10/10 would recommend to anyone. We called a different company this morning, they quoted us 6,000+ and told us our furnace was unsafe and needed replaced today. These guys came out within 30 minutes of our phone call and told us really all we need was a new air filter and did routine maintenance and checks on it. Honest and trustworthy people!! I will never call another company again.

We had such a great experience with Hader Heating and Cooling. Doug seamlessly guided us through the whole process of converting from electric to gas. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and took care of every detail. Mike, Randy and Dani were experienced in the installation of our new air conditioner and furnace. They kept us updated with every aspect of the install. We very highly recommend Hader.

Several years ago, the very first time I called Hader due to my 65 year old boiler not firing up, they quickly responded in the middle of the night and resolved the issue first thing in the morning once they got ahold of an obscure part. They have been maintaining and servicing it ever since and they have it running like new. I appreciate this as it will be quite costly to replace it once it eventually dies. I also had them maintaining and servicing my 25 year old AC system. Again, the couple of times I had an issue with it they responded very quickly and resolved the issues immediately. That old AC finally hit the end of life this year so I had them install an all new system. That was a great experience and I’m very happy. I’m very happy to have found Hader and built the trusting relationship that we have.

I had another roofing co do some repairs on my roof near the chimney. The roof still leaked after they made the necessary repairs. I called Hader and they came out and gave me a repair estimate. They also explained what needed to be done. The Hader Team did a professional job. The roof doesn’t leak anymore and they did a professional clean up. Great Job.

Hader replaced my AC unit after encountering I experienced some vandalism a while back. They were professional and fast, every part of the interaction was great. They have continued to maintain my HVAC, including the oil furnace ever since. Last night my AC stopped working, they came out this morning identified the part and replaced it under warranty. Overall, I have had no issues with Hader and their service has been consistently great for 6+ years!

Hader Heating and Cooling have been servicing my HVAC system for a few years now. I previously used another company; however, after the previous company shut off my furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger and quoted me $7,000 to replace the furnace, I called Hader Heating and Cooling. Hader was the original installer of the furnace and was able to locate the paperwork from over a decade ago and explained to me that the heat exchanger is under warranty and that I would be responsible for the cost of labor. Kerry completely rebuilt the furnace and gave it a thorough cleaning. Kerry was immaculate with his work and very particular. Now, my AC unit is going out (it is 18 years old) and today, Doug, the service technician, arrived and provided me multiple options including recharging the AC unit to a full replacement of the AC unit. Doug presented all options and and price points without any pressure at all. Doug explained to me the various manufacturers pros and cons without being bias to any particular brand. In the end, I chose to recharge the system. It comes without any hesitation to recommend Hader Heating and Cooling.

These guys are great, fast ,clean,honest and dependable, the owner explained what needed replaced, gave me a date theyd be there and a great price, they were there that date, in and out, my furnace works beautifully, they cleaned and serviced it as well. The only place Ill ever use

Over the past 21 years of owning our home, weve gone through...about 6-7 different HVAC companies. We dont change because a vendor was bad (well, OK - one was bad - their rerelabeled name is Help...they will change their name once they rip off enough new clients). No - we simply went with whoever got in front of us when we had a new need. Well, going forward that will change as weve now learned what it is to have an HVAC company proactively take care of us and do so with integrity.Any number of times they could have sold us a new unit because our air conditioner was older and was having problems. But for about 3 years they said Theres still life in her - lets just tweak things here and there (once not even charging us for the visit). And each of their employees that have come out have been friendly and treated out home like theirs. They clearly view each homeowner for the long haul and thats what well be. (plus (!) their prices have been lower than the other quality HVAC companies to which weve compared them)Im in the home services business myself and often come across Hader clients, all of whom echo my sentiments when I ask. I have to be careful who I endorse as it can come back to bite me and I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Doug with Hader.

Doug Beiser was awesome. His service, expertise and knowledge were incremental in getting our system running a 100%. He spent the better part of his evening with us. We cant thank him enough. Doug is the real deal and will be the only person we contact to take care of our HVAC in the future.

Today our furnace motor went out. The tech was prompt, polite, and the repair bill was very reasonable. My Dads been using them for years. I guess thats why. ***EDIT*** Im changing this review to 3 stars because they Refused to Mail a bill to us, instead demanding payment now. Its understandable I guess. But U can be pinched for money on a 25 Degree day, when weve been paying super high heating costs through the cold winter. Plus my Dads been a good customer, never any payment Issues from our side. Brian was our tech.
