Mike was great to work with. He helped my fiancé and I pick out our wedding bands without making us feel like he was pressuring just so he could make a quota or commission off of us. He took the time to shows us variations and ideas of what would work with her engagement ring that wasn’t purchased through Gino’s. For mine, he showed me and made recommendations to what was available in store, but also helped me customize a ring that was truly tailored towards myself. I approached Gary Koster in early December about doing Signet Rings for my family. He was knowledgeable and very helpful from concept/design to completion! I went to Ginos Jewelers for cleaning, sizing, and repairs to two wedding rings. Ginos replaced stones in one, straightened (made it circular again, there were dents) and plated the other. While it took longer than initially quoted, we were not in a rush. I appreciated a call to let me know resizing one band would affect the location of the stones. I did not want that, so the call was appreciated and I did not proceed with sizing. The rings looked great upon pickup. Customer service was good. Location is good. Store is clean, well kept and secure. I would go to Ginos again based on my experience.
Ginos was great!!!! All around good experience. I had a ring sized their. They said a week but it was ready in 5 days. And they did a beautiful job. It was starting to look dull when I took it in. When I got it back it looked like it did the day I got it. Very nice customer service. I definitely recommend Ginos. I will be going to them from now on.

If youre hesitant to trust jewelers please try Ginos.They were honest about ring prongs possibly breaking but were able to put in a different stone without any needing to be replaced.I brought an earring stud that had a bent stem that they straightened, cleaned, and given a new backing, all free of charge. And I had purchased the earrings elsewhere!Quality repairs, awesome service, gorgeous jewelry!

I was referred by my local jeweler to Ginos for a repair because the piece needing work could not have heat applied from a torch, so it required laser welding, which Ginos can do. I met Mike, who listened carefully and considered the ways this unusual pin could be changed so it would hang like a pendant. Recently I purchased pearl earrings for my girlfriend and had a wonderful experience with Ginos Jewelers. I had such a good experience that even though I live close to 10 hours away (and therefore cant see the jewelry in person prior to purchasing), I bought from Ginos again. This time I purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancee. The ring arrived perfect and my girlfriend absolutely loved it! Ginos was incredibly helpful again. I had a great experience with the folks at Gino’s! Seven years ago I bought a simple wedding ring with a high quality diamond. It was just a simple princess cut diamond with a white gold band. I did this at the time because I was young and couldn’t afford much more. I did not want to sacrifice quality so Mike from Gino’s suggested to get a nice diamond and later in the future bring your wife in a customize to what she really likes at the store. We did exactly this and just recently after 4 years of marriage my wife and I went to Gino’s to combined our wedding band and engagement ring. The jeweler took the diamonds from the two rings and recreated a completely new ring. We went in one time together for size and I was able to take care of it from there with the expertise of the jeweler at Gino’s. I was able to surprise her on valentines with her new ring! She loves it because it slimmer and more comfortable then just soldering the two together. Highly recommend Gino’s!

Gino’s is amazing!!! I went in looking for an engagement ring and was immediately helped by Sharon and Mike. I was new to buying diamond jewelry and Mike spent a ton of time with me breaking down every detail of what to know and look for when picking a diamond. We have purchased wedding, anniversary and graduation gifts from them over the years. We brought our friend here 25 years ago to pick out an engagement ring. After having just left a national chain at which our friend was on the verge of hyperventilating from their high pressure sales tactics, we brought him to Gino’s. They walked him through the features of a diamond and custom setting. He bought it feeling relaxed and confident in hid decision. This was a far cry from the “national chain” which highlighted the fact that he could get his ring serviced at any of their locations in other cities. I asked it also came with a free oil change. This is truly a store that serves families for generations. As someone who started out with little to no knowledge of band types or diamonds in general, the idea of shopping for those things could get overwhelming. He did not have the exact ring I had envisioned, so he broke out his computer and helped me custom design the ring I wanted. It turned out beautifully. I was so impressed with the service Mike provided that I didnt have a second thought about visiting Ginos again for each of our wedding bands. We were able to find the perfect piece for my fiancé and Mike, once again, helped me to create my own custom band. I cant recommend Ginos enough. 2022-03-04The staff at Gino’s is always super friendly and helpful. My husband bought our wedding and engagement rings here 12 years ago. After having 4 children, my rings needed resized. I was amazed that even though we hadn’t been there for over 10 years, Mike remembered my rings. The resizing was perfect, and they were so shiny! They looked as good as the day I first got them. They shined my husband’s ring for free. They also cleaned my earrings I bought there about 10 years ago and replaced a missing back for free. Although we had not been there in a long time because they are so far away, from where we live, they stood behind their jewelry and still remembered us! Highly recommend!

2022-04-14I purchased my wedding ring from Ginos Jewelers in 1985. I had it resized at Ginos recently. Very professional, prompt service and they have a great location. I would recommend Ginos Jewelers to anyone looking for fine jewelry. My son asked me where to shop for his engagement ring, without hesitation I said Go to Ginos, its where I purchased my wedding ring ~36 years ago. My son is now a satisfied Ginos Jewelers customer.

Their prices are very fair and their selection is excellent. They have ordered me pieces I needed and their repair services are quick and reputable. 2022-09-12Mike was great to work with throughout the process. Great selection of rings with a knowledgeable group of skilled people ready to honestly answer whatever questions you can throw at them. I had approached a number of different vendors, cross-referencing the claims and information each one provided. I found Ginos to be the refreshingly honest and straightforward option along with frankly my favorite ring selection and great staff support. All that together made it the obvious choice. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a jeweler to work with.
