This place is awful, three different people told me three different things how the process goes, I highly recommend you go live somewhere more organized and more professional! The property manager is rude here and hateful. Plus there a rip off you can get a house for the price they charge! I will be waiting 40 days for my money from them, after being told it would be refunded on my Card in 5 business days! Run and never live here!
This complex has a GREAT maintenance team.My furnace blower motor went out at 5PM on a Saturday afternoon. By 6:00 pm Tyler had it replaced and the unit was up and running.I have nothing but good things to say about the staff here at the Summit! I plan on staying here for some time. Keep up the good work......
Moved in Dec 12,2015. Absolutely wonderful place to live so far. The gardens style 2 bedroom 2 bathroom is bright, clean, spacious including the walk in closet in the master. I am awaiting spring to participate in the community garden activities. No excuses not to be fit here as the exercise room is open 24/7 and the sidewalks here go on and on for walking by yourself or with your pet as pets are welcome here too. All brand new appliances, country feel but in walking distance to groceries,pharmacy,pizza,massage,hair and nail and dental services. This place has a great location!!
I love living here. Close to everything but quiet. Nice safe neighborhood feel. Accessible to 71 and Columbus as well as Grove City restaurants and shopping. Awesome pool and bike paths. Pet friendly.
These apartment/condo combo they have going on here is beautiful and they have multiple choices of layouts and bedrooms. They are very overpriced in my opinion, but that might be because I wouldnt pay over 1k for a 1 bedroom even if it came with a garage or not.... However, the neighborhood and the neighbors are very nice and I know that is one of the reasons they can get away with price gouging, that and all the shopping thats close by.
In the fast over population of the metro area GC summit has been a safe haven (moved in dec. Of 2014). We travel for our jobs so there is no need to have a high over priced mortgage payment. Great club house (pool) and workout facilities, use them because your paying for it. So cool to have the buckeye ranch in our backyard with over 20 horses. Some advice take your trash on Thursdays its picked up that morning and always empty. Use door jams and blankets in the winter to keep cold air out and you will save on your utility cost. GC Summit is the ultimate example of the future of convenient living in one of the fastest growing population areas in the country.
Rooms above the garage is cold in the winter. Watch out for field mice making homes in your car. The apartments look nice .. My niece lives there she likes it ..
Grove City Summit is a great place to live. The floor plans are spacious and the kitchens have a lot of storage space. The staff here is second to none. I would recommend Grove City Summit to anyone who asks.
The floor plans are nice but the construction is poor. Im not sure who did the work but the materials are cheap and things break consistently. Also, the trash compactor is always full and it is the only place to throw your trash away. Snow and ice is never plowed properly and hangs around until it melts. Find a cheaper apartment that wont fall apart. Also, to add to a current note from the owner of the property. NEP does not control this area, the owner allowed them to submeter the electric and water meters and they add a markup from the actual utility provider. The owner of the complex most likely received a financial benefit for allowing NEP to submeter. Providing false information is misleading and shows the type of company that owns this complex.

Very spacious with home-like features, very quiet and safe area. Staff is friendly and always quick to help with any problem weve had. Great and clean place.
Wonderful upscale community. Great fitness center and pool that is already opened. Love my townhouse!

2022-01-07Fell in love with these apartments at first sight. The rent isnt cheap but the amenities and customer service makes it worth it! They have had some turn-over in the office staff, but the current workers are my favorite in the three years Ive been here. I love the newsletters they send out and the events they plan for their residents. Any issues weve had were quickly and cheerfully resolved. Theyve added additional guest parking and a dog park since we moved in. The gardens are a fun community meeting point. Our neighbors keep this place looking great and are nice and quiet.

2021-12-01This is a pricey complex but worth it! I appreciate the office folks and the maintenance guys so much. Kind and responsive! The maintenance guys have taken care of my couple little work orders so quickly and efficiently. Very happy with all of my experiences here!

2021-12-03I have lived at Grove City Summit for 3 years. I can’t say enough about management and maintenance. Management plans frequent activities for residents to come together to socialize & meet new neighbors. I’ve been lucky on two occasions to win an OSU Crockpot & a Kohl’s gift card. They also help the community by having drives to collect school supplies, food for Mid Ohio Food Bank & an Angel tree to provide Christmas gifts for children in need.I’ve only had to call Maintenance a few times. But, every time has been a fast turn around. I had a refrigerator issue that couldn’t be fixed & within two hours I had a new fridge.If you are looking for a place with great neighbors, pet friendly (did I mention we have our own dog park?), efficient management & maintenance, close to everything retail & a beautiful walking/bike trail then come check out Grove City Summit.

2020-08-174 month update: parking issues unresolved. Its been very rainy this summer and parking 10 apartments down bringing in groceries just isnt ok. The only reason I have to park so far down is because the townhouse people will use their parking spots in their garage and in front of their house, AND take apartment parking on the other side (which they are not allowed to park there) and they suffer no consequences other than a warning post-it note. And theyve gotten worse that they just avoid getting warnings by parking in our spots after the staff leaves so nothing happens to them. Honestly, I pay way too much money for a 2 bedroom apartment for this to just be ignored. Ill again update as needed.Original review:The employees reached out without me even getting around to calling and have at least made an attempt with the smoke smell and the crack in the back patio. Fantastic staff! However, parking has gotten worse! People keep parking in spots outside our apartment with no pass or the wrong color pass! If the parking issue is resolved I will re-update!Moved in about a week ago, so far pretty impressed.Price is expensive, but it seems so far that they do a good job on the upkeep. Was a little disappointed to see that our back patio has a giant crack in it but other than that the place looks fantastic and is very quiet. We live on a bottom apartment and so far all we can hear are footsteps and nothing else. Apartment is very spacious for a ranch style but I have to say that you certainly pay for it in rent (fairly expensive).However you cant beat a trip to the grocery store in less than 1 minute, and they have just about everything out here. Not to mention a bike path, loads of sidewalks, community pool, community gym, some gardening area, and even a new dog park!One annoying thing so far is parking. People dont have assigned parking spots so its a bit of a free for all between residents. And a car that didnt have a parking pass was in front of our apartment for like 3 days straight before it finally moved.The spare bedroom has a strong smoke smell that will hopefully go away.Other than those few issues that hopefully get sorted out (and if they do Ill update my review) the place really has everything and staff so far has been very helpful and easy to reach (unlike the Groves where we couldnt even get in contact with someone to take a tour).

2020-06-24Very nice apartments. Great location. Close to shopping and highway. Grounds kept up very nice. Pool, garage, very quiet. The ONLY down fall is that my neighbors balcony is so close to mine and he sits and smokes all day which fills my apartment with cigarette smoke all day. I either have to live with my windows closed or put up with the cigarette smoke. My son has asthma so I have to keep fans by my windows facing out to try to keep the smoke out. For the price we pay here this issue is frustrating. I would give it a higher rating but this is a daily nuisance. If you get an apartment next to a non smoker, youll be fine.
