2019-01-25I hate switching mechanics or using new ones. I recently had an issue that my regular mechanic was unable to work on, my 2012 Nissan Versa had a bad blower motor. Due to the placement of said part, it was pretty time consuming and according to Nissan, was going to be a bit pricey.I really needed my vehicle done to return to work so I didnt get in any more attendance trouble.Gregs Auto was so awesome from my very first phone call. The receptionist, Nancy, is so nice and very kind/friendly. She was super personable and knowledgeable.They were able to order my part that day, (11:20am) and in less than 24 hours my car was ready!!!I will continue to recommend these awesome folks and will definitely be using them for future work. BONUS: They also do auto detailing, and I will be looking into that based on this experience!Great job, Great people, Close to me(which i know doesnt apply for all), Great prices and just an all around wonderful great first experience with them!

2020-07-25Called Gregs to schedule an estimate they scheduled me for 7/21/20 said to have the vehicle there in the morning and they would be done in a couple hours. Dropped my car at 9:27am. Called them 7 times with no answer between 11:30 and 12:15. Had my mom call around 12:18 and they answered on the second ring. She asked how much longer they were gonna be they said they hadnt even looked at it yet. And she said oh well you guys said a few hours how much longer she said the lady got rude and said that it would be done by the end of their day (5pm). She said well my daughter needs to pick up her child from daycare by then. And the woman argued and said yeah well you didnt even drop the car off until noon. Blatantly lying at this point since my mom gave me a ride home after dropping it off and was clocked into work by 10am. Then my mom told me and I called around to see if I could find another place for an estimate. So around 2pm I tried calling them again twice with no answer. My mom called and again they answered immediately. She let them know we would be coming to get the car if it hadnt been looked at yet and the lady said okay whatever the key is in the seat.Terrible service. I took an entire day off of work because I had that estimate in the morning and another in the afternoon. I had to cancel the afternoon appointment and didnt even get the one with them done because they lied about only needing it for a couple hours.So now I have to take another day off work to go somewhere else for an estimate.

2019-01-25I always have a level of mistrust when it comes to new people working on my vehicle. Many times of being ripped off or not getting the service that was promised. My usual mechanic was unable to help me with my most recent issue, the blower motor. He recommended Gregs Auto Repair, and from the very first phone call I loved these new guys.The receptionist was amazing, kind, friendly, and super personable!!! I will most definitely recommend you guys to any and all who need help.The prices were extremely reasonable and I definitely was lucky to have my car done in a timely (if not quicker) manner!Thank you to everyone at Gregs Auto that dealt with me and my car! YOU ARE WONDERFUL!!

2016-07-07Greg is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic we have ever dealt with. We will not take vehicles anywhere else. He is VERY reasonable in his prices and doesnt fix something UNLESS its broke. Give him a try, you will have a new mechanic.
