They had a huge selection of refrigerators. They had the one we wanted in stock and I was able to get it delivered the same week! They had free delivery and it was free to take out the old fridge. They even had some trouble getting it out the front door and were able to easily change the plan to go out the back door. The delivery men put the new fridge together and made sure it was working. Highly recommend! I would shop there again!
Ive gotten a new Refrigerator and new bed frame from Grove. Both times their staff has done an excellent job of delivery, setup of the new stuff and haul away of the old. The selection and service were top notch and worth every penny spent. We are costumers for life.

My wife and I have bought all of our major appliances from Grove over the 18 years that we have owned our home. We would not go anywhere else. Everyone from the sales team to the delivery crew and the occasional repairman have all been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We have always been pleased sd with the customer service and quality machines that we have received from Grove.
Jennifer in Sales was terrific and very accommodating in showing and selecting a new washer and dryer. The gentleman who delivered the equipment were professional and polite and made sure of the connections to the new washer were as they should be due to a tricky location of the valves. My new stove is great! The guys did a great job installing it even though the fittings were very hard to get off and werent the right size. They made another trip back to the store to get what they needed to get me hooked up. Service was awesome!
My freezer quit working. We had a lot of meat that would have spoiled. Luckily Grove Appliance came to the rescue. They delivered a new freezer the same day. The installers did an excellent job getting our new freezer into the basement. They hauled our old freezer away too. Outstanding! Thank you for a job well done.

Their non-bias opinions on selecting any appliance from a dishwasher to an oven or refrigerator are extremely helpful. Purchased GE washer and dryer. Delivery was smooth. The men were very considerate and careful to not bump anything. They did make a mistake in installation as hoses were switched and washer was not level. A repair man came and fixed all. Overall, satisfied with service at the end.

My old refrigerator stopped working late in the evening. I went to Grove at 8 a.m. next morning. Within 10 minutes, I selected the model, and by 3 p.m. that afternoon, Grove delivered, set up, and removed my old fridge! It was a wonderful experience!
I needed someone to repair my washer; it was making an extremely high pitched noise when spinning. I have never had any issues with this machine (about 7yrs old) before now. The repairmen tilted the washer and looked underneath for leaks; there were none. They never ran the machine to hear the noise, in fact they never started the washer at all! Proceeded to tell me it needed bearings and shocks, and a new drum. All for around $800.00! The worst part was that they pulled up on the drum which made a loud popping sound. Now, the washer is unlevel constantly!! It was NOT like this prior to their messing with it! Even though it made the painfully loud noise, it worked just fine. We cant use it at all now! However, I was also told I could get half my service cost back if I purchased a new washer from them...! Sounds incredibly fishy and makes me think thats how they get customers to spend money on new appliances at their store!!

I went to Grove Appliance in Alliance , Ohio...to purchase a new dryer, I was greeted, by a sales associate who answered all my questions , and bought myself a brand new, dryer at quality ,and fair price .My dryer was delivered on a date and time I chose by two delivery men , who took away my old broken dryer and was careful with bringing in my new dryer and hooked it up and made sure it operated...Im very happy with Groves and previously bought a refrigerator with same treatment...

Just had a new freezer delivered this week. We have purchased from Groves several times in the past. Their service both in sales as well as delivery & maintenance is fantastic. Our salesperson Alan is great. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He genuinely tries to help you make good choices in making your purchase. The delivery guys Rob and Lance are out of this world. They are careful with the delivery product, professional, super friendly and able to tell you what you need to know to be able to use your new appliance properly.
Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!! We found Grove’s because they are one of the few appliance shops that sells Speed Queen washer and dryers. Upon delivery, they immediately noticed the truck has been loaded with a gas dryer, but we needed electric. Within a couple hours the correct dryer was delivered and installed. Everyone we encountered from sales to delivery was respectful and professional. Will be back soon for other appliances and furniture.
I have just had the best customer service experience of my life.I live in Florida and needed a part for my new clothes dryer.The part was back ordered everywhere in the USA. We recently purchased our new stand up freezer and had it delivered. They set it up right where we asked & had it up & running for us as we were at work. Our 18 yet old let them in showed them where the freezer went. We’ve had no problems at all. This freezer replaced a freezer we bought years ago also from Groves. We’ve bought several appliances from here. Never had a problem.
Had a very good experience, the young woman that helped explain washing machine appliances,how they work, especially with washing and rinsing, I didnt realize that some dont fill All the way to rinse and different things. She was AWESOME! Also I was going to get something with low price. Very helpful. The delivery men were great very professional! I will shop and recommend Grove Appliances! A FANTASTIC PLACE!
Most pleasant and quickest appliance shopping Ive ever done. As I walked in I was greeted and ask if they could help me. I recently purchased a refrigerator and I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. After calling a competitor and finding out that they couldnt deliver a new refrigerator to me for more than a month, a friend recommended that I contact Grove Appliance. The person that answered my initial call explained that all of the sales reps were busy at the moment but someone would return my call ASAP. That call came in less than an hour from a sales rep named Hailey. She immediately asked me if my refrigerator was not working and I said yes. She explained that priority is given to customers whose refrigerators are not working which really impressed me. An hour later I arrived at the store and met Hailey who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. When I explained that I was interested in purchasing a French Door refrigerator she suggested a scratch and dent model. She took great time and care in looking over the model to see if there were any noticeable scratches or dents which there were not. In less than 25 minutes I had purchased a Frigidaire Gallery French Door model. I was thrilled to learn that it would be delivered the next day. Lance and Rob delivered and installed my refrigerator. Once again, I received outstanding customer service from these two individuals. They did a great job installing it and took the time to explain the features, along with some helpful care and maintenance tips. They were friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about the product. I explained that I would soon be purchasing a new oven and they gave me some great advice and explained what great options Grove offered. I will definitely be returning to Grove Appliance for future appliance purchases. Again, many thanks to Hailey, Lance and Rob for the outstanding customer service. In less than 24 hours I had a new refrigerator which I am very pleased with.
These guys are the best. Don’t waste your money at the big box stores. Shop somewhere local that you can count on. The repairmen do a good job too, had to come out and work on items I purchased from the box stores.
The sales representative, I believe her name is Haley was awesome! Very friendly and professional. Took the time to give me the measurements of my new refrigerator over the phone so I could make sure it was what I wanted. The delivery guys were really nice and professional as well. Moved the refrigerator into the house and hooked it up. Even put the doors on it because of a size issue they had to take the door off the fridge to get it into place! Would highly recommend Groves for any appliance needs!

I needed a freezer and the found that the big-box stores no longer stocked them. Some delivery dates were weeks out. I found Groves online and was able to text to see if what I wanted was in stock. They were very quick getting back to me. When I went to purchase, I realized they have a great stock of all kinds of appliances, as well as scratch and dent items, which were cheaper. They also carry furniture. They delivered my freezer within 3 business days at a very reasonable charge of $30 for the distance. They would have even taken an old appliance. I was extremely happy with my dealings with them.

Went in to get new kitchen appliances. Was able to see the ones I was interested in, found the fridge on scratch and dent, and everything else was in stock! Delivery and install was in under a week because all items were in store.

Two men arrived from Grove Appliance early on Tuesday. Together, they removed our old refrigerator, replacing it with the new. They spent time removing all the plastic and setting the levelers to the proper position. They wanted to be sure the doors closed on their own if left open...perfect!!! They were so polite and explained everything they were doing. We could not be more pleased with the sales person we dealt with combined with the delivery. We will definitely return to Grove!!

My husband and I bought a new refrigerator (not first time buyers from Groves) and we had Lance and Rob deliver it. Both gentlemen went above and beyond for us. They moved the old refrigerator to it new location which included having to take the doors off and put them back on. Brought our new refrigerator in and set it up which included hooking up the water. They also took the time the cut some of our water line so we didn’t have too much. All and all another great experience with Groves. We highly recommend!

After shopping around for a new fridge for a week. We found that grove offered more then any place we looked. They have a large showroom with a greater number of appliances to choose from. They also offer a scratch and dent department which was where I was able to find a great brand new refrigerator at $500 less then market price. And that is after we replaced the dented freezer door with a new one that they had at the store and installed for me also. We are very happy that we didn’t buy before we decided to go to Groves.
I am very very happy with my new furniture, and have been telling everyone to go get their furniture there. The staff from begining to end were very nice. The in store staff helped me work on financing, and the delivery staff were very polite and accommodating.
We suddenly needed a refrigerator and a black one. They are hard to find and may take a long time when ordered. I called Jen on a Wednesday afternoon and they had two black ones. I told her I wanted one of them but we decided to come up on Thursday and look. When we were looking, we only saw the one, but found out she had already put aside the one I wanted and it was perfect. We also bought a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. Then we saw a recliner we liked so we bought it too. This was Thursday evening and everything was delivered to us by Saturday afternoon. The men were very nice, knew exactly what to do. We couldnt be more pleased. The next time we need something, Grove Appliance is where we will go.

Grove appliance is a great showroom to get your kitchen machines. I got a stove (and a better model because the price was so good) was not finished with kitchen remodel when I bought and they held it safe for me till I finished my tile floor. Delivery was easy from their truck. Brought it in and unboxed and set it in place. Really awesome staff. Thank you Grove Appliance.
Great experience purchasing our freezer from Grove. Quick in and out within 10 minutes after choosing what we wanted. Delivery was great and on time. We had a problem with our freezer not cooling down enough. But with one phone call to Grove they had their tech out in hours to save all our food in the freezer. We will definitely be back to make more appliance purchases in the future.

I was just there to be at the house for my parents while they made the delivery and I will say these two men went above and beyond the point of service. The delivery of our LG refrigerator was good they explained everything about the fridge and it’s working. The took away the old one and were quick at their work.
We went to a big box store first. I was holding out to look at Groves before a decision was made. Everyone at Groves were helpful and knew their products. No one was pushy. Fantastic customer service. They took time to help us figure out exact what appliances we needed for our kitchen remodel. Delivery crew was top notch and very professional. Even tolerated our twin 4 year old grandsons who wanted to help.

When we ordered our freezer. Groves made it very easy to schedule a delivery time. When it showed up the delivery guys were quick putting it in place and answering any question we had.

Great service! I just bought a house earlier this year and it came with appliances, however my fridge stopped working a couple weeks ago. They were so helpful and understanding and helped me find the perfect fit for me! They delivered it the next week and followed up to make sure it was just what I had wanted.
Bought a refrigerator and a dishwasher, had a few issues with some parts and customer service, but Groves did reach out and tried their best to resolve issues, Tom definitely went above and beyond to fix our issues and this is an updated review, not a 5 star review by any means but because of his contact and diligence hes done enough to rethink our review. We bought a washer, dryer and vacuum. We had to replace the fabric softener dispenser on the washer. They quickly had the part shipped and all is working well. The delivery personnel were very professional. Overall a great experience. I would recommend Grove Appliance.

Just moved to small semi rural community and was used to dealing with big city box stores and their attitude. Found GROVE APPLIANCES in alliance OhioAnd sales woman Haley. Knew her products. Was not pushy and very patient. Could not decide which model to pick and said we would think about it. A couple of days passed with no follow up by her or should I say no high pressure to make a choice. Called he back to place an order and was cordially greeted and asked if we had more ?s. Said no but we had decided. She took our order.And thanked us a number of times. Arranged a delivery date. Less than a week later we were first delivery of the day. Two gentlemen and I do mean gentlemen showed support at 10 past 8am. Clean neat and both knew howto use soap and water. Honored our request to really clean their shoes, carpet was just cleaned, and move new unit in. Placed old one in garage as smooth as hell. Assembled new unit and found some warpage of side. Called office and we were given a discount on price and then they found a scratch on door so a new door was put on order. Could not have been more quality conscious. Pleasant, competent , very very thorough and best of all had a sense of humor.We will be back to GROVE for whatever products we need and they can supply.Sure DONT miss living in the big city.

Bought a mattress this time. Price, product, customer service, delivery all excellent. We have also bought freezers, stove, dehumidifier, and refrigerator over the years. Purchasing a new washer and dryer was so easy. We did our homework and the salesman, Tom, was very knowledgeable about the machines. Delivery was professional. The place I keep our machines is not easy to access (the backs). The 2 gentleman were caring and efficient. They leveled and ran the machines before leaving. They discovered the sensor needed fully installed in the dryer because of testing. Easy fix. I would have freaked if I tried to use after they left and it didnt run. Top notch service!

I was in urgent need of a refrigerator as my family was coming to Canton for a weeklong visit. I called/went to four appliance stores in the Canton/Massillon area and no one could help me obtain a refrigerator within a few days. My friend suggested I call Grove Appliances in Alliance which I did. The salesperson noted my needs and called me back within 45 minutes with several options. I drove 20 miles to the store and was able to purchase a refrigerator with my specifications, which was delivered within 3 days! That is what I call service! No easy feat with the shortages due to COVID.

We have dealt with Groves for many years. We have always had great service and reasonable prices. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. I also like the fact that for years I have been able to mail my packages by UPS right at the store. We have bought everything from freezers to washers too many to list. Their customer service is great and they always come to the house when there is a service problem in a timely manner. We also like the fact that we are never pressured by the sales staff to buy, we are given great customer service whether we are buying or just looking. Service you just won’t get from big box stores. For both our refrigerator and our dishwasher, they were delivered and installed by Grove employees quickly and with courtesy. (When we had purchased appliances elsewhere, they contracted installation, and it just wasn’t satisfactory.) Thanks, Grove!
We have been married for 48 years and have bought all of our appliances from Groves. Our parents always did, and we continued the tradition. We feel that the salespeople are very friendly and honest. We dont even comparison shop...just always go to Groves. The service department isawesome...if we need something repaired (which is rare), they come asap. We highly recommend!!!

Have always bought my appliances elsewhere but had several bad experiences with this other place so when we needed all new appliances for our new house we went to grove,wish we would have gone there before,the salesman was great, delivery guys were great and we had a minor problem with our refrigerator the gentleman they sent out to fix it was also great they took care of the problem no hassles. In the past 4 months I have purchased a stove and a washing machine from Groves. I had great service. The salesmen did not pressure me and understood my budget. The deliverymen were also great. I needed my washing machine delivered at a very specific time, when I got home after making the purchase, I got a call from my salesman. The delivery was able to be made that afternoon, and I did not have to wait at all. Will shop again and highly recommend.

I can only remember Jason and I cant remember the other young mans name, this was the nicest delivery Ive ever had from anyone, these 2 young men were so pleasant and so polite. With covid I havent been out much because of my breathing and being on oxygen, so talking to these two was so nice, they should me how to worked my stove and to make sure I ran it at 350 for 30 minutes to burn off the new smell.....thank you guys you were great and I love my new stove❤❤

I was able to find a matching set of stove, refrigerator & microwave in their scratch and dent section of appliances. I opted for a Bosch dishwasher to join the set. The salesman was extremely attentive and helpful too. Purchased on a Saturday morning and installed quickly and professionally by a great trio the following Friday morning. Appliances are working well and I am very happy with them. If you need any appliance, go to Grove!! Good people, and good prices!
Price gouging at its finest at Grove!! Came from Big Lots, and saw the same loveseat, which was 699 at Big Lots for 1699 at Grove. I understand making a small markup (100 to 200) to make a profit, but 1000 is excessive. Avoid this place at all costs.

2022-06-28I love Grove! This is my 2nd purchase with Grove. My sales associate knew exactly what to get me when I described what I needed ans what would fit in my condo. Everything fir perfect and it had everything I wanted! The delivery guys were right on time and took care of getting the old refrigerator out and new one installed. They were so careful too! 2022-06-28I had reached out to multiple appliance stores to get information about a Speed Queen washer. Grove Appliance was the only one to get back to me the same day and answered all of my questions. I was able to stop in during my lunchtime and make the purchase. Delivery was made within 3 days and we love our new washer. I appreciate the responsive service and it was the fastest appliance purchase I have ever made.
