I found some really nice clothes there they looked beans new
I feel my visit every week the store has been very unorganized mismanaged in over price on the items. I feel management can do better with the pricing consider that the items are donated and we as Patriots are patronizing the business. I have went to the store in Garfield Turney shopping center in the price on a lot of the glasses and kitchen items have been much lower versus going to the Lee Harvard Goodwill in its the prices are overpriced.
Very disorganized. Clothes of all sizes were in all different racks. The fitting rooms were all a mess, hangers all over the floor and leftover clothes everywhere. The staff was friendly from what I saw. But even the racks of knick knacks were very disorganized. So they could definitely use some orginization but other than that it wasnt bad.
Its a nice goodwill thats quite spacious. My only complaints though are the selectin of plus clothing and the overall organization of some of the aisle. The clothing section is quite neat and the clothes seem to be in the right section, but the wood and books section is all over the place with things just placed about willy nilly. The workers are friendly though and the store is mainly clean.
Great customer service and clean store. There weren’t clothes on the ground or a bunch of clothes hanging halfway off their hanger. My only hang up are these prices. Charging $8 for shoes that were originally $10 that were donated? How? Those shoes were on clearance at that same store once upon a time brand new. You would save on efficiency if you priced everything at a baseline like other Goodwills do and only upmarked brand new items slightly. Just because something is new with tags doesn’t mean it’s worth a lot of money.
This goodwill has a variety of clothes and stuffs with vary conditions. Love to go there to check out some clothes for reselling. Nice and friendly staffs there.
Dont shop as often as I used to at this location customer service is everything and they have a rude manager named keyana very nasty attitude to be in a higher position and she stops for herself on the clock so I find myself going to spend elsewhere
The staff at Goodwill is very professional the stores nice clean and organized and its a good place to shop and I recommend it to all of my friends and family
It was ok. I like Garfield heights. But I would shop more there also
I really enjoyed my visit. I was just informed of the new policies on the colors. And was hard to really get a deal but as always I can find exactly what I need!!

Nice Staff. Way over priced! You could go to Walmart and purchase New for the price theyre asking for used. No wonder they have little foot traffic! 😟

I hate this Goodwill. They are overpriced. Housewares are always a mess. Then I see employees throw items in trash if they dont sell. Thats just sad.

2020-09-13From Old School brand names that are in great condition all the weight to todays newest styles and names available at a fraction of the cost at this wonderful Goodwill available for all ages and walks of life there is something here for you youve got to check out this Goodwill it is perfectly located on Lee and Harvard in Cleveland Ohio!In general all Goodwill stores usually have a lot to offer from todays fashion styles all the way to the Retro days this some of us were not lucky enough to experience as we were born long after these times of past but this particular Goodwill its special let me tell you its a must-see almost like a mind-blowing experience with all they have to offer a definite Class Act check it out for me everybody and tell them Dickey Holden sent you!

2021-11-05First of all Ive always loved goodwill stores. Me and my wife donate allot of clothes and some furniture school clothes still with tags on them. I have no problem with the store or its items. The employees seems to have down and sluggish attitudes,every time we go. And it kind of takes away from all the good your stores dose for the community. We truly love 💘 going there. Ty kindly for listening and please stay safe

2021-03-20The store staff is always very helpful to customers as well as to each other at Lee-Harvard. They seem to work as a great team and keep the store nice. We love to stop in and browse this one. Last time we had quite a few items that took a long time to ring up, then the register crashed. I had to run and come back with cash from the bank, but the store asst manager was super gracious about it and helpful with her associate. The register tested their patience and I know how that can be. She was very appreciative that I was able to come back with cash while credit card processing was being a pain for them. Thank you for always giving out the kindness when we stop in! See you soon!

2021-04-03Ill never go to this goodwill again. The cashier had an attitude and we were charged for an extra bag which is stupid. They stuffed all our items in one bag and we couldnt get an extra without having to pay even after all the money we spent. Their prices are also ridiculously high. Youre better off buying brand new. Its like youre not even at a thrift store.

2021-02-25Had to use bathroom. Was told no public restrooms by staff after l had completed my purchases. Had been there a month earlier restrooms were open. I feel this is a terrible policy. Should be changed. Also posted somewhere at stores entrance so customers can decide whether to shop there.l want shop there anymore.
