Greyhound was the worst travel experience of my life. Bus driver showed up an hour and half late causing me to miss all buses on route. Wanted me to sit in terminal for 11 hours, take another bus way out of route. Refused to give money back. Sent me a check a month later for less then of half of ticket. Reported to BBB, BBB of Texas(Main Greyhound) told me it was settled because they sent me $100 and it closes case. Never agreed to it, requested full refund as I had to take rental care and refused to use ticket causing trip to be additional 24 hours late. Good luck when you get ripped off fighting all foreign staff in Texas that barely speak English. Read reviews on trip adviser, all one star. Avoid Greyhound at all cost.

Call the station 1-800 number and was tossed around to three different people because of a glitch on their app and they wont fix my tickets without a fee and said theres nothing they can do. WASTE OF MONEY. Especially when the customer service is trash.

I would like to give Greyhound Bus Company 0 stars! They have the worst customer service department I have ever experienced in my life!!! Do not use them if you dont have to. They should be your last resort!

Cold no place to stay warm you just have to stand outside it was raining and the bus was 20 minutes late but they want you to be there 20 minutes early so I waited an hour for the bus worst stop ever
