I was looking for a used expeditor and I found Paul at this Freightliner. I now own three and I have never purchased from a dealership because of bad experiences. Paul was straight forward, honest and reliable during the process. Paul went above and beyond that was required of him. One example of his commitment to excellence was that my driver was able to get there on a Sunday and Paul came out give the driver the keys. Good guy and will be doing business with him again soon.
Paul Misch helped me drive out with a new Ford Escape. I’ve never owned a new car and shopping for one was overwhelming. Paul made the process easy. Signing the paperwork fast and he explained everything. I got a much better finance rate than expected. The car was ready to go when I arrived..thanks again!
Paul Misch was amazing in streamlining the process when i purchased my 2020 f150. i spent maybe 5 minutes in the dealership signing papers and i was gone. He gave me more than fair price on my trade, and found me exactly what i was looking for in a truck. Started talking with Paul Misch couple days ago about trading in my F150 for a newer model. Did not think I would drive out with a brand new 2020 F150 with all the accessories. What a nice truck. Called few other places to get oil change and see why my left headlight assembly stopped working everyone keeps telling me same thing, week waiting list to get seen. Its been the same answer 3 days in a row in different states. This place squeezed me in and got the problem fixed. Took few hours and I was on my way again. Saved me from getting ticketed and company score from dropping. Great customer service, nice and polite workers, even tho my Yorke almost gave some employees a heart attack, they where respectful. Professional job!!!
These guys were fast and efficient freaking awesome! Pat got me in and out with the help of his techs! My rig feels brands new on the road now! I will definitely recommend these guys!
Paul Misch did absolutely right by me when i needed to get a car. I had a situation where i was in desperate need of one and he spent weekend time and worked with me to get what i needed, and for a very good deal. I would by far recommend him to buy your cars and trucks from because I am very happy with my new 2020 Ford Fusion.
If anyone is in search of a used or new vehicle, please go see Paul Misch. I promise that he will take care of you and he will not rip you off like a lot of car salesmen out there do. He was able to get me out of my 2015 Dodge Ram with 90,000 miles on it that I was paying 25% interest on and getting screwed over by Fred Martin Superstore. Paul got me into a 2020 Ford F-150 with less than 3,000 miles on it and Im only paying 3% interest. Paul also helped my fiancee out of his 2012 Dodge Journey that had 140,000 miles on it and got him into a 2017 Ford Escape with only 26,000 miles on it and even lowered his interest rate from 13% to 4.5%. Ive known Paul Misch for over five years now and I will only be going to him whenever Im looking to purchase my next vehicle.

Very professional and courteous. Super friendly didnt take long to start servicing us and they have a drivers lounge with comfortable seats (massages, reclining, etc.) they brew coffee. I mean they go above here. One of my preferred shops to work with.

I run a small truck company. Valley Freightliner in Akron has been wonderful to work with both for the purchase of a truck and their service department. We plan to use them exclusively to service and repair our vehicle. Pata Joe are knowledgeable and helpful answering the most basic questions. They seem truely invested in making each truck owner more savvy and knowledgeable about the truck.

Great place ! Great people ! Nice comfortable chairs outside to sit in and also inside . Got me a back massage in the chair while waiting . The man named Pat stayed two hours late to help us with out check issue and was extremely helpful ! Thanks for all the help I wish all truck centers were like this one !!

2022-01-27By far one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. Unbeatable service, and a great staff. Although they were booked up and busy, they made time to fit me into their schedule when the other five dealers I called wouldnt. Special mention to the service manager Pat, and the tech Jacob who both went out of their way to make sure my truck was looked after. I highly recommend this place.

2022-02-18Its completely refreshing to call into a parts department and speak with someone that absolutely values my time and money. I was looking for an expensive part for my truck that no one has. Not only did Bryan work hard to locate one, he found an aftermarket and saved our company big time. I remember him from a competitive company. Kudos to Akron Freightliner for bringing this man to our backyard. Look forward to doing more business here!

2022-06-26The best freightliner place around for parts and the ones in the parts department for price and the attitude of the ones in the parts department. I buy a lot of parts and met Jerry. His attitude and knowledge and professionalism and hometown attitude was great wont go anywhere else for my freightliner parts. I own my own business repair and also. A owner operator as well saved me 100 dollars. On 2 hoses. And I recommend to all.

2022-06-22I live in Parma heights but I Prefer to drive 45mi for oil change or for any Maintenance issues in my truck .They have best customer service , prices kind of fairI highly recommend this shop .

2020-07-31Brought truck for A/C diagnostic and repair Friday 06-19-2020(a/c works on and off)told them dont want spend to much money on it. Monday morning they called me and asked for two more extra hours to look into it I thougt they look only one hour and thats why they ask for 2 more extra hours and I say ok. Monday about 4:30 PM they call me and they said they didnt fix it yet but would continue tomorrow. Told them thats it put everything back together and Ill be there tomorrow morning to pick up my truck thats when the guy name ken said they had about 9 hours in labor(which is a lie)thanks to ELD you can see when they move truck which was about 10 AM Monday mourning and their closing time is 5 PM. Tuesday morning after i paid my bill and getting ready to leave CEL came on with 3 different codes I let Manager know about this and he said they would look into it and fix it. Wednesday morning Manager called me and ask me to come to shop to show me something. After I arrived he showed me truck on one side and my hood on the other side. After I asked what happen he said it happens(they broke my hood) and blamed it was broken before(after my truck sit in their shop for 4 days opening and closing hood for few days). He said if I buy hood somewhere else he will put on for free and handle me bill for CEL codes I asked what is this he said it is for fixing the CEL codes. Paid about $1000 for their mistakes and out of work ever since. After I pick up truck went back twice to fix engine fan(runs all time)and engine brakes left truck till next day they did fix it this time at no charge. I replaced hood somewhere else for $1800 hundred. STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
