Galluccis is one of my favorite places. They have a huge selection of cheese, wines, seasonings, and Italian staples.Anytime Im planning on making lots of Italian food, I swing by Galluccis, because you cant beat them on price or quality.You cant forget about the lunch and bakery counters! Lunch here starts at 11am, and you better be here early because they get really crowded at these two counters. I love the pizza, and theyre meatballs are to die for.Dont leave without a cannoli or cookie for the road!
There food is so good and they have lunch time specials, they have a bakery, all kinds of olives, and other great dishes. And a great frozen food section if you are looking for meals that are quick And a great selection of wines.
The best lasagna in The Land (Cleveland). However, it doesnt stop there. They have a variety of offerings such as wines and canolis. It can get busy inside, but it is always worth the trip down.
First.time going, has alot of authentic Italian stuff, really cheap too. Was able to get everything I needed for a homemade pizza for less than 20 bucks
They offer so many different items, from cheeses, olives, pastas, wine, desserts, and great wine selections!

Prepared food brought me in years ago for an amazing hot lunch. They have an excellent deli, bakery. Well stocked oils, seasoning, pasta and sauces. If you love Italian and Mediterranean food, this is heaven in a little market.
I have been seeing their ads during Fox newscasts for quite awhile and the wife wanted to check the place out. Brought home some great meats, cheese and pesto ... along with some other goodies.
A True Cleveland Original! Great selection of authentic Italian Specialties and great service. If you are a lover of Italian Wine you will be amazed with Galluccis wine department.
Upon entering Galluccis, youll be met by the aroma of good food. I come here to stock up on specialty olive oil, meats and cheeses. They have great prices on spices too. Sometimes the line-up for freshly prepared food winds throughout the store - but it moves fast and the food is delicious. I recommend their lasagna.

Update. I spoke to management about this directly and they told me they were aware of the situation and looking to change it back. Great to know they were up to customer feedback. The store is a class act. 😌😁😚I had a friend of mine pick me up some groceries and one of your usually delicious marinara pizzas 🍕. I say usually delicious because I have to be honest with you. When he came back with the pizza I was so shocked 😱and disappointed. It was so funny but very sad. There sat the most skimpiest pizza I have ever seen from your store. You must have changed things because they used to be a bit bigger and used to be in a vacuum package and the price was more manageable. So now, it seems you have made the pizza a lot smaller, you raised the price and the worst was you put it on a piece of cardboard and wrapped it in cellophane. Regretfully and sadly the cardboard dried out the pizza and the cellophane let to much air in that it caused the pizza to taste have an off taste. I threw the rest of it away. It was actually disgraceful that your establishment would put out such a skimpy little dried out pizza like that.

Delishous home made food. I got wedding soup and it is delicious. My friends got eggplant parmesan and the regular lasagna with meatballs. All where delicious. They have frozen homemade ravioli, cavatelli, gnocchi and much much more. Unfiltered olive oil to black truffles. Gourmet salts and cheeses. Everything looked delish and I will be going back in the future for sure.

I Love Galluccis , it takes me 50 minutes to get there, but well worth it...I get great deli meats and cheeses that you cant get elsewhere. They have fresh baked bread everyday. Fresh Italian food everyday ,pizza , hot subs, wings, ribs,etc...
Great place for Italian food, sandwiches and pizza. Also has frozen pizza dough you can make into your own pizza at home. All kinds of cheeses and salads. Look for deals on wine closeouts and sandwiches of the day. Senior day is on Tuesday and grill out on Wednesday.

I came in from the Clinic and even though I came in a little early, while they were preparing for lunch time, one person stopped and made me my favorite meatball sandwich at around 9:45am!!! The staff are always friendly and helpful. You cant get a better shopping experience anywhere in town. One of the biggest selections of Italian foods Ive ever seen in my life. You should definitely give it a look.
Galluccis has a lot of Italian favorites. They have the best prosciutto. Its the Parma prosciutto from Parma, Italy. Its $17.99 a pound, but, its not too salty, beautiful flavor and not too much fat.We get our grated pecorino Romano cheese there. Its around $11 a pound and its the best also. And the variety of olives are wonderful. The Kalamata olives I believe are either $4.99 or $5.99 a pound. They certainly beat the grocery store prices. And the variety of cheesecakes are great and so are the cannolis. Theres a lot more there also, but, you have to go there and check it out. They dont always have the friendliest staff, but, theyre getting better.

This place is one of my favorites when I’m in the city they got the best lunch combos and food variety. The samiches 🥪 are great and the lasagna 🍝 with the salad on the 🥗 brings me straight to Italy The place smell amazing . The bread always, so soft . Pepperoni rolls are amazing . The cakes are giant . I just wish they deliver . I need it .

The quintessential Cleveland Italian store! They have a fantastic deli with an incredible assortment of cheeses + meats. The bread is to die for especially the garlic sticks. Dont forget to grab a slice of pizza or other premade food for a quick lunch. They have a great selection of spices, wine, pasta and bakery too.
Awesome shop/store/restaurant. Im from the Canton/Akron area and my fiance had a job to look at in Cleveland, on our way up there he got excited and said, We can stop at Galluccis! I was like alright. If you blink you miss it off of Euclid. However, once you get in there the smell of fresh baked pizza hits you in the face, your stomach instantly growls. There is a freezer section with home made stuffed shells, gnocchi, and caveteli, along with what looks to be authentic styled marinara for pasta decorating the top. The deli is on one side of the freezer and the wines are on the other. They have a beautiful wine selection which I enjoyed perusing very much! I purchased two bottles of Rosé myself. In the back is where the fun is. I asked for one slice and they gave me a quarter of a pizza! Best. Pizza. Ever. The flavors were popping out all over the place! The crust was kind of thin on the veggie pizza, but it more than made up for it with the loads of veggies on it and the crust on my meat pizza was thick and ah-mazing! Ive had their stuffed shells (last summer my fiance brought some home from Cleveland) and I have to say they were the best Ive had besides my own! Thick and stuffed full with cheese! So good. The deli looked fabulous! I didnt get a chance to look all of it over but I saw all of the essentials lol, caprese, salami, Lebanon bologna, pepperoni, cheeses, etc. And oh man, you shouldve the Pastries and their selection of stuffed olives and pickled peppers. If you are in the business or have hankering for a charcuterie board, start shopping there because they had it all! Its a perfect Italian place. Just perfect. When we go back to Cleveland, we are definitely going to Galluccis!
Love this store!!! They have anything you could imagine. Not to mention the amazing cheeses and meats they have at their deli, and the fresh baked Italian cookies and breads. They not only have hot, delicious, prepared food for a quick and tasty lunch, but refrigerated prepared meals to take home!! The product is amazing and the people are kind. Absolutely a must visit for groceries, wine, or lunch!!!!
The Gallucci line of products is excellent! The in House olive oil is wonderful and buttery. Italian sausage is some of the best in the Cleveland area. A must stop!

Love this place! I have been coming to Gallucci’s since I was a little girl with my grandmother. I love the deli selection... they truly have anything you could imagine. The brakery is fantastic, the pizza is amazing and you cannot beat their spice selection.

I go there at least twice a week if not more The staff the product both are phenomenal Ive been going there since it was at the central market in downtown Cleveland where the stadium now is My dad used to take me there when I was a little child All these years And I did not have one complaint.

Great food for lunch, and good portions! Lasagna, Eggplant, pasta & meatballs, Calzones & Stromboli, pizza by the slice, salads, sandwiches, wings & deserts! When you walk in the aroma is full of all the Italian smells you can think of! A huge display of ALL types of cheeses and meats available. Ask for a sample!!Also, Olives🍡, pasta & pizza sauces, fresh and frozen pastas to buy and make at home, wines 🍷🍾and more!!!🍕🍝...In the summer, they cook outside on the grill burgers, brats, etc!!Enjoy just walking in the door!!!
The food was delicious as always. We ordered subs and pizza. You would think with all the business this place does they would pave there driveway.The driveway close to the store is paved but ALWAYS full. Should pave the lot with gravel and pot holes.
Nice store and products. We drive about an hour to get there, so we cant go very often. Very friendly people behind the deli counter. Not so friendly lady behind bakery counter. Not so friendly people behind the hot foods counter. We were there this past Saturday. I got into the checkout line of the short, elderly man who was rude, as he has been on other occasions. He did not say hello or anything at all except for the total spent. As I was putting my items on his checkout counter, I tried pushing them closer so he could reach them better but he took his arm and pushed everything back towards me. This was very rude and nasty. I really have no desire to return to your store.
Oh I need fat pants!! We chose Galluccis for lunch today for something different. My God it was the best decision ever! We got the lasagna lunch which was so delicious and filling. We also got cannolis. We are all currently wishing we were bigger pants to work today. I cant begin to express the sheer joy this delectable food brought us all. We WILL be back 😍

One of Clevelands absolute finest gems and worth the trek out. And to get a sense of the historical significance and consistency in quality--back in the 1920s, my boyfriends great-grandmother who immigrated to the US from Italy used to go all the time to shop for ingredients and kitchen supplies for her home-cooked meals, which were the stuff of legend. They offer a great selection of wines, cakes and cookies (baked on site), pasta, sauces, olive oils, and truffle oil/butter/salt--many of which are direct Italian imports. But what really changed my life, no joke, was their frozen pizza dough and pizza supplies, their bulk herbs and spices (best value Ive seen in town yet), and most of all, their cold cuts/deli counter--a dazzling aisle of domestic and imported cured meats and sausages, aged and fresh cheeses more rich and tantalizing than the next. Smoked Swiss, sliced smooth and savory, like bacon in cheese form. Fresh Italian sausage made on site. More varieties of salami and blue cheese than you ever knew existed. This is the deli counter to end all deli counters.Customer service here is warm, friendly, and astoundingly knowledgeable. When I have larger items, someone is always there to help me carry them to my car. Jesse, one of the staff, patiently helped me handpick items for a sympathy basket, feeding me samples and detailed histories and facts about the products and their artisan crafters. They host seminars on cheeses, wines, olive oils, etc. regularly and I definitely plan to attend one day. They have a popular hot deli counter and catering service, frozen prepared foods, and quality gift baskets. For all your quality catering and grocery needs in Cleveland, its hard to beat Galluccis.

I love the smell of the place when you walk in. That tells you its good stuff. I make the trip from Sheffield Lake just to pick up some of their meatballs...and the pizza😋yum!!

We were extremely pleased with our catering order from Galluccis!! It was very simple to call and place the order with the staff. Carol was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The delivery was right on time and everything on our order was perfect! We will definitely recommend to family and friends and order more in the future. If you are looking for Italian (or some other gourmet European) groceries or wine, go to Galluccis!They have a wide range of items as well as multiple levels of certain items to fit most any budget. The sandwiches they make in the back are awesome, order one while you shop, you will not be disappointed.The staff is very knowledgeable, if you ask them for recommendations or help, they dont hesitate to give you information and options.During the holiday season go early or expect to fight the crowd, they also do amazing catering and have great cookies and bakery items as well.
Love the many items to choose from, the sub sandwiches are awesome. The people are very friendly and helpful. The young man at the meat/cheese deli counter was very nice and patient while I was trying to decide. I try to get out here as often as I can, its always a pleasure.
Miss this place so much. I used to be a student at the podiatry school whose clinic is one block down. Every lunch we would go there and grab the best food that side of town. Everything from their wings, to pizza, subs, and pasta. Incredible.
We live in Youngstown, Ohio and come up to University Hospital frequently. We never really had the time or I didnt feel good enough to stop. But today was different and Im so happy we stopped. We both got the Lasagna dinner and it was superb and the price was unbelievable. We will definitely be stopping back soon. Grade A+

I can give you all a behind the scenes scoop on Gallucci’s... I have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere... But I was recently employed there...I’m happy to say that this is the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in... The quality of product is Amazing... But as an employee you are treated like family... We get anything we want for lunch and a nice discount... I wish I could of stayed.... Thanks to Everyone there..
This place was unbelievable. I heard about it while taking my parents on the Lolley the Trolley tour while they visited. I made sure I stopped in today. The store has so many options. This trio I just wanted to grab some pizza. I had a triangle slice of the cheese and pepperoni and a square slice mushroom. Let me tell you as a person born and raised in Buffalo, NY the pepperoni pizza was the best I have ever had outside of Buffalo and would even beat some Buffalo places. It was incredible. I think it just came out the oven. The mushroom slice was tasty, however it was cold. And I dont mean like cold it has been sitting for a while. Almost like a cold it was in the fridge. Either was I crushed it and grabbed a pre wrapped donut by the register as I cashed out that was great! I will be back

Unfortunately my review will not hurt their business, maybe then it will teach people to advertise properly. I drove for 37 minutes to find out that they close on Sunday when ad says they should be open with hours of operation And please dont tell me i should call ahead. Advertiment should be updated properly.
Galluccis is a Cleveland landmark. Wonderful old family grocery. Terrific assortment of authentic Italian products. Great fresh baked cakes and breads. Hot dishes for lunch. Frozen homemade dishes for dinner. Friendly service.
The best price on bulk spices within 100 miles. Friendly staff. Clean store. Once, while getting some cookies, my husband was explaining to me how his old Italian grandmother would make the same ones every holiday season before her passing. The woman behind the counter, who was likely also a grandmother, slipped us a few extra cookies to try and gave us a wink. Probably my favorite store in greater Cleveland.

Found out about Galluccis from the New Day Cleveland tv show. We drive 45 min to get there but very worth it! Love to eat the hot Italian sub with a side of potato salad outside at their tables and of course have to bring a dessert home for later! Great store and deli with so much variety. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Wished we lived closer so we could go more often!
This is THE best example of a quality purveyor of fine Italian foods that I know of. All cold cut meats and cheeses are the best quality, especially Galluccis Own. Their frozen section includes pasta, pizza shells, and anything else you may need to make amazing Italian specialties at home. I make a trip here everytime I visit and take coolers full of stuff back to Maryland.

A Cleveland institution! I never visit the city without stopping at Gallucci’s and getting one of their terrific Italian subs. I always stock up on reasonably priced herbs and spices from their tremendous selection and of course I have to pick up some delicious deli meats and cheeses.
Great place for a fast bite, even during lunch rush. Fantastic selection of authentic Italian foods. The only seating available is a covered outdoor patio, but its plenty suitable during the warmer months.

Wish we had a Galuccis in Florida. We moved south three years ago and have yet to find a place like Galuccis Italian Foods and Market. Miss this place. Every time we come back to Cleveland to visit, we visit our favorite Italian food market. Keep up the good work!
This was our 2nd visit, after my treatments at U H hospitals. We LOVE it. The prepared foods are out of this world good. Their cheeses and pasta sauce are great. A true Italian atmosphere.

I like this place, they have great meat and cheeses and their baked goods are outstanding. Grab some salami and fresh mozzarella to take home with you and snack on some macaroons and cannolis. Also if you have a chance ask them to make you an Italian sub they are quite tasty.
Best place I loved coming here in my younger years when we lived in Cleveland I wish I could kidnap the whole store and bring back to Tennessee where I live, Id go daily. Wish we had something similar. Start a store down yonder lol

You talk about absolute quality great customer service and a variety of everything...?! I have never ever even know this place existed in Cleveland rancho they catered our food downtown Cleveland here at National general Insurance. oh my God... Thats all I can say and keep saying.

Love Galluccis! Wonderful Italian and ethnic fare. Italian coffee, tomato sauce, Cento products you cant find anywhere else, bulk dried spices, deli meats and cheeses. The pepperoni roll and fontina cheese never made it out of the parking lot.

Nice place and convenient parking. I suggest your first visit be just before or just after noon. There are hot food selections that you want to mull over, but you dont want to get in the way of the lunch regulars.

Food is great but the people who work there need a lesson in coustmer service, everyone is rude and act like you are bothering them when you ask for something... I rather spend my money at a fast food restaurant if that is the kind of service I can expect from Galluccis. It will be a long time before I step foot back in that place again.
Great staff!! Well stocked with normal fresh & tasty favorites, plus, new to me, are their house smoked turkey and their rosemary prosciutto. Great... Ill be back soon.
The line to get food was long, but for a good reason. The Italian Sausage sandwich I had was amazing. The people are great. You should totally check it out.

Best Italian deli/bakery/store in Cleveland. Make it a point to check it out. Especially if you like imported meats, cheeses and specialty olives. Stop to eat lunch, lasagna, pizza, sandwiches, etc.
Great pillar of Cleveland. True Italian grocery and deli. Stop in for the lunches that change daily, all authentic Italian made. Mega friendly staff and although Im not Italian at all they treat you like a paison and you feel like one! Not sure I spelled that right.

I get to Cleveland about once a month and this is by far the best Italian Market in this part of Ohio. Only problem that I find is that I find something that I like and I save the label so that I can purchase it the next month and they do not have that product again. I have been waiting for La Pasta di Camerino for 3 months and their answer is They did not send me any I say order it and some extra because it is the best pasta I have ever eaten. Same with 2 imported salomi and cheese. They get it once and never again. You have spoiled me.

The food is GREAT me and my boyfriend like the place. Im ONLY giving 3 starts just because there is SEVERAL EXPIRED FOODS and as you should know Italian foods expire Very shortly due lack of conservatives is Not like food here in US that last for months. So BE AWARE Little Cheeses, Pana di Cocina and other dairy products can be expired and you can have some food poisoning due this, so check the European expiration dates NOT the sticker they put to cover it with a new date ;)

Being an owner of an Italian Bakery, Id expect better phone service when calling in. I contact the store and ask for the owner, the guy who answers the phone says I can help you I ask again if he is the owner, his response the second time, I can help you. I finally said so are you the owner? His response again, I can help you. Am I talking to a robot?When I ask an open ended question that requires a yes or no answer, just answer it.Sorry to say that because of that phone call we will not be using this company for any of our italian bakery needs. Sad.

A glutton from a Little Italy in NYC. great place, almost everything including rarities, staff is helpful, the prepared foods seem to be done in the amount that can be sold quickly and are fresh. The prices are lower than any I have seen in Naples, St. Pete, Florida and of course Philly and NYC.

2022-04-14Considered THE Italian market to shop for authentic food for decades. Wide selection of cheeses, meats, deserts, Italian specialties, spices, and more. Great prices on wine, too. They have a hot lunch counter weekdays thats a bargain (lasagna w salad and bread $7.50). Catering menu is also awesome, featuring lasagna and stuffed shells. Pick up frozen items for future dinners, too. They even have some tables outside to make an urban picnic feast!

2022-03-23I am sure it has been said, this place SMELLS GREAT. When you open the door you are hungry. I often stop for deli, spices and oils; but the real attraction is the food. Stand in line it moves fast. Then drool.I recommend the Italian muffuletto sandwich if they have it. Do not forget desert

2022-04-17Someone explain to me why the women behind the bakery counter are always rude and have a nasty attitude every time I come in there. I am always polite and try to make it easier on them so they can get my order correctly. I am always patient and never pushy. But they are always rude to me and I dont know why. They better fix their customer service skills or I wont be back again. If they dont like their job then find another one.Oh by the way, if you dont want customers asking questions or asking what the cakes and cheesecakes are, then put labels or signs by each one so we know what they are. And people are going to ask whats in them if they didnt make the cakes themselves, also if they have food allergies. Because its not like people dont have food allergies today or anything.

2022-07-16Ive been going to Gallucis since I was a young boy (Im 56 now). Seen them move three times, but the food remains the same ~ simply the best meats, cheeses, pastries and imported products available in northern Ohio. And the people there are friendly and helpful. If you havent been there, get there! You wont regret it!
