Called ahead the day before and was told they look at vehicles on first come first serve basis. All it needed was an inspection. Took it a 8 this morning and was second in line. Gave the guy my info told him I’d wait. 2 hours later I asked for them to give me an estimate as to how much longer it was gonna be. Was told they only had one tech working when there were 5 techs in the Bay Area. Sitting and talking on their cell phones. And that it wouldn’t be until tomorrow. One 30 min job second customer in line on a first come basis.

I want to thank that nice lady in customer service at 8:15 AM central time on 10/8/2021for helping me get my Goodyear $50 debit rebate card re-issued due to a snafu caused by me. Goodyear is a great company that has GREAT, HELPFUL people working in customer service. Thank-you, lady.

I went to the location to drop my vehicle off for an oil change. As I walked into the location without a mask, the young man behind the counter as that I wear one. I explained to him that I have a doctors note and could not wear a mask. I asked him if he wanted to see the note. He told me he did not care about the note and that I needed to leave the store. I began to question him, but he still insisted that I leave the store or put the mask on. As I put the mask on I noticed that the entire staff was not wearing a mask while working. I understand the importance of a mask, but due to my disability I was treated unfairly.

My son hand some work done to his car he had a tune to be done to his 2009 Hyn Genesis and they messed the car up they put the wrong spark plugs in the car along with the coil pack and they have not fixed he has taken it to the dealer they run 2 diagnostic test on the car both of the test came back that the spark plugs was wrong that was put in the car he has went back to the good year on williamsburg rd in Richmond and has asked him to fix it they Nobody has contacted him back or are taking care of the car. This is not good business.I have been in touch with the claim department. It has been a nother month and no one has been to fix or even to check. I was told would get back with me and have not. This is very bad business and I have been waiting a while for this to be resolved.

I attempted to get a tire recommendation from an online chat offered on the companies tire website. I have a slightly modified tire size. The companies website offers 2 or 3 tires in my size, speed rating and load rating. However the online chat was unable to provide me with any help. I was informed to take my truck to a dealer and have it inspected before they would offer me a tire model. This seems unreasonable. I assume this is because the chat representative did not have personal knowledge of tires, rather navigated the same website I was already on, entering my vehicle info. It seems that Goodyear would benefit more from a hyperlink to tire rack rather than attempting to help customers directly.

I thought this was an outstanding company. Not true at all. Hidden charges were billed as a commercial customer. No mention of those charges anywhere. The commercial dealers have no idea what the prices are when you are on a national account, but they can add items on to a bill that a company will get charged for later. Our company used to use Loves for tires and retreads and now we are going back to Loves. Very unfortunate really. Even the national account manager for Goodyear doesnt care either. FYI. However, if these practices work for you as a commercial trucking carrier, then more power to you. We do not like surprises and then when you call the companys attention to it, the company gives you excuses. No thank you. Peace-Out

HORRIBLE !!. PENDING... .. I will see if corporate makes it right... Aj The manager at the Canton shop off of Frank and Portage accused us of lying. Put tires on REALLY bent rims to where you could visibly see the wobble... Showed me the footage of it but would not give me the footage later stating it was Goodyears property... I could visibly see the shake in the tire hence why we had a horific 1000 mile trip... My poor husband all he wanted was to have a new tires and safety for our trip... They fixed it and paid for the rims...

Very imposing building, with a cool bridge and sign. I even got to see the Goodyear blimp flying in when I arrived. But theres no obvious visitors parking lot. Which was a bit confusing, I had to drive past and turn around eventually parking on the street.

The Goodyear building has an interesting architecture and great security. The parking garage was spacious and easy to navigate, as was the dedicated crosswalk to get to the main entrance. Inside the door I was greeted by the fresh smell of Starbucks being prepared at the counter to the right, and a well staffed security station to the left. Beyond that, well its all a mystery....
