My mom is a resident at Bowling Green Manor. She had an appointment in Toledo for follow-up from hip surgery. Al was our driver and he was very personable and caring with my mom, as well as myself. He was also a very good driver. We would like to thank him and the company for a pleasant drive to moms appointment. We would highly recommend him.

My husband needed transportation to Toledo for a medical appointment. Our driver, Al, was so kind and gentle with my husband who is recovering from major surgery. I would recommend Golden Care to anyone needing this type of service.

Would recommend Golden Care Transportation to everyone for all their transportation needs. They come pick up my Grandmother twice a week and every time she comes back she has all good things to say! The driver is so welcoming and will treat you like family. They have reasonable prices, honestly the best transportation in the Toledo area!! If i could i would definitely give them 5+ stars!!

Golden Care Transportation really stands by its name. The service provided by these wonderful people was outstanding. My grandmother never felt more comfortable with any other transportation service. She felt so welcomed and the drive made her feel very safe. What an amazing team they have started. If anyone is looking for a clean, trustworthy, and welcoming staff, I truly do recommend Golden Care.I felt it was only right to leave five stars because of all that was provided, including the chair lift! They greet you with a welcoming smile and the experience my grandmother had was great! We will continue her transportation here!

My grandmother has physical therapy twice a week. Working full time, me and other family members struggled trying make her appointments at decent times. We finally decided it was time for an alternative to get our grandma to her appointments without struggle. We heard about Golden Care Transportation through a friend and let me tell you, we are beyond thrilled with the service. Always on time with handicap accessible vehicles so she can get in and out easily, caring, attentive and such friendly staff. We had our reservations about transportation but Golden Care put those all to rest. We are so comfortable and happy with their services and grandma has come to know the staff on a first name basis, cultivating a family like relationship. They are tremendous and will take care of family members while getting them to appointments promptly and safely. If you’re in need for transportation services for family members, Golden Care is the only options!

Let me start off by just simply saying WOW. The service these guys provide is literally top notch. On time with every pick up and drop off. They even have the lift gate so you don’t have to hassle with the wheel chair if you have one. Just by far the best guys around and best experience I’ve had dealing with a transportation company. Defiantly will be using them every time I need to get around. Great job guys!!!

I looked around for so many reasonable and reliable transportation for my mom and came across golden care. Let me tell you how happy I was to have found such great service, the driver showed up on time and was very patient with my mom and I look forward to calling them again for my moms next doctors visit.

I’ve never written a review before but I’ve also never reserved such AMAZING service! You will definitely be treated like family every trip. Also, the drivers are always on time. A local Service that cares about the wellbeing of all consumers. Highly recommend!!
