Well my name is Jeffrey Reese, and I have visited the mall a few times now, but I must say this tho “So far I have yet to be satisfied with my business dealings with the Mall and I am seriously doubting that I will return there due to my most rescent experience with the staff there, honestly. On my last visit to the Mall I was attempting to sell something from my collection of merchandise, but was told that the Mall had discontinued buying anything from there customers. So yes this issue upset me something terrible. So anyway I plan on trying to sell something at the mall again tomorrow, which is a vintage yellow brass picture frame and a all metal Vintage Tonka Front End Loader. So wish me luck and I sure hope everything works out tomorrow.
Loved the size of this place and the selection of items. Many vendors with a number of different antiques. Loved the intercom system to provide help opening cases on the other levels as this place is 5 stories. Im a huge fan of confusing up and down areas forcing me to look thru things more. As with many places military items were over priced and not unique which I was unhappy with. Wish there would have been a lot more sterling items as well. Overall however, a great place that I would return to work plenty of parking and plenty to see.
I came here the first year I moved to Columbus 2 years ago and was so impressed. I spent hours here just looking around trying to find the perfect piece for my new apartment and found an amazing lamp for only $5!! They have such nice things here and its like a treasure hunt honestly and I loved it! very quiet and peaceful as well.
I would highly recommend that if you are looking for antiques, you look elsewhere. I found the staff member working the desk to be pretty rude and pretty unhelpful. In a situation where she knew there was confusion, she made zero effort to clarify anything, and eventually raised her voice which is super unprofessional and super unhelpful in the moment. I honestly regret having spent any money here, and will never spend another penny here in the future. there are several really great antique stores in clintonville, Ive only ever had great experiences in those and the staff have always been helpful and friendly.
This is my favorite junk shop! I always find great stuff for my house, usable stuff for my hobbies! I always find good, working, vintage cameras here -- its my honey hole! I love it -- its giant, in a cool historic house (if you havent looked up the history of this house youre missing out), and there are so many nooks and crannies to find a treasure or two each time you go in. By far the best place to spend your time in Columbus if youre looking for antiques and cool junk! And its really close to a few nice bars and restaurants toward downtown!
Excellent antique mall! You can find thousands of unique pieces. Market pricing, but sometimes some booths will have sales. Weve picked up some glassware for less than what can be found online or other malls. Great atmosphere and layout. They do take cards with a $20 minimum, but they also take checks without.
This is one of my favorite antique stores in the city. There is a ton of merchandise crammed into every nook and cranny. Most items are priced reasonably. Plan on spending at least an hour browsing. The building itself is quite interesting as well. The staff is great and has been helpful with anything I have needed assistance with. I have also sold some items to the shop and feel I was given a fair price for my items. Definitely stop in if youre in the area.
This place is very big. If you find something you like take it because you may not be able to find your way back to it. The building is amazing. It is more authentic antiques than collectible antiques. Some vendors are priced high but, then there are affordable ones. I would recommend checking it out if you have the time.
Love this place! I have been sorting through items that belonged to my parents and grandparents and this dealer makes selling them easy! He is always interested in the items and often shares interesting facts about them. I feel good when I leave my items with him and the extra money is nice too!
You can get lost here! Just found it for the first time this spring and spent a good hour or more wandering through the antiques and reading about the history of the building which is really cool (pick up a copy for yourself at the desk). Not wheelchair friendly, lots of stairs and levels, but there are benches to sit which was nice. Ill definitely be back though!
Really cute antique shop with some really fabulous artifacts at amazing prices. You can get lost in this place. It is a treasure trove of antiques and some really unusual pieces. Staff were also very friendly. If your passing through the German village it is definitely worth a stop.
Hi guys Rambling Randy her I drove over to Ohio to Columbus to go to a different mall. It was a nice mall 3 stories lots of Antiques and collectibles. The staff are very kind and helpful. I think in the long term you will enjoy the mall and the people that work there. So get out and explore new places and new things. See you soon.
Place is gigantic! Was surprised how big it was once inside and how old the building is. They have all kinds of different stuff though. The prices could be better on some stuff but other stuff has decent prices. Its nice to go to even if you just wanna see some old stuff and look around.
Its always fun to go here. There are so many items! The Antique Mall is actually an enormous Victorian house; big enough to lose ones way and a very interesting building in itself. The people there are very warm and friendly and very helpful. Dont forget the attic as well, although the house is so full of odd turns and corners and stairways I never remember how I find my way all the way up to the attic. I imagine kids would love an eccentric place like this!
Just when you think youve found every room, on every floor, you find a whole other section to explore. They have reasonably priced memorabilia and antiques ranging from Fenton glassware, to books, posters, old tools, and the Pillsbury Dough Man. And more. Did I mention more?
Incredible place and a ton of collectibles at Greater Columbus Antique Mall!Visited this store out of curiousity and was not astounded. Remarkable store and unfathomable things. They bundles to explore and have remarkable blueprints. Heaps of collectibles at reasonable costs. The partner was even kind and fulfilling. I really regard that. The Greater Columbus Antique Mall is an amazing spot I will say it once more, 5 stars for the things and the staffs. Credit!
Unique experience as it is in an antique house but went on a hot day and dang was it hot in there made the whole experience almost unenjoyable. Dont even go in the attic, it was so unbearably hot I couldnt even breath.. but besides that it was a unique building and lots to explore with 4 different floors.
This antique store is in a beautiful old house that most likely dates back to 1900 or earlier. On the first floor you can see vestiges of how grand the house must have been at one time. Unfortunately, it doesnt have much in the way of actual antiques. There was very little that dated from 1940 or earlier. The house was filled with knick-knacks and flea market goods and more closely resembled a thrift store. Were glad that the house is still being used, but its a stretch to call it an antique mall.
Any one who knows anything about antiques would never go to this place and buy or espically sell anything. Went for appraisal on a couple things as never been before the guy there asked if I wanted to sell my stuff so I took it in to see what he was offering. Dude had no CLUE! HE took pics of my stuff never even took it out of plastic bubble wrap or bags and sent to another man?? Shady right?... Gets better... So then dude 1 has to explain every item to dude 2 on phone.. Because dude 2 has no clue either. Now Im talking 1934 King silvertone trombone ..yea... Fenton colbolt Blue candy dish with lid. Perfect condition. A vintage Swiss army officer knife. Nice right... A brownie Kodak camera from 1900s. 25 1861 black and white pics and 3 tin pics in original photo album... All my items was in perfect saleing condition and trust me as nice as anything these crooks was sailing. Then dude 2 has me get on phone and tries to tell me that every piece I brought in was just in there recently and pretty much tried to say they were stolen. We have been collecting vintage and antique and going to estate sales for years and the Minni silver spoon set and the Fenton items were all just bought at a sale prior to us going to this joke of a place. Im telling ya folks becareful with these people. Thinking that he gonna try to scare some one in selling him a lot.... Lot of vintage and antique items by accusing them of basically sstealing what we had because we had so many things at once.. Well Ive been picking and saleing for 16 years and I know my stuff. Im not 70 yr old con man who rips people off to have a house full of antiques but I put in hours on hours of research and work to be able to know what to buy to make money on. So Im saying do ur research before going some place and I mean ANY PLACE BUT HERE. OH YEA did I mention he offered less then $100 for everything when his dude wanted to buy it. I didnt ask to sell anything other then the pics. Id burn Evey item I have before Id sale this guy anything for twice what its worth. So that being said. If u do go here to sell anything just get a written estimate then contact me. Im sure Ill find some one to beat any offer with in what if fair for what you have. If Im looking I might buy it... SALERS BEWARE
All the reviews are right... you CAN get lost in this place. So much to look at! And the kicker?! When I asked about a particular product, the staff knew 3 options and their exact locations. (And gave me directions to navigate there the first time. Lol)Highly recommend making the trip to visit!

2022-04-03By far, one of the best and coolest antique stores Ive ever been too! I could spend an entire day here looking at stuff and probably still not see it all! Will definitely be making a trip back!

2021-12-27Wow, this is a WONDERLAND of antique and vintage everything. It offers 5 floors of products sourced from around 50 different vendors. There are so many twists and turns inside, I learned from the staff that people sometimes get lost inside. Thankfully, there are intercoms strategically placed on the walls of each level, which you can use to ask for help exiting or to have certain locked cabinets opened to inspect some valuables more closely. Staff is very cheery and happy to answer any questions you have. The store occasionally hosts special events, like their recent holiday raffle complete with cookies to entice customers.

2021-11-20This Antique Mall is much larger than it looks on the outside. It has plenty of unique items and treasures. I enjoyed seeing the viewfinders with picture discs and the antique dye displays.

2021-12-06One of the best in the city! Several floors of antiques, and something for almost anyone. High end, to best bargains, we always leave here with something.

2021-04-12Nice place. Other reviews mention that there arent any or there are very few antiques here. I disagree, it has a wide range of items old and more modern. I think some people dont realize that time moves on and an item from 1970, which was now 51 years ago, is an antique.Nonetheless this place is a giant maze with vendors tucked in to every corner. Some great prices in here too. Only saw a few things that were way overpriced. Also, the building itself is stunning and worth a visit just for the architecture.Staff was helpful and courteous.

2022-05-28This place is massive, its a lot bigger than I thought it was. It has such a huge variety of things. Found a cute VanityFair slip and had to buy it. Got very lucky that it even fit. Great place

2020-05-31This is a very nice antique mall, the building seemed to go on and on. There’s a first and second floor plus an attic and lower level. The lower level was by far the biggest part. The selection was also great especially compared to many rural antique stores and malls. Plenty of display cases and complete stalls. Prices also were fair. And there’s plenty of parking!

2022-03-30I really enjoyed looking around here. As other reviewers state theres several levels and each section belongs to different vendors so you will find a wide variety of things. I bought a pair of vintage barstools for me and my kids to use in the workshop. While I was there I had a minor cut and the staff helped me by showing me where I can clean up and provided a bandaid

2022-05-21I barely made it through the store without gagging. It smells like someone smokes cigars. So unless u don’t mind ur antiques smelling of cigar smoke, don’t shop here. 🤢
