Greyhound in other cities:
I found this bus station frustrating. The woman behind the counter was borderline rude, only one of the five stalls in the bathroom even looked functional (the rest either had doors removed entirely or out of order signs posted), the water fountains didnt work, only two vending machines had anything in them and neither of them could take a card. However there were two small birds inside when I was there, which was a welcome distraction from the overall shittiness of the station itself. They seemed to be having a fairly good time.Originally rated one star but then I thought they at least ought to get one star per bird.
Great station. Got delayed here for 6hrs. It was well maintained and staffed, clean washrooms, and felt safe. I got a $9 meal voucher for my delays, and got a bacon cheeseburger combo, which was surprisingly good. The one thing I didnt like was the plugs at their charging station... All very loose and I had to physically hold my charger in place to get a charge.
WHERE IS THE GREYHOUND STATION NOW, AND WHERE IS A PHONE NUMBER TO GET IN CONTACT 🤷IF MOVED EVERYTHING SHOULD BE MORE ORGANIZED, PUT IN GOOGLE THE NEW LOCATION AND HAVE THE PHONE NUMBER AS WELL SO PEOPLE CAN GET HELP HAS TO WHERE TO GO OR FOR ANY OTHER INFORMATION.AND BY NOT HAVING EVERYTHING PREPARED, IM WONDERING ARE THEY EVEN BEING PROFESSIONAL AND HAVING THE PATIENCE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER AT WHEREVER LOCATION THEY ARE. CAUSE IM PRETTY SURE SOME PEOPLE WILL BE CONFUSED WHEN THEY GET THERE DUE TO POOR TO LITTLE NFORMATION PROVIDED HAS TO WHERE TO GO AND WILL NEED THE HELP..PLUS IS NOT CUSTOMERS FAULT THAT THEY MOVED. AND THIS GREYHOUND STATION IN COLUMBUS IS NOT LOOKING LIKE THEY ARE ALL THE WAY PREPARED.
NEVER AGAIN WITH GREYHOUND. Completely changed my sister’s trip from 11 hours to 20 hours. sent a BS email that said the trip was changed but didn’t say to what, and nobody available were helpful at ALL to at least give an explanation, and with disgusting bus stations you have to spend HOURS waiting at. Greyhound is the worst system for transportation. They need 0 stars for the service they’ve been giving me.
Horrible customer service. We came for a return trip at 11am and two bus rides were canceled due to drivers not showing up. We didn’t get to leave until 8pm. The people at the counter were rude and just argued back with customers like what type of service is that? Completely would not recommend and never will book with greyhound again.
Horrible experience. There is no security and the employees were rude and high. When I had showed up for my bus, an employee told me the driver had bailed and he didn’t know when or if he’d show up for 3+ hours. Not to mention the aggressive harassment by random men catcalling and following me and literally yelling at me while the employees did nothing to intervene. If you call the corporate offices they will be probably be unavailable, and if you request a refund through the app it will do it automatically for you and give you a message that will automatically cancel your ticket and deny your request. Don’t waste your time with greyhound; especially, if you are a young woman, it is far too dangerous.
Bus was supposed to arrive at 11am, ended up arriving at 2pm and the driver was no where to be found, we ended up waiting for almost 45mins to board. The employees were all rude, no body knew what was going on. The environment was dirty, women bathroom was disgusting, people smoking inside of the station. This is my first time experiencing this from greyhound. The employee kept yelling through the intercom, she doesn’t even know her job. I don’t think they know their job here. The bus ended up leaving at 3:45pm instead of 11am.
The city of Columbus was great, and had a lot of history-most people dont even know about. The staff at the Greyhound station were excellent and did the job well. However, the cleanliness of the place, especially the restrooms, was very low par. I wouldnt put all the blame on the employees though because of the number of homeless and squatters that come through the facility.
Unsafe. Rude staff. Dirty. Bus driver did not announce bus departure. Gate number not listed, had to see an agent. No agent available due to being on lunch break. Almost missed the bus bc of lack of information and communication from bus driver and no available staff. Some folks have never traveled greyhound and need direction and assistance!
The staff were helpful and the restaurant had good food, yet this is one of the most scary, disgusting greyhound stations I have yet to see.The bathrooms had body fluids on toilet lids, on floor, trash strewn around.Hardly any outlets worked, outside I was offered drugs numerous times. No security. It was scary. The bus was cramped, the smell outside smelled like urine.
So I booked a trip to Charleston WV. The bus was supposed to leave at 1:10 am but at 1:40 AM the driver finally came on board said that the driver had went home to change because the wheelchair lift didn’t work and something about gas being spilled. So I now do not know when I will be leaving or arriving. The bus smells of gas. Not to mention the staff is about as unfriendly as you can get. This was my first time taking a bus I tried asking an employee where I should be and which bus I needed to get on he was dismissive and rude. I’m still not sure I’m on the right bus. Just hoping I get there safely. Not even sure of that at this point.
The agent behind the counter was helpful. However, the station was not pleasant. The bathroom was dirty. The food area was closed. I was charging my phone close to the security desk which no one was sitting and I was told by the security guard that I can just leave my phone but cannot stand there. Yet, a white man went there to charge his phone, the same security guard passed him twice and did not say anything to him. This world we live in- God help us all.
Very rude employees at the Columbus OH bus terminal. I asked a question, and these dude in the pic kept replying with rude degrading bigotry questions. He thinks he is smarter than everyone else. Rude employees verbally abuse and fail to provide appropriate help to customers. They get paid to be rude on steroids
This station was in exceedingly poor condition when I was there for an hour layover last week. There was no air conditioning, the restaurant was closed at 5:00 P.M. and half of the lobby area was roped off for no apparent reason. The mens restroom was particularly vile, reeking of stale urine so old it coddled to ammonia fumes & I feared my hands would come away from the sink ten times dirtier of I tried to wash up in one. Thankfully I wasnt there long, and the bus ride itself was great.
THIS PLACE MAY LOOK GOOD IN THE PICTURES.. BUT IT IS A DUMP.. THE MENS BATHROOM SMELLED HORRIBLE AND HAD A SINK RIPPED OFF THE WALL.. LITERALLY.. AND WAS SITTING ON THE GROUND.. WAS SO DISGUSTED.. HOPE I DID NOT CATCH ANY DISEASES.. EXITED SO IMMEDIATE.. LIKE WITHIN 5 MINUTES.. MANY HOMELESS THERE.. COME ON COLUMBUS.. IF YOU GET ROUTED THROUGH COLUMBUS.. STAY ON THE BUS.. IF ITS YOUR FINAL DESTINATION.. IF YOU HAVE TO USE THE BATHROOM.. USE THE BATHROOM ELSEWHERE.. AND DONT TOUCH ANYTHING.. IF YOU ARE LEAVING FROM THERE.. BRING SANITIZER AND WIPES.. USE THEM BEFORE YOU SIT DOWN.. I MEAN IT.. GOD FORBID YOU MUST MAKE THIS YOUR DEPARTURE POINT.. READ SOME OTHER REVIEWS.. GREYHOUND SHOULD EITHER REMODEL OR REBUILD A NEW FACILITY.. IM CALLING CORPORATE AFTER THIS REVIEW AND HOPE THEY READ IT..
I just boarded the Greyhound Bus from Columbus Ohio leaving at 11:40am to Cleveland, Ohio arriving at 2:40pm. I informed the driver that I have a disability and when I purchased my ticket it stated to print your ticket or show the driver your phone. I also advised the driver that I need a ADA accommodation and the driver asked for me to prove my disability and that she does not provide accommodation. I’m beyond frustrated that your driver will willfully violate federal law and to ask me to prove my disability because I needed to print out my boarding pass. I will contact my lawyer as your driver refusal to provide an accommodation and willful embarrassment in front of the entire bus
This greyhound station isnt the best. We pay money to travel yet with time in between there is no comfortable seating or resting area for worn out passengers that have had a long ride. Not to mention over half the charging areas dont work. Your lucky if you find an outlet that works on the bus. They need to do some repairing and updates
Very poorly ran facility. The only employee I saw was yelling at a customer because they asked a question. There were people outside selling drugs and trying to rip people off. I saw no security guards and there were homeless people sleeping and bathing inside the facility. If you decide to use this as a mode of transportation please be VERY careful.
Man this place was a dump. Thought I would try bus travel since it was cheaper than a flight. Bus was scheduled to leave at 2am. Maybe this place is better in the daytime because it was a sketch fest. The police came in two separate times looking for someone and the place looked dirty and run down. The bus was running late and there was no communication between the staff. After an hour of waiting past the arrival time I finally found out the bus had just left Cleveland and wouldnt be there until 5:30 am. Awesome. I decided to leave because I couldnt stand to be in there for another 3 hours. Oh and they didnt bother to refund me either even after I explained the situation. Avoid this place(and Greyhound) at all costs. Trash. I will be taking planes or driving from now on thanks to my experience here.
No stars. The employees seemed mad at the world and were rude about pretty much everything. Anytime someone had a question they were either blown pffor told not to worry about it. The bathrooms were hideous. Pee all over the seats and floor. Our bus was scheduled to leave at 1:05 but the bus had a broken headlight and it took them till 3:30 just to get someone to look at the bus. The speakers are hard to hear even when quiet and theres random homeless people trying to bum money. The biggest issue o have to say is the employee attitude. Not one employee seemed to have a decent attitude. Very rude, and very unapologetic for their errors. I never have good experience with greyhound but of all the greyhound stations this has to be the worst of all.
ZERO STARS. In January 2018, I waited 12 HOURS on a delayed bus in this foul station that reeks of urine. I was told the reason for the delay was the weather (even though other bus routes departed the station all day long). I was repeatedly lied to by the rude, unsympathetic staff. Eventually, I was informed by a supervisor that the driver simply decided to not show up for work. I called multiple 1-800 customer service numbers to report my experience and anytime I would reach an actual human, I was immediately put back on hold (for a grand total of 3 hours on hold). I was not discounted, refunded, or compensated.Today, June 22, 2018, hopeful for a different experience, I arrived at the station for a bus supposed to depart at 3:00pm. After the station attendant checked my bag while continuing her conversation with her coworker and not greeting or acknowledging me, she nonchalantly stated yeah the bus *might* leave at 5:00pm. When I explained my previous experience and that I was dissatisfied with how it was handled, she said youre preaching to the choir and “there is nothing we can do.” Again, I was told to try the 1-800 number and the attendant herself admitted that it will likely not result in a refund. The lack of customer service and transparency from this organization is appalling. Additionally, “unsanitary” does not even begin to describe the condition of this bus station. IT. IS. FILTHY. The bathroom floors are flooded in liquid (I’ll allow you to draw your own conclusions there) that is tracked into the station, no toilet paper or soap was replaced in 12 hours during my January delay, there are constant unmonitored panhandlers/solicitors, smoking indoors, passengers permitted to blast vulgar music, and a general state of disrepair and neglect. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Never again will I purchase a Greyhound ticket.
Despite the convenience of the bus travels, sadly this station is in rough shape. The women’s bathroom is disgusting. All the toilets were nasty. Sinks with toilet tissue in the drain. The entire thing is unwelcoming. You can hardly hear the announcements. And the buses are almost always late to this location.
For the second time in a month the 4:50AM bus was delayed for HRS! NO apologies given & NO concern shown. Homeless people are ALWAYS asleep there so it doesnt feel safe. Its dirty & grimey & that includes the bathroom. Its disgraceful that the place is still up & running. I also have to physically go to the station just to buy my tickets because it wont allow me to get them online. I called customer service & was told I dont know why it does that but you have to go to the station so each time I travel coming & going I have to go to the station just to purchase tickets & still return there later that day to depart! Thats craziness! A woman at the counter named Rachel helped me to reserve a ticket because she didnt understand why it couldnt be done throught the app. They will be hearing from me. Waiting for the day a better company appears.
I dont usually write google reviews, I didnt mind leaving one. I lost my mom a few days ago prior and with everything going on, I missed my bus. I asked the ticket lady about the bus, unfortnately it was a 14 hour delay, but understood and didnt charge me for a reissue. There was one worker kind of rude to people, but the others were more helpful and kind.
This is one of the dirtiest bus stations ever. I am a frequent rider and the bathrooms are never clean, (it floods, most are inoperable, there is no soap) the buses are seldom on time and they do not follow protocol when it comes to the 1-25 and 26-50 seating. I buy my tickets on line, usually a week to two weeks in advance and most times end up standing in line from 40 mins to an hour.
Literally the most disorganized place that I can think of. Unfortunately I do not have the luxury of driving my own car so I have to resort to greyhound travel for out of town visits. On numerous occasions I have had to wait for my bus for 3+ hours due to easily foreseeable issues such as the bus having a mechanical issue or there not being a driver present. One time I even had to cancel my trip to visit my father in the hospital because they simply did not have a driver and wouldnt be able to get me a ticket until the next day. Im not sure what decade the organizational system is from or why its so difficult to have efficient planning and scheduling but Im up to here with the frustration. Please internet goddesses i beg of you, find a way to make greyhound a wonderful way to travel rather than a nightmare land that requires an entire day commitment to travel 2 hours. There has to be a way, im a believer.
- This was my first time riding the Greyhound and will definitely be my last time. For starters we (My mother and sister) were told to arrive an hour early to catch our bus and they still arrived an hour late. When we finally arrived on the bus, we had to get the leftover seats that were available because apparently seat numbers didnt matter.(So youre basically paying hundreds of dollars to get any seat available.) Our trip to Louisville & Nashville on our way to our destination were decent (besides the rude employees at the station and the uncleanliness of the restrooms) its the trip back from Jackson, Tennessee that really ruined my experience for greyhound. The greyhound station in Jackson Tennessee had the hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. so we had to wait outside the bus station at 12:00 a.m. in the morning hoping no one was going to harm us or bother us because it was in such a strange area. The bus arrived earlier than she was suppose to and we were heading towards the bus with our bags, the bus driver stops us and asks Do you have a ticket , Put your bags under the bus , I would have left you if my man wasnt in the bathroom , sit down, sit anywhere, sit in the front, my rules for sitting in the front is you cant talk, you cant be on your phone She just kept going and going like we did something wrong to her or like we were in prison. My mom raised us to be very respectful to everyone but in this case it was very hard to hold my tongue because of how disrespectful she was being. We payed over $800 dollars for our ticket and did not deserve that type of treatment. When we finally arrived to Nashville, she made a very confusing announcement about routes. She in short told us it was only going to be a five minute layover but in reality she had no clue what she was talking about because she told us to get another baggage claim tag because we were headed the opposite direction than were we came from . I knew it seemed strange since we paid for a round trip. She ripped off our luggage tickets and walked away. We went in to talk to the front desk employee and she told us that wasnt supposed to happen. We filled out a paper luggage bag claim and fortunately got away with using it twice. She never gave us our boarding pass so all the new passengers got to load before us and we were suppose to be on the same bus and keep our same seats.I will never catch another greyhound in my life. I think I would rather risk biking to another state then to be getting treated like we did for absolutely no reason.
Greyhound is a decent company and Ive had some great experiences with them. There stations arent always the cleanest, but thats okay. Just be mindful. Dont leave your items unattended, dont be rude to the employees and you should have a great trip.DO PLAN for the busses to be late. Stuff happens.
Check in employees were wonderful, very helpful, very nice. Bus station itself was disgusting. Bus was 45 to 50 minutes late in boarding and leaving and then it was over booked. I rode with my husband and our son that is mildly mentally disabled. Trying to teach him to ride the bus by himself. NEVER. We all had to sit apart as people reboarded first that were first to load, then other folks and I had wanted to sit with out son to explain the whole process to him. Yeah, right. I was in the very first seat, hubby was in the middle and son was in the very back seat against the back of the bus. I prefer a bus to an airplane but this did it for me. Never again. You could have riders Greyhound, if you cleaned your act up. Overbooking a bus is inexcusable in my opinion..
People begging for money, asking for cigs constantly. One guy didnt even have a ticket and offered to shine my shoes while intoxicated drunk. The staff smelled like Marijuana and was very unprofessional. Even the Greyhound driver that drove me there to wait for my next bus was rude. An awful experience. Never again.
I nearly missed my flight because the bus driver had to take his break (even though the bus was 45 minutes late). I understand needing to take a break, but if this is the case there should be backup drivers to step in so all the passengers are not late to their prior engagements. We were all on our toes for over an hour.
My youngest came and visited from Knoxville Kentucky last week and he took the greyhound. He offered that it was more enjoyable than he thought it would be. As for me... The bus was on time both coming and going...plus I was impressed with the way they handled security.
They dont care about anything and they are extremely rude. Ive missed connecting busses just because the drivers decided to stand outside drink coffee and kick it with one another while we sat on the bus for and your. Proving that they dont even care about being on time. I stopped using greyhound a long time ago.
I was here a couple of weeks ago. Its not the best looking station and could do with a renovation. The bus I was hoping to catch was delayed by two and a half hours. No big deal to me, other people whined and complained and made an awful racket about it. The staff did an excellent job of staying calm and respectful in spite of the immature behavior of some of the passengers
The restrooms are very nasty, homeless people come inside to do there hustle, I was scared and uncomfortable the whole time. Our bus was 7 hours late and it gets worse. When the bus finally arrived they couldnt get us a driver for all of us. Im tired and Im mad. I wish I could get compensated but I doubt that.
I went and got food at the cafe type thing they had, and a gentleman working there (not so much of a gentleman actually) was very rude to me through out the process of making my food. I asked him for a container and he complained because he had to walk 10 feet to get it. I said its your job he replied with you make it sound like Im your slave and threw it out refusing to give me another one. The station was not well cleaned at all, it smelled and everyone else there was rude and acted like it wasnt their job to appease costumers.
If you are trying to book trips from Columbus Ohio to Jackson Ohio the site changes your info and tells you no trips are available,. Even trying to get bus at the station can be frustrating. We have to transfer buses at Athens which causes confusion but they should know that
I literally just had my first horrible experience with greyhound. Atrocious service, horrible area, was on a trip for 6 hours with back problems and the seat didn’t recline and everyone put their bags on the seat next to them. The entire building was disgusting. Citizens outside begging. I saw rodents in the vending machine and McDonald’s area. I’m literally traumatized and I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. It’s aboi time someone did.
Dont ever ride greyhound not even if theres a fire. God i get it i was on a bus for 48 hours and yes i was exhausted but the army treats basic trainees better than this company treats its customers. No customer service at any of the stops. Yes there was an individual manning the desk but the lines were always too long for me to get assistance before my next bus left. Luggage was lost, wifi is non existent, they dont clean thoses buses, whatever they say, thats definetly a lie or they aint never had a momma.
Ive had a pretty decent experience with this terminal. I travel at obscure hours, and the times I do travel the workers are nice and helpful. They always help me find where I need to go, and correct me when I nearly get onto the wrong bus (the way the doorways versus the buses are set up makes it a bit confusing). Its not the most clean place, but I suppose youll have that at any public station thats understaffed and a lot of people use daily.
!!!!DO NOT BUY A GREYHOUND TICKET!!!!The greyhound station in Colombus Ohio has to be the single worst transit center in America. After my wife and I successfully boarded our bus from Colombus to New York the bus driver named Adam(if you get him ask to switch schedules) yelled at my wife and I to exit immediately as if we were being arrested. He took us to the ticket counter without saying a word of what was going on, left us at the customer service line with our baggage still on board to New York. When I tried after numerous attempts to ask him what was going on he threw his hands up in the middle of the center and began yelling like an agitated bigot. My wife began asking available workers if we should get our luggage off the bus we were clearly going to miss and was rudely disregarded until she had to storm the bus with help of security who noticed she had become visibly upset. After finally retrieving our luggage, Melvin(who was kind but not exactly knowledgeable) informed us our trip was cancelled even though we were already half way across the country at this point. He reissued us tickets to New York for a later bus, causing us to arrive 4 hours later than planned, but forgot to give us our return tickets back to New Mexico. We did not expect the best service from greyhound given the price, but we did not expect to be treated as if we are not human. We payed for 2 tickets and were thrown off like hijackers. I hope Adam has lost his job by now and if not he should be fired as soon as possible before he gets greyhound into a discrimination lawsuit. Whatever you do, whoever you are, where ever you are going, DO NOT GO GREYHOUND!
Hello,On Wednesday, May 25, 2016 I was scheduled to take a bus from Columbus, Ohio to Baltimore, MD with a transfer at Pittsburgh. I am a dental resident at The Ohio State University and this was my first time (And now definitely the last) using Greyhound. My bus was scheduled to leave at 5am for which I reported at the bus station at 4:15am. The staff at the counter were so rude and uninterested with what was going on and has a first time traveller I really need some guidance. Until 6:30 am we had no information as to where the bus was and I was still at Columbus bus station. Finally it was announced that the bus was 2 hours late! We assumed that we will depart at 7 am but the bus finally got in at 8am. The staff at the station would not even tell us what was going on. So my 5 am bus finally left at 8:30am !My transfer from Pittsburgh was at 10:30am which I obviously missed because my bus reach there at 11:45. The next bus from Pittsburgh was at 3:35pm! I was left hungry, tired and stranded for another 4 hours on Pittsburgh Bus Station. They did not provide us any lunch coupons or anything and simply told us to sort it out at final destination. So far the delay in my journey: 6 hours! Finally I got on the Bus to Baltimore and on our way the bus had a brake that caught fire and broke down and was pulled over at Granstville, MD. We were left there, in the middle of nowhere, for another 2 hours with no update. All the passengers asked the driver to give us some timeline but he said he is not allowed to say anything and we will have to just wait for the next bus. The police got involved and so finally the Driver tells us that the next bus is expected in 4-12 hours!! Obviously there was no way I was waiting for that much time and my friend drove down an hour and half (one way) to come get me. I finally reach my destination with my own source at 11:30pm when I was scheduled to reach baltimore at 3:30pm! If i would have waited for the next bus I would have reached probably next morning. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a bus service anywhere around the world. You guys call yourselves ‘quality service’?I called customer care next day for a refund because there was no way I was paying for this pathetic service and ride. I was told ill be refunded $65 of my $77 ticket in 7-14 business days. Its been 14 business days and I still have no refund! How terrible is your service? I am taking this up on social media as well. This the worse service in this country. I have been calling the greyhound customer care since past two days but I only transferred forever from one place to another and kept on hold for 25-35 minutes. I am so frustrated and disgusted with your entire system.I not only want my entire ticket refund and I want further compensation.
Very horrible customer Service. I was here on a layover from 2:35pm til 5:25pm. We did not leave until a little after 6pm. The customer service representative had a terrible attitude when I simply asked where the designated smoking area was. She then smacked her lips together and said out the door and to the right! if you have ever been to Columbus you know the station has 12 doors plus the 2 exits. She did not point to the door or even hint which one she was talking about. Because of the poor customer service I did not arrive to my destination until about 4:20am when I was suppose to be there at 3:35am. Also the bus drivers were horrible as well. I will never return to Greyhound for any of my traveling needs ever again!
Greyhound does a fantastic job at offering mediocre customer service with its uncaring employees, overpriced fares, and poorly maintained facilities. And, after your bus is indefinitely delayed with little to no communication, their team specifically hired for customer service shuffles you from person to person without ever actually presenting a solution.
DO NOT SHIP MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS WITH GREYHOUND. I am a musician currently living in Columbus, OH and had a concert with an orchestra in South-East Texas in mid January. Flying with a tuba is always a nightmare so my teacher recommended I ship via Greyhound. He had done it many times with Greyhound though decades ago. I had never tried it so I thought I might as well. I called about a week before I needed to ship to get a quote. I gave the exact dimensions and weight as well as the destination (Angleton, TX). I was told it would be $20-$30 and would take 1 to 2 days to ship. Sounded great to me! I got to the Columbus station to ship on MLK Day and the worker there told me it would be $100 and 3 to 10 days to ship. My first rehearsal was in 3 days so I was very wary about sending it. The worker assured me that it would get there in 3 days with no trouble. I wasn’t confident but since it was so close to the performance I didn’t have any other options. The online tracking was awful. For a full week it did not update, so I had no idea where my instrument was. The tuba arrived 10 days later in Houston (days after the performance) and they said that they actually don’t ship freight down to Angleton. I ended up having to borrow a tuba for the concert. I had them ship the tuba back up Columbus. The tracking never updated for that but I was told it would take 7 to 10 days. Day 10 passes and no notification. I tried calling but the Columbus station disconnected their phone lines. I called corporate and they couldn’t get in touch with them either. On Day 12 I decided to just go to the station in person and see if it had arrived. It did. No one told me. Somehow my tuba survived this cross-country 22-day pointless trip completely unharmed. Throughout the whole process I talked to many different Greyhound representatives over the phone. It was almost like each employee worked for a different company. Everyone seemed to have their own version on shipping policies, tracking, etc. I will never do business with Greyhound again. Absolutely ridiculous.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. For the second time I’m missing an important event due to the rude, unprofessional, trifling, poor excuse of a transportation service. I missed my grandmother funeral after watching my bus continuously get delayed until it was too late to leave. And today I just missed a court date because the bus hasn’t left the last stop yet. Not only that they had it listed as “on time” until the moment we were supposed to board. The excuse is always “we don’t have enough drivers”. I’ve used greyhound in other cities and never experienced such horrific service like the Columbus depot. I’m writing a corporate letter as I type this but take this as a warning. NEVER USE GREYHOUND IN COLUMBUS, it’s terrible, and filthy, and unsafe.
Ive taken a bus from Columbus twice: once in August 2016 and once in July 2017. Both times my bus has been hours late, leaving me stranded in the bus station. Each time, Ive witnessed angry customers taking out frustration by arguing with either the employees at the ticket counter, the bag loaders, or the driver who is supposed to be driving the late bus theyre scheduled to drive. These employees all have absolutely nothing to do with the late busses, but suffer from them just as much as the angry customers. In a year, the management team here has obviously made no changes to make sure busses arrive on time at this station, and it has harshly impacted their customers as well as their employees.
Booked ticket online to depart at 5:am for Brooklyn NY. One of the lazy front desk folk who looked like they all slept in the back office printed my ticket & gave it back to me without even informing me that some stupid driver cancelled & they have to put me on a bus that departs at 11:am!!! I only found this out after standing in the loading zone & was checking the print out. Thought I would have been on my way when the 11 O clock bus finally started to load up then they stopped loading & said that bus is full we got to wait on the next one which is 45 mins away in Dayton...the rest is history. Now this bus station needs a refresh! Has rapidly deteriorated over the years, terrible service, filthy bathrooms, shabby looking overnight desk folk, late buses & nothing positive to mention. Never again!!!
Against the warning of friends and family who have traveled via Greyhound, I decided to take the bus to Chicago to visit a friend this past weekend. My trip started terrible from the moment I stepped inside of the Columbus, OH bus depot. The place was so dirty and disgusting; I could not even put my bags down for fear of picking up something, from the floor or chairs. Then, when boarding began, I wondered why I paid extra money for priority boarding, when everyone began boarding the bus at the exact same time. I boarded my bus, and we was directed to not to sit in a particular set of seats by the driver because “an old man messed all over the seats, and we haven’t cleaned it yet. It got all over the seat and the floor.” Therefore, I had to sit on a bus with urine and fecal matter on it from Columbus to Indianapolis, IN.Then, my bus arrived late to Indianapolis, and as I hurriedly gave my driver my ticket to Chicago, he grabbed my other tickets out of my hand and left me without a return ticket for the following Sunday. When I questioned him as to how I could get my tickets back, he cursed at me and said, “This is Greyhound, you go get another ticket, lady.”I did everything in my power to make sure I never set foot on a Greyhound again, and found alternate transportation back to Columbus in the following days, and did not use my return ticket from Chicago to Columbus. I had other means to travel to see my friend, but wanted to see if the ads I have seen about Greyhounds rebrand were true. They say you want to appeal to younger travelers, & want to broaden your customer base… but instead drive people away because of how unprofessional, uncourteous, and unsanitary the stations, buses and drivers are. My experience with this company was an absolute travesty.
I took a long trip out of Columbus it was one of the worst experiences of my life. It reminded me of the way poor people in the former Soviet Union were probably treated. Everything from late buses and outrageous routing to homeless people and other characters hanging out at the bus station doing as they pleased. I would not recommend a long Greyhound bus ride to anybody! Rent car, take a train, take a flight.
Greyhound Bus Station in Columbus is is one of Greyhounds better kept stations/terminals. There is a lot of space which makes accessibility easy for wheelchairs etc, it is very well lit and smartly kept whenever I have been there. The station has a usual diner with Greyhounds standard fare and although I am no fan of Greyhounds cuisine the facility, like the station generally, is well kept. If you are going Greyhound, Columbus is one of the better stops to stretch ones legs.
Greyhound is a terrible company. How theyve manage to stay in business is a mystery to me. Customer service is terrible, buses rarely leave/arrive on time. Bathrooms and buses are usually dirty. Theres rarely any order when boarding the bus. Workers are probably underpaid as most seem miserable or angry. Hopefully they go out of business and are replaced by a better bus line.
When things run smooth, and for the most part they do here, you kind of overlook places. However, when your trip is interrupted by a bus breaking down in another city, it really spotlights the character of management with how they decide to handle things. In the 40ish number of times Ive rode greyhound, this has only happenened twice now, and I was pleasantly surprised with Columbus, Ohios approach. They doled out meal vouchers, woke up a driver and pulled in a bus from Pittsburgh. The whole time they were open and honest with us, it took 5 hours, but we were back on track.Greyhounds devotion, and service has continued to improve since the 1980s, and when it makes sense to go by bus, Ill be going Greyhound!
I take the greyhound often and always dred going here. The staff is extreamly rude and the restrooms are never clean. If you ever have an issue its best to call customer service and wait a half an hour on hold rather than trying to deal with the staff. Also, make sure you watch someone use the snack vendor you are planning to use. A good majority of them take your money but give you nothing and they will not refund your money.
STAY from all greyhound terminals. Especially this one. the lady at the counter at night is a real piece of work always taking breaks the girl the runs the restaurant has it closed. When she has it open you can only order drinks and chips. She said the grill was not working or the deep fryer but 10 minutes later I seen her stuffing her face with fries.I’ve been tru this terminal twice in one week
Don’t come in here after 5 PM and use the ATM (with a $3.50 fee) expecting to be able to use their vending machines. They won’t give change after 5 PM. Ridiculous rip off. How about putting a sign on the ATM stating this??? Why in the Hell else would we use an ATM in a bus station??? How many times a day do you suppose this happens??? What a dishonest trap!
This, like many Greyhound stations, youll come to find understaffed, overworked, and likely, underpaid, service people and a messy place. The bathrooms were awful. The vending machines are overpriced, and a lot of the time, the food selection is disappointing. Those bus drivers are the real MVPs.
Horrible company, very angry people they care nothing for customer service. If ur late getting to the bus even one minute they will leave u there. If they are late sry for ur inconvinence. The busses smell like urine and body sweat. The driver care nothing for ur comfort we were told and I quote I m not ajusting the air temp if ur hot take something off and if ur cold put something on. Save ur money and fly.
Terrible! My boyfriend needed to get to work in West Virginia and after asking the bus driver if it was ok to run to the restroom real quick, the driver LEFT him! They took his bag too! The staff has been nothing but rude and disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone and we will never be going here again. A waste of $45!
If I could rate a zero I would, my 17 year old brother on his first trip out of state got an online ticket to print in station, the man behind the counter said they couldnt print it, and immediately waived the next customer over, this happened 3 times untill I got customer service on my phone the 3rd time around, and magically the tickets appeared, he then shrugged it off as being a long line and he didnt have time to help us at first, he even refused to give me his name! He just said what does it matter what my name is! Whats your name!! worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!
InafeqInad seating, the woman manager has a terrible attitude yelling and threatening random people. Zero uniforms and zero professionalism. Never again, and hopefully you wont either. When I requested a cart for my luggage was told no after seeing about 9 sitting in used.
This complaint is about a driver. His name is Earl Patton. He is by far thee most rudest and unprofessional driver Ive ever experienced out of all my years going Greyhound. I never want to encounter this man again in life.Earl Patton hates kids. While riding on a Detroit line to Charlotte, we switched drivers in Columbus, OH, and Earl became our new driver. While in line before boarding the bus, Earl began to hurl out complaints because I had my two year old daughter. She is not to sit near me or talk to me. You must change your seat if you are behind me, (which was not a problem with the previous driver. He just told me to put a seatbelt restraint on her and I did). After we got on the bus and moved our seat a row back on the opposite side, we sat down. Earl then came on the bus (while he still had a line of people), and began hurling out his commands about my daughter staying in her seat (which she did perfectly with the previous driver. Honest! And finally, when Hurl got on the bus for takeoff, he stated that we not make any noise or cause any distractions and that he is going to blast his AC (Oct), and that we near the front would be cautioned and cold. He was pretty upset that I didnt move to the back of the bus. While my daughter was watching her tablet, which was not loud, Earl stated, Turn that down whatever it is. It sounds like a bad party for a bunch of termites! All of us adult passengers near the front looked at one another in disbelief of Earls windy insulting comments.Earl was also disrespectful to some adults on board.Earl Patton is very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, arrogant (IDK why), and inconsiderate to travelers. He should not be in customer service whatsoever!Right now as we pull into Charleston, WV, every passenger is glad that we are changing drivers!!!!He is a very condescending, sarcastic, egotistical idiot who either shouldnt have come to work today or shouldnt be employed whatsoever!
I was actually pleased with my Greyhound service and this station. The bus leaves nearly on time, maybe 5 or 10 minutes late but that is good, allows those arriving at last minute but still within time window on ticket to get on the bus. The station is clean and efficient, the only two annoying aspects to using this station is the panhandlers who constantly confront you near the 4th street entrance while you are waiting to get picked up and the fact that if you catch the COTA bus to get to the station, you must walk a couple of blocks to four blocks from your COTA {Central Ohio Transit Authority} bus stop to the Greyhound station with all of your luggage.
Booooo........,poor service, dirty. You think a corporation that is in the travel business, their #1 Priority, would be getting their customers too their destinations on time. Think again, not at greyhound , expect to be verbally abused and talked down too. If you even think of complaining you will immediately be the problem. Over worked drivers and Old should be home enjoying their retirement and golden ages. Hire younger drivers who can actually deliver what greyhound promises.
Very terrible WiFi an employee treated some people like kindergarteners, very nasty bathrooms, My mother went up to an employee and asked for a reboarding ticket the employee said something very rude and said that he had already gave her one, terrible service and the buses came late
Its greyhound its deserves a negative rating..... drivers didnt announce their departure to the desk causing me to miss my bus....bus was late arriving by over an hour..... ticket monkeys were helpful with getting me on another bus without having to pay....the cafe has good food for a bus station and probably the coolest greyhound employee i believe his name is Greg an older gentleman great cook great personality i tip my hat to you good sir
Total garbage. The worst service I ever had in the US. They wont take your lugage after you check them in. They stay with you and you have to claim then at every stop where they change over the bus even if it weights tons. Oh besides you have one bag free and they will make you pay for any extra bag only to torture you with it at every stop. Unbelievable!
My bus was supposed to leave at 4:50 a.m and it got delayed till 7a.m.. then it got delayed till 12:30. I asked what had happened, and the response was that the driver was sleeping, and then another guy was saying how it always happens at this station.Greyhound is very awesome....... except for this station! I travel a lot .. I would know
The staff (lady at the counter) was extremely rude when I was asking for help to locate lost luggage. Also, this was because the bus driver at Cincinnati forced me to not get a tag on my bag and stand in line instead, which caused the baggage to be left behind at the Columbus station. The driver blatantly denied that we ever had this conversation. Extremely poor service and horrible staff at the counter.
Too bad I cant give no stars. They are extremely rude, they could not care less about the customers, and they act greatly inconvenienced by your presence and questions. When I when on my trip from Cincinnati to Columbus to Detroit. I got to Columbus with no trouble but when I arrived I was mislead by two greyhound employees to the incorrect line. When I reached the near the front of that line one of the employees told the passenger in front of me that he didnt have to show the bus driver his ID. Since this had been the case when I boarded at Cincinnati I caught the employees attention and said: Oh so we dont need our ID? to which she responded: no, you need your ID. I was talking to John. John doesnt need his ID. Are you John? Then when I went to the front of the line the bus driver himself took my ticket and told me incorrectly which bus to get on and so I ended up in Cleveland. In Cleveland the greyhound employees were happy to help me and were outraged by the fact that I was sent to the wrong bus. Also for my return trip I have tried to call both the baggage and main phone lines for Columbus several time regarding a lost bag but no one answers and there is no option to leave a message and it instead tells you to call later and disconnects.
We paid for the most expensive tickets that was apparently priority boarding since we were travelling from Ohio to Washington state with 3 people and 2 checked bags plus 1 carry on per person. Well 2 checked bags were suppose to be free and for the cheaper tickets it was 1 checked bag and the 2nd would be $15. We didnt have time to argue because although we were 30 minutes early for the bus (after we were checking in our bags) they had already begun boarding and we had 4 transfers (I believe) and made it to the 2nd bus (no priority boarding, literally hopped off of a bus and onto the other with no time to do anything) and once we hit Milwaukee 2 of us hopped off and ordered plane tickets. What a waste of money and time. I tried to save money and be economical considering we were moving for good and needed to bring more than clothes and thats way more expensive to do flying.. well we let our bags continue on the buses and picked them up after our flight landed! Lesson learned, I highly recommend you shell out that extra $100 and hop on a plane :) And the employees at this Greyhound station clearly dont know what the hell they are talking about.
One of the greatest experiences I have had in a long time the staff are super friendly and awesome all the way around the town isnt too bad the riffraff is the same pretty much no matter where you go but I will continue to ride Greyhound they have never let me down thank u Greyhound for a great experience
YOU LEFT US IN VIRGINIA!!! SAT ON A DELAYED BUS AND YOUR POS BUS DRIVER LEFT US!!!!! Half hour later theres a fight and the bus driver drove for another 30 minutes WHAT IF HE HAD A WEAPON !! I spent 348 dollars for 2 tickets I WANT MY F***INGmoney back, everyone was rude and no one wanted to help, I had more help from the people riding the lines than driving them!!! Horrible people, horrible bathrooms, expensive a f to eat just a burger (WHEN THE SHOPS OPEN!) Got some serious issues with you greyhound and Im not even off the GD bus yet!
Horrible place. Worse bus station Ive ever been in. Bathrooms were disgusting! Staff didnt bother to let us know our bus was cancelled so instead of taking a different bus at the same time to get a transfer I had to wait 8 hours for the next bus. The next bus was 3 hours late. 12 hours in hell.
The worst bus ride I had in my life. I am a bus driver too. My ride from Indianapolis, IN to Columbus, OH. The driver, Alfonzo, is dramatic. Two of us sat directly behind the driver. The space for leg room caused my knees to hurt. Then I was asked by Alfonzo, to move to the back of the bus if I wanted to talk on my cell phone. The guy next to me was talking on his cell. Alfonzo didnt say anything to him. Ok, I moved to the back of the bus. After a while I asked could the hear be turned down a little. Ok, Alfonzo said he will try to turn the hear. After continuing on the ride to OH. I noticed very little adjustment in the temperature. Ok, I felt my ride was uncomfortable. When I got off the bus I let Alfonzo know. I said that was the worst bus ride I had. Later when the bus is being services, Alfonzo says he wants me to speak to his supervisor. So I tried to mention to her about my trip. She tells me some lie Alfonzo told her that I knew nothing about. Bottom line, you were causing problems on the bus Nothing pacified. So I was lied on by the driver. Not enough leg room. Treats from the supervisor that I not going to be able to catch the bus that brought Ms thus far. And almost sweating the while ride.I pray to never have to deal with people like those people working for greyhound.
Very rude staff that where kinda being rude enough for me to get hostile. The man made me miss my bus by telling me that it was the line with everybody in it and also made me pay an extra $20 dollars all while being rude af I will never in my life go back Ill rather spend money on a plane then take that dirty nasty bus again its not worth it people trust me
The greyhound station is awesome on the inside good clean bathrooms nice staff that really trys hard to keep non riders out of the facility and the food court is high but the philly steak combo is really good the main flaw of this facility is strong out and homeless panhandlers that will tell you a sad sap story and ask you or try to talk you in to giving them money and promiseing to pay you back my suggest if you go to this station stay in the building no matter how long your layover may be you will be hustled a maybe worse so be cautious and weary of the outside the station really need to have security or something out side to check for tickets outside to keep them off the property
My family has had two experiences with Greyhound this year and will NOT have another. Both times the initial bus was very late (2+ hrs) and both times that caused a missed connection. If you think a 14 hr bus ride to get to your destination is long add late arrival and missed connections to that.Additionally the staff seem to not be very well informed. Last night the person we talked to said the bus would not be as late as their TV screens said, and that they would not miss a connection because they would not change buses. Wrong on both points. How do you NOT know these things. Im not thrilled with airline travel but I will walk before using Greyhound again.
Not bad. You get what you paid for. Unfortunately nobody offered to sell me any weed like back in the 90s. I remember back in the day, fools would always hang around the bus station and try to sell you some Tai Stick which turned out to be some garbage when you got home and tried to smoke it anyway..The restaurant is closed, and Im starving.Hoping that I can buy something to eat at 4am when it opens.Got about an hour layover, but its all good because Im bout to eat a cheeseburger, fries and soda which I paid $7.49 for.Im just glad to be on my way back to Cleveland coz I been hanging out in Hawaii smoking that killaz they sell for the last few years. Its an alright night, no fine women to look at so thats one star off my review. Im looking at a woman who is wearing pajama bottoms with some grey and pink Jordans. Just uglyWhen is she coming with that food?? Now Im not hungry because I accidentally filled up on Coke.Peace to anyone who read this small pile of rambling
I have been in Greyhound station across this country of ours and of course they all differ from state to state. The Columbus Ohio Greyhound station is quite inconvenient from both sides of the visitor spectrum. As a passenger, you face your luggage not arriving with you to not enough seating and the staffs attitudes...you ask them a question and they get upset at you and get all confused as if you are asking them to answer about how much car insurance is..
Like a war zone. Dirty, The meanest and rudest guy in front desk. Buses missing their drivers, hot as hell, it feels like youre in another part of Columbus certainly not downtown. Its the most disgusting and unprofessional place Ive ever seen here. I will NEVER travel with Greyhound again.
Columbus station a palace compared to one in atlanta, ..was a nightmare..to small ppl standing shoulder to shoulder, herding like cattle, restrooms were very nasty, all toilets were so full of tissue and waste ,you could smell it all out in waiting area.staff all just really doing nothing, someone could have been keeping up on this, and outside ,jeez wasnt sure it was even safe to be standing out there.
I could not possibly imagine a more careless, irresponsible, apathetic, and frustrating customer service team. This station does not even deserve the one star I give it. I encourage all travelers to use any other means of transportation - even if you have to walk to your destination.
1st time riding greyhound ever and it will be the last unless absolutely necessary. On the way to Youngstown, 3hr layover in Cleveland. On way back home to Kcmo. 7 hr layover in Columbus Ohio. Beforehand waiting another 3 hrs in Youngstown when leaving Ohio. Horrible, miserable service and staff. Cannot wait for new system or business. It needs to go or be fixed period. Oh and by the way. I have class A Cdl. So I can smell bulshit, terrible route planning and despicable service.
I dont like to write bad reviews but i had to do a 1 star here they lined me up to a certain row with both my ticket schedule and location but as stood there waiting on my bus they then call for reboarders to the same row i ask wheres my bus and i get it left already while looking at a different row they put me on a different row now im waiting much longer and after waiting on buses all day im a little cranky
Terribly uncomfortable seats at this station which is ridiculous when you get stuck here for hours. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, I went in right after he cleaned and every toilet wasnt flushed and had piss on the seats. Service desk person walked away as soon as he saw me get in line but was friendly. Very disappointed.
Wow where to start with this place... The woman behind the counter was on the phone with a friend while assisting my girlfriend and I. The bathroom was horrible. There was a man with blood splatter on his pants, sleeping on a bench. The electrical box connected to one of the televisions was billowing smoke. How is greyhound still in business?
Nice and clean. Good drop off and pick up area in front. Buying a ticket on line is a waste of money. An example is a $16 ticket purchased on line is $37. Regardless of buying on line for more money, you still have to stand in the ticket line which can be quite long. Be there at least an hour early.
My brother and his girl are headed to California and 20 mins into the drive the bus wouldnt start and broke down that was at midnight at 7 am the bus still aint fixed they are still at a gas station waiting for someone to arrive to fix the bus how rude and disrespectful can greyhound be my brother and his girl spent over 400 dollars out of the 700 they had to get bus tickets to sit freezing on the side of a freeway for over 7 hours greyhound contact me or Im contact the bbb this is unacceptable period
I wanted to give negative stars to customer service. I was standing in a line for 2 hours and there was one lady at desk and she asked me to wait and made me wait for 2 hours and she was eating her pizza and chicken wings infront of me and at the end she said sorry we cant help you... I wish i was able to slap her..... just stay away from their service.....
Its a big place and easy to get lost :) if you get out and about on this one pay attention. I suggest going out to get some food and enjoy the scenery! Prerty old building and is right next to a quaint park. Some cool murals around and definately should check out mikeys late night slice!! Get a personal pizza for $8 and aplit it with split it with someone you care about!!
Poorest service I have ever seen. How does the bus driver not check their passenger list and leave passengers (especially) children? This happened in Columbus, OH. I am furious with the lack of care and respect. If you have to travel - find another way, do not use Greyhound..... they may leave you stranded.
Company paid ticket. Glad i didnt and i never will. Driver took my ticket and wouldnt give it back for transfer. As first bus trip i didnt question hard. Had to repurchase ticket to continue. Scam. Belligerent staff. Looking for and excuse to call the police. And no they werent called on me.
Anyway not to give any stars???? Horrible. Called greyhound number they said my tickets were reissued but they cant see the time and to arrive and hour early but cant tell me a time im leaving. I have now called they greyhound station in Ohio 15 times its either busy or just keeps ringing call a different number and all it does is ring and hang up.
• Absolutely no customer service. Oh my effin God... Unnecessarily rude people making these insane delays (4 and a half hours in Cincinnati, 7 in Columbus) even worse.•These places are filthy and crazy outdated.I wish I could give these bastards 0 stars or maybe a negative amount of stars.
I would have gave it five until I realized I was double charged on my card and customer service told me they didnt charge me twice so they couldnt do nothing about it. So warning to everyone one out there if you use your credit card to get your tickets make sure you check your account!!!!
Its ok. Unorganized and late scheduling which is unfortunate exspecially if you need to get somewhere at a certain time. Some stations are dirty and have bugs everywhere. Not only that workers can be rude if you have a question about where your bus is and why its late

2021-11-08The last few years I have been using Greyhound a lot especially when you dont drive as very handy and since the covid hit you have to be vaccinated or wear your mask but you have to wear your mask anyways but I found it very convenient to get around on the bus at first I didnt think I would like it but I found that it is very relaxing I also posted a couple of pictures between different stops at different greyhounds

2022-04-09I had the worst experience ever! My wife and I booked a trip to Chicago for a very important event. First, the email email came but did not let us print out our tickets. So we had to call and they had to walk us through steps to get them. We get to the bus station 30 minutes before departure to check in, and they state that they changed the bus time this morning and that our bus left already. But we could get on the next one 5 hours later, which would have put us behind for our event. We were forced to scramble to find a rental and spend way more money than we had planned just to get there. We also checked our emails to see if we had missed a notification about the change. Nothing. We will be pursing litigation to recoup every dime.

2022-04-02Dropped my wife off two weeks off at this location for her trip. When I return the entire building is completely boarded up with a big piece of white paper stating closed and the new dropoff location for passengers is 25 rich st. Bold face lie. The dropped her off at the corner of broad and high whilst yelling at her to get the &@$# off the bus with no explanation.

2022-05-13I would give greyhound -500 stars. Cant charge our phones in Columbus as there are no public outlets. Our wait time for the next bus is 8 hours from when we arrived. Greyhound has no other busses apparently. They shouldnt charge what they do. I will never use greyhound ever again. I will pay extra for anything else

2022-04-14BEWARE: THIS LOCATION IS NOW LOCATED AT 25 E. RICH ST.I was not aware the location moved. Wasted $15 on a lyft to get here only to have to walk in the rain to the new location. This is just one of many issues I had. Woman at the help desk was slouched in her chair and looked like she hated her job and herself was very rude and wasnt helpful at all. We arrived at 6:40am, Bus for Chicago was set to depart at 7:25am but departed at 6:45am. Luckily Im a person that likes to be early, because we would have definitely missed the bus. Bus was not a greyhound bus, had no wifi, nor outlets to charge devices. I promise I will never travel greyhound again. Just a mess

2022-04-174/15/2022 I bought a ticket for my brother to get home. Upon boarding the bus the driver refused to allow him on the bus because he felt “threatened” by him. Is it because he’s black? This is not the only incident where I’ve seen greyhound employees especially drivers discriminate and act ignorantly to paying customers

Calling every 10 minutes since 8; No one answers the phone. Went to the location an they told me to buy a greyhound ticket. Trash; not a company

2022-01-19Went on my first greyhound trip in 2020(right before the pandemic) this bus station isnt the greatest. Our bus was HOURS late. Couldnt even hear the announcements over the speakers in the station. There were some sketchy men in the station and they didnt even appear to be waiting for a ride, so if your a woman traveling alone please be careful and be aware of your surroundings.

2021-12-16It was a good experience to ride Greyhound again after many years. What I appreciated at the bus station in Columbus. Ohio was how all the employees were nice, they listened and did what they could to help. The driver did very well and was safe, reliable and courteous. He was also very good at communicating with the passengers ETA to next stop and connection and transfer points.
