2018-11-04I have been shopping at this location since it opened. It is the worst giant eagle that I shop. The manager should be fired. Today....Sunday at 1pm there was 1 cashier the rest was self checkouts. I needed assistance 4 times during my check out. Whoever is in charge of the produce should be also fired . There is never fresh-crisp lettuce available...rotten strawberries, .....the last 2 times I purchased avacodos by the bag they were bad. From now on I will go to Sheffield or Heinen’s in Avon.

2018-10-30Stopped here as part of my regular shopping trip. I prefer their custom-sliced cheese and lunchmeat to the prepackaged kind. They have an excellent selection. They also have good selection of pre-cooked entrees and prepared salads. Never had an item from them that I wasnt satisfied with, and I have been shopping there for 20+ years.

2018-12-23Saturday afternoons theres only 1 to 2 cashiers. Even during the holidays. The produce is nasty also, moldy, wilted. Yuk. This is all the time.

2018-12-01Just left there and the lady working customer service was very rude and had a nasty attitude! I will not be going to customer service there anytime soon!
