One of the best places to buy tile and/tile accessories highly recommend you start here
The 2 ladies who “helped” me were unfriendly and condescending. I left wondering if I had gone to the wrong place and maybe they were used to working with contractors or companies and not homeowners. They could not tell me how much the tile cost or how much of it they had. They said they would email it to me later today. I still haven’t heard anything. Even if the tile is well-priced, I won’t be giving them my business. Edit: One week later and they still have not sent me the information they said they would. I guess they have so much business that good customer service is not worth the effort.
If you find tile that you like at Hamilton Parker, no problem, it will probably be just fine. Our advice, though, for any installation materials that you or your tile professional will need for installation is to purchase those items at almost ANY other local retailer, as most other retailers actually have a keep our customer happy policy by allowing returns of recently purchased unopened items like off the shelf grout.
We have been working with Kelli at the Delaware location. She has so much knowledge of the products, patience and kindness that has made the process easier in picking out our tile. She has gone above and beyond with helping us with measurements and the final decision on which tile to pick. I would recommend her to everyone!

Just ordered new gas white birch logs from HP and had them installed. We had our inside firewall painted black. We opted to have gold trim on fireplace doors painted black. Ordering the logs was pretty easy. Shortly after ordering a tech came out to clean out the old logs and paint the interior fireplace. The logs took about a month to come in. I chalk that up to Covid-19. Finally, logs came in and we get scheduled for install. We get a call the day of to cancel. I called back and spoke to Catherine. She got us put back on schedule for that day. Ian was great. Our doors were supposed to be painted and brought back with log install. They could not find them. Finally, they found them and Ian came back today to put doors on. Only issue is the door handles were supposed to be left unpainted. The first tech tried to paint them and ruined them. Catherine gave us new handles that were black. These were just fine. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars and that I had to keep calling instead of them reaching out to me. Bottom line, we love the logs and the paint job. Ian was awesome!

I have been going to Hamilton Parker for many years. The showroom, the showroom staff, the quality of materials and the prices are in my opinion, the best in Columbus. However, there is one person, Paula, at the back sales counter who is always in a bad mood, just not nice and has me leaving there angry.She is not knowledgeable, does not know anything about the products, and recently significantly overcharged me. I try to avoid her, but for some reason I end up with her. Maybe its because the other people are actually working. She needs to get a job where she does not deal with the public. I have said I was going to write this review of her for quite some time but never did, thinking maybe she was having a bad day. I seems that whenever I go there, she is having a bad day.I will continue to go to Hamilton Parker because its a great place, Ill just continue to avoid nasty Paula.
Great locale for masonry products and one hell of a showroom. Design consults if youre planning a fancy kitchen or bath or outdoor kitchen. Real brick, fake brick, real stone, fake stone ,lots of tile to look at and buy. Easy to get to just off 670 near the airport. Stop in!
One of the best places to shop for tile. Their stock is limited, so most of the time an order will need to be placed.
Bonnie was fantastic to work with in selecting our tile for the backsplash! She is very familiar with the products carried - and Hamilton Parker has quite the selection. Bonnies knowledge and experience in guiding us through the process was most appreciated. I would definitely recommend Hamilton Parker!

Extremely impressed with the showroom and customer service. If you are looking to go two a big box store for your next DIY renovation, stop in and check them out. They will take the guesswork out of figuring out what you need for a project that is “new-to-you”.

Was completely ignored until I left - super disappointing. The level of service that I received seems to be way different than what others have experienced in the past. I came here specifically because it was recommended to me from our contractor. Hopefully this was just an off day for them.

Their showroom is beautiful and comfortable. All the employees are very friendly and are more than happy to help with whatever needs. They also make tile donations to an art studio that I volunteer at. Tile workshop in the back looks state of the art and they have a very large selection.
Having a Hamilton Parker showroom is another reason Columbus is so great. I love this store and my wife and I were able to change our entire kitchen design because we fell in love with some of the options in this space and wanted to include them in our own home. We have also had the pleasure of using their installation team for replacement of our garage door in Upper Arlington. From the first call, we had an exceptional experience, even with the added challenge of winter. I can recommend Hamilton Parker without hesitation and if you haven’t visited their showroom or worked with their experts, you are in for a treat.
Don’t come during their window. Don’t call saying on their way or coming late or coming at all.
Hamilton Parker has a great selection, but more important they help you solve your problem. Maybe it is a design problem, how to finish off the tile matching old stock and quick supplies in the middle of the job. They will help you complete it. Are they the cheapest? No... But then I dont buy the cheapest steak, cheapest shoes, or cheapest car. Their products are made to list decades. Get quality and get the job done right.They have supplied the three houses I built, as well as two commercial buildings and miscellaneous rehabs.
Nice store and staff but BEWARE of the 30 ray return policy. For a larger project it is doubtful that anyone can be ahead of the contractors with selections and still be within that time period for return of excess unopened full boxes. For stock tiles we found the big box stores have much of the same product and more liberal return opportunities.

Hamilton Parker is one of my favorite tile suppliers. They have a fantastic showroom with knowledgeable sales staff. They also sell garage doors and masonry products.
Spent thousands of dollars here and HP wouldn’t take back a $30 exchange (bag of grout) that they pressured us to buy at the time. Quality backsplash tile but expensive. Once they get your business they don’t care to work with you anymore. Our future projects won’t go through HP.

Over priced, I got a service call for 55 and 80 bucks vs 120 they charge,I called them on 1/15/18 for service, they scheduled me for 1/19/18.it was snowing an 18 degrees outside, and my garage door was stuck open. Two other companies came out the same day .

2022-03-29TL;DR Sales/Delivery/Product are Excellent. Aftersales are poor.We visited with an appointment to select tile for flooring and showers for two bathrooms. The sales person was knowledgeable about products and they have a nice selection to review within the store. We got a detailed quote with pricing for several options that we considered including samples for the pieces as well. Placing the order was easy and products were available on schedule as promised. Our issues started with after sales processes. Some of the product was marked as non-returnable on the quote and others were not marked. When we attempted to return the returnable product, we were given a hassle, but once escalated we were able to get it sent back. We later found out that we missed ordering a transition for one of the floors. We asked them what we needed and they placed the order for the part. When we had the carpet installers in, they said it was completely the wrong part. HP is unwilling to take the product back because it is a special order. It is hard to imagine a company that advises on a specific product you need sight unseen and wont accept it back when they make a mistake and sell the wrong thing. Lesson learned to do your own research on the parts needed and verify with your GC/installers before finalizing any order since after sales support is lacking.

2022-02-21Upon our arrival, Jess greeted us at the front door. We were introduced to Brooke the manager. Both polite and helpful. Hamilton Parker has the best tile showroom in Columbus. Highly recommend a visit.

2020-02-26We had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Hamilton Parker. We selected Virginia Ledger stone for our new fireplace. Jesse Porter came to our home to measure and discuss the project. He took all the time necessary to answer our questions. But the best part was watching Mario (who has worked for HP for 21 years) build our fireplace with the help of Jesse. These stones are individually placed and Mario did an outstanding job piecing them all together as if it was a work of art. They both were great to have in our house for four whole days. Constructing a floor to 2 story ceiling fireplace from individual stones takes a lot of expertise and care. And when finished they left our family room spotless. We cant thank both of them enough.

2021-09-26We had a terrible experience with Hamilton Parker. I have never left a bad review for a company before but this time it just seems important to share. For starters, our sales woman who met with us was not very friendly and was rude as my husband and I were picking out tile for our new bathroom. When the tile arrived it was 4 times larger than it was supposed to be. The size we chose was a typical bathroom floor tile (12 by 24 inches) and this was (24 by 48 inches) for a very small bathroom. Apparently the sales woman made the mistake and wrote the wrong numbers down. We understand that things happen. The main problem occurred when we tried to contact Hamilton Parker to make this right. We were ignored and basically delayed for months and months. No one could give us a straight answer and it was very disappointing. The company never took responsibility for the issue and basically blamed it on us. We ended up losing a lot of money and the customer service was just not great. I believe I spoke with 5 different team members or managers and it took way too long for someone to actually offer help. Overall we were just very disappointed with our Hamilton Parker experience. We did finally end up getting refunded for some of the incorrect tiles that were ordered almost 5 months later.

2021-05-17I am having my bathroom renovated, but I am not good at picking things out/coordinating/making choices. etc, etc! The staff at the store was incredibly helpful and I cant wait to see my beautiful tiling and flooring when done. The products are high quality and worth the cost!
