Goodwill in other cities:
We’ve been to 4 other Goodwills in the Columbus area and this one has the best fitting rooms we’ve seen yet. It must have been upgraded because there’s an entire row of them and they’re clean and accessible. However, docking a star because the shoe sections are very disorganized. Multiple pairs with just one shoe, the other’s whereabouts unknown.
I love this store. Ive lost weight recently and dropped several sizes. I needed quality clothes for my work and also casual clothes. I always leave finding designer clothes in great shape and am delighted! Each day I love picking out my outfits now. Ive never had a closet full of designer clothes before but they fit better and I feel so nice in them. You do have to sift through so give yourself time to really look. I highly recommend it!
I would love to give them a five star rating because of the great things that I found there. But all I’m going to say is do not hold your things after you buy, to pick up the next day. I bought a couch and went to pick it up the next day and they gave it away to someone! Mind you, they had me put my name and number on the receipt to make sure the correct person was picking it up. When confronted about how the mixup happened they said they don’t know and actually don’t check the names they just look at a receipt with a dollar amount on it. They have no type of organization or effective communication skills amongst the employees and I am extremely frustrated.
This is a great Goodwill!A shopper must always take time to search for items. Lacking in accessories at the moment but I have gotten brand new cloth scarves there in the past. The old Goodwill on Sawmill used to get a lot of brand new shoes and womens clothing and I dont see them anymore which is really too bad.The old one was better even if it was crowded.
Not impressed. Only reason for two stars was for the cashier, she was very friendly. The clothes racks are so jammed pack to where you cant even look for clothes. Every aisle is unorganized and to frustrating to shop. I avoided a lot of shopping because it was not worth spending so much time digging around.
Thrift store in Dublin offering womens, mens, childrens clothing as well as household items. Smaller store so the selection isnt the best and a bit unorganized. Staff is friendly and the pricing is very affordable. Larger selection of shoes which is nice but not sorted by size. Worth a stop to see the ever changing selection of offerings. Donation station is located on the south side of the building.
Im not sure what has happened to this store, but Im utterly disappointed. It used to have a lovely selection of dishes, but that aisle has been almost removed and replaced with junk. Every aisle was an absolute mess with items strewn on the floor in several of them. The whole place seemed in complete disarray. All I know is that I wont be returning. There are plenty of other thrift stores that are cleaner and better stocked. So disappointing.
I really like the Goodwill franchise and this store is one example of why. They do a good job of keeping it stocked with interesting stuff that isnt ridiculously price. I go in more for electronics, odd items, cases, etc. and not so much for clothes, and Ive found some nice stuff here over the years. It could stand to be a little bigger for my tastes, and if I recall correctly there are no restrooms (Im not dead certain of that, however).
I shop this location once a week during my lunch break. I like the store and there is always something there for me. My only complaint is the length of time to check out. While the cashiers are pleasant people, the speed at which they move causes the checkout wait to be 15-20 minutes when they have a line (5 people). I purposely have to keep a 20 minute window in account so I can complete my shopping during my lunch break. If you shop on the weekday during work hours make sure you give yourself extra te because the checkout experience is Ssssllloow.
Kids clothes were overpriced for being so raggedy. Youd get nicer and cheaper clothes at Walmart. The miscellaneous items seemed overpriced as well. I didnt bother with anything else.Im wondering if prices are inflated because its Dublin?I have donated here several times, they have a drive up drop off so when I need something gone like, today, its very convenient. (We donate to Vietnam Veterans of America and they come to our house and pick it up but you have to schedule it)
I was checking out and the cashier rang me up for items that werent of my selection. They were young mens shoes and I dont even have a young man as a child. Called the manager and nothing could be done about their mistake. Very did pleased and will never shop here again.Good riddance
Has nice eclectic junk, the kind of stuff worth going out for a round two. Better zip code, better threads, simple economics. Expect to find Abercrombie, Hilfiger, nicely worn name brands etc & the like. I picked up a nice bag a good re-screening tool, a postal scale and a vintage hat to match a great pair of California snow pants found there & all for 14 bucks.
I have come here countless times, and I always find at least one piece of clothing to take home. I wouldnt say the clothing here is the cheapest, but its very reasonably priced (most things averaging $4/item). I believe there is more womens than mens items. The store is clean and upscale, cleaner than the other thrift stores Ive been to.Target also donates here often, so you will see a lot of their new clothing items.
With a great staff, there is a regularly circulating selection of clothes, kitchenware, toys, or any regular goodwill find. This is likely because is donation center is in a very nice corner of Columbus and collects the unused items from the local families.Always worth checking out after spring cleaning!
I like to pop in here randomly just to see what I can find. Goodwill is always a great source of quality clothing, housewares, furniture, etc. You never know what youll find, and if youre really fortunate, it might be on sale that day as well. Worth stopping in, they have some great stuff here regularly!
Went here for school clothes for the kids and came out with several outfits for everyone. I also found a cast iron skillet and a heavy muffin pan. They are more pricey then the other Goodwills but must of the stuff I purchased was new so i guess you cant really complain about that. It is much cheaper than all the Ohio Thrift stores.
The store is packed with lightly used affordable items of all kinds. The staff are hard working and friendly. I was disappointed to learn the staff have no t.v. in their break room. That seems unfair considering the great work they do for people in the community. Give them a Television.
On Sunday January 15, 2017 at 5:55 I stopped at the Goodwill Store located at 6665 Sawmill Rd, Dublin, OH 43017 to donate a few items. We have a large family and usually make donations several times a month. The staff is usually unfriendly but this time an employee sunk to a new low. They store and donation area both close at 6:pm on Sunday which is clearly stated on the sign posted. As I said it was 5:55 when I pulled into the donation area. There was an older gentleman working inside the donation area, however the door was locked. There was also a pile of items outside the door. As I only had a few items I proceeded to place my items alongside the pile that was already outside the door. At this point the gentleman inside opened the door and stepped out. We was tall, thin mustached with grayish hair. He informed me they they were closed. I replied “I’m sorry it is before six, so I thought you were still open”. His reply to that was a heavy sigh and saying…”Jesus” ( I seriously doubt he suddenly broke into prayer). He then informed me he was “trying to get out of there”, he then asked how many things I had. I answered “three or four” which I had already put beside the items already piled beside the door. He then Informed me that he “wanted to get out of there and watch the football game, and the store had been open since ten in the morning” My reply at that point was I would not come back so no worries. He reply was “GOOD”. He continued to berate me while I got in my vehicle and drove away. Obviously Goodwill in Columbus and this particular store does not need or want donations. We will never donate to Goodwill again. We would recommend the Salvation Army or one of the many Veterans charities in the Columbus area
My family and I arrived at 7:36pm to only see all lights are off, and doors locked with nobody in sight. Though the website says 9pm for its store closing. Such a waste of gas and time, thanks. First time coming out and wanting to check out the location, and already will not be back.
This is the new building, but you wouldnt know it on the inside. Just as messy as the old location.I dont know how they figure out pricing, but thats all over the place. The electronics area is either full of overpriced, outdated, non-working or just plain broken dvd/cd players, speakers with broken cones, ipod docks, 10 year old plasma tvs or anything with a power supply they deem should be in that mess. There is a locked showcase with the good stuff. Mostly someones valuable cast off that nobody wants. The records area is a cornucopia of somebody elses favorite song. Most records have flaws. Some are destroyed yet remain for sale. Some are jackets with nobody home. There is an over abundance of spiritual music. Cant an employee categorise these misfits? Disappointing. You get the point. I gotta go.

2022-03-22Furniture pricing has gone up so much since the new manager started last month. Clothing/Shoes pricing is still as set by goodwill but will be looking elsewhere for other items.

2022-06-12Since it was a little late today, the place was slightly messy. Cashier was friendly and courteous. Recommended

2022-05-16Great book and DVD collection. Always some interesting stuff in the households section. Only downside, they always seem to be having problems with their cash registers. Friendly staff

2021-02-23The prices are comical. Several decorative pieces still had the original price sticker of 1.99 on it, and in its beat up condition, they put a 2.99 goodwill sticker on it. Lol! Otherwise a good area and the jeans are nice.

2022-03-26Dropped off a bag of new, high usable goods at the drivethru. Got chewed out for going the wrong way There are no signs, and no other cars in sight. I took the most direct way from the entrance to the property to the dropoff. No acknowledgement of a donation. Just that I was doing it in the wrong lane, in a sharp tone. Quite unpleasant experience. Unfortunate.

2022-05-22I usually find some good books here for my middle school students. But, at the donation center I was told I had to take everything out of bags and sort it into bins myself, which I was not expecting.
