Their hours are all over the place. They keep closing earlier than the time they say they are open. There is no way to contact them. Frustrating so Im just gonna go to a different one from now on.
Wonderful service! Everyone is always very helpful, and very professional.
None of the services are performed by them. I just drive thru the car wash then vacuum my car when I am out. There was no offer to do any service for me.
This franchise is hit or miss with their services. Some have watered down soap, some weak vacuum suction, lazy people on the initial grill cleaning. This location was great on all 3 sections.

Purchased a program I did not want. All I wanted was a super car wash and got into a reoccurring program and I did not realize it until I started reading the fine print. Now I have got to cancel this monthly fee for car washes. Was not explained to me.
The staff was very nice!
This place saves my life. About once every other week, I drive through and pay the $8 for the car wash. Its so worth it. After the the car wash, there are free vacuums. The place stays busy, but there hardly ever seems to be much of a line. If there is a long line, skip it, you will save yourself a lot of frustration. They dont handle a lot of traffic well. Otherwise, its great.
The dryers used to do a better job
Pricey service but nice to be able to drive in and get your vehicle washed and waxed multiple times in a month. Car looks great afterwards
Great employees good car wash vacuums need to be checked more often. Last two visits the vacuum was clogged and could not be used

They did a great job cleaning my car, especially getting the bugs off the windshield.

2022-05-24After being a loyal customer for 2 1/2 years I had an incident happen on my two month old 2019 Ford fusion titanium model hybrid, I went in and spoke to the manager, he openly admitted that the wash did the damage have video evidence - I was told to email gentleman by the name of Phil wise at the corporate office, I emailed him 4-5 times, Forwarding the original email in the new email, he never replied - called the corporate office to speak to him personally the incident report never existed, those wheels are $1100 apiece new from Ford, they didnt care so much that they did not show up to the court hearing today when I took them to court and WON a judgment against them - they never even bothered to show up!!!! Seriously ?!?! thats right I WON ! Now time to collect the 5k from you clowns - that will be interesting

2022-05-10The excellent service at this location keeps me coming back. They pay attention to detail. There are usually two people helping rinse your vehicle before going through the wash. When they arent busy you will find employees sweeping up trash in the parking lot or repairing and rehanging hoses so they look neat. The area is always clean and the customer service is excellent. Any time I have had a question they have been happy to answer and help. Thank you for continued great service!!

2022-06-19I really like this newer car wash experience. There are two automated pay systems upon entry, you pull up, shift into neutral, and the rest is up to the wash! There are a variety of wash options to be chosen and then the machine does the rest. As a bonus, you have a very large and accommodating area to park your car and use very powerful vacuums to clean the inside for free. This car wash is not a good option for any truck that has a cap that extends beyond seven feet.

2022-04-28This place used to be great, they would wash all the car windows, doors and hood and back manually then send it through the car wash. They do only the windows now. There was bug juice all over the front of my car after the wash! Find some place else if you want a clean car!

2022-06-14The place isn’t that bad, basic was is worth what you pay for, the other washes on the other hand need price adjustments for what they are supposed to actually do. The location is decent for the area, I did have problems with the vacuum’s but so did everyone else, they had called the maintenance person to fix the issue in a timely manner just not while I was there.

2022-08-04Absolutely horrible. This place has been falling apart. They perform zero maintenance and I’m paying for features that no longer work.Numerous emails with pictures and videos documenting how broken everything is have been sent to corporate with no response.Going to cancel my monthly membership.

2022-07-07I enjoy using Goo Goo but wish there was a way to have have tire shine turn off with the speed pass. It leaves black streaks on my rims and bottom of the car.

2022-06-08Do not go here and certainly do not buy a membership here. They close at random hours of the day. Today they shut off the vacuums while I was using them. This place won’t last long.
