Super responsive, called me back quickly and scheduled pick up for the next day. Reasonable pricing and communicated well. The guys were friendly and professional, they worked quickly and did the job well. Will be using again.
Allan was the one who helped me, and he was quick and genuine. He called me almost immediately after I placed the order, and got everything set up with photos and timely yet professional responses. I absolutely appreciate the service he provided for me at an outstanding cost because in the long run its going to save me hundreds. I would like to recommend this service to anyone who needs junk removed. Allan is great at what he does, super friendly and he is very punctual. The price to get things removed were reasonable and it was done fairly quickly. If I had more stuff to get rid of I would not hesitate to give them another call.
Arrived early with three friendly guys ready to take care of business quickly and efficiently. Came in under what I was quoted on the phone, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended and would happily use again though I hope I never have the need to - thank you so much!

The services were used for general yard waste and construction debris that was left over from a previous renovation. An onsite evaluation confirmed that heavy equipment might be needed for the brick/concrete/cinder blocks that were piled on the ground.Text messages and telephone calls were answered promptly and a full description of the job, materials needed, and date were given.When wet weather delayed the project, I was contacted and a second date was scheduled. As previously noted, the owner responded to every text and call. Even on a Sunday, I received a call back in minutes.The job was professionally handled. They went above an beyond the initial clean up demands. They left the site clean of all debris and leveled.I give this crew and company a five star recommendation. I would use them again.

2022-04-16In comparison to 1800 junk removal G.I junk Removal services of Cincinnati charge by the truck load size vs by weight, which makes things alot cheaper and overall your more satisfied with the results. They make you feel like there family and they care about you and yours and dont just move your stuff to the truck and leave. Very kind and understanding not rushing and make good conversation. They do go above and beyond to make sure your taking care of! I would highly recommend there services and I do plan on calling them from now on in the future if i need anything done in regards to junk removal! Thank you happy customer just in time for Resurrection Sunday! We pretend Jesus is coming for dinner and we hide all the things we think he might not approve of! Give thanks to him read the bible and watch the 10 commandments movie and the movie Jesus! So this was perfect in time for this occasion! I pray they continue to prosperity and be of service in the community!

2022-07-28Just recovering from hip replacement so my mobility not good yet.. Alan and his sister came to remove an old fridge. My garage door hasn’t been opening. and I couldn’t get it open. Alan fixed it for me. Obviously not why he was there.I was so pleased. He saved me having to call someone. Such a nice young man. Awesome customer service, which you don’t see much anymore. Highly recommend.

2022-02-28Don’t waste time calling any other junk removal business. GI Haul was $75 to $200 less expensive than the other three businesses I called. They also had a better response time and they swept and cleaned out my garage after they removed the junk. Alan is a great guy and I will call only them from now on for any junk or yard waste removal. They did such an amazing job!

2021-10-07I had a HUGE pile of wood in my yard left by previous owners. GI Haul removed them. But what impressed me most was their communication. When Alan realized he would be late for the appointment we made for the estimate, he contacted me immediately. And the day of service? Alan and his crew were right on time. They worked hard and long completing a difficult task. They respected my property, being sure to not damage the grass and cleaned up the driveway before leaving. I highly recommend GI Haul in Cincinnati.

2022-01-20Couldn’t be happier with Allan and the crew. Called last minute to clean out a hoarder situation with bed bugs. It was a super intense job. They followed their protocol for their own protection, got the job done, and stayed cognizant of the hoarders emotions. On top of great work, it was a last minute job on New Year’s Eve!!! We had our own deadline and unfortunately it fell on NYE. Allan and the GI Haul team still made it happen!

2022-01-27We had a dishwasher, countertop microwave oven, large air fryer, and an audio-video receiver that we had upgraded. We found out that the appliance store where we purchased the new appliances would haul-away our old appliances, etc., and they would then be trashed/junked. The items were all in good working condition and were undamaged.Since the old items all functioned , we thought we would donate the items to Habitat for Humanity, instead of allowing them to be junked. We reached out to G.I. Haul to pick up the items from our house and take them to Habitat. The website was easy to use and we were given a day/date/time for pickup.The day of the pickup, G.I. Haul texted us to tell us they were coming and they described the vehicle the workers would be arriving in.Three men arrived -- on schedule -- and, as two of the men began shoveling our sidewalk and driveway (it had snowed a couple of inches overnight) the third showed me his credentials and immediately began moving the items from the garage where we had stored them.The men were all wearing G.I. Haul shirts and were extremely polite calling me sir whenever they spoke. They assured me the snow removal was part of the process and was included in the price!After they loaded the items in their truck, they finished clearing the snow.With such 5-star service (above and beyond) and professionalism, I was glad to tip them $50! I happily recommend them and will use them again.Highest possible recommendation!Location: Loveland, Ohio

2021-11-29My mom moved into a new house and had to replace the floors. Alan and his team cleared the garage of all her moving boxes, the replaced flooring, and an old appliance.They were personable, professional, and exactly on time. I highly recommend GI Haul.

2021-10-24The team was super efficient and showed tremendous care for both the furniture being picked up for donation as well as my my home. They moved some truly huge pieces out and managed to do it without a single scratch, scuff, or mark on the floors and walls. Awesome guys, will definitely be calling them again!
