Shopping for a womens watch and was pleased to find exactly what my mom wanted, readable numbers on small light weight, slim style, stretch band ladies everyday watch. Solar power sealed the deal for us, no more batteries to worry about so she can forget she has it on.
Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Steve and the team do a top notch job. They all are very customer service focused and try to match you up with what you want. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Don’t mess with the big nation chains when you have this gem right on the square.

They knew what they were doing and didnt take very long to fix my girlfriends nameplate necklace when I brought it in. They have someone in house for repairs. Service was friendly and not pushy. Price was fair for repair and half of what it would cost if I had gone to Kays Jewelry.
Hubbys watch band never fit. We have been to many Jewelers in NE Ohio..all with the same answer, they cpuld order us one. Today, this friendly place gave hubby two choices and fixed it while we waited. Prices were reasonable too. Thanks guys😊
They are nice but what Im not happy about is my husband and I spent good money there and you dont get free sizing and prong care of wedding sets when you keep your warranty up to date. We was told that we would when we purchased my set.
Ive been a customer of H.L. Art for as many years as I can remember. Its great to be able to work with one of the owners any time you walk in. They will take the time to work with your taste & budget. There is no pressure or any phony SALES, just a fair and honest price. Most recently their onsite goldsmith, Rusty, crafted a cross necklaces for me from my fathers damaged wedding ring. Somehow the ring fell onto the driveway and was flattened too much to be worn. He was able to melt the ring down and form it into a beautiful cross and include the 3 diamonds from the damaged ring. The ring was too small for me to wear comfortably so making it in to a piece that I am able to wear mean that I can have both Fathers with me wherever I go. I was tempted to buy my fiancés engagement ring online as I knew the options had to be much better both in selection and in price than anything you could find at a traditional jewelers. I am so very grateful that I was directed to check out H.L. Art Jewlers, however, as they took an existing design that I had fallen in love with online, pointed out some potential weak points in the design (without being pushy or arrogant) then proceeded to work with me closely for the next couple of weeks finding all fo the stones and finalizing details of the ring. Deb delivered an exceptional ring under budget (she easily could have charged me commission and filled the gap but instead passed the savings on to me), and was kind and professional throughout the whole process. In the end I got a much better ring than I would have purchased had I gone with the original design online. I will absolutely recommend H.L Art to anybody who asks. Quality service with the reliable relationship that can only be experienced through in-person deals.

I was saddened to read the reviews today as I looked at H. L Arts website. I find their associates most gracious and go beyond the call of duty to assist me. Last fall I had a complicated request that involved creating jewelry for five granddaughters. Many calls from the store were made to me to clarify or to make sure what they were doing was satisfactory. I have gone in for minor things such as batteries for watches and again, always treated with the upmost respect and kindness. I highly recommend this local business and tell my friends about the wonderful assistance I get there.

2022-07-29Google prompts me to post another review everytime i go here so i just got my wifes Anniversary present amd yet again another great experience with hl art jewlers. ...... here forward is my first review .12 years ago when my wife and I got married I went to hl art jewelers with a ring of my late grandfathers. It had a recessed diamond. It was the only thing I had of my grandfathers and during the time period, was also the only thing of any value I had to my name. Rusty removed the diamond set it in a beautiful engagement ring for my wife, took the gold turned it into a wedding band for me then allowed me to finance a wedding band for my amazing wife. This was during a time when any of the major credit reporting agencies would have told you that allowing me to finance anything was as good as donating it to charity. But they took a chance and that act of kindness was in part responsible for helping me make the single best decision IV ever made, putting that ring on the finger of the most amazing woman iv ever met. Now 12 years later, IV never purchased a piece of jewelry anywhere else and never have had anything but a great experiences on every purchase

2019-06-21Had my wedding ring & anniversary band molded together and sized bigger. It is absolutely beautiful. They suggested these little moldings on the inside to prevent the ring from turning as it is a little top heavy - amazing! Ring doesnt turn at all and it is comfortable, dont even feel them on the inside. Agree with prior reviews - no high pressure sales and everyone is friendly. Highly recommend!

2019-02-27OUTSTANDING SERVICE! My wife and I recently married and before doing so we set out to check with local jewelers for our wedding rings. When we stopped in H&L and spoke with Marcia we knew we were in the right place. Marcia took great care of us, and was also did a great job working within our budget (which was conservative without being unrealistic) and we love our wedding rings. They also did a fantastic job repairing, resizing and restoring a ring I had from my late father, so now I can wear it regularly. You wont need to go anywhere else.

2019-01-22HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My engagement ring needed resized, so we went in. Not only was their express service cheaper than any of the jewelers in the mall, but they also did it right then while we looked at wedding bands. The service was extremely friendly, helpful, and the staff was knowledgeable. I wont go to any other jeweler!

2018-05-10I would (and have to a few people already) recommend anyone to go here! I bought my fiances engagement ring and wedding bands here, and the price was incredible! Marcia, and all the other employees have all been tremendously helpful in ordering the right ring, working with us on price, and an all around joy to work with. 10/10 on prices and 10/10 on customer service.
