Needed to get tires I purchased from Walmart installed. Franchise repair shops either required I purchase the tires from them, wait 2 to 4 hours for installation, or both. GIbson not only installed my tires, but it only took them fifteen minutes to do it. I was in and out! Wonderful staff, reasonable prices and great customer service. Just an overall wonderful experience, thank you GIbson! Plus note, everyone was wearing a mask!
I was under the impression that I needed just brake pads front and rear for my PHOENIX ( yes my red car has a name ) but after talking to Mrs. Gibson she made sure it was the right thing to fix and it wasn’t! I dropped my car with parts 930am and 3 hours later I drove back home SAFELY and able to stop!!!Thank you again for the great service!!

I needed a used tire for a Honda Accord and was able to get a really nice one for a decent price. The staff was friendly and service was quick. It took under 15 minutes to get a tire put on. I will return.
They were aware of my presence and made sure that I had everything I needed before I left. They also put my spare in the trunk for me and the tires are very inexpensive.
Have been there twice and both times have been excellent. Both times took less than 30 minutes and the prices are unmatched. They never try to upsell you like the big box stores. They even banged out my rims at no additional cost.
I stopped by here because my tires were leaking air. I did stop by at another shop nearby but they said there are 6 cars ahead of me. At Gibson used tires, i didnt have to wait at all. They fixed my problem within half hour in and out. Amazing!!!! And friendly staff there.I congratualate myself for finding a place like this. I strongly recommend this shop!!!!
Went here for rims an tires mounted and balance but the old lazy fat dude took for ever had. Eventually had to take it to another shop to pay to balance the tires again. Never again will I set foot in this place btw this my first review so the service mustve been trash...
Went to get a flat tire repair on Saturday. They sold me a used tire replacement instead but broke one of the wheel studs. Did not have time for them to fix it then at a $40 charge would return the following saturday, but since the tire was flat on Monday I returned Tuesday while fixing the tire they broke another wheel stud. Sent me to Auto zone to buy the $6 part and charged me $70 to put on the 2 wheel studs. Had been using them for decades but not anymore. BIG RIP OFFI AM SO SORRY THIS REVIEW IS FOR SPEARS USED TIRES
After purchasing my new tire it started to go flat a week after. I took it back to Gibson and they told me I ran over something that’s where the hole came from. I thought it was strange that the same tire went flat just a week after getting a new one. He agreed to fix it but for 15 dollars which wasn’t what I was told. I am very distatisfied. They are pretty unprofessional and liars. I personally wouldn’t recommend there services.
I only gave one star because its impossible to give zero stars. I purchased two used tires from Gibson and few days later both tires started to go flat. I returned only to be told I had picked several nails with both tires just purchased from Gibson. How is it possible to pick several nails with two tires? Ive had my old tires for years and never picked a nail. They had it fixed for $20 extra and a week later both tires went flat again. I had to go get new tires installed at Meineke. I also had an oil change at Gibson and my oil light stayed on, a week later I took it to auto zone and was told my vehicle oil pressure is low and i needed to get another oil change so it can be cleaned out.This was my third time using Gibson and everytime I get something done, its never done right. Lesson learned. All they do is rip you off and cause you unnecessary stress. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!
I was told a tire rotation cost $ 20.,,, and when I got here I was told $50.00. Bad bad place. Good luck better go elsewhere you can thank me later

Poor service in my book. Will not return to this business again!!!

2022-04-27Ill tell you what.. It was refreshing to have help like I got today. I felt like I was back in time when there was still actual customer service and people that cared!! Very very nice dudes that worked there. Helped me out with a flat repair and balance and some new lug nuts when I went to 4 other places that couldnt even be bothered to answer my questions let alone help me. They had me in and out right quick in less than 45 min. Ill def be going back to buy my next set of new tires there and have some service work done. I would highly recommend them.. thanks guys for your help!!

2022-06-28I pulled up and was immediately waved to a parking space. I got out informed the older gentleman I need a used tire ( mine and formed 2 small bubbles) I was informed it would be 55. And it included putting it on.I was in a rush so I chose to let them help me out. I was told I could wait and pay inside. It may have been just 20 minutes. I asked about getting some other work done the youngan was so nice and patient with my questions I had to tip him. KINDNESS is essential ✨️. Seniors need a tiny but of time. Especially when youre single and have no men to go with you. It was my second experience with them.

2020-11-07Bought 2 tires. Both were awful with very low tread. They only replaced 1 of the tires. These tires cost $45 each and looked like $20 tires. Very disappointed with owners not standing by their receipt and 15 day warranty. And they broke my studs and was gonna charge me $90 to fix it. SMH

2020-11-16They are open on Sunday! My tires were a little expensive but they are reasonable for the most part...quick,kind,and get you taken care of well! I bought 3 tires and he balanced them and put them on fast. It was on a Sunday and most places are not open and he is open until 6pm. He doesnt try to upsell you but only gets you what you need so I appreciate the honesty of the man here.
