Very nice area, hotel outside clean and picked up, no liter. When entering the lobby is clean and the staff was friendly. Hot coffee was fresh and available. Accessing my room with my phone from the app. was easy. My room was clean and fresh scent. I love that they had Lysol wipes around for me to wipe things off as well. Very nice location, I felt safe going in and out.
Here for 1 night. Staff at checkin and checkout were efficient and nice. Room was a little dated, old TV etc... but it comfy. Shower worked fine except it made a squeal that I am sure my neighbors did not enjoy early this AM. Overall a The front desk has small store with drinks including beer.
Everything went so well and smoothly. Given that hotel staff was also working during COVID, Im upping my rating to 5 stars. I worked at the Hampton in Crabtree Valley as a hotel shuttle driver and the service at Cleveland-Beachwood was astounding considering the Hampton is the economy brand for Hilton. I had memorable stay, like my last stay at a Hilton property. Thanks!
A very enjoyable stay! While I didnt partake in the morning breakfasts, the system in place seemed well suited to todays cautionary guidelines for cleanliness. The hotel is well suited to freeway access, as well, making it easy to get where youre going quickly and without much trouble. Staff is friendly and very professional.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel since it was the mid-way point to Niagara Falls. There check-in process was uncomplicated, and it was easy to find a parking spot. I like using their digital key on my phone to open our room door. Our hotel room was clean and tastefully furnished. The hotel is in a good location. There were a number of nice restaurants within a short distance from the hotel. We would stay at this facility if we ever traveled through this area again.
Great staff working. Pool, gym and breakfast are nice. The room is big but the furniture is huge, heavy, dark and outdated. If neighbors are in and out you will hear doors slam. Id say its good for the money, but I just booked a hotel in downtown Paris (France) for the same price...
We stayed here 5/1/21 for one night after moving our child to Cleveland. Room was comfortable, front desk staff was friendly. Loved the order form for breakfast - great selection and it was very good; only drawback was our room didnt have a microwave so we had to heat it in the shared microwave in the lobby. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful staff. Attentive and friendly.Extremely comfortable rooms. Enough space to spread clothing out in and to feel at home.Dark, dark window shades. The best sleep Ive had in years. It was like our dark little relaxation cave. And then, there was the pool. I went several times and there was never a real crowd, even when the hotel was fully booked. And then, the waffles. The free breakfast is generous and varied, as long as youre not vegan (Im not!). The mini waffles are spectacular. And then, the mall across the street, Pinecrest. It is a short walk and it has several restaurants, both more kid friendly and some more adult-focused, featuring whiskey and tequila drinks. I am into whiskey so I loved that. Was a safe walk with a light-up crosswalk button, even at night. Its almost as safe a place to drink at as a hotel bar.We are definitely coming back here.
2 Stars just because the A/C didnt work. Front desk said no maintenance on Duty. Also next to the express way and kinda loud all day/night.The room was fine. Nice bed and TV. WifI worked. Bathroom was clean. Hallways were clean. lobby was clean. Nothing to complain about except the A/C
We chose the Hampton Inn in Beachwood, Ohio for its good location while visiting relatives for the weekend. The hotel is listed as non-smoking, but the king suite room 329 was filled with cigarette toxins in the wall paper, curtains, and carpet. When we first walked in the room we were hit with the smell of smoke that would never dissipate. The hotel was full and could not offer us a different room. We stayed out of the room and only slept there late at night. The sheets and towels smelled bleach fresh and clean and I buried myself under the sheets to avoid the cigarette smell. Upon arriving home, our suitcases and clothing smelled of smoke. The hotel needs to remove the wallpaper, drapes, and carpet to scrub out all the toxins and smoking residue.
What a wonderful, surprising experience. I had little knowledge of Hampton Inn and Suites but thought I would give them a try after a very disappointing experience at another hotel nearby. I was impressed by everything from the quality and comfort of the room to the thoughtful consideration of the staff.
Stayed 2 days with my 5 year old daughter.Once a month we have a girls weekend. The room was very clean and the front desk And cleaning staff were all very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. The pool was open. We stayed over a weekend. The lady who gave out the Prepared to-go Hot breakfast boxes at 7:30am seemed a little crabby when we picked up our food. My daughter innocently asked “mom is she cranky? ..maybe she needs a nap” (kids tell it like it is)... but other than that, the entire stay was relaxing and enjoyable and I would definitely stay again. Maybe next time we’ll opt for a later breakfast!
Absolutely fantastic experience, despite the Corona virus. Their pool was closed, as was their buffet breakfast, but they made the experience great anyway. They had an order menu you fill out and hand in by 2am and you simply pickup your breakfast at the front desk. The food was hot and delicious. The room was clean, the linens were fresh, everything was sanitary and their complimentary bath products were name brand and very nice. Will definitely stay here again.
Beds were very comfortable, communication between the front desk and cleaning crew seemed a little off. We had a do not disturb sign that disappeared so house keeping came into the room while we were gone...nothing was taken but was just a little alarming when we returned to our room....the shower felt great but you had to wait like 3-5 minutes for water to get hot. Overall staff was very nice and friendly and hotel was very accommodating.
We were in Cleveland for a funeral, we usually stay in Homewood suites because we need the kitchen. This was an over night stay. I was very satisfied with guest service and the rooms. Everything was nice and clean. I like how we were able to order breakfast and go without waiting.
Loved staying here, and usually always love all the Hampton Inns Ive stayed at...and Ive stayed at A LOT of them. This one seems to have a few more bells & whistles than the other ones, but one great thing is the breakfasts are a bit better than many other hotels. Cant get enough of those omelettes.
Save the $30 and stay at another hotel in the area. For the extra price, it offered nothing special. I felt cheated. Most hotels have limited offerings and I get that. So what is the extra $30 for? I chose based on reviews, but I cant imagine another hotel would offer less than this one. No pool, no room service, a barely adequate work out room, terrible in-room coffee, terrible complimentary breakfast (in selection and taste), skimpy towels. Worst of all----terrible TV. We were stuck in our room for the evening and its like 1980s cable----no channel guide, a delay with each channel change, no way to know what station youre on, 2 HBO channels and thats it, no back button---cant explain it, but I just kept wondering why Im paying more for this hotel than the Indigo across the street or the Marriott which were $30 less per night (or the at least 10 others that are directly around it).The beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant, and I didnt feel unsafe.
If you are looking for a place to stay in the the Cleveland area, this Hamption In and Suites is the place to be. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable, the location is by I-271 which makes it ideal for getting around the Cleveland area, and great shopping centers are in close proximity. I will return there on my next trip to Cleveland this summer.
The staff is very friendly and was very courteous. The only suggestion I would like to offer is to let guests control their thermostats. I get cold easily and the air was on and I couldnt turn it off. The staff resolved the issue promptly. Love the location in Beachwood!
Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Adequate breakfast without charge. Lunch, dinner, you have to travel from the hotel. Although clearly seen from the highway, once off the highway, streets and correct parking lot designations are poor, making finding the correct one more difficult than it should be. Mattress very soft.
The location is good. There are several new restaurants and shops in the area. Its no Ritz-Carlton, but the hotel is nice as well. Theres a decent continental breakfast. The health center is a little small, but the pool is not bad. I wish the room had USB ports for charging devices on the nightstand, but they do at least have multiple outlets there. Overall a nice stay, and I have no big complaints.
Good value. They have free coffee 24/7, free breakfast, a nice lobby with tvs playing all day, easy parking, and free cookies on weekdays. Stay was quiet and staff friendly. The housekeeping did a poor job stocking our bathroom, but other than that the stay was great.
Im a Hilton Honors member.I recently booked a two night stay 5/3-5/5.As being an employee at a networking Hotel I completely understand what type of service is expected and the customer serve I experienced here SUCKS! From the front desk staff to the morning food and beverage associates. The front desk women did not engage in a cheerful welcoming manner the energy she gave off was awful. The staff seemed to be more friendly and sociable with one another than the guest. At the Hotwl I work at it is first and foremost the guest experience is par excellent and it is.I really had a bad experience and will you ever book there again. The staff obviously missed the importance of making the guest feel welcomed and at home.
Top notch hotel and staff... super nice and helpful a very clean hotel in and outside of the room . I will be back in December for a second stay i cant wait. Oh i cant forget the breakfast crew very smooth operation and very helpful food was fresh and hot and clean dining area ..
This hotel has been a great place to stay over the past seven years when Ive been in the area for work travel. The customer service is always top notch and friendly and their pool and hot tub is always very clean and well maintained. The suites are spacious, bed sheets are comfy and their complimentary breakfast is tasty! Cant say enough great things about this hotel!
My niece stayed in a suite and I dropped her off. The room was clean and Fabulous next time I come down Im staying here.staff was excellent ,friendly, great sense of humor and knowledgeable of the area. kind of challenging to get into the location some construction in the area. Keep up the great job I was impressed.
Staff were exemplary, helpful and friendly. Despite the breakfast buffet being busy, the attendee was upbeat and helpful. Our room was clean and well appointed; soft bed and pillows throughout our stay. The location was ideal for travel into and out of the city center; however I recommend plotting out driving plans ahead of time to avoid any headaches.
I have non-celiac gluten sensitivity and I was able to eat a tasty hot breakfast there. The staff there were very helpful and courteous. The cook went out of her way to bring out heavy boxes on a cart to show me the list of ingredients. She did this 2 mornings in a row without any hesitation. I was very impressed and appreciative. The dining area was very cozy with soft cushy chairs and the room was clean and tidy. The only reason I didnt give it 4 stars is because the shower handle was a little loose and slightly harder to adjust and the toilet seat was missing a bolt but very minor. Great experience there.
Not a bad little hotel. Quality of the rooms are nice enough and theyre big. Nothing fancy and could use updating - but if youre looking for a place to just hang your hat for the night this is suitable. It did have a good continental breakfast with varying options of bagels, cereal, fruit and yogurt. Also has a small shop with water and travel items and laundry services, they send those out but good if youre here long term.Would I stay here if I wasnt on business? Probably not but for a business trip this is a workable option.
We were in town on orders for the military and did not have time to reserve a room ahead of time. The manager worked with us on getting the rate down to the authorized military rate. Not many other hotels will do that on short notice. The building was very well decorated. Breakfast was great. And they have plenty of amenities here. There is a restaurant nearby that serves decent food and drinks. Thank you for a great stay.
This was an okay place. For the price Id expected much better accomodations though. Rooms very small. Beds very comfortable though. But we had a bad experience because I have a disability one my eyes droops a little and I had make up on. A guest called the police on my husband claiming I was a beaten kidnapped victim and he also went to jail until I explained my medical issue and showed we were married. People are crazy man!
This was a newer hotel that was pretty nice. The rooms were clean and the front desk staff helpful and friendly. The pool/hot tub area was very nice. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, waffles, eggs, potatoes, assorted pastries, cereals yogurts and fresh fruit. What you would normally find at this type of breakfast offering. However soy and almond milk were not offered as alternatives.Very easy to get into and out of downtown Cleveland. Would definitely stay there again.
The water seems to suck the moisture out of your body and I cant help but wonder what chemicals are in it (this is common for hotels, though, so maybe its normal?). The breakfast is a bit lacking and the internet is slow. However, the facilities are very nice and easy to get to. The beds are comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful & accommodating. Will return if my regular hotel is unavailable on a future trip.
Hotel was nice and clean .. Rooms were nice.. They only thing that bothered me was when my kids wanted to go to the pool i couldnt go with them due to having wrist bands. I had took my daughter there over the weekend for her birthday and had invited 3 of her close friends but they couldnt attend the pool as well . it was basically 1 at a time .. Just wish they had a restaurant or like a bar for happy hour. I didnt like their breakfast ...
It had a nice location, close to the interstate highway. There are lots of nearby restaurants, which is very convenient. The room we had was a 2 queen room. The pillows were nice and soft, the bed had a good mattress. There was a gym and pool, and complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety.
Very friendly people working at this hotel!! Just happened to have emergency surgery on Wednesday and informed them I was healing they went out of there way to be extra help and support . They did not have to do that but they did !! The hotel even made sure I was close to elevator and exits for my vehicle that was so awesome. I will definitely be back for a weekend of relaxation . The hotel is close to many things , restaurants, entertainment, hospitals, joined Hilton Honors Program which gives you many other perks !!!
Clean room. Accessible to the freeway. Usual breakfast menu for this type of hotel. Hotel employees were rude and called our group “a bunch of losers” as we exited the breakfast area because our CEO was hard of hearing (he’s 82) and didn’t hear them ask him to move his breakfast dishes. Completely unprofessional.
The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is a mini fridge but no microwave which is odd. The area is currently under construction which is a little inconvenient but obviously that is beyond their control. Also the room key is supposed to also get you in the hotel after hours but yours does not; they do however have a doorbell which the front desk person is pretty quick to answer. They have continental breakfast that smelled fantastic unfortunately didnt have time to try yet.
My family and I have been coming here a lot these last few months for medical reasons at the Cleveland Clinic!! The hotel is always clean and the staff are always friendly and go over and beyond!! Wouldnt stay anywhere else thank you all for making us feel at home!! We absolutely love Cherry she is so kind spirited and is very good with my step- son who has special needs!!
The Hampton Inn & Suites in Cleveland (the Beachwood location) might be the most modern hotel Ive seen - full of the kinds of personal touches that are too often missing from the other chain hotels. There are touches of humor throughout, like a blown-up snapshot with caption inside the elevator, plus a mustache on the coffee cup. And next to every room door in the hallway is a unique photo, casual but artful. Makes it feel more like home. And it hits all the right notes in the things you expect from a hotel, as well. First was the greeting - even though I arrived after midnight, the desk clerk was waiting there without need for a bell, and more than that, attentive and genuinely friendly. He even took the time to talk about an upcoming visit to my town of Pittsburgh, as he checked me in quickly and handed me my room key, without the need for me to sign or initial anything. I wish all registrations were like this!On the way to my room I saw a well-appointed coffee & tea station available 24/7, a very nice courtesy. Also a mini-shop with snacks, drinks, wine and travel conveniences available for purchase, another thing I wish would always be available in hotels.Spacious room, and nicely furnished - the textured bedspread, almost like a quilt, was another homey touch. A nice color scheme, lots of classy lamps, marble on the desk and bathroom vanity, and plenty of outlets, including ones right by the bed. That last detail is usually my first complaint about a hotel, everyone needs to charge their phone at night and its so frustrating to have to scramble around to find an outlet. A full compliment of Neutrogena products in the bathroom is nice, too. The king bed was very comfy, with what felt just like actual feather pillows, and no noise from inside or outside, I slept like a babe.Breakfast is served til 10 - great for us late sleepers - and was a really nice spread, in a nice-looking room with more marble and artwork. Again, very classy. Plenty to choose from, including eggs with ham, sausage, oatmeal with all the fixings, fresh waffles, bagels and toast, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, multiple kinds of yogurt, etc. And more friendly staffpeople, who greeted me and offered to fetch anything I might want.Check-out was again friendly and a breeze, nothing to sign. Not a single complaint about this place - wish I could replicate it in the other towns on my trip. This would be a great spot for a shopping weekend. Nice location just off the 271 which gets you to the 480 in a couple of minutes. Its in a very new kind of development and shopping center, with a lot of appealing restaurants and wide range of shops.
Took a trip to Cleveland to see an Indians game and stayed here. The entire staff was incredibly friendly but not fake friendly. In fact, just about everybody we ran into was friendly. Parking was abundant and located right outside the hotel. Entire facility was clean and well furnished, as well as quiet. Free Wi-Fi is always a plus as well. Didnt walk around too much but saw a weight room, treadmills and a jacuzzi. Breakfast had a wide selection, from fruit and yogurt to waffles and oatmeal to sausage and eggs. They had something for almost everyone, even four different juice choices. The only bad thing I can say is that the sausage links werent good at all but other than that, they have my recommendation and future business. The place was well run and everyone was professional. I regret not taking photos of the bathroom because it had really nice decor and was good sized, had a bit of a luxury feel to it. One of the best parts was a conversation I had with an older couple in the elevator who were decked out in Browns gear. As a Bills fan, we shared a few minutes of mutual football misery and then went our separate ways. Ive stayed at Hampton Inn before and had good results but this was a cut above from top to bottom.
They do not change their sheets. The same stains on the pillow/undersheets when I checked in was still there all week. I confronted the front desk and they told me it was changed twice but couldn’t confirm what day or who did it. I am disgusted. Especially after reading online that many major hotel chains were caught not changing sheets even between guests. I gave a two star because they have free unlimited drinks during happy hour.
Over all the hotel is pretty good. Employees are super friendly and helpful, REALLY the staff here seems to care about the guest very proactively, and I would hire any of them to work in this industry. Room was clean. Conference room was decent. The breakfast was better than most. There is a nice indoor pool area, and a nice exercise room, which was actually better than most hotels of the same caliber. Water pressure and temp is good. Ease of access from the highway is INCREDIBLE!The only negatives I could pick out were: No refrigerator in the room. The grout in the bathroom needs replaced. The conference room was either way too hot or way too cold. There were no USB charge ports (which I expect in a hotel room). The toilet seat seems to slam shut and needs replaced. The door handle was secure, but really wonky. Lastly, the designated smoking area (I dont smoke) has no protection from rain nor wind. All things considered the stay was more than acceptable, and having no idea what my company paid for the room I cannot speak to the value, but rather point out everything I saw. I would not mind coming here again for business. However, for personal travel I would seek other accommodations.
They have a pretty nice pool area. It can accommodate about 30 people with chairs, tables, etc. However, like many hotels they probably use excessive amounts of chlorine. I didnt even swim but I could feel the chlorine burning my eyes just by sitting in the pool area. In addition to the pool, there is a small hot tub that can accommodate about 5-6 adults comfortably
Wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn Cleveland-Beachwood. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both at check in and at the nice Continental breakfast. The room was great - spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room and hallways were quiet. I was able to get a great nights sleep which is rare for me with hotel stays. The room had a nice desk/workspace in the room and the Wifi was superfast. The next time Im in Cleveland area Ill be sure to stay at the Hampton Inn!
Pretty cozy hotel for a good price. The staff were amazing and accommodated our every need, and the rooms were clean and comfy. However, the hallways, rooms, elevators, and dining areas were pretty small, and could get a bit crowded at times. Overall a good experience.
AC is on a motion detector. Went out to dinner expecting the AC would cool the room down. But it stayed off since no motion. No motion when you sleep as well. If you call to complain, they can turn off motion sensor. Nice if they would mention when you check in. If you lie no AC, this is the place for you
Suzanne at the front desk sympathized with my situation, and was really friendly. Even offered me a complimentary upgrade! I had to visit Cleveland to take care of my Mom’s house as she is now living in a memeory care facility. Suzanne did her best to make the most of it for me! That plus the breakfast being included made for a decent trip. Thank you!!!
Clean room and comfortable bed. Rooms seemed smaller compared to similar rooms at other Hampton Inns locations. As far as amenities go...it was lacking. Out of date restaurant guide for the area. First Hampton Inn I have stayed at that has NO refrigerator or micro-wave in the room. No T.V. channel listing to let you know what stations are in the area. ( And our t.v. kept going cutting out every few minutes and then coming back on.) No safety handle to get into the tub, unless you want to grab a towel rack in the shower???Good size vanity in bathroom but 2 small shelves to hold shampoo etc, there is no ledge to put anything on. They sell frozen micro wave food in the lobby but no way to cook it in the room or anywhere else I could find. No body at the desk to ask either. Breakfast was ok but not a big selection, and we must of been trying to eat at the wrong time because no place to sit with dirty tables. So you had to bus your own table.
Hotel staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, and good selection for breakfast! Free parking and pool with hot tub! We were there for 4 night to visit the cleveland clinic they were very accommodating and worked with our schedule giving us extra time to let them know if We needed an extra night without extra charge! Plus as a cleveland clinic patient u get a small discount which is nice! The hotel was bout 20 mins from the clinic but for the price was worth it! Just want to say thank u!
Staff Is Very Professional And Alert On Notifications. They Keep Up The Hotel Very Nice ,Very Nicely Maintained! Staff Is Always Around Keeping Busy Doing What They Can To Assist And That Is What I Like To See. Good Ammenities Inside Great Location To Nearby Restaurants..I Would Defitnetly Return And Share My Experience To Family To Experience It For Themselves. Great Suites!
Excellent service in a great atmosphere with amenities. Free breakfast, nice size pool, weight room, dumbells, state of the art bikes & treadmills to name a few!All at a beautiful suburb just few minutes drive from fine dinning, Legacy Village Mall, Whole foods, Kinkos and a super innerstate 271 which links to all local highways and the turnpike 80.I usually order a room with a microwave and fridgerator, but a good stash of food is always downstairs at the front desk with an accessible oven!I would highly recommend this hotel...the price is also easy on the purse..its Ohio....not New York!
Cherry and sharif were out standing help. So kind. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to noisy people directly above our room. It was very upsetting but sharif was so kind. Cherry was consistently a great help. They are outstanding costomer service young people.
My husband had surgery at Ahuja Medical Center accross the highway so we stayed for two nights. The hotel was Nice and Clean. I absolutely fell in love with the comforter. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was more than helpful, when we came back from the hospital I asked if they had a wheel chair as he was still weak from the surgery and our room was on hte 4th floor way near the end. They were more than happly to loan us the one they had. If we ever have to stay again we will.
I spent one night this week. Tuesday morning, I dressed and went to the fitness center for a treadmill walk. 3 other people were working out alongside me. After 20 or so minutes, the Inn Manager came into the room, shared some kind words and handed each one of us an ice-cold bottle of water. Wow. How thoughtful was that? I was not quick enough to catch his name, however...I dont know if Ill ever stay at a Cleveland area hotel, other Hampton Beachwood, ever again!Thank you, sir. You made my day.
Great hotel with friendly service, in a convenient location in Beachwood. Right near some fun restaurants, including Wasabi, and a Whole Foods. Friendly staff and efficient service, with nice facilities and comfortable and clean rooms. And free hot breakfast! Would definitely stay again.
Charged my card for the room when I told them upon check-in that I was paying cash and they were NOT to charge the card. The front desk clerk (who was dressed in a sweatshirt and jeans) told me that I could pay in cash at check out and that she would not charge my card. She did not tell me that the card would be charged anyway to put a hold on the funds that would not be released for 3-5 days. Due to the hold on the account that they did not disclose, three checks came in the next days and bounced because there was a hold on the funds for no reason. When I called to speak to the manager, she told me that the front desk employee should have disclosed that they dont take cash at check-in, and that they hold the funds regardless of whether cash is being paid or not. She then blamed ME for the problem that her employee caused. I asked for her to refund me the $105 worth of bank fees caused by the employees error (and admitted by the manager) but the manager told me that the bank would have to do that. When I pointed out that it wasnt the banks error, so the bank shouldnt be the entity to refund the fees, the manager still refused to refund the fees caused by the desk clerks errors of communication. Ive stayed at this hotel several times and never had a problem before, but will never stay there again because of the managers attitude of blaming the guest, and her failure to correct the situation.
The hotel was nice BUT....we could not get WIFI to work and I only got about 4 hours of sleep because the hotel was full of kids and teenagers that ran the halls, banged on doors, and yelled all night. Made several complaints to the front desk and they could not keep them quite. Also the rooms across the hall had a party which didnt help. Very disappointing....
What a joke! 20 mins to make a reservation then after a 5 hour drive we get to the hotel to be told their computers are down and sorry but we can’t take you...?Regardless of the fact we had a booked reservation, regardless of the fact I am a in Cleveland for medical treatent, and at 1:30 am being jacked around because of their computer issues.. it is now 2:20 am we got ‘re-located’ at the Doubletree hotel. HILTON YOU OWE ME AND I FULLY INTENT TO COLLECT!!!
Just the very best from making my reservation with Shavon(sp).....helping my friends and me with early check-ins switching my room at the last minute and the grandest welcome from Shavon and the staff. My friends attending the wedding with me thought Shavon and I were old friends and I felt like we were Kudos and a raise for Shavon.
Gotta shout out to the night staff for saving the day. Arrived late and the other location that showed available turned out to be sold out. I arrived at this location and they were able to honor my discounted rate and provided the suite with no issues. Saved me from sleeping in the car!

2022-05-04I ave high standards for Hampton Inn, but they did not disappoint. The bar had great breakfast to order like a restaurant. You had to pay, but it was nothing compared to other chains. The room was very clean and neat. They had a computer in the lobby with a printer, and a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The front desk and breakfast servers went above and beyond. I really enjoyed my stay here.

2022-06-25We came up for a surgery and stayed here for one night. We had a king suite, which was quite roomy and comfortable, clean and nice. The bed was quite comfortable, the right balance of firm and soft (despite our preference at home for a very firm futon directly on the hardwood). It was quiet, and the staff were all polite. We thought about swimming in the pool, but the cloud of chlorine in the air when we opened the door to it was off-putting, so we went for a drive to Lake Erie (choosing Euclid Park over Edgewater Park since we didn’t have to drive right through Cleveland traffic to get there) and enjoyed a meal in the shade by the water instead. The breakfast spread had a large variety of items, and they really only lost a star for the eggs being the tasteless powdered variety and the sausage with so little seasoning and flavor that I actually wondered if they were meatless (if so, people should be told on the placard because we don’t eat soy products).

2022-06-18We and our dog were made to feel welcome in this spacious, clean, well-appointed hotel--an excellent value and highly recommended UPDATE 6/17--just received the bill. Was never told pet fee is $75!!! Never would have stayed and will not return Much higher than any other comparable hotel on our cross country trip!

2022-04-12The hotel itself was tidy, and the front desk people were nice. However, we were woken up at 5 am to loud voices in the hall. Then from 6-630 someone knocked on our door trying to get in. They tried the key card a few times, would not stop knocking, and never said anything. If I had been alone, I would have been terrified. As it, it was a pretty nerve wracking experience.Update: Ryan, the GM, reached out to me and we were able to talk through my experience. While my experience might not have been the best, the hotel itself was nice to stay in. 4/5

2022-05-25Pleasant staff/old building. Easy access from highway. Parking lot well light at night. This is an old building. A large building (likely hotel) was being demolished next to this hotel-so construction noise. Pricey in my view for what you get.

2022-03-24After 2 previous sub-par experiences at other Hamptons during our road trip, this was much more like what I am used to when I stay at this chain. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was hot and fresh with many more choices than the previous locations

2022-06-06Nice complementary breakfast.OK size rooms and ratesGood location off highway and 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland
