Extremely over priced. Students beware - read the contract because they will charge more than the other storage businesses in bowling green. Nice and clean, but they are out to make money. Used the small storage unit for 31 days but because of the 2 month minimum and pro rating ended up paying $148.

They have mice problems I told them about and asked if I had renters insurance on the storage and I said no then they said o well I lost lots of stuff I havent moved bc they cant do more damage than they already have

Keep copies and records of everything! They attempted to overcharge me after I vacated my unit and followed all procedure outlined in their contract and rules and regulations. Ive attached images of the email I received from them today in August telling me I was past due along with the email I sent notifying them I was leaving the unit at the end of July (blocked out personal identifying info from emails) as evidence. I was able to resolve this easily but had I only turned in a written notice with no paper trail I dont think the outcome would have been the same.
