Placed an order online for will call, was given a discount over the phone even though i didnt have an account. Employees were very helpful on picking the order up after the normal business hours

Worst Graybar I was ever in by far Totally incompetent staff who ignore you if you aint one of their regulars who they BS with the entire time. I left without getting what I came for Dont go if you dont have to
