The small class size has always been an appealing component of the program. We really appreciate that students are able to move to the next level when they have achieved the necessary skills instead of having to wait until the end of the term. More specific to the Dublin location, the team from top to bottom has always been first rate. The teachers in particular have always been second to none in terms of their commitment to teaching and to making sure that the students feel at home and safe in the water. From my observations, the teachers do a great job knowing how to push a child to grow beyond their comfort zone without making the child do something that they are uncomfortable doing (I hope this makes sense). Thank you for all you do!
We have had such a great experience with Goldfish, even during the pandemic. Each teacher has a face covering, the lobby has chairs at a safe distance, they have created one way to walk into the facility and one way to walk out so there isn’t too much traffic. I have been very impressed and feel safe every time we go in. We also always enjoy the staff that are welcoming and truly care about the kids swim progression. Highly recommended!
So far we are very happy with the classes here. My son is almost 3 years old and before we started swim lessons he was very tensed in the water - now he is so much more relaxed and he enjoys the water. I really appreciate that the water is nice and warm, the classes are well organized, they have many accessories to make the kids entertained and their experience enjoyable, and the teachers are nice and build good relationships with the kids.
My 10 month old daughter loves swim school! As soon as she figures out where we are, she gets super excited! Everything is always clean, run on time, and our instruction is amazing! Everyone has been very helpful with any questions we have and using the app to reschedule a class is amazingly easy! Thank you guys so much for being so awesome!
I would absolutely recommend Goldfish Swim School as a great way to introduce a young one to water safely. We took our 7 month old and the instructors made it both fun and accessible. We could also see the other classes going on at various levels and we are certain we will have our child continue on in later years!
Mollie LOVES her swim school. She looks forward to it every week. We love that she feels safe in the pool with her instructor and the class size is small. She gets a lot of one on one attention and is really learning!

Goldfish swim school has so many class offerings, it was so nice to have my kids in lessons at the same time!! They really have this down. The reason I didn’t give four stars is because of some communication issues but when brought to their attention, they more than made up for it. Sometimes the teachers change, they may consolidate classes, and may let another kid out of class before yours even though you were there first. Go for the private lessons if you can. You will not be disappointed. Even in the regular classes, my daughter has great form. It can get congested, so reminder to be kind when picking up your kid and getting into the dressing rooms.
We love this facility! My three kids have become fishes...in a matter of a few weeks they went from barely putting their toes into the water to jumping right in! I am very impressed with their standard of functioning- I love the teacher-student ratio and their overall teaching curriculum. The progress my kids have made still impresses me. I also greatly appreciate the perpetual classes and how accommodating they are with our schedule. And, I also love the open swim times for us to go in and romp and play- in an nice warn indoor pool!
My kids seems to like it and are learning to swim at good rate. The pool is warm and salt water pool so makes it easier to swim. I think the fact that salt water pool makes it easier is good for kids confidence when they are learning. They have showers, and hair dryers to get the kids cleaned up right there. Makes it much easier specially in winter months. It is on the expensive end though at $80 per month for one half hr session each week.
Was our sons first lesson yesterday and oh man did he love it. The place has plenty of changing areas. There are hair dryers if you need to dry it before you leave. They even have a swimsuit drying area. There is an observation area to watch your child if they swim on there own. If they cant then you are in the pool with them. The pool itself is sectioned off and well heated. There is a waiting area with a tank and coloring for kids who are waiting. This is a great place for your little ones to learn how to swim.
We have been attending for just under 3 years with infants and toddlers, all instructors have been very friendly and helpful. Front office staff welcome us by name each week! All safety precautions have been taken, allowing our children to continue to learn swimming and water safety during this crazy pandemic.
Goldfish reopening was a total blessing to my kids! They loved getting time in the pool and both advanced at least once in the weeks they were swimming this summer! Thanks for all the things you did to be able to reopen. We werent fearful about attending in the least!
Everything is so organized. Places to change, places to line up for lessons, kids always receive a smile and a high five, great teachers, and a clean environment. Parents are always given an update at the end of each lesson. This continuity, and support system for kids is so crucial. My kids may begin to feel nervous, and then they know they will get a smile, have a blast learning how to swim, and leave feeling confident. It is at each childs pace. It is an amazing place to take children to learn how to swim and my family gives it a 10!
My son has been at Goldfish for a year now and has made great strides! The staff and teachers at Goldfish are amazing. My only minor complaint would be that they constantly have new teachers training and often switch teachers schedules around. My son doesn’t do well with just any teacher so I have to constantly switch his schedule to keep him with a teacher he is familiar with and who is familiar with his hyperactivity. Despite this we still love Goldfish and will keep going. We just started our daughter her as well.
Goldfish Jax (my 2.5 yr old grandson) hits the waters again at Goldfish Dublin! He has been a happy customer since he was 6 months old, gaining in independence in his knowledge and awareness of water safety, appropriate to his developmental age. He is about to switch to Saturday lessons and this Grandma is learning to use the Goldfish App to easily switch lessons or times 24/7.
The Good Part is you removed the showers and the dryer which is appreciated. The instructors were also face covering all the time in the class. The staff is always very good, they make sure all the chairs and all necessary things were sanitized properly and regularly between the class schedules. I am very much satisfied with the measures and safety plans taken. Very awesome job.
2 of our 3 kids are great swimmers thanks to goldfish and the 3rd is working on it. Tons of time slots/options to fit your schedule (or for make up lessons when needed). With covid protocols in place I have no hesitation taking the kids back to keep working on their skills.
Very Friendly Staff and Management. Everyone is open to listen and concerns and special requests and try to work on those. When we informed them that my kid is having hard time following some specific swim patterns (dolphin) they try to see and give a extra trainer to work with my kid and thats so awesome to know that they want to work with parents and kids to get them better. Love Goldfish Swim school and will recommend highly to anyone.
We love Goldfish! The methodology used to teach the kids to swim and advance at their own pace is an excellent design, in under 2 years our daughter went from a struggling paddle swimmer to a Swim Force member. Watching that progression has been amazing it will be a very sad day when she ages out of the program come September.
We love Goldfish Swim School and have been attending just over a year. Our son loves learning new techniques and the teachers are so patient with him. I can see they really care about the children in the pool that are under their care. They make sure the kids learn the proper techniques that will help them out throughout their life.
We have been absolutely impressed with Goldfish Swim School of Dublin. Their staff is amazing! David and Mary have been beyond helpful and have gone out of their way to help my son and it has really paid off. We would recommend them time and time again especially to those families with children that have any difficulties in any arena. Our teacher, Mr.Collin was kind and patient with my son! He really made my son feel safe. I think it really helped him grow as swimmer quickly. The front desk staff has been amazing and helpful as well. They worked with me in getting him scheduled for his classes around our crazy weird schedul . Theyre amazing.

Excellent instruction and attentive instructors. My boys have excelled there. My only complaint is I wish the Friday family swim was every month. Its canceled sometimes for swim meets. Overall very happy with Goldfish.
Our daughter has been in classes at Goldfish since she was 11 months old. She gains skill and confidence in her swimming with every class! The staff is helpful, encouraging and supportive.
We did it about a year ago with my little girl - at times the sessions felt rushed to get through every exercise on the agenda in the allotted time. There is quite a bit going on. The trainer was always very nice and knowledgeable but with tons of kids waiting for each shift change it was a little crazy. Our experience at Dublin Premier was more more laid back and relaxing/fun in my opinion - it didnt feel quite as rushed - but the class sizes are much larger (they used two instructors).

We love Goldfish! My 5 year old started in January and in two short months, he went from being terrified of getting his face wet to swimming a few feet on his own with his face in the water. Cant say enough good things about Goldfish!
Very small class sizes with promotion to the next level when they are ready, on a rolling schedule (not just 7 week classes, back to back). Pool is smartly designed for lessons for little ones with a bench on the sides and custom platforms for resting. Lots of changing rooms and hair dryers. Retail area has reasonable prices. Big fan of Goldfish.
I like the concept of more individualized attention in swim class, and the facility is very nice. How they operate is irritating. They did work with me and offer me options that made me much more satisfied, so I really appreciate that. Just beware that there is a lot of hidden policies that they dont really tell you. When they say cancel anytime that means you have to give them 4 weeks notice before you can cancel. Also, make ups have to done in addition to the class that you have scheduled that week.You cant use a make up as your scheduled swim lesson, and they were not clear on that at all. .
This place is ok. I have never gotten the website to work for me. It is so crowded sometimes. There is nothing to do around the area so when a 30 minute swim lesson takes 1-1.5 hours it is frustrating. They have a gift shop with candy, snacks, swimsuits, googles, etc. which is annoying because my LO always wants something. The first phone call I had with them was over 45 minutes...talk taking on a part-time job just to sign my daughter up for lessons! I will not be returning.
You teach and challenge my child. He is eager to learn and always has his hand up volunteering to perform the move first. He loves to swim! We couldnt be more proud of his accomplishments at Goldfish Swim. Thank you! A shout out to BRIANA, shes amazing!

The teachers at Goldfish have been completely patient with my child who is terrified. They have made small steps of progress every week. I really thought it was kind of hopeless that she would learn to swim but she is getting there!
I love how encouraging the teachers are. I especially want to give a special shout-out to Samantha who works during the Swim Force Thursday practices. She makes it so fun and is so encouraging to my daughter, who is working on improving her stamina and strokes. My daughter looks forward to Thursday practices every week.
It’s awesome place for kids to learn swimming, warm indoor pool, friendly instructors, lot of chairs to sit. flexible timing. Lots of parking space.My son loves going to goldfish swim school.
Used to be really good. Now it seems like they are more focused on getting as many kids as possible in. Sometimes there are 4 kids in a class and I have noticed my child along with others became impatient. My son was going here for over a year and a half, but we eventually ended up taking him out because it was no longer beneficial. Sad because they started out great.
I am a mom of a 8year old girl and I’ve been coming to Gold Fish for over two years.. Today im a bit shocked at a policy that a parent cannot leave the facility even for 7 mns drive which i needed to take so as to get my daughters swim bag.. I understand the policy ensures my kids safety incase a tornado comes etc.. but the least the person in the front desk could have offered me some help.. I told her how can I take my wet drenched daughter straight from the pool to the car in these icy windy day.. she coudve atleast been bit caring. She was really too professional and almost non caring. If you have a company where you deal with kids- make sure your front desk people are not so rude as to slap policies straight onto a mother who is anxious already. I know I forgot her swim bag home..! But she couldn’t offer me a towel..?? Really im disappointed today. Her name FYI is Kat

The dedication the teachers put towards the swimmers makes all the difference! My son was terrified to put his face in the water, and Miss Shawnie was able to finally find whatbworked and turned him into the confident swimmer he is becoming! Definitely worth the cost!

I would have rated the Goldfish Swim School 5 stars but the price is steep compared to other swim classes. The class itself is great though for any kid.

Amazing staff, fantastic facility. We just love it there. Our daughter has learned so much and is always exited to come back. We are always made to feel like family there and not just a customer.
My son is still learning but so far I love the service and attention the staff provides for the little ones. They provide dressing rooms, showers and even a snack bar for the memebers.

2022-05-01I have two children who have taken lessons at Goldfish. My oldest is now a Pro 2 (highest level) and now a very strong swimmer. My youngest, a glider 1 has only taken about 6 lessons so far, but is already confident and swimming on her own, for the most part. I’m extremely happy with the Goldfish program compared to another swim school we tried. The lessons are fast paced and thorough, and my kids get a ton of time in the water with hands on instruction from their teacher. The online scheduling platform is super easy and the staff is great. The colorful facility is clean and has plenty of bathrooms and changing rooms. They even have a hair drying station, which is helpful in the winter when we don’t want to leave with wet heads. While it is more expensive than most other swim schools, Goldfish is definitely worth every penny.

2022-04-20They actually teach swimming skills instead of just water familiarity. And I like that the swimmers move up levels when they’ve mastered the skills compared to when the “class is over.” The only downside is the cost. If you have multiple children enrolled, it can get expensive. But when you are speaking of water safety, it is worth the cost.

2017-06-06My daughter (almost 3) absolutely loved her first lesson. I loved how she was welcomed with her name on the sign as we came in the door for the first time. She felt very comfortable with her instructor and enjoyed the lesson immensely. Highly recommend this school if you are looking for a great swim learning experience.

2021-02-24Weve done swim lessons at multiple places, including the rec center in our community, outdoor pool and YMCA but with our 2nd child being at the age I really wanted her to be a good swimmer (safe and build her endurance) and our 3 year old never having done swim lessons I decided to get over the cost and sign them up.... and I am SO thankful and glad I did. Weve been at Goldfish for about 4 months now and my 6 year old has moved up 2 classes and is now doing butterfly and dolphin kicks and my 3 year old is comfortable and learning perfect skills for her age and will be safer this summer. The water is warm, the pool area warm, they have showers, they have plenty of changing areas. This place is awesome!

2021-09-08Such a great swim school, Our son has grown leaps and bounds just within 2 months of classes. The instructors were super motivational and helped the kids grow. Will recommend to everyone I know that has a child. Coming from a parent who had severe anxiety when her child touched water, these lessons have given me much ease knowing my son understands water safety and can be more independent.

2021-09-28First night, the front desk helped get me checked in and gave a rundown of the facility. I used the swim assessment online tool to help identify the right class for my kids. My first impression of the lessons are really good, our instructor used lots of positive reinforcement and gave individual attention to each one.

2020-10-07Weve had a wonderful experience with Goldfish swim school! Our kids LOVE each class and have awesome instructors. The kids look forward to swim lessons and I love knowing that they are having a ton of fun (while learning important life saving skills!) The staff does a great job keeping the facility clean and we feel safe with the safety/cleaning measures that they have put into place.

2021-05-21My son is only 7 months and we knew that he wouldn’t be an expert at swimming immediately with his young age but he has definitely learned a lot in his swim class and it has contributed to his skills out of the water as well. It has been a nice experience being able to spend one on one time with our son while teaching him new things and he absolutely loves playing in the water now. His teacher is super sweet and interactive and our son loves when we sing the swim class songs to him.
