The service and quality of food is not consistent. It varies depending on the day you go there. Sometimes they get it right, sometimes they don’t.

I have been a customer for a long time. I have never had a complaint before today. This evening I ordered the sliced Gyro meat entree with cooked vegetables. When we got home, I found that both meals were chicken, not lamb. I did not feel like going out again, so we decided to try it. I felt the chicken was dry and not very well seasoned. There was not much vegetables this time.I was disappointed, but will most likely keep going back. My advice is to check your order before leaving the restaurant.
First time here and it was excellent! The lamb Gyro was STUFFED with meat. Fries were good too (ask them to add seasoning to the fries). Great portions, great food. Will be back for sure!
Loved the food at the drive thru. Decided to come in to eat. On the door there is a sign that mask are required. We come in with ours on and of course the workers on the prep/cook line two that I seen had no mask. The inside is beautiful. We get to the drink and utensil area and we are attacked by gnats everywhere. They were in napkins , cups just everywhere. We go to sit down to eat and the entire time we are being attacked by gnats. This needs to be addressed in order for someone to enjoy their meal. You have a nice interior but the bugs are a noGo.
Best Greek food in the the state. Very polite staff reasonably priced food. Fresh ingredients and abundance of flavor. I strongly recommend this restaurant, you will be happy.
My family loves this restaurant. Pleasant service and delicious food! The gyros are generous portions, and even the small is enough when I have fries on the side.
Probably our favorite take out. Steak and chicken is cooked fresh so you may have to wait a little longer than usual buts its worth it. Gyro salad is a great go to lunch item. The calamari with that reddish sauce is good too.
I drove thru today to pick up lunch, but didnt check to make sure my gyro was chicken. It wasnt 🤨, so I called them and let them know that it was made incorrectly. The gentleman asked me what Id ordered and delivered the correct gyro! 😊 He was so nice and very apologetic. Ill continue to get lunch at GE, but next time Ill check to make sure I got the right thing. Two thumbs up!

Surprisingly wasnt very busy today, quickly ordered and sat outside on the patio. Had a very nice breeze going, very pleasant. Parking lot can be a little tricky to navigate but there is plenty of parking available. They are allowing dine in, and they still ask that guest mask when entering the building. Great selection of meals and items, very affordable. I would recommend visiting for sure

It had been a couple years since I had been to the store in Powell, and I forgot how much I liked this place! Would liked to have sat outside, but they apparently had a bee issue. Great food at fair prices, and employees were friendly.

Ive been living in the Lewis Center area for nearly five years now. This place has a been a constant stapled of my diet. The service is great,the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Absolutely happy every time I stop by. Will keep coming to Greek Express as long as I love in the Columbus area.
Convenient location near Polaris Park. Food is excellent and ample portions are provided with authenticity. I took off one star because the staff at the drive-thru seem to be a little pushy in terms of getting tipped. I generally tip 20% for curbside express service for restaurants in which I would normally eat indoors where you are not required to go to the counter to obtain your food, throw out your own garbage, and return dishes and trays to a common area. So its not like Im a cheap person, since I do tip where I feel its appropriate. Having to sign a credit card receipt for a less than a $20 purchase where they are obviously looking for me to add a tip just made me uncomfortable, as did the huge tip jar pushed against the window.
Had to wait 45 minutes for drive through, when I went inside to ask the status of the order they were like we already gave your order(if my order is delivered why will I walk inside). After 10 min she replied sorry we are flooded with doordash orders, will make you order please wait. My kids were hungry and it was almost 50 min so had to ask for refund.
I can not possibly say enough great things about Greek Express. The food always taste amazing because it’s made to order so it’s fresh and hot. Our Condo Association used them for Catering and wow what a spread they provided for the price. The staff including the owner has always been kind and friendly at every visit. Will continue to support this restaurant often.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and freshness of my meal. I was hesitant to try Greek Express because I have yet to try a fast food greek spot that I actually like. I had the chicken sub and the meat was cooked perfectly, moist and tender. The feta...wow! Probably the best feta Ive ever had! I will definitely go back!

Lady with glasses was very rude. Doesnt welcome new people..and only welcomes the people that SHE wants to greet. Had a stank face the entire time. Maybe someone can teach her some social skills? Not sure what her problem was.

Food is consistently great, drive thru is quick and polite. Super place for a quick dinner thats not fast food. My kids love the gyro combo, I get the grilled chicken and rice entree with grilled veggies.
Gyros and fries are really good. Stuffed grape leaves are decent. They have really good chicken nuggets to for the kids. It’s kind of pricey for being fast food, but good enough you won’t feel ripped off. I wasn’t a big fan of the falafel.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. I especially liked that the Greek salad used REAL olives and not the kind you can pick up at a supermarket. You can definitely taste the difference.
The lady running the register today (I apologize I didnt catch her name) was super friendly and helped me pick out a dressing for my gyro. The food was very good and the fries are probably the best fries in town. I definitely recommend checking this place out.
Friendly staff and speedy service. Spicy feta cheese is awesome and the gyro meat and sauce is very tasty and not messy. Establishment is clean and cozy with a well shaded back porch. Next time Im in town I will definitely return. They also have a drive-thru. I only wish they served wings. 😁
I’m not a big reviewer but holy cow, this place is addictive. I go several times a month. It’s made me enjoy “Greek” cuisine, although it may not be the most authentic. The quality for what you pay for, especially with a combo, is a great deal. The taziki sauce is what sets this place apart, you can even dip it in fries. Check it out, from one picky eater to another you won’t be disappointed. Just wish they had a rewards program!!!!
The food is awesome and the customer service. I had a Large Steak Gyro with Fries. It was awesome. I also had Pecan and Cinnamon Baklava which is one thing not to take. It was really tasteless. I have eaten a real Baklava where you will want it more.
The fries are great. And here’s something strange... they serve a really good Chicago style hot dog. Didn’t expect that. Also, don’t skip dessert as the rice pudding is awesome.
One of the best Chicken kebabs in Columbus. Prices are pretty decent (on the lower side) and food quality is excellent. The place is well maintained and clean. You can either dine in or take out, you wont be disappointed.
Tried this location two days ago and already came back for more. Amazing food, and incredible staff! So friendly and quick. They made vegetarian accommodations so easily without any hassle. They’re going to be seeing a lot of me here!
We enjoy Greek Express when we want quick, drive through Greek food. The hummus is delicious and definitely a meal on its own. The gyros are delicious and definitely my husbands favorite on the menu. The service is always quick and friendly here and the prices are perfect for a drive though type restaurant.
My husband and I are actually big fans of greek express. Its a nice option for a quick drive through. They have some decent healthy options too. It is not fast food price however. The associates are always pleasant and friendly. Its the only fast food we get
The food is always fresh (for a drive through location), friendly staff, fries are never cold and sides are easy to substitute on combos. The baklava is very good and doesnt taste like something cheap they bought at Sams Club.

I have been to several Greek Express in central Ohio, but this one in particular is closest to my house. The food here is consistently amazing, and the staff is always wonderful. I recommend the gyros, kabobs, spinach pies. If you like classics Greek cuisine, then I highly suggest stopping at any of their locations.

I only tried the Lentil soup which was pretty good. My coworkers had the gyro salad and mini gyro with fries everything they ordered looked great. Service was good and fast. I will definitely come back to try more of the menu!
Really great Greek, probably best in Polaris area that Ive tried (and I havent tried them all). Quality of gyro and fries is very similar to Loops in Grandview.Kid friendly, my son liked their nuggets at least.

I love this restaurant. It is real food but fast. The drive through is so convenient. Try the orzo chicken soup with lemon, the spinach and feta pies, gyros, the beef tenderloin and rice along with the pecan baklava and tiramisu.
One of the better places to get your gyro fix when the fair is not in town. I live about 35-40 minutes away from this particular location and we come here for lunch or dinner and not even bother shopping or going to the mall sometimes. Its not overly expensive, but this would be a 5 star no doubt if it were a little lower priced.

One of my go-to lunches. They have incredible food at incredible prices. My favorite is their special sauce that they put on gyros... better than any other greek gyro Ive had! Also LOVE their fries!
Not usually one to give a one star review, but.... I got a gyro order to go with a Greek salad. I requested the meat be a little well done, not only was it not well done, it was cold. Also did not care for the sauce. I was surprised how fast the order was completed, but getting cold food was a worse surprise.
The gyro salad was good. It came with a nice helping of lamb and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. The additional garlic sauce was ok...not the best. On the whole a good dinner.

Googled places to eat near me as I am traveling and out of town. Found this place on Google said open till 9:30 got there about 8:30 ordered my food and we sat down, music was WAY too loud, another guest asked them to turn it down. Staff came out into dining area and began cleaning. Went to get a refill on my tea and it was gone. Girl said oh you want more? She went and got it from in the back. Its now 9pm, still myself and friend and two other guests. Guy came out and said, were closed, its 9 no hurry, but we need to mop the floors. He said the same to the other guests. I still had my salad to eat, but thought maybe I read google wrong or it was in correct.We left, on the way out I looked at the door and it said 9:30, they were locking them behind us. Crazy for a business to do that.Food was good, had the Gyro and Greek salad, friend had chicken Gyro and fries. Tea was good.They have sauces to choose from on bar near soda fountain.Would I return.... No.

Salad was OK but vegetables were not cut up they were huge pieces. Also sauce was mayonnaise-based instead of yogurt-based. Additionally, fries were cooked in old oil. I think you guys need to step it up a bit

The people are always super friendly, the food is always freshly prepared for you, no heat lamps here! They are no afraid to work around any allergy or dietary restriction you have, if it is in their power to do it, they will.

The food is decent, but it drives me crazy when fast food restaurants request tips for taking your order. They even have a sign up that says PITA backwards is A tip..... I just dont understand. And when ordering inside they always make you sign a receipt which isnt required for such small purchases, but it forces you to put an amount (even if its 0) in their Tip line. I worked at McDonalds, Wendys and Taco Bell in my career, and I would have never dreamed someone would tip me for taking their order, that is what my salary was for.
Great lunch option if you want Mediterranean food in a hurry. The drive thru wait is short to non-existant, and the menu has plenty of options. Not the best Mediterranean fare around, but perfect for a quick grab and go work lunch!
The Greek food here is really good for a quick bite to eat. I usually get a gyro and hummas. They even have a drive thru if your on the go. The service is fast and the employees are always very friendly.

Today I had an order for Greek Express on Sancus. I am a doordash delivery driver, and a customer here. I went through the drive thru, as thats what my partner does with no problems. He gets orders there often, I do not.The manager was extremely rude with me about it and said not to ever come through the drive thru again, although my food was ready before I even arrived (she told me it was sitting).I wasnt thrilled with this interaction as both a customer of this location and a dasher, so I called back to speak with her and apologized and talked to her about it.She expressed to me that we, as she calls couriers are lacking in common sense, and she assumes we arent intelligent enough to know that if our orders arent ready we need to come inside and not hold up the line. I was EXTREMELY nice btw, and yet she told me that if I had a problem I could decline their orders and never come back. I guess I wont be back.I shared this experience on the local doordash groups with over 400 individuals. I cannot believe a manager would speak to anyone this way.

Every time we visit, the service and food is always top notch and timely. The service is always extremely patient and our kids love going. My son has loved this place since he was two.

Gyros are pretty much all the same, as gyro meat is almost all coming from the same source, but what makes the difference is the sauce. This place does not have the best sauce I have had, but it is pretty good and well worth stop for a gyro.
Drive through restaurant serving Greek inspired dishes. My grilled chicken dinner was a a little flat and the salad dressing creamier than expected - wasnt bad per se but unlikely to return based on this visit considering the other options nearby.
Generally good for Greek/Gyro salads, but the salad is the typical cheap iceberg lettuce mix. Today, they forgot the meat on the gyro salad. It wasnt busy and I didnt feel like driving 5 miles back to get the meat. They will comp me another salad at some future date. For better quality salad and value check out the Yappy Greek on E. Tasty vegetarian food options, nice atmosphere. Minus one star because theyre playing modern hip hop when the atmosphere suggest it should be a soundtrack of orphyc hymns and lyre music.
We had the teriyaki chicken pitas and they were great! Along with the rice pilaf that was more than what I thought it would be. Would go back again if I had one in my area.

I like most of the Greek places in Columbus, but I often find myself visiting Greek Express the most often because :1.) The food is good (especially the fries and dessert)2.) Its open on Sunday (which isnt usually the case with other Greek restaurants)3.) The staff is friendly.If I had to complain about something, itd be that if you use a credit card to pay, you have to sign the receipt; even at the drive-thru. Its an extremely minor inconvenience, but one that sticks out considering other fast food restaurants dont require a signature.

I actually had a coupon for CrazzyGreek and went to greek express thinking it was Crazzy Greek. I stupidly handed the cashier my coupon which she responded that that wasnt the same restaurant but she would honor the coupon. The food came out fast, fresh and the service was excellent. I never usually write reviews but I was so impressed wtih the staff. The food is great and the place is clean and excellent!

Cook was blatantly wearing a mask like a chin strap while working during the COVID 19 pandemic. They had a sign on the door saying it was required by all employees and guests. This isnt hard but eating food from a restaurant that ignores these basic guidelines is.

2022-03-02Super consistent and always good. Maybe the best fries in town. The fact that they are always piping hot and fresh gives it a nod over others that might not be as reliably consistent. Cant ever go wrong with their gyro. Pick a size regular, large or small/mini. Comes with lettuce, tomato, onion and tzatziki sauce. You can add banana peppers and/or feta crumbles for a little extra. The have several varieties of sticky, sweet baklava to satisfy your sweet tooth craving as well. Their iced tea is quite good. Those are all my regulars I can really speak to, but they have all your typical quick stop Greek/Mediterranean restaurant would offer. Stop by and give them a try.

2022-03-18Our favorite local Greek restaurant. Good portions, fast service (even a drive through), and more than willing to customize orders. I mostly appreciate that the falafel isnt too greasy and they dont over do it with the feta. If your kids wont eat Greek food they do have chicken nuggets, chicken tenders, and fries.

2022-04-13This place used to be amazing, they had the best fries in town a few years ago. We just stopped by recently and the quality of the food and flavor isnt what it used to be. Not sure if they have new owners or whats going on, definitely not going back, theres better gyro places in town.

2022-03-27Food taates good. The seasoning on the fries is nice. They have 3 sizes of gyros, which is uncommon but pleasant because you can pick a size based on how hungry you are!

2022-06-26WARNING: If they mess up a delivery order they will not make it right. They just tell you to come pickup what they forgot to deliver. Our Doordash driver showed us they had only half the order in their car and the Greek Express Manager at this location said come get the rest or go without.

2021-12-05Their french fries are amazing. I don’t know what they do to them but they are so good. Every time I pass by here I have to stop and get some. Their other food is very good as well and they are quick. It’s also very affordable and I like that they have the drive-through pick up that makes everything that much easier.

2019-10-08We had a nice experience with the food and service. Food was served quickly and its fresh as well as tasty. This restaurant has drive through with lot of open parking in the front. Their gyros are superb with crunchy meat.. Attached is their current menu for dine in and drive through. Enjoy.
