Prices were high the lines was long only one cashier open
I Love Gordons!!! I can get a lot in a bulkish way and not pay for a membership. The staff is super friendly and the store stays clean and stocked. If you have a family of 4 or more or are throwing a gathering, its a great go to.
The store is nice and clean and friendly but I really dont see what is the point of it even existing I walked in I was disappointed its just a big space of nothing no baby diapers I just couldnt believe it no cigarettes no beer I like the prices on the potato chips because its a big bag but I wont return oh I also like that I saw a vegan morning Star food lot a lot but some

I placed my order online yesterday for pickup this morning and they brought it out to my car right away. Plus, while I placed the online order, I was able to see if the items I wanted were in stock. They had everything I needed. Ill add them to my placed to do more online shopping on the future
Had to call twice, first time placed on hold for 13 minutes waiting to place my order , then I had to call and u explained to the person who answered my second phone call and yet she put me on hold for over 15 minutes this time . So I decided to call other vendor and I took my business somewhere else..

I have been shopping here for years now. I have a BJS account & I still find myself back @ Gordon. The customer service is usually good and never had to wait in a super long line. As long as they are open, I will continue to give them my business.

This store is always out of product. The last time that I was in there..it smelled like something was spoiled or had died in the lobby where the carts are. A complete turn off!
We are restaurant owners, and have ordered hundreds of product from this particular location over the years. Last week, my teen daughter went inside to shop and when she returned she talked to me about her salesclerk Jeff. She explained how she does not remember ever receiving treatment as kind as she did from Jeff. I just want to say thank you to Jeff, we really appreciate your hospitality.
Wont be a next time..freezer department for meats wasnt stocked....its really nothing to much there .bj and Costco is much better..and some single items wer over priced..like the miracle whip for example would be cheaper at Walmart same oz... cereal Samething..its good for.. grabbing a few things for your cookout but ..stocking up at home and tryn to save money while doing so. this place isnt it...

The stocker in the aisles was extremely helpful and asked if I was finding everything okay. He also jumped on a register to help as soon as the cashier needed help. I wish I had gotten his name for you guys.

I was visiting the Cleveland Heights Library.I decided to quickly cross the street to shop at this store for the first time to pickup a.few items.To my surprise the prices/ quantity price ratio were amazing.The store was not crowded.The staff were professional ,prompt and friendly. The store was clean and very organized.Cant wait to go back and take to shop and compare prices with my favorite stores..prices.It was almost two momths ago and no one has beat the prices for the items I purchased.tio were great

First time here and although I was only there to pick up my package from the Amazon Locker, the store looked to be very nice and clean, may do some shopping next time I come.
They have a lot of what you need for parties catering and I use stuff from there in my restaurant for cleaning and some food items if I run out and my next delivery is a couple of days out. Some things I was buying seem to be out lately or maybe they dont carry it anymore Ill have to check but over all it is a very handy place for regular stuff, but they have specialty things that can really pull an event together or just give your family a nice treat for that nights dinner, or picnic, or pretty much any meal.

Like a Costco but without the membership fees. Gordon Food Service is my go-to place for buying produce, spices, dairy, and canned and frozen foods (the pieroges arent half bad!). Prices are always reasonable and oftentimes a better deal than youd find at a supermarket.
Great place to get bulk items only, prices for regular grocery store items were way over priced! Though I like the GFS on the West Side of Cleveland much better as there are more products there.
I come here sometimes to get stuff for the holidays and for occasional things. I don’t come here too often but I’ve been going here for about six years since it first opened. I never had a problem here and I recommend buying their pies.

2022-06-27Prices very reasonable! Bought hamburgers Angus beef hotdogs and mixed frozen fruit for the holiday and only spent $65.! I love that store! Prices beat BJs and Sams club! Place to go for all your holiday and party needs!!!!!

2022-02-13Getting eggs and bacon in bulk is one of the main reasons I come here. There are a few other things that are very efficient to buy in bulk here, but other things not do much. I do want to try BJs/Costco to see how it compares sometime.

2022-04-23I went to order peanut butter and jelly bars and learned that during the pandemic the manufacture closed! I did manage to find other items to purchase. Service was great. I plan to shop there again.

2019-03-20They have decent prices. The bag of wing dings is a little expensive though, $18. Admittedly, they are some of the best tasting wings ever!! Their potato salad is addictive. They even sell products besides food like napkins, plastic utensils, etc. They are convenient but expensive. Its $6.49 for 150 plastic forks. Go to Dollar Tree instead. You can get about the same number of forks for only $3!!
