We just had a Hague Hydroclean HC3 installed looking forward for better water. HAGUE customer service was outstanding Austin was very helpful and made sure we understood the system. Before he left our neighor is having one installed.

A excellent team well experienced easy financing and lots of experience in water softeners I have a alkaline filter straight to my Spicket so now I don’t have to go down to the store to buy alkaline water I don’t have to carry those 5 gallons anymore what a relief.
So Cal Water Solutions did an excellent job of determining Hague products for me and installing the water filtration and reverse osmosis systems.
I love Hague water! The flavor is very good! The service is excellent! They were very thorough from beginning to end! Now a days it is very hard to find a company that works with integrity and that you can trust. I highly recommend them!

Kevin, came to our house and was wonderful and really helped us understand the process and answered any questions we had. The technician came the very next day to install our system. Kevin stayed in contact with us after the installation. I feel he went above and beyond to assist us through this process. We have really enjoyed the quality of the water in our house now. We could tell a difference almost immediately. I highly recommend the water system to anyone

Before I installed the Hauge system in California, I used it for 10 years in another state. I liked this system because it’s a reliable, good quality, does not take a lot of space, and mainly because I did not have any problems during last 10 years.
Was very pleased initially about 12 years ago. Unfortunately the original dealer closed a few years later and the closest dealer now is very unresponsive.
By far the best water softener I have ever purchased! The high flow rate and no prefilter are life changing features. Customer service was over the top. Highly reccomendend

I bought my house in Asheville, North Carolina four years ago. The previous owner had installed a Hague WaterMax 60 a few years before. I had it serviced yearly by the installer/plumber. It worked well until recently when it started to leak. Fortunately it carries an impressive 25 year limited warranty. Unfortunately my local installer no longer is an authorized dealer for the product, cant get parts and there is no alternative dealer anywhere near Asheville. I suggest you check your local dealer availability before buying this very premium product. If it is limited, you might find yourself with a non-serviceable product. Everything breaks and your water conditioner is no exception. They key for a product you invest in is the ability to get it serviced.
Had ours for a year now and so far have had a awesome experience! The man we worked with is so nice, friendly & knowledgable & gave me such a personable experience. 1 time we werent sure if something was wrong or not so they came to check it out and it was perfectly fine/normal but the man was still super nice and cool about it lol. It is pricey but u get what you pay for which is a awesome water softener system! & will last for many years to come & super clean/soft water! Always recommend!
Excellent product. I have Hague units since 2003. They service my drinking unit October 2019 and test the water from my watermax softener maintenance free( just add salt every 8 months); it is working perfect. I really save time and money.
Im writing a review of the high quality product made by Hague Quality Water. The other reviews here - apart from employees - are clearly from ppl who know nothing about this company and are just doing random reviews or are posting inarticulate ratings on some unrelated freight issues. I have owned a Hague WaterMax softener system for nearly 25 yrs and it is among the best investments I have ever made. For 2.5 decades, this machine has been providing my home and family with sweet, clear water without the need for a single repair. Just recently, my Hague needed a minor part replaced and I expect that this sturdy, efficient softener will keep going for another couple of decades. As a homeowner, having invested in this major home system, I cannot recommend the Hague products strongly enough. The WaterMax reliably and efficiently turns my deep well water, water that starts out scummy with rust and hardness, into sweet tasting, clear, clean water for my home. The dealership and repair people that I have spoken with are wonderful; the repair person who came to my home was fantastic, and it is apparent that Hague cares about the integrity and longevity of their products. I recommend the WaterMax system without hesitation. If you want the best and longest-lasting softener on the market, you cannot do better than investing in a Hague. And no, I am not affiliated with Hague in any way, I am just a very satisfied owner of a Hague machine that has been running reliably for a quarter century. They are designed and manufactured to last; this is why they come with a 25 year warranty.

Came to the location on Hamilton rd. Closest to 33( by Ricart )I have never experienced such rude behavior like this before.I walked into foyer area and inside door was locked. The lady at the front desk for whatever reason acted on guard and kept saying something and I couldnt hear her through the door. After about 2 or 3 trys another lady came to door and asked what my business was here.... I then was speechless.... only thing I could say was ... im going to take my business elsewhere. Sitting here writing this review I still dont understand their behavior and the way I was treated.I would encourage whoever reads this and cares... that if there are cameras... please review them.I will never look at Hague the same. If this is what your employees treat customers like then I can see a decline in business.I came to buy a RO water system and Im sorry to say Im gonna have to go to a competitor. This was a sad unfortunate situation and I dont know why.And yes.... Id like a response
I dont hate anything about this company. It gets in my parts my filters. They make calls. When I need them. But my water softener is doing great. Its using less water and salt Im loving it.
This evening, myself and countless others took part in a peaceful protest in Pickerington, Ohio right off of SR 256 and Refugee Rd. A white sedan vehicle, covered with blue decals and this companys name and website proceeded to pass the peaceful protesters and give every single one of us the middle finger right before turning left on Refugee Road. I am very disappointed that an employee would act this way in light of everything that is going on in the world today. This was a terrible representation of this company and every protester present, myself included, will never use this company for our water needs and will be sure to spread the word on how their employees feel about Black Lives.
Had my filter for a few months and it broke. Out $1500 the dealer that installed doesn’t work on them anymore and the only other dealer in my area refuses to work on it because we didn’t buy it from him. Other plumbers refuse to work on it. Called corporate and basically just out the money.

This is the 2nd time I get Hague. I get them for every house I move in.
Overall, Hague is an ok company to work for but the management across the board is very unsatisfactory. They were recently purchased by AO Smith, so hopefully changes will be made or else they will be losing more valuable employees.
I would not recommend this company or their dealers for water softener installation. Very poor customer service experience with this organization.
Staff is very friendly, you can park overnight in the dock and very fast delivery.

Our first Hauge water softener lasted over 25 years so paid the premium Hague price for the replacement expecting the same type of performance , however, it is give un problems such as both salt bridge AND salt mush. We purchase the premium recommended salt from the Hague dealer but continue to have problems. So much for paying a premium price for what is suppose to deliver solid performance. Very disappointed.

2022-05-31We got a demo years ago and passed this up the first time, but decided to get it installed a few months ago. Best decision ever! So enjoying the soft water and the filtered water tastes so pure. My dishes are clear and shiny out of the dishwasher, for the first time ever since I dont like all the extra products in spot removers. Very happy with the friendliness of the representative and the installers, they made sure everything was as we wanted it. Excellent investment for my family.

2022-06-03I had been thinking about adding a whole-home water filtering system for years because the municipal water supply seems to be getting worse and worse. I went with the Haque system because it has the best warranty in the business and they did not have to cut wholes or drill openings to connect the system to my water supply. Other than a kitchen sink drain pipe not being tightened properly after installing the water osmosis system, and the tech forgetting to turn the hot water heater back on, everything was great. We have had excellent water pressure every day without any issues, and the water definitely tastes better and is softer than the water we were using prior to the installation of the water treatment system. I dont think I could be any happier about the overall experience or the quality of the water we now have.

2022-04-10My experience with Hague was exceptional, from the product presentation thru installation! The sales part of the experience included one of the best sales presentations I had ever experienced. He was thorough, complete, knowledgeable, polite, and professional.I had talked to other water softening system salespeople, previously but none of them was as knowledgeable as the Hague rep, nor did their system come close in price or features.He explained the advantages and the benefits of the Hague water softening system in the home. The presentation was very thorough and included information and benefits of a water softening system that I didnt know, like skin softening and using less soap. He explained how the Hague system was better overall. He knew about the competition and how they compared to them. Hague was better.With regard to the installation - the installers were above and beyond any installers I had experienced. They knew their job well, answered all my questions, were polite, clean, neat and professional. The system itself takes up very little space in my yard, and is easy to maintain.I highly recommend the Hague water softening system!

2022-02-13My overall satisfaction with having this water purification system is a 10 out of 10. Out of my soon to be 36 years of life I dont know what has took me so long to have found something pure something true and something that has truly made an impact in my life. Not only has it saved me money, it has improved my skin appearance and has cut down the amount spent on household items. Hague has and continues to be a special part of my life and my familys life. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to help me and my family to live a better life.

We have a large aquarium and I had the water tested (outside source).It was perfect, no more chemicals to be added. This was another saving for us. Highly recommend to our family and friends. 2022-05-30We had the filtration system and a new tankless water heater installed. The plumber (Joe Parker) was on time, did excellent work, and explained everything. About a week and a half later the second gentleman came out to retest our water, supply the cleaning supplies and answer any questions we had. Overall we have been very pleased with the system and service.

2022-04-20Love my water now!! Russ and all the guys at Purologix Water Services did a great job determining and installing what we needed for our 40 acre farm and two houses. They went above and beyond! Very happy with the Hague system they suggested for our well water along with the under sink reverse osmosis unit for wonderful drinking water.

2022-06-15Austin Barrick did an excellent job with the installation of these items. He pointed out problems with our current softener which was over 14 years old. I was using 2 1/2 bags of salt a month which was not really softening the water as expected. The new system should use about 1/2 to 1 full bag of salt each month. After testing the water he found that our bad particles had been reduced substantially. He worked until 7 pm the first day then returned the next day to install the reverse osmosis unit and make sure that everything was working and that I understood how to use it. I feel that Austin went above and beyond what was expected. I will request him on any future maintenance required on my softener.

2022-04-12I have a well and the water was so hard that we did not drink it, we had to replace the shower head every 6 months and also the coffee pot, we had thrown out our shower doors, and could not keep the toilet clean. Our water is now fantastic, and I know our plumbing is thanking us. We were using the 5 gallon primo water jugs about 2 per week not only are they costly, but a real pain to handle no more of that. love love love the water max system
