People were so extremely rude when I called, only giving two starts because they allowed to talk to me since I am my moms POA (although they would only tell me certain things).

This is a scam of insurance. It is insurance you can use if you get hurt on the job. It doesnt cover anything, they just give you a small payout to help you get by. Thats what unemployment and disability are for. Save your money. They make it incredibly to cancel on purpose. Been trying to cancel this policy since September of 2021.

I would give negative stars if I could. I was lied to when buying my policy and would have never even bought it if the man selling it to me was honest with me. They have made canceling my policy such a pain. Already tried to cancel once, money was still taken out of my account because only part of my policy was cancelled. The part that was cancelled of my policy was the part that was less expensive of course. Why would you only cancel part of a policy when I requested my policy be cancelled? Because they are a scam and will take whatever money they can get from you. Now I am trying to cancel again after even more money down the drain. This company is a massive scam. They don’t care about you. Please do not waste your money, time, or effort.
Set up appointment with Josiah M. Carr III to discuss cancer insurance as we have had many family members pass due to cancer and saw the cost of what it takes to travel and motel rooms. Bought the cancer policy. Josiah was very thorough, informative and not pushy. Took time to answer all our questions. This company has excellent marks and a very good reputation. I meet with my local rep Amanda and she was very informative, professional and best of all she wasnt pushy or over bearing. She showed me the numbers and what the company was about and I couldnt pass up the opportunity. Having been sick with cancer and seeing what they would have done if I was signed up sooner would have changed the struggles my family and I had to endure because of the expenses of my treatment and missing work. I felt as if it was the responsible thing to do for my family and even though I cant have the cancer coverage I am very aware that things can change completely with one doctor visit and I truly believe this company is looking out for little guy and just wants to help get the families of those struck by unfortunate medical expenses through it with one less burden. So thank you Amanda for giving me a little piece of mind for the what if moments that happen all too often.
Make sure that your agent explains all details to you. We were under the impression that they paid for each treatment for cancer but it was not. They also do not pay for 2nd opinions are not paid if any kind of treatment is not giving, even when both treating Dr and 2nd opinion decided what to do near home. Neither do you get repayment for the policy after you cancel. Thats only after 25 years of keeping the policy. We would not live another 25 years. I did not find the people in claims to know the info and would switch me to different people. There are no death benefits unless the policy owner passes. My husband passed and I was told I had to be the one to pass. So please make sure you understand the policy.
Andreas professionalism and knowledge of her product is amazing. She has a great sense of humor and we had a great meeting. She actually came to our company 3 days in a row to visit in small groups with employees so that others could keep the business going.She was very knowledgeable and explained everything ease, but was not embarrassed to call her supervisor to ask questions that she could not answer.I love the fact that if I have an incident, all I do is call her and she does all of the paperwork for me. No more tracking down bills, doctors etc just to file a claim. Andrea will do it all!Cancelling Aflac today!

I was introduced to Globe Life Family Heritage seven years ago, and feel my policy would provide much needed funds if I were to need them. I received an annual review recently where the agent acted professionally and showed great knowledgeable of the products available. During this review I purchased an additional policy to help with needed funds during a health event. I trust this company to provide exactly what is stated in my policies. Great company, Ill be with them for life!

2022-03-25The agent who came to my home was very professional and knowledgeable. I had been researching various supplemental insurance packages that would be flexible for my needs for the last couple of months. The package I decided upon works even better than I expected.Family Heritage seems to have the right idea for folks who often need access to funds for those unforeseen events as well as funds for final expenses.

2022-03-07I had Hunter Stine come to my job (Metro by T-Mobil in Bristol Va) and spoke with me and one of my employees and both of us got polices from him that day and I ask him to come back on Monday to speak with my other employee and he showed up. Hunter is very informative energetic friendly also took his time to make sure we understood what he was selling. I work in sales myself he is a great salesman. He didnt force us into buying anything just showed us the value in all of it.

He has replied quickly to every question I’ve had since, and goes the extra mile to confirm that benefits are received according to plan.

2022-02-14I just signed up for Globe Life. It was the easiest thing to sign up for, my agent, Pam, was very knowledgeable in everything that they offer and was not pushy at all! I have had a similar type of benefits in the past that were more expensive with the same payout amount if you filed a claim. My other policy also didnt allow you to receive the money back if you didnt file a claim- Globe Life does!
