Decent selection. You have to sift through it to find the gems, but we came out with several great items for very cheap. The staff was also very friendly and helpful
This place was plentiful in almost whatever your thrifty heart desires(with an open mind and accepting heart). Was actually almost impressed by the diversity of selection of clothing, furniture, and houseware stuff they had for such a small store. Prices were very good and VERY affordable. Given all that good stuff it is however disorganized or messy in some parts this is to be anticipated though. Great experience and will come back again!
I’m obsessed with this store. I get so many A++ nice things here. The clientele is sketchy sometimes and it isn’t the cleanest or most organized, but like—new with tags Madewell, Rothy’s handbag, Oscar De La Renta, Betsey Johnson, Michael Kors, Patagonia—can’t argue with it! But please don’t come here bc it is my fav store lol

The restroom was a nightmare. I thought the Kroger restrooms were horrible.

You could get some good deals but you sure have to hunt for them. The clothes were really packed together on the racks.
Just not the best Goodwill. I did see some good items, but there is a ton of broken furniture and unusable items which need to be cleared out. The back of the store is really hard to navigate with people coming out of the back room and the books being there. Theyre just want enough to make it work the trip for me and it read the first Goodwill that didnt ask me to round up and they seemed a little astonished that I would ask to.
We went to have a mat cut for an odd sized piece of art. The frame had been bought second hand at a thrift store and so we brought both pieces in for the mat to be measured and cut. We received incredible service and the staff was all incredibly friendly. The job was done well and quickly. I can not recommend them enough!

It was clean, brightly lit. There are fitting rooms. They have a lot of cool things, a good book selection, lots of home goods. And the prices are great. This is the only Good Will Ive been to where everything in a category is one set price, which I love. Womens shoes: $3.99, dresses: $4.99, ect. You dont have to worry if the thing you love is going to be more expensive than the rest of the rack.Also the employees were super helpful. One came to unlock the fitting room for me, one helped me with the prices on books, and the cashier was very nice and lowered the price on a jacket, which had been misshelved. Didnt give me a hard time about it, just fixed it. And he technically didnt have to, so it was really nice of him.Highly recommend this location.
I typically find good stuff at this location. However, their pricing strategy makes zero sense and its hard going through racks because they cram way too much on one rack. However, their employees are SO nice and professional, and could do way better.
Overall Ill say its a better place than rag-o-rama. Cheaper, more things. It take some time but possible to find some really good deal. Especially appreciate the cook tools region, quite a lot of things in good condition and low price, saved me tones.
Awful. Nothing is clean or organized. Clothing sizes are all mixed together . I wont be back. The one nice thing was the young man at the counter was nice and Friendly.
Will himself was here, and he was not good. in fact you could call him bad will. he publicly embarassed me by yanking my jorts down and yelling look everyone this man has a thong on. my choice of undergarment is none of bad wills concern. 1/5
Kitchen, houseware, decor, and furniture are way Over priced at this location. Also very jumbled disorganized displays. Clothing is priced the same as in other stores and well organized.Staff are not friendly or helpful.
Its a pretty small store and mostly clothes. The book section used to be bigger but they cut it back. Anything they think is decent they put in the silent auction so youre less likely to get lucky with a good score at this goodwill. Friendly staff and okay pricing.
Found a few gems on an early morning outing.
Just your average thrift store. Good prices, but I wish clothes were sorted more accurately for sizes and its a bit disorganized. For example, hats and scarves are kept in like three different places and there are like six or seven small racks and bins for purses and wallets. Decent selection of furniture and housewares though.
It smells old. Its clean as far as no clutter in the aisles and items are in correct areas. Staff is friendly. Parking is a nightmare.
Last few times Ive come in and havent found anything my size. Im big n tall. But overall store is decent and employees are nice
Friendly staff. Inventory is always odd because of its proximity to campus. Usually has some cheap furniture for dorm/apartments. Always has a large collection of OSU sport, university, and college wear.
I keep getting disappointed by this store every time i come in. messy store with SOME rude employees. i will echo what someone else said, that their pricing makes no sense. they price salt and pepper sets as individual pieces. really?? and too high, seeing that you have to buy both pieces.my last visit i looked at an item on a cart that contained items being set out on the shelves. an employee was clearly not enjoying herself, huffing and mumbling under her breath, slamming things onto shelves and snatching up other items like they didnt belong. (as if it matters....this store is always a MESS). she goes to chat with another employee and they both have comments about putting police tape around the cart. i have asked permission before and it has never been a problem....hey JERKS, i thought the point was to sell stuff. i almost called her out on it. both of them. miserable and ungrateful....i guess i will start donating things elsewhere. this was usually my drop-off spot....and i donate a lot.
The employee made me take my hangers off my clothes and put them away on the rack at check out for her….. weird
Was so glad I went in to Goodwill. I ran across China that my grandmother had given me and the box was dropped and they were destroyed.winning Goodwill just luck and there was the gravy boat to saucers the creamer in the sugar sitting on the shelf I was so amazed and so blessed to have found it there. Now I have a piece of my grandmother with me thanks to
Ive been to all the Goodwill stores in and around Columbus and I will say that this one, while not the biggest, has the best selection. Each shelf is packed with treasures. love the staff!
Very nice workers, easy to find sections. Always make some good finds. Not my favorite kids clothes find since the sizes arent in order and go from such a huge range.
Store is clean and well organized. They have a little of everything. Bought a barely used keurig coffee machine for $6.99 and it works perfectly. They have a lot of new halloween costumes and decor as well.
Used to be a five star for me now it is SHADY and SCAM on multiple levels. Most people are already aware of the not really a legit charity but a complete for profit pay our upper management millions a year issues with Goodwill but my latest visits have been shocking. I found a 3 piece computer speaker system THAT ALL 3 PIECES & CABLES WERE BUNDLED AND TAPED TOGETHER. On each of the left and right speaker that said $2.99. THESE SPEAKERS WILL ONLY WORK AS A SET AND NOT BY THEMSELVES IN ANY SITUATION! After u tested them I went to check out. The clerk started ringing up 2.99 , 2.99, and then stopped and said Theres no price on the 3rd speaker I asked wait, what your charging for EACH PIECE?? After he said it was a dumb idea as even he knew they only worked as a set, were priced as a set, and he called for help. In comes the rudest lady I have ever met at Goodwill. She snatches them up, and leaves, I wait for several other customers, wait 10 more minutes, where she comes back starts ringing up another person and throws out We had to test them and its $19.99 for all of it . Even the other clerk looked shocked. I had so much on my mind that day, was already late, and was so floored by this I didnt stay to hash it out as I should. I am now contacting upper management at Goodwill, the BBB, and more as this was the SECOND TIME THEY HAD DONE THIS IN TWO VISITS! This is a case of someone priced something without testing it, they saw someone wanted it and hooked it up already to test it, so they changed the price AT THE CHECKOUT to a RIDICULOUSLY high price to either gouge customers OR to get it for themselves which regardless of their policy happens as I have seen / heard this happen as well. Such a shame as I used to shop & recommend various Goodwills so much. Not enough room here to touch on other issues such as their help your communitydonate your PC here and forget to mention they ship them ALL away from the county for online resale or for sale in other locations at crazy prices. When there are dozens of poor families within blocks of the store in need of cheap PCs.

Fun place, interesting selection. My friend is a thrifter I am not... yet I usually always buy something whenever I get dragged along for the ride. Very nice people and a place I have recommended others go visit if their in a pinch.Again Ill say Im not a thrifter but I almost always buy something when I visit.
Great place for occasional finding of cheap furniture! The electronic area you can find nice dvd players ,radios, clocks, and carmeras ! Some great Stereo equipment, but forget about the shoes/cloths; unless your a hippie! Go for it! I personally found nothing in the shoe/clothing area that has, never appealed to my taste or like!. Oh! Yes of course; if you purchase something that is broke or doesnt fit or you go home with your dvd movie or cd music folder... Only to find out its not inside when you get home! Forget it! This store will show you no mercy to either exchange your purchased item, because it was broke or dvd or cd was missing when you got home! Nor will they even return your money! They dont really care to being honest! Tough luck! Its against company rules, period! Kinda suckie, way to run a business! Be Very Careful at this Store! Half of all items electrically dont work! ( Plug -In everything you think you like to purchase 1st! ) Test it or you will be very sorry!
The selection of items here is terrible. In addition to that, on a stop through on my way home from OSU, an older woman sales clerk asked me if I would like her to keep my backpack behind the counter. After pausing to think about how to handle being negatively profiled by her, I told her that I promised I wouldnt steal anything. She said it was their policy to keep all bags behind the counter, so I told her I was sorry and that I wouldnt be shopping there anymore.
They were okay, but they did act a little funny with us(black people) they took it as an insult that we check there furniture for bedbugs and roaches and I am sorry if I buy any furniture even brand new furniture I am checking for bedbugs and roaches on everything. I wouldnt wish my worse enemy to live with bedbugs or roaches.
Good place to donate gently used items. When in a pinch to find something you need they have a decent selection for inexpensive prices as well. Often I visit to purchase a specific outfit item (specific color shirt/pants) and then donate it back later.
Prices were really high. There were a few items that actually had the original buying price for the item brand new and they had it marked higher by $2 and $3. I mentioned it to one of the workers and she just shrugged her shoulders and went about putting dishes on shelves (which were outrageously priced too). I go to any thrift store I come across and usually they have thrifty prices. :( not impressed with this store:(
Loved this thrift store. It had great items in good shape. Only problem is you have to find someone who can let yoybin a restroom as they are locked. I am assuming they have had issues with them and monitor their use.

Ive gotten some cool pieces of clothing from this Goodwill. Being very close to campus they do have plenty of OSU stuff and other clothing donated by college kids. Pretty well kept and organized for a Goodwill, but not the best Ive seen.
The prices are astronomical. Most the items are chipped, cracked, and/arebroken. The shelves are overcrowded that when you reach for something items fall over and on the floor. I realize its a thrift store but please a bit of organization goes far and looks very clean.
This is one of the better thrift stores around the OSU campus area. Clean, very tidy, and a good selection of Mens and Womens clothing. Mens clothing is of higher quality. It appears they sort out the better items to sell. There are botique sections in each of the shirts/pants/jackets/etc. that are more fashion oriented and better condition. They have a ton of clothing accessories too.Housewares, furniture, and other items look pretty much brand new most times. They apparently get a lot of salvage items and such, so a lot of it IS new.There is a special weekly auction section where you can bid on collectables and rarities. My last visit showcased an original PS1 with 20 games, a paintball set, and other things of that nature.Definitely check it out. I usually dont walk out without something nice, cheap, or both.
Shop clerks are generally decent people just doing their job. They do have to watch the customers, which I was a bit shifty about at first, but they watch everyone, and I realised why when two people started yelling at each other. They do have to keep all bags above a certain size behind their counter, its a policy Ive run into in other states Goodwill stores. Their quality of clothing is better than American Apparel, the other thrift store in Columbus with the same price range. Ive met one rude clerk once in the several times Ive been there, and the other clerk apologised to me. Smallish store but decent selection. Would recommend for those needing clothes who cant afford Rag-o-Rama (more expensive thrift store) or new clothing type prices. Im only after clothing when there so cant comment on the rest.

Its not that I dislike this place persay its like they dont have that much selection. Everything is getting too expensive also. A pair of used jeans is 8 bucks and I can buy new ones at Walmart for a dollar or two more ( new?). Thrift shopping is too commercialized in Columbus now, dont like it anymore...Now its about gouging people out of money
I always find good stuff here for decent prices. I feel like every thrift store is a little too pricey but thats just me. The workers are nice people.

Theres nothing that stands out about this Goodwill in particular, but if youre looking for cheap clothing options its a good option. It also is a very convenient place close to campus to get Halloween props and other related items!

Your average Goodwill. You never know what you will find. Prices are decent and selection varies of course. The store is pretty organized as well.
I left my wallet by accident in the store with my donation box. Called in the next day for lost and found, went to pick up my wallet, and a $300 Tjmaxx giftcard was missing from my wallet. I called in again after I found it and I think its horribly wrong for anything like this to happen to anyone. This is def my worst goodwill experience, and I will STOP any donaton or purchase at this location. For the horrible human being that stole my gift card, i wish you stick with your minimum wage job for the rest of your miserable life.
What give 1/2 a star if possible. Cashier was so rude, didnt want to let me speak to a manager. Then said, just take what you want and walked away from the register! Today was my first and last day going in that location!
Misy be under new management used to be one of the best, was not so impressive recently. Also used to,do a huge Halloween section each year for costumes, only a couple items this year
Needed a new floor lamp and as the little voice of God said its there, sure enough it was there and a new lamp shade.

Do not buy any furniture from here! I bought a couch and it was infested with fleas. It ended up loosing money from having to restore my apartment and find another couch elsewhere. It was infested even thought it was marked as sanitized only two days previous to purchase.

2022-04-20They need improvement in cleanliness , more friendly staff and curb inappropriate behaviors from public and employees. I rarely shop here anymore . I’m hoping for better management , it could be better. I think having air condition working with working bathrooms would help as well. it’s very hot inside in summer. Recently, I stopped by 3 weeks ago it was worse every single wall in women’s restroom had gang words graffiti even on the mirror.

2022-03-29Today I went into the thrift store it was decent however I think some people might take advantage of this thrift store. Because of how it is run and by who works there. It is not a lot of staff members There to help the workers that might have a disability. Instead of taking advantage of the people that work there. Guide them on how to do it the right. way.

2022-03-20Called back after my 80 year old grandma seen a table to confirm it was still at the location before I drove the 20+ mins to the store I asked the person who answered was the table still in front he said hold on let go check after 20+ mins on hold I hung up I was tryin to spend money to help keep this store that is obviously lacking something open I’m done shopping an allowing my grandma to shop here we can go the the big box stores

2021-12-16This is the worst goodwill I’ve been to in terms of organization and cleanliness.The sizes are barely sorted. The labeling isn’t clear. And the racks are so stuffed you can’t see any of the clothing.People give it a high rating because they can find some quality items. But that really shouldn’t be part of the rating, it’s just a result of it being in an expensive area. They don’t choose what people donate.

2022-01-21Great service here fabulous discounts and ample opportunities to find nostalgia from back when gasoline was a nickel and a dance a dime. Archeological artifacts can be found here to understand the mystery of DVDS... WHO are they , where did they go, how do they work. Maybe, just maybe, you might find a floppy disk with an explanation for the roles Nicholss Cage accepts and a code map to the Hidden National Treasure of Columbus America!!!

2021-11-28The store could be organized a little bit better. Some racks were so packed that you could barely look at the clothes, while others were not even full. I found great designer pieces here though! Great finds here!!

2021-09-19This place has a wide selection of stuff, but nothing ever really catches my eye. Additionally, the racks are extremely unorganized, and it is difficult to find what you are looking for. The staff here also seemed to treat everything as an inconvenience. The cashier just tossed my one purchase around the counter. It was like she didnt care.
