Sad their website is down and when I called no one answered the phone after all it is Friday. Biggest mistake I made was voting for the wrong person last county election, maybe the City can take him off our hands next election. Good Luck Cincinnati.
Jury duty for the next 2 weeks. Took 15 minutes to pass through metal detectors but no other issues.
I usually dont write reviews but I had to take time to write this one. On August 22, 2017, I called the Hamilton County Courthouse to get a copy of my Divorce papers from 1984. I spoke to Katie and explained to her that the Social Security Office was giving me fifteen days to bring the divorce papers in otherwise I would have to start the process all over again. Katie asked me all the pertinent information and explained to me that there would be a $2.00 charge and I could mail her a check. She gave me the address to the Courthouse and she said she would mail a copy of the divorce papers to me today because she wanted to make sure that I received it in plenty of time. She really cared!! I gave Katie my address and thanked her for being so kind. Katie was very professional and went above and beyond. I wish I could clone Katie so I could put her in every business office so that she could teach them what excellent customer service is all about. Thank you Katie for your small act of kindness!!
Had to call someone lazy to get help. Karen on the 3rd floor who didn’t disclose her last name refused to assist and do her job. It’s a disgrace, wasting tax payers money and taking up space. A bunch of lazy people with disgusting attitudes. You’d think if they hate their job so much they’d quit. Do the people a favor!
I called to find out how much my speeding ticket would cost, since it wouldnt pop up online, and the guy heard me say it wasn’t showing anything, told me not to waste his time, and hung up on me!I literally just needed to know how much I owe, sorry for asking you to do your job. So rude, and unprofessional...
Courthouse is a mess.... Best judge though is The Honorable Judge Bernie Bouchard. Go X!!!!
I had to pick up my new Notary Public Commission Certification at the Clerks Office and like always when dealing with the county the transaction was seemless and effortless. I dont for the life of me understand why County Offices & Services get a bad wrap🤔
I was trying to get a title changed on a car of a deceased person, the clerk of courts and the probate office does not have any clue of what the other needs to change a title, all I got today was a complete run around.would be nice if the two offices

Bernie Bouchard is an idiot who sits on the bench holding trials. Where Attorneys catch the prosecuting witnesses in lies 5 to be exact.And still rules against You just becuse You have a public defender. And doesnt bother to weigh the facts. And throws innocent 1st time offenders in jail. Sad and sorry waste of time.Hope and pray He does not get re elected. Seems like eating will be a better full time job.Ge should be trained enough to know when Hes being lied to.
As a business owner who is hiring, I so appreciate the ability to do general searches on individuals. This is a service that wasnt previously available, and is free. A wonderful resource to small businesses and citizens.
I participated in auction on september 3rd 2015 and paid total money on october 1st and my case Number is A1205581 but still iam not getting any response from them and they asked me to call attorney office but one of the lady who receive calls, shes not willing to help and dont wanna pick my call too.they dont wanna help me out and pass my propery key to me,the lady who receive call doesnt care who speak broken eng,she directly disconnect the call,the place where no one wanna help is at serieff office and in attorney law office

I called and they answered on the 2nd ring told them my story. she then transferred me to another department they answered immediately and gave me the information I needed. Excellent service and certainly unexpected.
The most unhelpful people work here. Have been trying for WEEKS to get a title, but they have the worst automated messaging system that doesnt answer any questions or connect to a live human being. When contacting other departments, they wont answer your questions either or transfer to someone who can. Im still without a title, even though I can prove they received all of the paperwork weeks ago.
Watch these people give out 35$ parking tickets for a meter that costs 10 cents. With a convenience fee if you do any payment that doesnt involve going to there office or mail.
Filed a motion and was told to call in 10 days. Its been two weeks and still waiting on the decision from the courts. Kings disappointed that they have a set way of doing things, but then why am I still waiting? Hopefully I get the answer that I am waiting for and soon.
Granted theres not many good reasons to be down there, their customer service is pretty decent
The staff there is very rude I hate the fact the they treat everyone as if they are a criminal you can not ask a question without someone being smart about the situation. I hate this racist ass city

Not sure about others experience I have been there for my title and passport, Abby was very helpful , she has enough patience on helping and answering questions.
Screw the Justice Center and the Criminal Justice process. Rude, unprofessional and just waiting to write parking tickets. THE JUSTICE CENTER IS THE MAIN REASON I DONT VOTE ANYMORE-TO AVOID JURY DUTY!

Have a Recite ticket out for my name even though no one can give me any details. No one will ever answer the phones, I just sit on hold for hours.
Tryed to get some evictions off my record the judge told me I be been evicted and she will not remove them thing is I never been put out be for yet it stops me from getting a place for me and my kids

2022-05-02The Hamilton County of Ohio Clerk of Courts Office are not training their staff properly or their running a racket. If a customer forgets or is unfamiliar with a policy or procedure its up to the staff to MAKE IT RIGHT. Its unreasonable to think citizens should be updated or knowledgeable on all policies, procedures or laws. After all -- all types of people walk into your office everyday. Senior citizens, folks that speak English as a second language, and those with disabilities. And individuals who have a hectic lifestyle. Not every customer who walks through your doors is trying to avoid paying their obligation(s). When your staff makes a mistake it should not cost the customer extra and so you should refund the money back to the customer ---- which should have happened for me when I was at your office this afternoon. There are other ways to generate revenue for the county but this is not one of them.

2022-03-23It was nice to see an American citizen get justice from a political power that tries to control us and bring us down.I commend the courthouse and their staff and management for taking the proper procedures to make sure a person in power does not abuse their power

2022-04-12Many years of evictions and other court proceedings for work here. It’s a nice courthouse and everyone is professional so not sure what else we can hope for besides better days in our community which doesn’t and shouldn’t reflect here.

2021-08-05This court system is corrupt. The judge Anita berding will help friends out of trouble. The judges take bribes and favors for charges being dropped. Kathy Fitzpatrick hlass works at the public defender office. She sent a letter to Anita berding in a trial to help her friends with perjury. These activities are illegal and need to be investigated.
