Good food great pizza jojos wings and much more
Ordered from here since 2007.Always had good experiance.Never asked them for a free pizza.Didnt ask them this time.I asked for 1 free topping on next pizza.On the pizza they messed up on,I ordered Italian sausage whole pizzaPepperoni and onions an one side,Green pepper,and mushroom on the other.I recieved everything except sausage onBoth sides.So I spoke with manager,who said there was nothing she could do,she watched the pizza being made,and she saw her put sausage on both sides,I said what do I need to take a picture.She said no theres nothing she could do,They have to limit toppings on pizza.Ok...................And I hung up.So I ordered pizza here from 2007To 2021.At least 1 time a month.Sometimes 2 times.So ,I hope your bussiness does well.Without that income.You could have worked that out.What a mistake.I wont order here anymore.I dont lie,treating customers like they lie.Not a good way to keep them coming.By the way my other pizza was a gluten free crust.2 toppingsThe whole order was 32.bucks.If you cant get what you want on your pizza for 32 bucks.WoW.Good Luck.
Very unhappy with the pizza we had today. It had no taste. Anyone that knows me knows I dont eat salt. I had to put salt on this pizza to give it taste . It had very little sauce , so between the sausage, pepperoni and cheese it was very greasey . Toppings slid right off the pizza. On good note the cheesey bread was good. Wish I had that $25 back.
I am considering moving to this town simply based on this food. If you DONT eat here.... you will never know true culinary love and I am very sorry for you.

I enjoy all pizza, but Gioninos is in my top 5!! The crust is perfect blend of thick and crunchy. The sauce is sweet, but not too sweet. Similar to Pizza Hut, but better and less salty.Recently, my husband developed a gluten intolerance and Gioninos was recommended for their gluten free pizza. It was the best pizza my husband ever had!! He has managed two pizza shops and never mind the gluten free, I ordered the works and it was fantastic! He is so thankful he doesnt have to give up pizza and has a delicious alternative now.Competitively priced, quick service and friendly, clean atmosphere, I give Gs 5 stars!!

Wanted the cheese pizza special at Ashland Rd locaton, but they would NOT add extra toppings. Had to pay full price. The other gioninos will. Good job keeping customers. I will go to a different location further away for good service and decent owners
I have found my new goto place for delivery. I ordered the cheese garlic bread and chicken sub and was very very pleased with everything. Delivery guy was nice and friendly....I wish I had had more money to tip him. Definitely will order from here again.
Ordered a pizza that was made incorrectly, I get it this sometimes happens. Second one delivered is half raw! Not to mention I spent 55 minutes sitting here waiting for the second one. Now I have two pizzas sitting here to go to the trash.
If I could rate a 0 I wouldCalled and got the specials, the special was lg specialty at 16.50. Talked it over with husband and decided to order the Steak pizzaLOL GUESS WHAT, They failed to tell us previously the Steak pizza wasnt part of the deal. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she would Inform the employees that it wasnt included. Needless to say, she wouldnt honor what was previously told to us.
I deleted my previous review which was good. I ordered a pizza and jojos, Wednesday evening @ 7:14p.m. I ordered for delivery and they said it would be out as soon as possible. Well it is now 8:43 and they just delivered my pizza!! An hour and a half for a cold pizza and potatoes! Not to mention 30 dollars spent! This will be my last order, kind of sad when this used to be my favorite pizza place. This is not the first long wait.. but never have I ever had to wait an hour and almost 40 minutes! Terrible service!
I love their pizza. However it seems the person taking the order doesn’t know the menu. And it would be nice if they would give a delivery time instead of “we’ll get it to you as soon as we can “ and then they forgot the pepperoni I ordered. .
Buffalo chicken pizza was so good and the Buckeye wings are slap, the service is awesome, I been a customer for 2 years and no complaints yet. 10/10

If you only have 2 drivers then your customers should be told that when planning for a delivery instead of pick up. I waited over an hour and a half for cold food. Only reason I gave 2 stars because the driver was very polite and apologetic. Communication.
The phone service was rude . Right then I knew I should called Deschners as their pizza is so much better . But no I didnt want to wait. So I got the 19.95 special and picked it up and cost me 24.67. They always charge more than whats on internet or with coupon or specials. I only gave them 1 star because they really suck price..customer service and food anymore.
The pizza is always good, but God forbid you ever have to speak to the manager Missy. Everytime I I have an issue and call in calmly, shes extremely rude and hostile for no reason. Shes the only negative thing about the place.

The pizzas here are great. Salads are a little small but the pizzas make up for it. They also have chicken wings and other items that Ive never tried but we continue to love the pizza

I normally don’t have any problem with this location, it’s the only pizza place that will deliver to me in bfe...but recently they have gone downhill, should really train your employees better before you let them handle customers...your employee knew nothing and told me they couldn’t accept a coupon that was on your website because the manager knew nothing of it!!!!! Get it together!

This is the 3rd time Ive ordered from Gioninos on Ashland RD. The first two times was excellent. This 3rd time is by far the worst pizza Ive ever had. Undercooked dough, greasy, sauce was bad.. I will never eat from Gioninos again. I drive a semi & Ive had pizza in 48 states.. and this time Ive had the worst one to date thank you Gioninos for opening my eyes to the worst pizza on earth. 3 day old truck stop pizza is better than this..
So I buy two coupon sheet the grandkids are selling for school and last night we cashed a few coupons in. Excellent. Subs are a better deal than Subway and a better product. Gioninos put meat in the sandwich unlike Subway where they must drag a piece of meat over the bun for flavor. Loved the breadsticks.
Doughy, under cooked and buckets of tasteless cheese on the pizzas so perfect for the overweight volume eaters here in the flabby midwest. Good sauce, spicy.
I think it is one of the best pizzas in town. We go to New York a lot and have GOOD pizza. But this is really good and dont have to travel as far.

They was super busy when I ordered my food took an hour to get to my house and the food was cold. So I called them and spoke with the owner he bought half the food and sent me fresh food out . Highly recommend !!! Great food and excellent service .

I tried Gioninos Pizza for the first time this year and OMG! This is what Ive been missing for the past 6 years. There was something on Facebook a while ago listing every countys best pizza parlor. They need to change Richland Countys.
The subs we ordered was good but alittke to much grease dropped us from a 5 star good job just relax on the grease

2022-04-01I love the pizza but the customer service is awful. I just ordered a pizza and the guy on the phone was SO RUDE, and then hung up on me. The management should really teach their employees that although they might hate their lives outside of work, they are being paid to be there and need to show common courtesy. Not sure I will be back!!!!

2022-05-31For this to be new and my first time in ohio and my first time as a new customer ordering from Gioninos Pizzeria the pizza was good but the sweet BBQ sauce i had for my 8 piece wings and it was not sweet it was more like spice BBQ sauce and the and the wings was not wings it was a mixer of chicken

2021-06-08They have really good pizza and fried chicken. The wings and sandwiches are okay. I don’t really care for their white sauce.The staff is usually not nice, rushed, and have no idea what they’re talking about. I’ve ordered from here many times, and I’ve never had a customer service experience that didn’t seem like the employee was annoyed. It seems to usually be teens or younger people working here. I don’t blame this on them, I blame it on the management because they probably hardly pay them anything, and/or constantly understaffed because no one wants to work a difficult job for minimum wage. Kind of makes no sense because their food is so expensive, I wonder where all the profit goes. If Gioninos gave their workers a living wage, I would give them 5 stars.The delivery usually takes at least an hour. They refuse to give you an estimate of time for when they will be there. When I ordered for my break on work, they were always late and didn’t come until my break was almost over. I would suggest just picking it up instead due to their unreliability.

2021-11-23First time ordering from Gioninos. First of all, I wasnt impressed with the phone conversation with an employee. He was rude and seemed to not be familiar with the delivery area. I should have came and picked the pizza up, instead of waiting for over an hour to have a lukewarm, soggy pizza to be delivered. That was my fault. Lesson learned.

2021-05-07Great food. Delivery service very kind. However, very hard to put a order in there with one particular female who answers. She continually states its your phone, but I feel she cant hear, since no other male who has,answered has had a problem, also, this problem is new in the three years of giving them my business. Very frustrating putting in a order.

2020-10-23Love the pizza here, my favorite in Mansfield. Unfortunately it was a huge turn off when I went in to pick it up and the worker who got my food was NOT wearing a mask during the pandemic. Everyone else was. I get its hot in there but I really didnt need to see this guys sweaty face and hands touching my food. My family didnt contact the virus but I wont be back until the pandemic is over. At least Marcos employees follow guidelines.
