As of now, Im giving three stars. The people giving out the estimate and everyone Ive been in contact with is very nice, professional, and friendly. I decided to choose them for my gutter install. Once approved for my payment plan they were able to schedule an install within 3 days. All that I was happy with.Now comes the day of the installation - it was scheduled for 8:30 am and they showed up over 40 minutes early. Not a big deal but I was still in pajamas and trying to get my family put together before they arrived. It wouldve been nice to receive a phone call saying theyd be a bit earlier than expected. The installation took about two hours, very fast and efficient. After they left I went outside and noticed they left gutter debris all over my porch and driveway, as well as my car. They left multiple tools in my yard as well as trash. Multiple screws and pieces of metal were laying all over my backyard where my dogs play. Debris was stacked in piles on my roof of old leaves and whatever else was in my old gutters, as well as they put my new gutters over debris against my house and it looks awful with leaves, sticks and dirt hanging from behind my brand new gutters. I was extremely disappointed in how unprofessional the cleaning process was before they left. It took me over an hour to get everything cleaned up.Editing to 1 star: the company isnt concerned at all about any of the issues. Theyre sending us a $50 gift card for the trouble after I paid about $1,700 for gutters and a mess in my yard. Im still finding more metal pieces and scraps in my yard. One piece got stuck in my mower blade yesterday. Very displeased now with the company. I would not reccomend. They just seem to be out for your money and once the job is done they dont care if youre satisfied with the job or not.
I paid just under $1000 to have my gutter aliened and cleaned. I have the same puddling (GL sales promised this was a solution) on all corners, downspouts not secured and leaking between the house gutters still. I have called several times and get the runaround install called but you did not answer or we will be out this week never happened of course. I will have to take them to small claims. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.
It was great working with Gutter Logic to get my gutters fixed up. Kaitlyn was great - she acknowledged our concerns and accurately pointed out flaws in our current setup. The installation crew came out 2 days later and performed the work and everything is looking good. No leaks! Id recommend this company to others for sure.
The sales rep was nice he explained the products being used and even went the extra mile of comparison and seem to really know his gutters! the service men were very nice, explained any issues they ran into and fixed what needed to be fixed. the gutters make my house look a whole lot different and i no longer have a leaky basement!!! gutters really make a difference
The guys at Gutter Logic were so easy to work with. The young man who came to give us the information that we needed to make our decision about updating our gutters was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about what would work for us and what wouldnt. The people who actually did the work were, again, professional, friendly, and efficient. they also cleaned up the mess to my high standards. We enjoyed working with Gutter Logic very much, and we would recommend them to anyone.
The work was supposed to begin between 0800-0900 so arrangements were made to be there at that time. With no call/text/E-mail, the crew showed up around 12pm.While I commend them with how fast the installation was completed (1 1/2 hours), I’m less than pleased with the results. I worked late that day and when I finally got home, I found a large piece of downspout laying in my yard as it had fallen from the house(no bad weather). As I looked, I saw it, along with the others were held to the house with one screw using an aluminum strap. The downspouts were in no way secured to the gutters themselves with a screw or sealant. They simply slid over the piece of the gutter. I then reinstalled the downspouting onto the house.I the started looking around the house and found 3 large gutter screws in my driveway that my car luckily missed. I then found pieces of sharp cut downspouting around my garage where my kids and dogs play. I then found a large board with the center cut out that looks like it is used to install gutters.Some downspouting came down and stopped about 12-18 inches away from the drain.Lastly, I noticed the siding on my garage was shifted and dented in where the ladders were resting on it as they installed the gutters. There were no known attempts to repair or even bring it to my attention. That is one more thing I have to repair now.While the gutters are functional, there are plenty of other issues that really upset me. At nearly double the cost of the next closest appraisal, I thought I’d be getting a premium product and superior service. I was wrong.Update... Gutter Logic responded to my review telling me they apologize and to remind me to use their lifetime warranty. This was done via a response online. No email, no phone call. Gee thanks. I didn’t think I could be more disappointed with the outcome... You’ve outdone yourself.James G.
We were extremely disappointed in our experience with this company, almost entirely due to the salesman. He started his sales pitch (which lasted almost 4 hours - where he mostly bashed every other gutter company) at almost triple the price we ended at - which of course would only be available if we signed right then and there. He also rarely addressed my girlfriend, who was actually the one who had called and set the appointment. When he did refer to her he called her my “lady” “the Mrs.,” etc. Among many of the obnoxious comments he made, my favorite was when he told me I would no longer have to worry about when I’m “watching college football” and my “woman” nags me to go clean the gutters. He also didn’t bring a ladder to even pretend to look at our gutters. When we asked if we could install gutters over a certain section of our house he responded with “oh that spot? Absolutely, no problem at all!” When really he hadn’t even noticed the area, and before he left he started saying that it couldn’t be done, but then if we added an extra hundred dollars (which conveniently enough was a price he accidentally said in negotiations after promising us a lower price) it could suddenly be done. After dealing with the horrible sales pitch, we really didn’t want to go through with the company, but we really liked the product and thought it was the best match for our house, so we decided to move forward. When the contractor came to look at the house, he called us and basically told us they had to do a completely different process than what the salesman walked us through. When I have a company representative come out to my house, take hours of my time, and strong arm me into signing a contract, I would expect them to have at least SOME knowledge about the work they are selling. The contractor was very polite and a manager called us right away to explain, but we lost all trust in the company after this. Their decency and the product itself is the only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1.
Workers were on time, completed work quickly and left no mess. Weve had 2 good rains since installation and drainage has been excellent. I look forward to not having to get up on my roof this fall to remove leaves. Gutters are now sealed so sparrows will no longer be able to build nests in them resulting in gutters being backed up.
Salesman John did a great job with the presentation of the company. The crew was very professional with the installation of my new gutters. I am very pleased with the job. I give Gutter Logic 5 stars.
Installers were here at the appointed time and finished in a few hours. Our job was some gutters replaced and all covered with the product. I had previous experience with two competing products and this is superior in all ways. They even sealed an old leak in an existing gutter. In all, a job well done.
We got new gutters and facia up on our house. It looks amazing until it starts raining then it leaks inbetween the house and the gutters. Good luck getting a hold of someone to come out and fix the screw up. It has been a week of us trying to get ahold of someone to try and fix the bad job. Same problem has been happening for the last 6 months, we have had people out to try and resolved our issue but they have never fixed the issue. I have a feeling we are going to have to get BBB involved. Since the GM will not call us back. Do not use these people they send out subcontractors and the company does not stand by their work.
Gutter Logic installed their guards about a week ago. When my wife and I met with Jim the salesman, we indicated our only concern was the product would freeze due to the limited area for the water to get thru. He indicated it was not an issue at all. Less than a week after the guards were installed, I had an issue with every gutter on the home (including ones I had no issues with leaves previously)having an inch plus of ice on it and water running off the roof as if I had no gutters at all. They dont stand by their product and Ive now had to file complaints with the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General.
Requested an estimate tha Geneva Grape Jamboree. Got a call quick and setup the estimate. Estimator did a great job of explaining via his roof section and leaves from my yard how each leaf protection solution worked (or didnt in most cases).We were able to schedule the install for 2 days later. The installer came out and explained that because of the way our gutters hang there would be a small problem because I had strap hung gutters do to the facia board not being straight up and down but on an angle (100+ year old house) but was on the phone with his boss to come take a look and make sure it was done right rather than only do a partial job. The manager came out, assessed the situation and talked to me about what would need to happen to make it work. He asked if I was good with this and I approved.They went above and beyond. Moved a downspout that I was wanting to get moved but my normal gutter person hadnt gotten back with me, put screens at the gutters on the top of the house (didnt put gutter dome on them because they are so high and rarely if ever have leaves in them) to keep any stray leaves from getting in. Very impressed with the level of customer satisfaction they were willing to do.It took longer than they expected but I am very impressed and happy with the work. I look forward to never having to clean out the leaves again.
From the estimate to the installation, everyone I dealt with was very efficient and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything, making sure I knew just what they had done and reviewed the work. Now I wont feel guilty for not cleaning out my gutters ever again!
They installed gutters on my house. They were double the price of the other estimates I got. In then end everything went great but I think I got the same gutters everyone else were selling for half the price.......I own a lot of rental properties and have bought gutters many times.

Tired of looking down 30 to ground every time I cleaned the high gutter on our house. Gutter Logic solved that issue. The installers cleaned our gutters, did repairs to them, and installed the Gutter Domes on all of our gutters. Our house is surrounded by a couple of mature Oaks, a large Blue Spruce, a Red Maple, a couple of tall hemlocks, and a Dawn Redwood. The seeds, leaves, needles, and cones all filled the gutters requiring them to bee cleaned at least twice each year. I climbed up and checked the lower one few days ago and found NOTHING!!!!
Kelli at GutterLogic was the best! Patiently answered all my questions and made me feel confident that I was with the best company. Fast forward, the job was perfect : on time, cleaned up and left my home beautiful and ready for the elements!
Had them out to give me an estimate, showed up when they said. Salesman seemed nice drew pic of outline, measured, took pics. Said he had to talk to boss as I needed soffit and facia also, set up a time for quote since he wasnt able to get ahold of anyone. They sent out someone else who was suppose to give me the quote, wanted to draw out everything and measure again, when I asked why he said so I can give you a quote, I asked what happened to the other quote and he said that was what he was there fore. Told them to leave and not comeback had already wasted over an hour of my time with this bait and switch tactic! wouldnt have them work on my dogs house!
#1 SUPER high pressure sales tactics and I mean HIGH PRESSURE, Jim was our salesman and was rude and wouldnt stop with his sales pitch no matter what I said .#2 way over priced went from a $5,800.00 estimate to $3,200.00 if we just sign on the dotted line today,even after telling him we had other companies scheduled to come out he called his sales manager to try to just get us to sign today!!!#3 Jim was told we had we had another company stopping out the next day ,so what does he do??? Just randomly stops at our house unannounced (no call,no text,no email nothing) and tries to get us to sign again that day. The deal of a lifetime he says....if like to be forced into signing on the dotted line give them a call. My advise is dont.On a side note,our gutters were installed by another company this week, about of third of the price and NO PRESSURE.#4 And be honest most importantly, he totally ignored all of wifes questions and comments...as she wasnt there.Rude and very unprofessional
Quick to respond with any communication from the start. All employees were direct, professional and kind. They were on time and the installers were very educational and helpful for our homes unique roof lines. They installed everything very quickly and didnt leave a mess anywhere. Weve had a few rains since and theyre keeping the debris out!
We learned about Gutter Logic at the Cleveland Home and Flower Show. The sales person was knowledgeable and did not high presser us. We placed our order on a Thursday and the job was done on Monday. Very pleased with the company, the product and installer. Would highly recommend.

I was told of a warranty that was never recieved. Workers smoked on my property and installation was not correct.
Good quality gutters good fit and finish. Over priced for the size of my house and the install they had to do.
They are a good team. Each knew what to do. They work in the rain and shine. Cleaned up after themselves. They put up 3 sets of gutter. I only had the protection done on the one up higher. Mistake, should had it done the other two too. They are low and kind of easy to clean.
The crew showed up and promptly reviewed what needed to be done with removal of old gutters and placement of downspouts. I was certainly surprised with the speed at which the installation occurred. Clean up included taking away old gutters and downspouts. I couldnt be happier.
Love the gutters! High gage metal, seamless & no ugly visible fasteners... on the runs or downspouts. The warranty means will never buy gutters again! Highly recommend these guys.
The installation was fast and the installers were courteous and answered all of my questions. No problems with the gutters except they drip a little bit - unknown if that is because of the installation or if my gutters did that before.
Great Company to business with and there price for gutter replacement was the best for seamless gutters. And a 30 year warranty, take note other businesses thats how business should be conducted.

One of the best gutter protection systems on the market. I personally would never pay $5,000 for any kind of system to keep leaves out of my gutters.

Do not buy this product! It leads to icicles and drippings all along your house! You will be dealing with black ice in the driveway and excess water around your foundation! Extremely Poor customer service too when trying to deal with this issue.

2022-04-23We had a great experience doing business with Gutter Logic.Our salesman, Hank, was pleasant to work with, and he wasvery knowledgeable about both the company and the product.Later, when we asked about gutter protection for metalroofing, Hank returned to demonstrate how well the processworks with it. Our installation was scheduled and installedthe following week. We had the Gutter Dome installed on threeof our out buildings. The crew was pleasant and professional,as well. Checked the system after a rain storm, worked asdemonstrated. Ends could have been sealed better to preventbees entry. 2021-10-29I had gutters installed on my garage. The service rep that came to my home for the quote was very friendly and knowledgeable. He brought samples of their product vs. competitors, so I knew exactly what the product was going to look like. The crew that came to install the gutters were also very friendly and finished the job in about an hour. Im very happy with the gutters, and will definitely consider them again for any future gutter needs.

2021-09-22We signed a contract with this company to have our gutters finished, we just needed downspouts and one side of gutters on our house. They wanted 2400 which I thought was a bit steep, but since the house is fairly tall and on a hill it seemed fair enough because they could get it done quickly. The boss told us it would be finished in one day. The installer came out, didnt know what he was there to do and had to ask us. He then walked around our house shaking his head for about 10 minutes before leaving without saying anything. TWO HOURS later I had to call the boss to ask where the installer went and what was going on. The boss said that he was waiting to hear from the salesman, because his installer did not feel comfortable figuring out how to get to the roof to install the gutters. But my question is, isnt that his job??? After hours and hours of waiting to hear back, he finally called back and pretty much told us they wouldnt do the job and gave a bunch of pathetic excuses claiming safety issues even though the salesman cited zero issues during the estimate and contract signing. I would never ever recommend anybody use this company, they will completely waste your time and have zero ability or desire to do what they are hired to do. I still have no downspouts and no gutters on one side of my house.Update: its great to know that this company cant take the time to figure out solutions to their problems or miscommunication in their company, but they can take the time to harass people and call them liars when they leave an honest and unpleasant review. So thank you gutter logic for not only not sticking to your contracts, disappointing your customers, wasting my time, and harassing me a week after the job was supposed to be complete. Which the job never was complete because they refused to do it citing safety issues that were never ever brought to our concern before signing the contract. I think some companys (and people) just would rather make enemies than happy customers.

2021-06-21I had a complete gutter replacements. Gutter Logic did a phenomenal job! They were very easy to work with and made sure they would schedule around us! Our house is very different and difficult to do anything with, but they made sure the gutters fit perfect and work great!Highly recommend!!

2021-11-12Just had my gutters replaced and leaf guards put on. Very good crew that came out, best priced after a few quotes. I had 3 quotes done, Ben was the only one that I felt wanted to do his job. The other 2 companies straight out said why dont we just do it ourselves.

2021-04-10Gutters are nice looking until it rains. Water goes between the gutters and the house, they were supposed to replace the fascia charged me for it but never replaced it . The fasteners they showed me are not the ones they used, there are hundreds of screws laying in my gutters that no one used to fasten them down. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone, the salesman wont answer the phone and mail box is full imagine that. Im trying to also get my contract and warranty agreement but no luck with that either

2020-10-12I called several businesses to see if they were interested in replacing about 20 feet of gutter and a downspout that had a junction from a higher spout. One never returned my call and the other two were not interested in doing it, unless they did the whole house. I called Gutter Logic, they had a guy out within two days, and we scheduled the work for two days after that. No one is ever that fast, but they were. We really appreciated it, since the gutter that failed was letting water pool at our front entry and along the foundation. That got fixed. The gutter color was correct and all items were installed correctly with the right pitch and fasteners. Solid work. Maybe a few more dollars cost wise than what I paid before, but pricing was fair. The work and customer service were above par.

2020-11-13I needed new gutters, down spouts and gutter guards. I researched Gutter Logic and found they were the best choice. I called them on a Thursday, their Sales Representative was there on Friday and the institution was set up for the following Wednesday. The installers were very efficient and walked the around the house with me to find out what I wanted and when they finished they walked around with me a second time to be sure I was satisfied.I found the materials used were high in quality and the gutter guards were what I was looking for.

2021-07-08Gutter Logic was my third quote for new gutters and leaf guards. The other two companies were great. I pointed out my pain points, they pointed out some things I hadnt considered, told me how to fix problems, etc. Gutter Logic came out and they were worse than window salesmen. Had to talk about how they were different before they would even measure. Then after measuring they sit me down and walk me through a binder on what makes their company great, show me demonstration (complete with water) of why their leaf guard was better than others, etc. I told them I didnt have time for a demo, just show me the product and give me the quote or leave. They said then well pack up and leave.

2020-04-15Salesman pitches their product as the greatest thing since slice bread. We were sold on the product because it seemed like that the screen would block a lot of debris. I would have to clean our gutters less. Turns out on the day of the install, the hangers didnt fit. This is because the guy didnt take the time to measure our gutters. He had walked the around the house at night with a flash light as if he was an expert. So, back to install day. Hangers did not fit. So we said we arent paying the contracted amount due to the product not being what we asked for. He wanted to sell us a different hanger for the same amount. We said no. Im not paying that amount for an inferior product. I wouldnt take delivery on a brand new car if the car salesman sent me the same car with a different trim. So, long story short we resolved the matter with his manger. I will not recommend them to anyone nor will I waste my time with any other gutter company. Their salesman are worse than used car sales people.
