am and went to a different hotel.
TWO of FIVE STARS - AVOID ROOM #111When I reserved over the phone, I was given a room that was between an elevator maintenance closet and the elevators. I hoped the noise would calm down after evening use. However, this generator-like sound from the elevator maintenance closet continued to wake me intermittently, until I could no longer take it at approximately 3 AM. I made numerous calls to the desk to have Paige come and hear the disturbance but it was so brief in intervals that she could not seem to hear it. As I could not sleep I packed and left. No room change/upgrade was suggested or offered. The manager, Maddy, refunded the money after I called the hotel later that day.The staff, including Maddy, Kim who booked that room, and especially Alexis who checked me in, were all exceptionally considerate and were the reason that I chose that Toledo Hampton over the six equal or less expensive hotels in that immediate area. Still, the poor sleeping conditions and that the shower nozzle was aimed to shoot out of the shower when I turned it on (flooding the bathroom floor as I adjusted the temp) and the large crack/smudge in the middle of the television made it a disappointing hotel stay.I would normally never bother writing about it but the Hilton name is still synonymous with excellence and I have stayed for a period of two months in a Hampton Inn in Fort Lee, New Jersey with only accolades for both staff and accommodations. This time, however, I made sure to complete the survey...which expired seven days later and one day before I found the time to complete it.I called in to have the survey regenerated. The operators at option 5 of Hilton Honors Customer Service was hit or miss: June seemed high or distracted and talked in circles until I hung up, while Phillip was able to give clear answers and placed me on hold briefly to confirm information of which he was unsure. He also enrolled me in a points Double Dip program.Bottom Line?1. Do NOT stay in Room 111.2. DO fill out feedback survey expeditiously.3. Do continue to use this lovely hotel but the best staff (as with most places) works days - 09:00 - 17:00.4. Check out the room completely, use the notepad to write down any accumulating problems and inform management prior to unpacking!* I received no compensation for this survey; if you read it, please give it a thumb.-WL Bush
Ive stayed in many hotels during remodeling. They have multiple areas , floors ,and corridors torn apart , and workers are not limited to daylight construction only during remodeling strange way to do this. All this said my room was clean , and the hotel staff very friendly.
The need to travel to Toledo on business arose unexpectedly. My wife, children, and dogs were able to accompany me on this trip. We needed an affordable location and one that was pet-friendly. The Rodeway Inn was affordable, comfortable, easy-to-locate, and offered a tasty continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed a pack-and-play and blankets
Check in is at 3 oclock. I arrived with my family at 3:10. I was told that my room wasnt ready yet but would be only 5 minutes. After a 5 minute wait in the lobby with my wife and our 3 & 4 year old I asked about our room. I was then told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. So, here I sit (in the lobby) at 3:50 and still no room. There is currently about 6 families waiting with us. Very poor service from the staff.
WARNING...Keep a eye on your account.I rented a room on Sep 22d. Pd cash. They took 4 room amounts off my card (4)! Here it is Oct 2nd & Ive got all but one back. They refuse to speak to me & I really couldnt be any nicer reguarding this situation & I just got hung up on. I have a reciept my room was pd in cash & it also was tooken out of my account. Looks like Im not the only victim.

2022-01-231st night of 2 night stay. Found out theres no microwave. Also flashing message light on phone, notified front desk. Reply was and what do you want me to do about it? Remove the message I replied. Was told I dont know how to do thatHow does one get a front desk job and not know one of the basic aspects?Hotel needs to update its channel line up card.Seems like petty stuff, but you add them up and its annoying.1st breakfast was a fiasco! Got there with 1 hr left and the buffet was dusted. Got enough milk for some cereal. A bagel(last one). Out (literally nothing left)of milk, bread, yogurt. Weak coffee.3 families with about 10 kids cleaned out the hotel.POOR PLANNING.Worst HAMPTON weve stayed at. They excuse themselves due to remodeling, yet charge you full price!! Comfortable bed I will say. Furniture looks new, but are hard and not comfortable for longer periods.2nd breakfast not much better. No milk, no cereal. Yogurt sitting in a non refrigerated box.Trust these reviews, theyre not kidding.Definitely not up to HILTON/HAMPTON standards. Kept feeling like I was in a little larger version of Motel 6.

2022-06-01Had an extended stay. Would like to see room cleaned when I took off the fo not disturb sign. There is only the front desk when you need something printed and no guest computer system.

2022-05-12Newley remodeled and I was impressed. Most on some of the recent reviews I was expecting worse. Clean and nice breakfast. Big spacious rooms. A little loud in the parking lot.

2022-04-02Arrived at 11pm. The only parking was towards the back and a gold Chrysler with gangsta wheels and a guy with half bald, half dreadlocks was there, creepy. Once I found my room, moved to the other side of the building, burt out security light with another guy hanging out. Bathtub didnt drain at all. Noisy Kids.

2022-01-03First there was confusion of the suite that I booked prior to the date of my stay The front desk had nasty attitudes also they said my room was destroyed!!! this wad not true it was candy wrappers from my 5yr olds party thats all that was on the floor I called this morning to speak with the manager she covering her own behind by telling me she had complaints from other guest about my stay but none of the guest called the front desk to complain she said they complain on a website and then many residents chose to check out of the hotel because of my stay this is bull we had no music or nothing the kids stayed in the pool most of our stay and I kept them at the front of the pool so most of the pool was still free And available Hampton by Hilton has always been my go to for getaways etc.as Im sure it is for many people....but I think they should stay away from this particular one ...After I spoke with the manager she told me she would not refund me my money after the confusion of my room and being bullied by her staff... because she would lose out on money..... I am sooooo upset. I need to just let it go but I feel so disrespected lied to that its almost overwhelming .... Im positive I am not the first and wont be the last person that complains about this specific Hampton Inn....

2021-09-06Booked for 4 nights but ended up checked out after 2 nights. Bed and linen were fine and comfortable. Dresser drawers were filthy. We wiped with Lysol wipes before we could use. No chairs or sofa in the sitting room. There was no housekeeping service so no one came to the room to do the normal hotel services. We had to go to the front desk to get towels. Will not choose Hampton Inn again for sure.

2021-11-22Such a terrible experience. We arrived and there was no soap in our room to begin with. There was no coffee for the entire weekend we stayed here. Absolutely no breakfast choices, and when I asked for some shampoo and conditioner there was none at all. On top of that there was no heat in the hotel it was absolutely freezing. The hotel staff were cold and miserable and unfortunately they had nothing to do with why they couldn’t feed anyone the breakfast included with the stay..

2022-01-24Parking was awful. Lots of big rigs lining lot and streets. No breakfast during my stay. They did not do an adequate job of restocking selections. Everything was gone by 8am including coffee.
