The mall has lost so many stores over the last few years. Their rent is too high and they are losing retailers rapidly. I dislike having to drive out of town to shop if I want to try closing on but there is very little in the mall. Kay Jewelers left the mall and instead build their own building across the street because it was cheaper.Currently the best part about the mall is the children’s museum.The mall needs updated and the owners need to show they care about the community

They have really increased their inventory. Love shopping at Hobby Lobby.
Not much left. They def need to upgrade the building. Many behind the scenes issues. Stores are moving out (some are moving in too). They need to promotev themselves more, and fix repairs faster. Def should invest in a game room. The stores that are there are a good variety.
It was a decent mall 20 yrs ago, less decent 10 yrs ago, now I see others saying theres nothing in this mall...Sad.
Like many smaller town malls in America this one is declining and has lost two anchor stores in the last three years. I give it some stars just being alive. Cedar Creek Church took over the movie theatre and has been a welcome and enjoyable addition. Mall still has a food court and some good stores so definitely better than most Ive seen in a long time (I used to do equipment installs at malls in three states so I know a bit about then).
Theres so many empty store fronts. Ive been going to this mall for almost 30 years that I can remember and this is the worst Ive ever seen it. Thankfully Big R stepped into the Sears spot although u cant get to it from within the mall. Dont get me wrong, if been to way junkier malls across the country, its just a sad state for a mall I practically grew up in. Still got lots of good stores though.
I dont usually shop for much, or I know what I want before going to get it; but chances are, you may find what youre looking for here. Shoes, clothes, books, food, novelties, and fine jewelry. These are just some of the things the mall offers. It may be the biggest mall, Im just glad to have a spot in town that offers so many services. Plus, like most malls, it always makes well for a hang out with friends.
Good store but always ripped off
This mall has a few good stores like Books A Million, but has been declining for many years. Someone needs to breathe new life into this mall. It isnt dead yet, but its not doing well.
The mall is dying... I wish I could say it wasnt but come on. Nothing to do here but eat a slice of pizza and a pretzel. Maybe buy some cloths.
This is kinda failing and mostly has the basic stuff but the stores are quite nice. The sports store is quite decked out and you should find what you need. Also they have stores like game stop and hot topic plus a suit rental place.
All one can really say is...wow. My first trip to what I had always heard was a great mall left me underwhelmed, and quite honestly, sad.Have never been a fan of malls with carpet and this was no exception. In addition, the horrible lighting gives off a sense of dreariness and just an overall feeling of blah.I started by counting stores that were closed, and quickly realized it would be much easier to count those that were still operating. All the anchor stores, not sure what they were, have all left (unless you consider TJMaxx an anchor store).The potential is/was there, and Im sure that back in the day this place was prob king in the area, but now this place is on life support and, like many other malls across Ohio & the country, it is only a matter of time before it is shuttered for good.
I enjoy the Findlay mall. I wish that they still had the movie theater instead of the Cedar Creek Church cult that replaced it. The Cookie Store inside the mall makes for a great snack with smoothie options too. Not usually crowded in the stores or hallways. I have always received kind service. The bookstore there is my favorite. Always decently priced books. Great place to purchase gifts.
Anymore the mall is kind of a sad place to visit. When I was a kid it used to be pretty full of shops, but now its mostly empty and more shops leave every year. With that said Ive never had a bad run in with employees or security at the mall, its just a shopping ghost town.
This place isnt what it used to be. I can remember a time when this place was packed on the weekends but not anymore. It is similar to many malls in the US. This mall has a lot of vacant stores. I still has some good anchor stores to shop at. It is just a matter of time before this place is completely and gone.
Poor little mall. How much longer will you be with us?? Truthfully, I only go to finish line and dunhams. On a rare occasion it seems busy. Most of the time you see tumbleweeds blowing by. Definately needs new stores.
Most always a clean & decent environment, but its lacking in variety & entertainment. As large a market as Findlay is, Im surprised theres as many vacant stores as there are. And as open & roomy as the concourses are, why are they so empty?? There is such potential for attractions such as home based vendor displays, car & bike shows, holiday events, etc....
This used to be a great place to go and get out of the house but its slowly becoming less friendly and welcoming. You can still find a variety of products but I wouldnt expect an overwhelming since of joy walking into many of the shops anymore.
Sadly, this mall has difficulty keeping tenants. It is spacious, but since Sears, JC Penneys have closed it does not offer much for shoppers. Kay Jewelers is leaving at the end of April 2019 to a standalone location across the street and Payless Shoes is going out of business.

Ive watched this mall die a slow painful death for many years. I worked in various stores here for a good part of my twentys and its only gotten worse. There are better options in Toledo, Columbus, Lima, Dayton, and Detroit.
Not a bad mall, but not overly good either. Several stores have been closing over the years and not much has come in to replace them. Im glad theres a Dunhams, Finish Line, & JC Penneys, otherwise I would not shop there very often.
Hit a yellow concrete poll in the parking lot because the top part of the sign was broken off and couldnt see the 2 foot nub sticking out the asphalt... $2k repair. Thought about trying to hold the owner accountable but remembered that place has got to be on the brink of bankruptcy/foreclosure plus capitalism, so ya just claimed insurance. It smells like depression every time I walk in. Please sweet jesus may the GNC move locations so I never have to set foot in their again.
The mall is just sad and depressing these days. It really breaks my heart to see all the empty stores compared to how it was back in 2005. Unfortunately I find myself traveling to Toledo or Columbus to go shopping so I can get everything in one trip.The only reason I ever go is to eat at Tokyo Steakhouse and go shopping at Tj Maxx or Best Buy. I hope some day that it will be revitalized, but considering that I just happened to notice that they no longer have a website, Im not so confident they will.
There are barely any stores left at this mall. I hadnt been in it in a year, was just in it last week and its even worse than it was. The only store I visited was Bath& Body, and I wont go there again. They were out of 4 of the fragrances I was looking for, was a totally wasted trip.
This mall is dying fast. They lost three anchor stores and the only decent places to shop there are big r, game stop, books a million, bath and body works, hot topic, tj maxx, best buy, dunhams sporting goods, and kay jewlers.
Nothing left. might as well go to toledo if you want anything good. the only place i go to is the pretzel place
You always know when your close to the store, it always smells fabulous. The workers are always asking if they can help you and they do help finding what your looking for. Quality products at a fair price.
Very few stores left in the mall. I remember when people were waiting on sites to move in. Now there are more empty stores than full. I can remember when it was covered but yet still open air between stores. Stores moved out due to HIGH rent. What a shame
If youre in the mood for clothing shopping then yes that is definitely something you can do here I love that honestly not much else less of course you account for the great Childrens Museum they have in the area it is one of the very few places very well suited for children and they will find much enjoyment there otherwise this is basically a bigger mini mall.
A great deal of stores are empty. Not much left here. The few stored hanging on are decent though. Just feels like you are walking through a ghost town.
The Mall is going downhill fast. It continues to lose stores which is frustrating since our town is growing. We shouldnt have to drive an hour to get to a mall that actually has stores to shop in. Very discouraging, Findlay.

American Eagle, Finish Line, Victorias Secret, Journeys, Hot Topic, Claires, BigR, a book store, Kays, Ostermans, A pizza joint, Tokyo Steakhouse, TJ Maxx, Shoe Sensation, a pretzel shop, Justice, Bath & Body, The Great American Cookie Company, a nail salon, and a few other stores ....
This used to be a bustling mall, but now so many national stores have gone bankrupt and have closed their doors. Dalton Bookstore, Bath and Bodyworks, TJ Maxx, Elder Beerman, Spencer Gifts, Kay & Osterman jewelry and a couple other stores are about all that is left.
Mall has small selection of stores, but the stores they have are very nice and have great selections. Mall is always clean, and the staff is nice. They have been having car shows a lot lately, and its been fairly packed.
Even though many malls in our area have been dying out this mall is still pretty nice and has a nice selection of stores. Good parking too.
Seems more than 50% empty store fronts. Told (I asked) by a few store owners rent is high and foot traffic low.I talked to mall management about possibly renting out a space and was refered to offsite management. Why have onsite then?Plenty of other options for shopping within driving distance. And many open properties to rent nearby.
This place is dying. The few stores that are left are good. I dont shop much anywhere, but other than TJ Maxx, Best Buy, Dunhams or Big R (which are on the outside ends of building)I only come here to walk.
Lots of open spaces. Lost the anchor stores like most other malls. Went there for shoe stores and game stop. Still pricey and the business model is dying, but its still maintained and clean.
This once was an awesome place to visit. Even though a few store have moved out still lots to see and do. Good place to find food options too.
Lucas 🍕 is amazing and the chef is so friendly. Daughter loves Justice, but what little girl doesnt. Do wish there were some more stores. But kudoos to the shoe dept for finally finding a spot in the mall.
If you are a mall walker that doesnt like a view, you will love this mall! There is absolutely nothing to look at....including operating businesses or patrons. Nothing here to see, move along please......
Went to the Childrens Museum in the Findlay Village Mall and our Grandkids loved it, we were there most of the day, they had a blast! Lots of different activities to do.
Probably a quarter of the mall was vacant stores. And there is very little there. They do have a sears at the moment but even that store was having a closing sale when I was there. Not a very good mall at all. Wouldnt recommend going here. Try the Fort Wayne Mall if your looking for a good mall with an awesome food court.
The mall is falling apart at best. There are a few good shops, but nothing like it used to be. Its sad when a town as affluent as Findlay Ohio has to send its residents to Lima or Toledo to shop.
As popular as it seems, the mall is on its last legs, mostly empty space, a few stores in the main area with the food court but over all its just a sad place to come to get your steps in for the day lol you guys need to revamp. Be the mall you once were!
Its actually one of the better malls Ive been to. But still dont have any urge to go back. Maybe if Im around there or something.
This poor little mall is slowly dying. The grounds are well kept and although dated, in good condition. So sad its not what it used to be. But its still a decent Mall.
Found what we needed but theres nothing left in the Findlay Mall, its incredibly empty. It really is unfortunate. The stores that managed to stay, are good though and the employees are very kind.
Hopefully this store moves to a new building before mall goes out of business. Great store for every girl and some guys stuff
A relic of what it used to be. The anchors are all gone and there are only a few remaining big name shops in the mall. It is sad to see what has happened to these once lively places.
A real ghost town. JJ Gumberg needs to lower rents and/or do something to retain their tenants. Shame on them for YEARS of ripping off retailers. Theyll be closed down before you know it. Can practically see tumbleweeds around the mall- its so dead in there. Its a shame.

There is nothing here. Was traveling for work and needed to find a dress and my options were so so limited in this place. Its also quite outdated and could use a face lift, if they ever wanted to do more with it.
Theres not a lot here. Maybe Im just from a bigger cities with better malls, but if you want more specialty things like maternity clothes, youll have to shop somewhere else.

Most of the old staples of the mall are long gone, and other stores arent too far behind. And without a real food court, the only real reason to come to the mall is the bookstore.
Not bad, not a whole lot of stores left but the ones that are left were pretty clean. Loved the childrens museum, it was fantastic.
More and more stores are disappearing from this mall, however the stores that do remain are decent ones. I suggest looking at a map when you go in, as you can get turned around inside fairly easily.
The Findlay village mall is a moderate mall. This is the only mall in Findlay city. There used to be many stores in the mall once. Recently jcpenny, elder bearman and kay jewelers are closed and moved out. But still there are shops like Bestbuy, Big R, TJ max, Maurice, bath and body works, victoria secret and American eagle. Hope the mall improves on time.
Very small, lots of main stores going out poof business, but still has the fun ones, Gamestop, Journeys, Claires, Hot topic, etc.
Anchor stores are nice; however, the main corridors are a bit sparse. Building as a whole is dated, but it is a good place to shop when we visit Findlay.
Large area, but not a lot of stores or options. They would benefit from getting some more store area filled and finding more diverse store options. I do enjoy the book store though.
I love the mall, it has amazing stores and things to do but stores just seem to go in and out of the mall. I wish the city would put more money towards the mall.
Found the items in the store Go! Calendars, toys, games to be overpriced. Even at 50% off the items can be found at a better price elsewhere. Store clerk was inattentive.
Love Big R .Great gain an hunting goods. Gun Friendly open carry or CCW. Folks are great to answer any questions. Kids seem to like their popcorn. Belts wranglers jeans an Justin Boots. Carhartt jerky an ammo. What else could a person ask for . Lawnmower an yard gear. And they dont discriminate against young adults an sell them there ammo an firearms at legal age. Big R can have my money. Walmart Meijer an Dicks can go to H€LL.

This was my first time here. Its a ok shopping center i wouldnt call ir a mall. They had some good deals on certain things. If you havent been and just want to kill some time this could be a stop for you.

The Mall has a decent selection of stores. The campus security are on the weird side though. Caught them staring at my 10 year old daughter.

Nice quiet mall. Not the hustle & bustle you get from larger malls. Parking was easy & able to bring in larger rigs if needed.
Have a limited choice now since they closed JcPenney, but have a really nice little pizza place called Luca pizza do RomaI like to get their pepperoni bread sticks they are phenomenal.
There are a lot of empty stores in this mall. Many of the stores in use have ceiling problems. The stores themselves do an awesome job in dealing with the problems of the building.
I am sure in the late 80s this was the place to be.... carpet floors and a lot of crickets chirping.... a new mall would be great or make it a home depot
The Findlay mall is nightmarish. It felt like we were walking into a horror movie.
The play area needs updated but good when you need a quick place inside to burn energy. Childrens museum is amazing.

You know it is going downhill when a church sets up in the mall space. Most all the anchor stores have left. The two biggest stores do not have direct mall entrance.
I went to big r had the worst customer service ever. Will not return due to this. They lost out on a $400 sale because the kid wanted to close his section ten min early.

Even though the stores are diminishing one by one there is still good selection to shop at. Theres also a little kiddy park inside for little ones which is convenient.

A few good stores but the mall itself is terrible. The vast majority of locals dont even go here, they go to Toledo, Columbus, Fort Wayne or Cleveland.
The mall has a great bookstore and Big R..is always fun to shop in and I can bring my dog along at Big R

It has a lot of different places to shop, but most of the places dont have a large selection of sizes. They mostly have smaller sizes.
Malls in severe decline in terms of storefronts with them all but the ones that remain are quaint goods such as a pizza place within the mall.
A decent mall, but like most others around the country, its full of unoccupied retail spaces and the end seems to be near.
Nothing here but a few clothing stores, sporting goods and cheap jewelry stores. Be nice if the owner/management would care enough to bring more stores in.

2019-12-09Usually I love going in this store during the holidays to look at all of the fun games and calendars. Unfortunately, it seems some employees are bringing their very noisy children while they work. The line was getting backed up from the employee pulling their child off the counter, the whole time the child was screaming.

2021-11-04They have a wonderful overall selection. I wish there was more region specific world history books however I give them major points for their Harry Potter display that you can find unique items on.

2021-01-13Wow! The gal working was just a delight and everything except Lego sets are half off! Started birthday shopping already for all three kids and Im not even a month into January! Helps that it was a ghost town and we were there at 11am on a Monday, but still worth it.

2019-02-20The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Cleanliness is above average. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Limited accessibility was well maintained and available at ever need for access. Customer care is attentive and thorough. Great selection and assortment. There is something for everyone including the petPrices are great on most items but be careful, check around. Dont assume its a deal. Service is very fast and efficient. The employees seem well trained and supposed by good leadership
