Norm was great he even remembered me from 10 years ago when he sold me my cruize. He was so understanding with the situation I was in and seemed patient with certain circumstances.

So I was driving past this dealership . The other day saw a truck I am looking for . So I stop in and they look at my truck about trading it in2016 gmc 2500 duramax crew cab Long Box. 4x4 slt 200k mi trucks worth 40k yes it has some doings and dents . But those disrespectful people make me an offer of 15k for my truck . I would always check another dealer if I was you .
I met with one of the service advisors named Cristi. She was amazing as she listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to accommodate my inquires with previous and present services. I will highly recommend her as the go to person in the service department. I believe that I will be asking for her for all of my future GM service needs.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation before an upcoming road trip. They checked over my truck and made sure it was safe for the long trip. It took more time but I appreciated the attention to detail.

I recently purchased my second car, a ‘15 Malibu at Greenwood Chevrolet in Austintown. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Kovacich and Tracy Briden again, and with my situation they both went above and beyond for me. I’ve been searching for a Malibu for awhile, but never came across one that would be suitable for me. However, Greenwood had a Malibu that appeared on their site but the price was out of my budget. Joe stayed in touch with me and he and Tracy were able to fit the car perfectly into my budget. Tracy went over my financing throughly and made sure I understood everything. Joe also delivered my car to my home. I just want to say I love my Malibu! It’s quiet, comfortable and easy to drive. The process went smooth and the time I spent at the dealership went very quickly. Joe in sales and Tracy in Finance treated me, a customer, like family! Because Greenwood gave me the opportunity to have another car, especially with having a car loan already, I was able to sell my other vehicle. Wonderful service, didnt wait long. They took me right away with no appointment, I had been trying to get an oil change and air in my tires but the bad weather and work schedule had forced me to cancel each appointment. Norm Flick is the best and most loyal car salesman that I have ever dealt with. He has provided my wife and family with a reliable car for the past ten years and has never mislead us. Great person and great dealership to work with.
My family and I have been loyal customers of Greenwood Chevrolet for well over a decade. We have purchased four vehicles from them and they were also our go to for any maintenance. Unfortunately, we will no longer being doing business with them after our most recent maintenance experience.To start, they ignore service bulletins from GM themselves and sold us a “ GM certified pre-owned vehicle” with a known issue and never mentioned it once. We were told, “it’s not part of our inspection process of used cars”. This ended up costing us well over $900. During the same visit, they overcharged us for a regular oil change and never even asked if I wanted synthetic oil, which is all I run in that vehicle. Additionally, they promise that your car will be washed for free with all maintenance, it even says it on their website. However the last few times we’ve had vehicles serviced, they neglect to even try to make the car look clean. They don’t even rinse it off.My last two points, I know, are not huge issues. But when combined with everything else, it’s clear to see that Greenwood Chevrolet is a shell of its former self. If they lie about something as simple and noticeable as a free car wash, there is no telling what else they lie about or neglect during maintenance. This experience has not just turned me away from Greenwood, but all GM products going forward. I was in the market for new Chevy Colorado, but the Ford Ranger is looking a lot nicer after this experience. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else for new/used cars or maintenance.

I was traveling to PA from Florida when my engine started making odd noise. I located the dealership and arrived about noon. I found the service department and was greeted by Rich DeCapita. He heard the noise and immediately called a mechanic. They took my truck back to the mechanic and within an hour found the problem. They immediately took control and started fixing my truck, advising it would be done before 6pm. I was only 2 hours from my destination so they gave a rental car and sent me on the way. I was called that night, like they said, and told the truck was ready. The next morning I returned and got my truck. I am very impressed with this dealership. I have heard many times over the years they didnt buy the vehicle from us, so.. and dont help. They did an outstanding job and showed the Chevy family spirit that we should expect. I recommend them highly and want to say thank you again.
I bought a 2018 Chevy equinox in March of 2021. The back window was missing the seal on the outside of the window and would literally rain inside my car. I notified them about the issue, it is now going into March 2022,and have still been waiting for them to remedy the situation, an entire year...I dont understand why or how this hasnt been taken care of yet, I have a 2 and 3 year old daughters and it rains on them. I have continually called and been given different reasons every time why, or havent been contacted back at all. Why dont you care ? I am not financially secure but never missed a payment, my money is just as good as everyone else. This is completely unacceptable... Im shocked and very unhappy with you guys, but Im sure you dont care, Ive wasted my time to even do this survey...
I’m always treated so nicely when I go there. Rich was great in services and Tracy made sure that Johns word was kept with my free tank of gas and wash. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for a car.
My salesman Sean Franks made me feel very comfortable during my search for a new vehicle. He always answered his phone when I would call or text him . He was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and all options on the vehicle . He also went above and beyond to get me the trade in price I wanted for my vehicle . There was never a moment that I felt uncomfortable or upset with my buying experience with Sean . I am 57 years old and have bought many new vehicles in my life time . This is the first time, I could honestly say , that it was not a headache to deal with a salesman , Sean, and a dealership Greenwood Chevrolet . I hate playing that arrogant dealership game where they treat you like you’re an idiot. Everyone was so courteous and knowledgeable. The issue with my vehicle was addressed while I waited. The service manager Sean Greenwood personally got involved and made sure my issue was corrected. The service advisor Erica was also very instrumental in getting my vehicle fixed and getting me back on the road quickly. Had to replace a tire with a mail in it, oil change and tire rotation…forgot to ask them when they rotated my tires to have the lettering all line up on the tires so it was even…

He knew how to talk to me, help me set everything up, took me for a tour of the dealership and I was able to test drive my 2022 Trailblazer and take it home with me that day. I could not have been happier with my experience. My parents are now recently buying a car from Bobby after seeing how great he was.

If I could give zero stars I would!! Erica is the worst service rep to deal with there. She is rude and has no idea what she is talking about. I had rain guards ordered to be placed on when my oil change was done. She had them sent back. This was after the first set I ordered fell off pulling out of your parking lot after being put on. I have dealt with GM dealerships since 1996. Greenwood has to be THE worst. Honestly it might not be so bad if they got rid of Erica and her nasty attitude

I am a young man who was looking for a good car at a good price. Sean Franks asked if I needed any help finding anything and I told him the car I was looking for on their lot and he drove me to it. The car was very nice. He gave me a good deal and in no time I was on my way home with my car. They are very easy to deal with and treated me very nicely. I appreciated them very much since I have been to dealerships near my home that dont want to give me the time of day because of my age. I drove an hour and a half to get to this dealership and would drive it again without question to get another car. I highly recommend them.
Had a 1030 appointment and truck didnt get in until 1130, felt like I was @ a dr office waiting to see the dr. This is the 2nd time this happened.

I think $88.00 isnt a lot for an oil change and rotation. When I was signing up on line I was supposed to receive a $20.00 discount also.

I’m currently waiting 2hours and counting for an oil change. I made an appointment and was on time and I’m still waiting. I recently bought a new Silverado but not from here and maybe that’s the problem. They could’ve had a sale if they didn’t low ball me on my trade.

Justin Coulter was very friendly since the start of it all and still is checking in on me to see how the car is doing. I asked sooo many questions (even some of the same things multiple times) because this was my first time buying a new car and it was stressful. But he was very patient and walked me through all of the information several times and made sure I understood all of it. I was charged for some parts that should have been covered under warranty. Upon calling it to their attention they refunded my money, no questions asked, but I would think that the service department clerk who checked me in should have known that a 2020 model year vehicle is automatically covered under warranty. Alls well that ends well I guess.
This was our first time going to Greenwood Chevy to purchase a new truck. Definitely not disappointed Kevin met us the door for our appointment. The truck we had seen on the lot was sold but Kevin had another one the same color waiting for us to look at. We loved the truck he had shown us so we sat down with him to work on a deal. Within a few minutes our deal was in place. We then met with Greg to get our financing in order . Greg made paperwork go quickly and we were on our way. Everyone was extremely friendly at the dealership. Since we were happy with our vehicle my brother in law purchased his new truck the following week. It was a win win for everyone.

I had a great experience the commercials are wrong the dealership is not a bad place to buy a carr. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I had a problem with a headlight its now three months after I purchased my used car. They took care of it and I wasnt charged for the repairs. They went the extra mile after my purchase. I recently Leased my third vehicle from Greenwood Chevrolet. I have used the same Sales Representative for all three vehicles and the knowledge and attention provided by him has always been excellent. In the past 6 years dealing with the sales and service personnel at Greenwood they have always been courteous, professional and friendly. It has been a pleasure doing business with all of them.
Very accomodating, was given a full-size silverado loaner, staff was very knowledgable and got my vehicle back next day.However, the problem returned only a day later, sooooooo, Im inconvenienced now with having to bring my truck back. Unsure if they repaired what truly needed repaired and why the problem came back so rapidly.
This is my first brand new car purchase and it went very well. Everyone was nice and Juan Gurley had everything ready when I arrived because I was coming from out of town , it took about 2 hrs to complete everything . Juan and Greg Faunda were great and I recommend them. The receptionist was good at explaining everything to me regarding all the new stuff in the car because that saw so helpful .

I was looking for a newer vehicle to replace my old one and found some at Greenwood Chevy so I made an appointment and looked over some vehicles with my salesman Ray Ortiz and found me a car with low miles and an affordable price and got me what I needed for my trade in and Jorge Sandoval got me the financing and payment I needed. Received letter from Dan Naples stating that I could get a good deal on trade in, for Traci to tell me that the vehicle I have an $11,000 loan out on is only worth $500 & that’s all I could get for it. When I decline offer Traci hung up the phone on me. Rude service & total waste of my time. She’s always been inaccurate in her figures even when I bought the car. I was told one thing & another at signing.
In my opinion the best car dealership in the area. Its where Ive bought most of my cars since I was just 16.
I was having trouble with my check engine light and it lead to me bringing my car back for a second inspection, I delt with Christi both times and she made both times very pleasant. Christi was very helpful and understanding, and went above just scheduling and appointing, she took the time to explain things and treated me like a person not a number. I work two jobs and she worked with my schedules to help make the situation less stressful. There was another girl at the desk that also was very kind and helpful, she also tried her best to help me. Nothing wrong with your dealership... however General Motors products are failing. I have a 2019 Impala... it caost me $667 for an erosion repair. NO VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE AN EROSION ISSUE AFTER ONLY 2 YEARS. And because i have no extended and no manufacturers warranty it somehiw becomes my problem. I WILL NEVER BUY GENERAL MOTORS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE...THE PRODUCT IS FAILING.
Very disappointed with our experience with them in Hubbard Ohio. We recently bought a used 1 ton dully and traded our pristine 2017 GMC Sierra with 26,000 miles on it. We shared concerns about the tires on it and they wouldn’t do anything about them, We got our new purchase home and two days later we had a flat tire, so I aired that one up. At the end of the week a second tire went flat so I call the salesman Jason to express my concerns and hopefully they would resolve the issue, He did say to make an appointment with the garage but he also told me he didn’t understand how we had flat tires because it had been sitting there for 30 days with no problems until I got it. He basically called me a liar.

The salesman did a good job but the first used trax should not have been for us to drive it had issues with the brakes . it was nice how well he did after that and we are happy with the one we got. Finance and signing the papers went well and he explained and answered all of our questions. The car was detailed and very clean and my wife was smiling all the way home.

Dan Naples was super! He made my car purchase a positive experience. I apologize that I do not remember the finance person I met with but he was wonderful too! He explained everything and was helpful with setting my payment date for a time frame that works for me. The other person I worked with was the one who helped me set up Onstar and other tech features. He was extremely helpful and explained the tech options for me so I was comfortable with my new car! I kept thinking I was not going to get approved and I also had a bad experience with another dealership so I was leery about going to Greenwood. I came several times and changed my mind and drove out the parking lot. I finally took a chance because my coworkers told me about Tracy could do wonders shes the real deal. I came with only a trade in that I owed $518 on and so so credit I was repairing. I left with a wonderful vehicle and was treated with so much kindness and professionalism from Tracy and Shawn. Chris Davis made our entire experience. He did what ever he could to get the best deal for us, he made us feel like we were apart of his family and never made us second guess our decision. UPDATE (from 1 star to 5): So after the car I bought had some issues, including dry rotted tires, Sean and Frank fully took care of it, including paying for 4 new tires for the vehicle. This dealership really stands behind the vehicles they sell.---From the salesman who couldnt answer any questions about a Chevy Suburban AT A CHEVY DEALERSHIP to the financing department that took weeks to complete the paperwork so I could get out-of-state plates, this dealership does not seem to value its customers. I will say, if I can give anyone there 5 stars it is Frank in the service department.
Worked with Gary. He was not a very pleasant person at all. He seemed to walk around thinking he was better than everyone. It seemed like he just wanted to leave and be somewhere else rather than helping me. I would never recommend this place or Gary to anyone

Schedule a oil change and tire rotation for 1:00….brought vehicle out at 2:30 and tire pressure was never reset…makes me wonder if tires were even rotated 1.5 hours way to long to wait for a oil change
Stop to see Norm Flick about buying a new Chevy Traverse as our lease was about to end. I told Norm what we were looking for and he said let me see what I can do. They didnt have an AWD Travese on their lot so we search for one and found one in Willougby Hts. For us. We did almost all the transactions over the phone. When he got the SUV in he called us and we went up to test drive it and said we would take it. He schedule us to come in At 10am the next day to meet with Tracy in Finance to sign the papers. She had everything ready for us to sign and answered all our questions. Excellent Service by Tracy. Then we met with Norm again and he had Carli explain all the new features on our new Traverse to us, she paired our phones for us and again excellent customer service from her.we then said good bye to Norm and drove away. From start to finish we had excellent customer service from the Greenwood Team. I would recommend this Greenwood Chevrolet Dealership to everyone. Joe Kovavich was very nice and helpful. I would recommend seeing him when you go. I was nervous at first but everything worked out. He went above and beyond to help me. Everyone else that i dealt with were nice also. Sorry dont remember names. But I would definitely recommend Greenwood Chevrolet!!

The first time I came they left two greasy handprints on the hood the second time I came they left hand print all over the body from rotating the tires and forgot the Oil sticker on the windshield I had to tell them to put one on mind you it was a black truck I won’t be back

Him and Jorge took care of a lot of the legwork before I even arrived. They were never pushy , just straightforward and honest. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. 2022-01-03Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. The dealership was very clean and had Covid 19 protocols in place that made me feel more comfortable. Shawn S. was so helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. We never felt pressured by him to make a purchase. Greg F was just as helpful and did a fantastic job finding us the best rate. We will definitely be back and will recommend the dealership to our friends and family.

2022-05-18The reason why I gave it a one star is because I got this car in 2020 in November I got the Ford Focus 2016 not even of a month of having it the transmission started slipping. I go call them almond you I had 6 month warranty when I called they said I had to pay outta pocket because my warranty ain’t cover the transmission then I argued because I didn’t even have it over a month. Cool they fixed it in less then 2 hours. Worked great for a few weeks and back at it again. But because my warranty was up I had to pay somebody to check it. They fixed it again worked great for a few weeks. Now I’m stranded again because of the transmission and I’m still paying on the car that I got through cardinal loan place. I’m over this car I wish I never went there.

2022-07-10I was referred to Joe Kovacich here and he didnt do to me like most salesman do, he educated me on what I wanted to do( buy or lease ) and let me make the decision and also went through payments and prices for both sides! He was patient with me and now I enjoy my truck to the fullest after getting a good price! Also Greg did an awesome and quick job with signing papers and answering questions, even about other vehicle lines! He was very knowledgeable! I knew somewhat of what I wanted but even at that, including a test drive, I was only there an hour and a half for everything! Most places take the whole day. I walked out with what I wanted at the right price and I called the same day I bought my truck! Im truly amazed, and recommend Joe Kovacich if you need a car or truck with no hassle!!!

2022-01-29I had a 2:30 appointment for an oil change and I arrived 15 minutes early. I told the service associate that I had be out of there by 3:30 to pick up my wife from work. He said that should not be a problem. They did not pull my truck into the service area until 3:20. When I saw that I told him he did not have enough time. He said dont worry we will get it done. I am sure I did not get all of the multi-point inspections that come with the oil change since the entire process was completed in 10 minutes. Most of the time when I have an oil change it takes approximately 1 hour.
