Really easy. Drive up, they come right out and get your stuff. They don’t like hangers.
Your ad said the location was open 930-9 today, Saturday and its 700, doors closed. Please align your google advertisement of store hours with the actual hours of operation.
Friendly workers can get in and get out fast and still help people out in the process

This is a drop off only location, there is no store. It is a drive through location which makes it quick and easy.

2022-02-26This is just a drop off location, so not sure how to rate them badly. They always have carts outside to drop off my items, they have receipts posted right on the outside of the wall (Ive never used one). About 90% of the time a worker, sometimes two, come out and take your items in right away. Its quick in and out with your car.... so yeah, Ive got no complaints with the place!

2022-03-30Theyre nice, conveniently located, and always ask if you need a receipt. As my kids transition to adults, we have a lot of stuff that is better re-used than tossed.2022 Mar 29Wish the Blue Ash location accepted furniture. The folks on site said they were limited by the size of the donated items.

2021-07-21I liked this center because they had open bins on wheels and it was possible to place your donation inside with out the risk of dropping nice things.

2021-08-13I think its poor setup. Especially if someone has a ton of stuff to drop off. And feel uncomfortable making someone wait long for drop off.

2014-06-20This place is very very SHADY!!!! They barely want to grant you your hard earn raise. They dont want to promote you! And the jobs are very sexists! You cleanly do not have a voice here when your a female. Its to many friends and realities working on pay roll!

2018-09-23This one stinks and it’s so disappointing because it’s a great location and I try to donate often. The people are always grumpy, rarely help with heavy items, and lock the doors before the time posted on the door and online. If you’re in the business to help people then you need to do better.

2016-08-28Easy in and out. Little awkward getting to it, you have to pull in from the street behind the drop-off center. Exiting onto Kenwood Rd can be a pain depending on the time of day. Just a drop off center, not an actual Goodwill.
