This is year 2 with using Greener Grass to fertilize and weed control my yard. Last year after first treatment, I could already see the difference in my yard. I like that it’s organic and not the harsh chemicals most companies use. I never had any luck with the do it yourself treatments and they are expensive to do. Will keep using them as long as I can.
I am very pleased and satisfied with the lawn service provided. I noticed a change almost immediately and the lawn started to green up, even though we had no rain. Also the weeds are definitely dying off. Great job thank you so much. My husband is so pleased that I did this for him. Great gift for a husband or Dad. Thanks again.

My lawn was littered with weeds when I bought my house. Greener Grass treated and weeds are gone. Love that they use organic products and they are safe for my dog to be on lawn very shortly after application. No long wait time. Very affordable too.
I had tons of dandelions and clovers in my yard that I couldn’t stand to look at anymore. I called them and within minutes I had a quote and within days they applied the first application to clean up my yard. The guy I worked with was Manny. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. No complaints. And they offer free touch ups and service calls.
We are new to Greener Grass. I wanted to FEED my yard. My grass looked tired and unhealthy. Not lush and thick. I want what is best for my fur babies and kids who use and play in the grass, as well as what is good for Mother Earth and her birds and other life forms. When I saw what Greener Grass ORGANIC Lawn Care had to offer...it was simply a no-brainer! Their potion FEEDS my grass, at the root, with yummy goodness like molasses, kelp, corn gluten, and so much more. I called on Friday, they came on Saturday. The heads-up texts are really helpful in planning when they will be coming and letting my girls out prior to, and an information receipt was handed to me listing everything applied. By the next full week, I am telling you, and I am picky, my weeds were shriveled and going away, and my grass ....SO much greener and thicker! My GRASS was STARVING AND HUNGRY! My service pro Christian, was super friendly, and Mel and the office staff are intent on providing customer service beyond belief! I am telling everyone I know, how impressed, amazed, and wowed I am about Greener Grass! I may seem over the top, but I love holistic and ORGANIC products that benefit life, not toxic solutions that poison. I convinced my husband, too! WE absolutely LOVE Greener Grass! Their list of available services, covers about any issue you may need help with! They actually walk your yard for application, so they really READ what the story is, and how best to treat problem areas. This is my second year of using this service and this company. To be honest wasn’t sure I had high expectations of a organic lawn treatment, but my wife was adamant about it being safe none toxic. So we signed up! Well let me say this I was more then happy with the results I received this year from Greener Grass. I noticed the lawn change monthly looking thinker and more healthy. I would recommend this company and lawn application products! Their customer service is also fantastic any questions you have they are thorough and quick to answer. A+……
We were impressed with how fast our service was! We needed a retreat in between services and it was fast and effective. Our lawn looks so much better than I anticipated after just a few treatments! We definitely will be renewing our service.

Great with communication- letting us know what service will be applied and when the are coming. Then they leave a text or notice to let us know they have been on site. If I am home when staff arrives they are corgial and say hi or ask how it’s going. They don’t over apply product since I want a more natural fertilizer and not pesticides. Yard looks great. Would recommend.
Green grass fertilized and eliminated weeds in our new homes yard several week ago. It has greened up significantly since then. It looks so much better people are commenting. This is a quality company. We are happy to have them

I have been using Greener Grass for a year now. My grass looks so much better this year. At this time last year with another company I had thisles popping up everywhere and all kinds of other weird stuff in my lawn. Greener Grass got rid of it all. Always have good service when the crew comes out. We like that they email and text us when they are planning on coming out and when they are done. Then to finish with a lawn assessment left for us to read is nice to have also! All around we really enjoy there service!

Greener Grass has been such a wonderful company to work with. When we bought our house 3 years ago our outside landscape and yard was an absolute mess! After getting our backyard regraded last year following a pool install, we decided it was time to take some action on getting our yard in better shape. We have done the typical fall and spring treatments ourself that you find at your local Lowes, but it just wasnt doing the job! After having Matt out to give us a quote, we just really felt like if anyone could get the job done, it had to be Greener Grass! We love that most of the items used on our lawn is organic and safe for our kids and dogs! After just 3 treatments we can already see a huge difference!! Greener Grass was able to come to my home to give me a more accurate estimate. They notified me of when my service was happening and what day ahead of time so I could prepare. The staff is very polite and friendly and respectful of my property.

Weve used GG for many years now. Theyre very professional with excelllent communication and customer service. They customize your lawn treatment however you want them to. Our lawn looks great, and is hopefully less toxic to the community and to us.
Highly recommend! Our yard looked terrible form a couple years of not treating it. It was overgrown with weeds and moss. In just two months of using greener grass services our yard now looks totally different!
Its too early to see how well the product will work. application was just done a few days ago. I watched the agent perform the application and he appeared to really care how well he was applying the weed control. took the extra steps to insure all the really bad spots were also taken care of. I say job well done....
I have only had one treatment for the year so far. That being said all of the weeds have pretty much disappeared after 7 days. Grass is deep green and looks great.
I called and contacted a few lawn care companies on line and Greener Grass got back to me right away. Haven’t heard from any of them yet and it’s been a month. GG came out and sprayed my lawn within 4 days. Grass looks better already.

I use to have weed control from another big company but I continued to have issues with weeds. My lawn is now thick, weed free and even my daughter said it was soft like a pillow!

A friend of mine turned me onto Greener Grass because they use organic materials instead of chemicals. I was very interested and gave them a try. I am absolutely amazed at how awesome my lawn looks. I had an urgent need due to an army worm infestation. I read reviews and was impressed. I called and they were able to get me on the schedule quickly. I saw an improvement within a few days. The best part is that the treatment is pet safe and organic. Theyve been timely and polite each time. I appreciate the prior day notice and the automatic payment notice the day after treatment. My yard looks better after only 3 treatments.
The people were super nice. I was so excited at the promise of having a beautiful lawn while using pet friendly processes. After 2 years of service, my lawn looks worse than when they started. For the first year I approved every additional service offered. When I asked what could be done to improve the lawn, I was told to do more of the same. However, I was told that to improve my lawn I should cut down some trees. If their services couldnt improve my lawn because of the trees, I should have been told that up front.
We switched to a Greener Grass after 22 years with another service that became less reliable and effective. We are extremely pleased. Our lawn looks great. Greener Grass shows up and does what it says it will do. We highly recommend them. One thing I really like is the people that work on the lawn. They are reliable and professional. Its possible, that I enjoyed working with this company and their front office as much as I enjoyed their service. I tend to feel that lawn treatment companies are all similar, but this one is different. First time customer with a great experience. As a first time homeowner, I cut my grass too short (despite Greener Grass strong recommendations not too - Listen to them!)... This caused a large amount of crabgrass to grow, which they promptly took care of. I sent them pictures, and they responded same day. They told me to trust the process, and sure enough it worked! Crab grass gone in two application and lawn looks great. Excited to see the progress next year! They are passionate about their craft and truly care about their customers. Highly recommend.
Mike and every technician that serviced our lawn has been very courteous, conscientious and knowledgeable.I asked Rick if there was anything he could do about 10 little areas of weeds. He hit everyone and within 10 days they were all gone. Our technician notified us that there were some weeds that would have to be treated with a,stronger weed killer and that he would be returning to do that

We were not very happy with the results of your service. We didnt see much improvement in the weed control aspect, and the lawn aeration and over seeding was a waste of money for sure. The ground was way to dry and the aeration did nothing. I believe we will be looking for another lawn company next season. For the extra cost, we were not happy with the performance.

Our yard looks the best it ever has, and this is only the first year. Gentleman came out to look at a bad spot in my yard. While he was here, he was unhappy with the amount of dandelions we had, not me him. So he rescheduled us for another weed treatment, on them. I honestly did not care. I understand that you do not get a perfect yard in your first year. However, they may have done it. All of our neighbors compliment it.

Great lawn care company with organic products! What I like most about this company is the fact that they know what works best. There are some weeds that dont respond to organic treatments and theyll tell you that. Then they give you the option to use a chemical treatment to get rid of them, but its up to you. My grass has never looked better!Update: We are going on our third year with Greener Grass! Our lawn gets thicker and greener every year. Im very happy and will continue to use them!
We has used Greener Grass at our previous home, and when we moved into a new house and had a yard installation struggling to take hold, we knew we had to reach out to Greener Grass. The yard that had been seeded was 40% weeds and the grass was struggling to take hold in late August. After a conversation with Greener Grass, they came out the next week for our first application-- three applications later and the yard looks better than I would have hoped after just one summer. Everyone at the company is friendly, professional, and very responsive.

Have been using Greener Grass for 3 seasons. The treatments are organic which is important to us and a major reason we chose them in the first place. Lawn is much improved. This is a well run business with excellent communication, explanation as to what is needed and no surprises. I had been with another lawn service for years like almost 2 decades. Boomer shows up at my door making promises To correct problems that my old company basically said I just had to live with. So We too a shot and signed up with no obligation. Best bet I every made my lawn has never looked better. We moved to our home 5 years ago and had one of the saddest lawns in our neighborhood...weeds everywhere, sparse grass, not nice to walk on, empty spots, etc. We hired Greener Grass the 2nd Spring and have never looked back. Now neighbors walk by frequently and compliment our beautiful lawn. They show up when they say they will, are polite, friendly and professional, are thorough and conscientious - and in 4 years we’ve only had 2 different workers. They are a bit more pricey than the standard companies BUT it is worth EVERY dime. We watch another leading company treat our neighbor’s yard and just shake our heads - in a hurry, not thorough, etc. This is a bill I don’t mind paying because of the wonderful results!!

We had a big time ground ivy problem for years. We tried other lawn companies with no results. Greener grass has cleaned out 90% of the ivy in less than a year. Their tanssicty product is doing the trick! They even came out and treated the weeds in between treatments one time. Greener grass organic is a keeper !
The first year with Greener Grass was great--everything they promised was delivered! Most importantly was that with their organic treatments, the grass did not grow so wildly fast that it needed mowed every other day--even in the spring. Then they took great care to get close to the landscaping edges, but they never damaged any bushes or flowers. They were able to get rid of troublesome ground ivy by the first application. There was no need to constantly walk around with spot weed killer throughout the year. They answered all questions quickly and professionally, and they always let you know when they were coming--no surprises. Greener Grass certainly earned my trust and confidence. For all these reasons, they will be here for the second year.
This is the first organic lawn service we have worked with. We have used traditional lawn services in the past and they have not worked nearly as well. I was nervous using an organic lawn service but they have exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them to anyone.

But our proximity to a creek and the reality that pesticides damage our local environment compelled me to act. Greener Grass has been reliable, recommending the right services at the right time. And at the end of the season, my lawn looked better than when I used common self applications that are known to damage the environment. I used to have a different company, then a couple years ago I spoke to Greener Grass and was impressed with them. I liked the fact that they use organics so I dont have to worry about my grandchildren or pets being on the lawn. I switched to Greener Grass and my lawn has never looked better.

Very disappointed in the service! I was told a price for my lawn and signed an agreement, while being told it was a standard monthly amount that was adjusted based on customer needs, that if we changed our mind at any point it would not be an issue to adjust the monthly amount or stop the agreement at any point. This was not the case. We decided not to include a portion of our yard, which we were told by the sales person our bill would be adjusted down since it billed by square footage and it would be done without any difficulty. I called the office several times and could not get my bill or the changes made to the agreement. Getting the bill adjusted took months and multiple calls just to get a corrected bill. I then paid the bill once the bill was adjusted properly, but continued to get mail and calls. In the mean time they turned it over to a collection agency instead of adjusting the bill properly the first call or even listening to what their salesman had told us in a verbal agreement. They send college kids out to get your business and evidently there is some disconnection in what they are offering or selling the consumer. Even after the bill was paid the collection agency continued to harass us with calls and letters. Our lawn unfortunately did not have any changes after several treatments. Another disappointment and reason I will never use this company wasting over $215 without any changes to my lawn . Very disappointed in the product and services and would not recommend to anyone! If the management would have done the right thing for a few bucks this would have not gone any further. Very disappointed and this will unfortunately leave a taste in my mouth to not trust or use any future lawn services.

We had a lawn that had not been treated for weeds for years because we did not want to use weed killer. Greener Grass came in and did an amazing job getting rid of the weeds and our lawn looks 100% better.

Weve been using them for a year. At this point in the summer we have more weeds then we did a year and a half ago before we started using them. I called last week and they said its because of the huge amount of rain weve gotten. They offered to do a spot treatment. If it doesnt work we will be canceling Our service. Or lawn looks horrible right now and theyve been treating it for a year and a half!In response to your comment after the above... it was there before. I waited to say something for 2 reasons. 1. I thought that maybe the next treatment would take care of it. 2. I thought the gentleman that sprayed wouldve made an attempt to get rid if it without me having to call. I thought thats why we pay for this service. We dont have to worry about it!The first treatment you came to do after I complained only worked in about half of the weeds. Im waiting to see if the 2nd spot treatment I had to call about does anything and will update again.2nd update: I ended up having to call 2 separate times to have them come out to do the extra spraying. The 2nd time took care of 80% or so of the issues. I still had to go out and remove the weeds myself that were not taken care of. After waiting to see if the 2nd spraying would take care of the issue, we decided to let them do their winterizing treatment and cancel service with them. We feel that for the amount of time we put in to weeding and making phone calls to get things taken care of and then the cost for them to do it, we might as well do it ourselves. Our yard didnt really look any better then the neighbors that doesnt get it treated.
The people at Greener Grass did a great job with my lawn. My lawn was all weeds and the neighbors were not happy with me.Greener Grass turned it into a beautiful green lawn in one season.Their people are friendly and accommodating. I was very satisfied. Will definitely have them back next season.
Had their service a few year ago and signed up for some treatments along with fall aerate and overseed. Got a email the afternoon before they were coming out to do aerating and overseeding. If you know about this process (which they probably assume you won’t) you need to cut your grass short in order to make the most of the holes they makes for the seed to fall into these holes. I had to rush home after working 10 hours at the hospital to try to mow and rake up the clippings ,working on this well into the night. I made them aware I was not happy with a short notice that I found out through email which I was lucky to see. Also the amount of seed looked subpar. I got no refund or any compensation and only an apology I believe when they tried to sell me more treatments the next year.I continue to get their calls and emails to this day which is what reminded me write this email 2 years later after multiple calls and emails trying to get me to sign back up. Stop. Buyer beware.
I have used Greener Grass Organic Lawn Care for 2 years now and I am 100% satisfied. I feel much better knowing that my dog and kids are not playing on a poison sprayed lawn. Scott is very professional-has top of the line equipment, billing system and he always takes the time to discuss any concerns. The organic treatments are not that much more expensive than the toxic ones-well worth the money. I highly recommend Greener Grass Organic Lawn Care!

These guys say they will do a certain number of applications to the lawn for a certain price per application. Then, they do more than that even doubling my bill for one of the months. Then when you complain, they talk down to you because they are the lawn experts. Theyre chemicals turn your crabgrass white and makes the lawn look worse than if you didnt treat it. Then the Crabgrass is back soon after and its an ongoing process. I know I wont be giving them anymore of my business and Id suggest to everyone else to find a better company to care for your lawn.
I called on May 24th, 2018. I called to get a estimate on my lawn care, and was spoken to very rudely via telephone. Furthermore, after reading these reviews I am extremely happy that I went with a different lawn service company. I do not want a thief on my property and I am happy that I read these reviews before choosing this company!

I used to equate organic with expensive - that is NOT the case with these guys.Greener Grass is actually less than what I was used to spending with my previous service. Ive actually tried 3 other services in the North Canton area -- and our lawn has never looked better. Why organic? From my understanding - the lawn is healthy -- so it just looks great. Other services are using a lot of chemicals and eventually the lawn gets fatigued and burned out after a couple years. But when you keep everything natural, the lawn grows strong and stays healthy. Service is excellent and the team is very responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommended!

I like the idea that a great lawn can be grown without they types of chemicals and pesticides most companies use. Those chemicals that work their way into our groundwater due to run-off.Boomer (is that his real name?) and DeaShawn explained everything growing here in detail and outlined a plan to see fewer weeds and more green grass with deeper roots.We’ve been here 30 years plus and enjoy a nice looking lawn.

After using several lawn care companies in the past several years with little to no positive results we made the switch to Greener Grass and couldnt be happier. In just one season our lawn has already shown dramatic improvement with regards to less weeds, less bare spots, and of course....greener grass! Icing on the cake is that we are never concerned when our one and a half year old daughter or our dog goes out to the yard to play regardless of when service occurred. Cannot wait to see what the second year will bring!

I have used this company 2 years. The first year I was very disappointed on the outcome especially for how much it costs. But because of the awful summer so I decided to try one more year but I was still disappointed. I plan this year to try another company or just do it myself .

2022-06-23This is my second season with Greener Grass and it is finally starting to pay off-my lawn was neglected by previous owners and full of weeds when we bought our house. After 2 years of treatment it is looking amazing-very thick, green, and weed free. This is an amazing accomplishment since my direct neighbor’s lawn is full of dandelions.

2021-10-15I have been very pleased with Greener Grass over the last year I have been using their service. Not only does the yard look so much better than when I treated it on my own, but it also is cheaper than it when I was buying products for my lawn. Angel always shows up when they say he will be here and they text and email a few days prior so I know to expect them. I have always struggled with white clover in my lawn and now my yard is green and weed free. I highly recommend this service.

2022-06-24While the staff was friendly, the company seemed disorganized. I would get a text that an application had been made by the lawn maintenance man, then hours to a day after, the company would text that he would be out in the next day, as if there was no in house communication. So I had no warning beforehand to tell them not to come, if I had a reason to, like expanding my garden where they had treated without my input. Then, a day or two before Father’s Day, they treated for weeds, so by Father’s Day, my lawn looked absolutely awful. Black streaks like someone pulled a muddy bag around the yard. Looks like they spread the spray too thick in some areas and not at all in others with the same amount of weeds. Very uneven application. And now I have to wait to expand my gardens. Irritating. Plus, the wind must have carried the spray because one of my apple trees is now dying. They text but don’t call which might be more efficient to them but impersonal and doesn’t allow an effective conversation about what is needed. And when I asked about mosquito control, wow was it expensive! $700 for a season. Used to be provided by the city for free! I don’t expect free but not close to a grand! I’m happy to stick with citronella candles and essential oils.

2022-04-09After years of paying for lawn treatment services from other companies and still having weeds and crabgrass, Greener Grass has made a difference in our lawn. About 80% of the weeds are gone and our lawn looks healthier. Also, their organic formula is safe for our pets. Now if the dog would stop ripping out grass, we would be almost perfect!
