Very organized and super friendly! My only complaint is some prices were a little expensive but the special colors of the week make it worth your while.. I got an coat that was brand new with tag still attached, for only $1.50! Super save and nice deals.. staff is super friendly... Love it!
Prices have increased in clothing little on high side for being second hand. If looking for house items chances are high. Alot of nick nacks and big on holiday stuff with not so bad prices
This goodwill is probably the smallest one Ive ever seen. Its so tiny and tucked away, we almost missed it. Being in a nicer area and coming out of Cleveland, I kind of expected it to be more expansive. The one in Bloomington, IL was much bigger and therefore had more stock, and more interesting clothes. I felt like most of the apparel here was not for people in my age group, but much older. It was kinda boring in that sense. Probably wont be making many special trips to this one, since it was a bit of a drive out to come and check it out, but its gonna be kept in my mind. After all, there were some good deals, and I did get a really cute dress today for cheap.Not the worst, but not the best either.
They jacked the prices up on all the free stuff they get like its a tj maxx....or marshalls..ceo thirsty
I was widowed 7 yrs ago and a professional for over 50 yrs and recently retired, remarried and sold my house and moved into my husbands home. I am more than happy to give. I started by donating at least 8 boxes of books, I pulled up to the door, the black young gentleman at the door took out the SMALLEST box from my car and used it to block open the door, stood at the door and WATCHED me unload and place all the boxes inside myself, with his hands in his pockets, no explanation (perhaps he was handicapped?? it was not obvious, nor did he even offer or explain: I have a bad back etc) I certainly would have understood that... None of the boxes were oversized or overweight. I have a bad back, I unloaded everything myself? I have alot more to donate. I have all my professional clothes, but if I have to do everything myself, I might as well contact a group that will come and pick up from me
The manager is rude and racist. I bought a dresser, and when I went to pick it up it was gone. She sold it to the white lady who wanted it when I bought it. It matched her furniture. I asked her how could you sale something thats already been sold? She was very disrespectful.
Store stays junky, the floors needs mopping, cant find much, prices be more than what the donation be priced, some items dont be priced some employees has not so nice attitudes
The store is small HOWEVER they pack lots of great bargains in there! Clothes, furniture, new items, electronics, etc. Worth checking out!
This is a smaller store. The amount of inventory and choices is limited as a result. Cleanliness and friendliness are not influenced by its size. I found the usual items on the shelf ranging from the unusual to the rare finds.
Not good. When we walked the black girl just gave us a dirty look and didnt even say hi. The clothes are not in good conditions like other goodwills. This goodwill and the one from Loraine Ave are the worst ones Ive been to. If you want a good Goodwill go to Snown Rd, North Olmsted and Middleburgh Heights.
High prices. The sign reads ALL Audio and video 1.00 unless marked but I was told video games that are in the same pile in the bin are not considered audio or video. Get the place together
Terrible store ! Soooo over priced and on damaged womens tops. This was not my 1st time at this location. It wasnt like this in the past. Even on a shirt in good used condition $6.00 is to much !

2022-04-22Goodwills prices have gone up so much. Still good finds, but you may be better off going to TJ Maxx or Gabes or something similar to that.

2020-06-04I like the social distancing policies put in place, one way aisles made it easier to navigate. The store was fully stocked with merchandise. However, Im not sure if they have a new price, but the merchandise was WAY overpriced. These items would not sale at these prices, even on half off color days!! Speaking of half off color days, there isnt any currently. Probably wont be back soon.

2020-07-06I am an avid Goodwill shopper and this store (of the three that I shop at) is my favorite. I have noticed the prices are higher here than at the other locations but the items (clothing especially) are better here. The staff is friendly and the store is very organized. My only criticism is that the overhead music is either really loud or really distorted/fuzzy.

2018-11-21Was not crowded, aisles were easy to navigate. I went for board games, was a pretty fair selection. Nice Christmas items though. Employees were upbeat and helpful. Organized for the most part. And reasonable prices.

2021-02-14I always find great items!!!!(that original post was about 6 to 9 months ago)BUT as of lately the pricing starting to creap higher and higher. For example the baby clothes use to be .99 to 1.50 at most. Now every baby clothing item is 1.99.Now I understand that per previous response from owner is that the money is being put back into the community and 1.99 is still agood deal but 2 dollars a piece adds up quick versus what I was use to getting. NOW I thought that the point of a goodwill is to get items at a real bargain like the baby clothes at .99. But when you are charging 5.99 for shirts and 13 dollars for shoes i might as well go to a regular store. When I asked the cashier why the baby clothes pricing went up she stated that the chagrin falls location didnt like the dollar pricing,so they had to accommodate. Now I dont know if anyone else is familiar with chagrin falls near Geauga county But that town is full of super super super rich people . And they do donate expensive things so I see why they wouldnt like .99 items but to change the pricing in the city where there is a mix income of poor to rich versus a city like chagrin falls where everyone got money is wrong. This location may start to see sales drop because the pricing is just ridiculous. 5.00 a towel, 14 dollars for one window panel.10 for a pan. I will be looking forward to the owners response!!!
